Less than a week after buying a new car, my windshield was cracked from a rock on the 51. I scheduled an appointment with Universal Glass to replace the windshield. Joseph from Universal called when he was on the way, showed up as promised and was extremely meticulous and careful while removing the old windshield and installing a new one. One of the first things he did was inspect the factory installation of the original glass and pointed out areas that could cause me concern after the new windshield was installed. Smart man!! He was patient with my questions and very careful during the entire process. I was quite impressed with his expertise and the care he took while doing the job. If you can get Joseph to replace your windshield, you will be very satisfied with his work. Thanks Joseph!!

After several bids for my new replacement windows,I knew I had to go with Greco Roman. Walter came to our home and gave us a complete and thorough bid. He explained that his family of workers were going to do a complete job and not leave out all the essentials.Custom windows,stucco repair,painting and plantation shutter removal were all included. I'm so glad I chose Greco Roman and couldn't be happier. So professional and their philosophy is it's all about the homeowners needs. Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Super cheap! Cheaper than any other company out there! And there glass and quality was better than the competition! They even cleaned the windows for me! I will be  contacting them to do another project in my home. All I can say is wow! Keep doing what you're doing Raben!

Randy took a deposit in January for $8000. Continually's promised our doors would be replaced and it never happened.

I did not receive the kind of business I was hoping for with Mountain View Windows and More LLC. The price was right. The service on the other hand was not good. First, I felt as though I was being blown off serval times on when someone should be there to fix a window. After I had to pay half up front for cost. It was becoming very frustrating. When someone just this week on Monday June 14 came to fix the window. The window was left with looks like grease markings all over the glass. Also, had to use my ladder to get the job done. Then left broken glass all over the ground outside. Along with glass in the brand new carpet. I felt not only did the gentleman show up unprepared, I also had to clean up after him. I have been dealing with this company since May 5th.  For just 1 small window.  I am relieved that the job is complete at this point. I just can not leave a good review or would I recommend this company.

I had an appointment with Jonathon to come give me an estimate to replace all the glass in the windows at my home. His company has a Gilbert address and I am in Chandler. He missed our appointment and whwn I called him to remind him he had an appointment with me he at first didnt know who I was.  Then after I told him he acted like of course he remembers and he said he would be another half hour because he was stuck in traffic. Baloney!! I told him to forget it and tthat I dont want to do business with him.

The material used is good quality the service of installation bad.Becareful when using this company I had screens installed through out the house I never inspected the quality of the installation.My wife goes to do spring cleaning and noticed two of the Windows are cracked so where the installed the top screw the crack starts from there two the side we never bothered to move the drapes or to do a walk through with the installer.So I call them and the said I may done that to my Windows they said I could of altered or removed the blinds ..They don't want to stand by their work manship bad customer service....

I ordered a patio door in April and a bedroom window a few days later.  Finally in September they arrived and then it took over a month to plan to install them.  I spoke to the manager two days before the installation and he said he would be there at 9:00.   At 10:30 I called and he said he couldn't contact the installer but he would keep me informed.  I called at 2 and he said that he still couldn't get a hold of the installer.  I asked if it was too late to do the installation that day and he said yes.  He said he would be in touch the first of the next week to reschedule.  Today is midweek and I have yet to hear from him.  I cannot speak about their product but they have terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
