Our AC was not working in the middle of the night Saturday; after spending most of Sunday trying to self diagnose the issue, we finally called Red Mountain Air. They set up an appointment for an hour away from my call and Bill arrived right on time.  Fortunately our issue was not too big nor too expensive. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all of our questions. We will be recommending Red Mountain Air from now on.

Had an emergency repair to AC.  Luke & Ian responded with a same day appointment and beat out everyone's price.  Quality and efficient service from a trustworthy business.  See you in October for a maintenance check up for Fall.  Thanks Guys!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

We've had Cool Guys AC & Heating out (Lynne) several times for different things for our house and our in-laws house and if it's structural like adding a new HVAC vent or something straightforward on troubleshooting then these folks are good, well-priced and ethical.

But for complex or weird HVAC behavior, we ended up wasting money on a service call (and who can waste money these days?) to Cool Guys (Lynne) and decided to call another company we also found through yelp who was able to diagnose the weird issues and actually fix the problem in one visit rather than the multiple visits we would have had with Cool Guys.

Brian (plumber) is amazing! I had him install an outdoor shower and he did a great job! Professional and super friendly! I am 100% satisfied! Great customer service! Highly recommend.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I was referred to them by my home warranty. They called me with a 2 hour window. They Text me when 1 hour away. After inspection of problem they were called out on they noticed garbage disposal had several cracks. They not only called home warranty to verbalize concern but replaced it on the spot!!!!

After receiving high quotes and people trying to upsell, I found that John simply provides the best service at the lowest prices anywhere.  Add in professional, quick response to needs and lower prices than anyone I have found in the entire Valley and you can see why so many people like me are so happy to have found John and use his services.

Mike did a great job for me.  My a/c wasn't cooling.  I called at 4:30 pm, and he was at my house first thing next morning.  Knew right away what was wrong (only small part, luckily), and was gone in a couple of hours.  No up selling, and Price was fair, too!  I highly recommend!

I have finally found a company that I can rely on to get my plumbing chores done properly, with quality and attention to detail.The service was great.  Wayne, the owner, listened to the work I needed to have done, we set a date, and his employee Byron came out to complete the work.  Both of these gentlemen were courteous and professional in dealing with me.  Byron was here on time, and the work was done without making a mess of my home.  I recommend this company and its staff.  If you need work done, give Wayne a call.  If I have plumbing problems in the future, I will be sure to call Wayne at PlumbSmart.

Aaron and his team recently replaced our air conditioning and heating units and they did a fantastic job. The pricing was reasonable and his team was a joy to have at our home.  The work was done on time (they actually finished earlier than anticipated) and their clean up was meticulous. I'd highly recommend this company.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
