I cannot say enough about Ralph and his service. I contacted him through Yelp yesterday to install my E Thermostat and he was not only quick to reply with a quote, but also offered same day service. I needed to schedule for the following day however, and he was happy to oblige. He let me know when he was on his way to my house, and was very communicative through text, which I always appreciate.

Not only did he install the thermostat, he explained features on the app, best usage tips and overall had an amazingly friendly and awesome demeanor. I am so glad I contacted him and would highly recommend him to anybody. Thank you again, Ralph!

Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. Derek & his team are very knowable & able to diagnose issues that other HVAC techs have a hard time with. He has worked on several projects for me and has always done a fantastic job. I find Diamond Mechanical to be a very good HVAC contractor and recommend them to all of my clients.

I needed to replace a 36 year old unit (actually 2). Yes from 1985!! And I was referred to Sammy from a friend and figured he was like everyone else. Overpriced, pressure salesman, flaky response time. No - Sammy is literally amazing. He responds right away, we got 3 quotes and his was less than the other 2. He has shown up on time every single time we've needed him for consultation, to measuring to whatever he was never a minute late. And we appreciate that he doesn't leave us hanging all day. He is very honest, he is not out to get rich he really genuinely likes to help people. The vibe he gives off is just a trustworthy genuine nice guy and I had no doubt he was looking out for us as well as needing to do a job. He loves what he does and he is our ac guy forever now. Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

Brett has rescued me many times... even late on weekends.  He fixes problems that other HVAC people have only temporarily fixed (I never found out the other company didn't really fix it until I switched the system from heat to A/C or vice versa).  Once HE fixed it, no other calls were necessary.  

Six years ago I finally needed a new system.  Brett and Steve got it installed quickly and my bills dropped considerably (I went with Brett's recommendation).  Six years later I am still not having any issues and I'm still saving on bills.

Just our luck, our air went out during the hottest time in Arizona. Our neighbor recommended this business. The owner Jorge came and work on our unit for most of the Saturday afternoon. Though he was not able to fix it with parts he had, he was willing to come back Sunday. As promised, he came early on Sunday and worked all morning to make sure we had air conditioning. Jorge is an honest , reliable and reasonable with pricing.  I cannot rave enough about this business and the owner.  I highly recommend him! He is a savior from the Arizona hot weather!

My AC went out called Scott's AC at 10:00 pm he was at my house by 11:00 pm diagnosed the problem explained it to me step by step and was fixed and done by 11:30 pm always Excellent Service they have done work for other Family members and it has always been Great I would highly recommend and he won't break your wallet

Chase (the owner) is truly a professional.  He responds quickly and gets the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. He has always taken excellent care of our HVAC.  I highly recommend Top Gear to anyone needing scheduled maintenance, repairs, or a new heating and/or cooling unit!

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

After waiting  3 weeks for One Guard to resolve our AC issue I finally called Emery and could not be more satisfied.  They came out on Wednesday evening, installed the new compressor the next day.  They are highly proficient, expeditious and the customer service is beyond superb.  They will be our new AC contractor as long as we live in Phoenix.  Cudos to Emery

Cool Breeze is a top HVAC contractor and repair service in the Payson area. I have used them twice and could not be more pleased. They responded within one hour both times and not just with a phone call but they were on the job in 1 hour!  They technicians are superb.  There are considerate of the home and do the work fast and are extremely tidy.  There is not a better company for your HVAC needs.  I recommend them without reservation.  They will get my business going forward.  

The one negative review could not be more wrong.  They must have confused Cool Breeze with LL Cool J.
