Modern Res is a great company. The price was great, everyone was communicative throughout the entire process. My master bathroom felt like a sauna before my new window were installed. The entire house can now be cooled down with ceiling fan and prior to install this was impossible, the house barely cooled down using the a/c prior to the new Windows being installed.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! They did a nice job with ordering the window but the installation process was a mess. They left Nails out in my shower and I stepped on one the next day... they didn't cover anything so we had dust all over our brand new vanity and toothbrushes... they had to cut the stucco but they came out the next day to fix it! Took about three months to get our window orders which is common in the field at this time. They were pleasant to work with I'm just unhappy with the cleanup job... luckily one of my children did not step on the nail!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

They cut the wrong glass the first time. Little mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to get me my replacement glass ASAP. Had a hard time finding a lid for an aquarium odd size. Very happy with the results.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

Evan and his team were professional, responsive, quick, and efficient. I had met with multiple vendors and Evan was the best one to work with. His quotes were detailed and it was easy and convenient to pay. He did a beautiful job installing the glass shower. His customer service was wonderful. Thank you Evan and team!!

I can't express how disappointed I am with this business.   This customer experienced turned out to be a confused mess!  I sent them a picture of what I wanted, I was told that's what I would receive, then they turned around and said they wouldn't give me back my money because I ordered a 'customer piece of glass'.  I strongly advise you go to someone else for your glass needs.  This shop does not deliver as promised and then they want you to pay double for what you wanted.  I wish someone would have yelped about this place so I would not have gone here.  Now I have this piece of glass on my table that I know is going to break sometime soon because it's too weak.  I just hope none of the kids are injured in the interim!

We needed new windows for our new 1960s built home. It had original windows. The price point was great and the sales person was knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell and he was straightforward with what we needed. He did not make any promises on delivery date which I appreciate because he was honest that it was out of his hands. I'd rather have it straightforward than have to adjust my schedule twice.

On install day the installer arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and clean. He was friendly. He took care to cover the carpet and countertops. He tried to make as little disruption to our lives as possible.

It took two days to install. He did some spackeling of holes around the windows including some nasty holes that were actually from previous owners installing blinds.  He cleaned up with a shop vac when he was done and also cleaned the windows inside and out.

The windows are beautiful and the process went perfectly. The sales man made no mistakes when he measured (because he came out twice to measure!) and also put some comprehensive thought in to the orientation of the locks and openings etc.

We would definitely use this company again.

Installers were on time, professional and did an amazing install. I was referred to them by a friend after having a botched install by a different company. Jocoran Glass had to basically make their job cover the tracks of someone else's mess and they delivered! Came out perfect and they went the extra to fix the mistakes made by the prior company. Pricing was very fair and worth every penny to undo the poor prior work!

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Needed a double pane window replaced in a French door.  Set up an appointment to measure the glass and then for the install.  Richard showed up on time on both occasions, was professional in his work and did a good job.

it has been one year and 6 months since I had my Milguard windows installed by ck glass & windows. they leaked the first monsoon season in about 5 different places. there was no caulking sealer added and no one would come out and finish the job of sealing the leaks. I finally tried to do it myself. worked last year but the windows were leaking at a different place this monsoon season(1922). I had to go around each window and seal them. there was no sealer around any of the windows along the top. it caused a constant drip when the rains came. I sealed them again. I thought I had paid to have the windows installed correctly. I was wrong.  very poor customer service. very few phone calls and/or texts returned.
