I had my vehicle windshield repaired by Alex today and he did a great job! He got all the dings, cleaned the glass inside and out so it's spotless, and vacuumed the floor boards. He went above and beyond. I highly recomend him!

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. After several bids for my new replacement windows,I knew I had to go with Greco Roman. Walter came to our home and gave us a complete and thorough bid. He explained that his family of workers were going to do a complete job and not leave out all the essentials.Custom windows,stucco repair,painting and plantation shutter removal were all included. I'm so glad I chose Greco Roman and couldn't be happier. So professional and their philosophy is it's all about the homeowners needs. Right away I already noticed that my energy bills are going to be so much lower. My house is quieter and they look beautiful. You will be happy you went with Greco Roman.

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Very, very poor service, communication, and organization!  Riley came to my home to give me a quote to replace some windows.  He stated I would receive the quote that afternoon (July 2019).  I did not receive it, I waited a week called, he said his office would get it out that afternoon.  Once again, checked spam folder etc....nothing.  Called a few more times....why?  It was measured and finding a Milgard window company seems difficult, many I called only sell to contractors.  So I finally get hold of Riley again.  I told him if I did not get a quote that day I would assume they did not want my business!  No call.  But stupid that I am, I called again today...spoke with someone in the office who was pleasant and did at least return my call...Riley cannot even find my measurements said I probably should go with another dealer.   This is definitely not a company who wants your business.  AVOID!

If anyone is in need of a glass company I HIGHLY recommend Ashur Raben with Raben Glass.  I wanted to convert my dining room into a home office and after trying to get my project finished for 6 months with an unprofessional, second rate glass company who over promised and seriously underdelivered due to inexperience with this type of job, I hired Ashur and his team to get it done the right way.  The entire process from start to finish was 4 weeks and they delivered exactly what they told me I would receive in my home and in a highly professional manner.   Special thanks to Stephanie in the office for helping coordinate everything.  They are all amazing !!! --

We had a great experience with Randy (sales) and Leo (installer) from Payless Windows. We had many options to choose from including different colors for framing in interior (white) and exterior (bronze). Leo's team did a beautiful job with the window install. We also had exterior stucco work that needed to be done and that was also excellent! The front of our house looks like it wasn't just torn up a couple of weeks ago. The team was punctual and professional. We would absolutely recommend doing business with Payless Windows!!!

David went the extra step to make sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

Horrible communication. This company was extremely difficult to work with after we paid our 50% deposit. They told us that after we paid our deposit, the door would be ready in 15 business days. Once it was clear the door was late, they never communicated with me and I constantly had to check in for the status.

35 business days later, I got a text the door was ready for install.  They scheduled install and said they'd be there between 8-9 am. At 830 am I got a text saying the installer was sick and we had to reschedule.

The morning of the rescheduled  install, Jonathan said he'd be a little late, after 830.  At 11:30, he still wasn't there but a potential customer of his showed up at my house to pay him a deposit. This is extremely unprofessional to give a clients address. Jonathan wasn't even there! The random customer finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

The day he was supposed to install,  he lied over and over about where he was. He constantly said he would be here soon or  on my way it's pretty clear he double booked us and hoped we were gullible enough to believe it.

Finally showed up 4.5 hours late with the wrong glass!!!  They put our order oh wrong. We had to wait a other few weeks for the new glass.

The install didn't go well. It took 10 hours because our slate floors are uneven so he had trouble getting the door to line up. The actual final door is  wonderful , although we have to have our  handy man come out to fix a ton of the areas around the door.  

There we're holes / gaps where air and bugs could get in. It took 3 more weeks to get this fixed.

Beautiful end result but would not recommend

100% happy with this company and Mariano's excellent customer service. I had 4 different window companies visit my home for a quote. Very competitive pricing, plenty of options and Mariano is amazing. I never felt pressured, he answered all of my (many) questions... even weeks (maybe months) later when I was still having trouble deciding. Communication with this company and their staff is superb. Installation was completed on time. The crew who completed the project were clean and respectful of my home. Absolutely happy with my new windows and decision to work with this company. Definitely recommend.

Beware of this dishonest outfit

Had a retractable screen door installed about three weeks ago by these guys through Home Depot. About 4 days later the screen turned in on itself at the bottom by the canister. Called three times and sent an email but no response. Went to Home Depot and got them to get Kraft to come out. They came and untangled the screen but a hole had developed in the meantime. The screen is out of shape and has a hole. All this after four days of use. Tough luck they say. $500 down the drain.

Their service is horrible! I have been waiting almost 6 months for them to replace a screen that was installed with a cut in it and lock for the screen doors. Found out yesterday that the project manager had yet to make any attempt to get the parts. Have left messages for his manager but no call back.
