Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. Sammy and team were the best!  My heater on a 20+ year old unit was on the fritz and Sammy was able to give me great support over the phone on short notice and then later on-site.  We reviewed all of my options and there wasn't an ounce of sales in his consultation.  He really wanted an option that worked best for me and my family and laid out all the pros and cons of each option, without scare tactics or pressure sales.  In the end, we decided due to the age of the unit and the fact that a hot summer was on the horizon, just to replace the unit.  He gave me quotes for multiple options.  I shopped around for other prices and his quotes were more than competitive.  His crew were here the following weekend and completed the new HVAC installation before lunchtime.  They took all necessary COVID precautions which was appreciated and cleaned up when they were done.  I'd recommend Sammy and Total Care Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

I used Popeye's Air last summer to service and repair my 2 units. Our units are older builder grade that came with the home. Jorge, the owner, explained how newer units would be beneficial but fixed our old ones with no problem.  It's heating up again here In Arizona and his repairs lasted all of last summer and this one.  He is very personable and gracious. He didn't overcharge. He is honest and we'll definitely be calling him again for repair or service or if we buy new units :)

Our AC decided to die on a hot summer day last week, and I was looking for someone local who could take care of it same day as we have pets, and it was getting to 94 degrees inside the house.

I called and the lady on the phone was very professional. She had Scott call me and he came out within just a few hours.

Turns out, it was a bad motor (something I suspected based on the noise it was making and the fact that the fan stopped spinning on the AC unit itself), which he replaced and warrantied for a year parts and labor included.

The AC works great, the house cooled off by late afternoon, and all is well. I would call again for service, but I hope I don't need it.

I've been extremely happy, using Top Gear cooling and heating. It is so hard to find an HVAC company that is 1) honest. I've had So many bad experiences throughout the years with crooks before I found Chase (owner of Top Gear Cooling & Heating ) 2) professional, high quality workmanship  3) On time 4) all at a fair price.   When I first met Chase, it was because I hired him to fix a botched job that another HVAC contractor messed up all the duck work in the installation of my custom home. Chase came out and fix the problems right away. Been using him ever since.

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

Although I chose another company because Emery didn't meet my requirements for the type unit and price I was looking for, I found them to be honest and very responsive. Their representative was patient and knowledgeable.  The information that they provided was accurate and complete. I would trust them to do what they promise. I wish them the best!

Richard from heat Slayer hvac did an awesome job installing our brand new air conditioner on the condo roof . It was a pleasure doing business with Richard . Richard is a top notch very professional contractor . Great job !

I called Cool Breeze because we were getting no heat from our system.  I was advised there was a service call fee of $139.00.  While that was already outrageous the worst was yet to come.  Within minutes the tech found a broken wire, evidently no grommet was put on when the unit was installed and the wire rubbing caused it to break.  He then put on a grommet and ran the wires through.  In total he was there less than 30 minutes.  Imagine my shock when he handed me a bill for $463.00!  I questioned this and he said this was the minimum charge.  Wow!  I would have thought for the $139 service call a broken wire would have been fixed at no additional charge.  If I had known they were going to charge $324.00 for a grommet and running the wires through it I would have just said thank you after he diagnosed it and repaired it myself.   Never again would I use or recommend this company.  This repair was completed back in November, I am just writing this review as I finally found the email with their receipt.  There are much better family owned companies in Payson that will get my business in the future.
