Used them to replace the windows on our home for more modern energy efficient windows. The install was fantastic and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! Curtis and DJ! They are some amazing people to work with. Curtis handled the estimate and quoting. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the process and helped me pick out the right materials for my needs and wants for the house and made it easy.

DJ came out to do the official measurements and took the lead on the whole install. What really impressed me was the time they were able to get all the work done being short handed people. They doubled down and got it done quick! Every day they were scheduled to come out they were always ready to go on time and even early.

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

I called Apache glass to inquire about installing mirrors in my home gym. They efficiently and professionally set up a time to meet me at my home that was convenient for me to measure. After the measurements were taken, I was contacted by a nice lady from their office who quoted me the price to purchase and install the mirrors in my home gym. The price was very reasonable so I agreed to move forward with Apache glass.

Once the glass arrived to their warehouse, they contacted me and we scheduled a day and time for their crew to come and install the glass in my home gym. The crew consisted of four gentleman who were very courteous, professional, and efficient. The install took approximately one hour and looked amazing.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Apache glass. They are a small business that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

Hired them to fix my sliding glass door. They came to replace the grate but realized all I needed was some screw tightening and readjustment, and they didn't even charge me! They were so nice and I appreciated it.

Had them replace my windshield. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. I did notice an air leak when I drove it and called them back. They had the tech back out to re-seal it and have had no problems since.  Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Update to last my review. When writing that review I was emotional and a little to quick to judge. After the review we had a leak show up and reported it. I always say the way to judge a company by the way they handle their problems. I must say Red Rock stepped up in the end and resolved all our problems even after not giving them a favorable review. As throughout the process they were professional and easy to deal with and made things right. Even though the process was little bumpy Thomas the owner stood behind his work and made things right and this is a company you can trust. After seeing  their response I would use them again

STAY AWAY, I had windows replaced in my home and one of them cracked from the center seal. They would not replace or acknowledge an issue. I brought 12 windows from these guys and one window formed a crack in the corner because of a seal shift between the glass.  Even their own guys that came out stated that yeah that it is a heat crack, manufacture defect, but they will not do a thing about it.  The owner Cory came out and looked at it and stated that he needed to go back to the supplier, but in most, if not every instance they will not do anything. So I asked why don't you use another supplier, his response, he's the only one around, so I'm at his mercy- Great.
So since when is our supplier my problem.
So be aware this company will not back you up or stand behind their work, but they gladly will take your money.  In addition, one of the windows they replaced needed a vinyl stash replaced since the guys that installed and replaced my window damaged the original one while putting in the new window. They said they would get another one and replace it, they even took pictures. Well needless to say they never came back and they never replaced it.
Also be leery they will take a down deposit on the installation prior to ordering and once they finish they keep a record of your credit card and will just blindly charge your card, once they feel they are finished, even though they have not finished the job.
So I'm hoping response helps other people in search of a reputable glass company, because these guys are not.

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Good people, great customer service! I called them Thursday morning and at first he said they we're booked full but I told him final walk-thru inspection was on Tuesday and I had to have it done by then so he sent someone to measure it that day. They rush ordered the glass and replaced it first thing Monday morning. Installer had over 25 years experience and it took him less than an hour to replace the window. Very pleased!!

I was very unhappy with the follow up quality related leaks in my windows. appointments were set up and missed. This issue has been unresolved since august. i will write more once the company decides to contact me and finish the job they were paid to do.
