One of our units began to pump out warmer air. Red  Mountains after hours service works! James, the professional, attentive tech came out on a Sunday. His intent was to impart HVAC knowledge and fix what was needed. So many techs in this industry push products for more revenue and not solutions. Not James, he's a pro. Red Mountain did the job right and I was happy to pay a premium for after hours. Great work team!

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.

They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation.  Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old .  They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons

(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)

(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.

(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.

(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!

They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace.   I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!

The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.

They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.

Units worked perfectly -  it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great!  We are very satisfied.

Highly recommend.

FYI - We replaced an A/C at our previous home 5 years ago with another company.  While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

Professional, honest, and simply the BEST. We've used Lynn of Cool Guys for our last 2 houses and both times he's been very efficient and gotten the job done as promised with 100% integrity.  No surprise charges nor gimmicks.  Fair price for quality work.  That's REALLY hard to find these days.  He takes the time needed to fix the problem without rushing; unlike many other companies I've dealt with.  Another great thing about him is he's responsive and understands customer service.  He always calls back within a reasonable time frame after voicemails.  He's punctual and gets to work right away.  Our a/c broke at midnight and with a full schedule he was able to fit us in a day later.  I could have called any another company same day but I trust Lynn so much it was worth the wait.  I knew he would diagnose the real problem instead of selling me a brand new unit.  As expected, he came out fixed our unit and put in a new fan motor and things are running smoothly again.  When it's time for my next ac service, there's no one else I would call.  This is small business at its best.  Lynn has a customer for life!  Thank you Cool Guys!

The AC Team is honest, reasonable and efficient. I have been working/using The team for over 4 years. They did my house maintenance and recently had a new unit installed. It was a clean installation, the crew is professional and friendly. I had recommended the crew to family and friends and continue to use their services.

These guys installed a brand new A/C unit on a Friday on our rental home and 2 hours later I call them and they are well and but we have it scheduled and but it may be this or that BUT we will get it fixed on our time not yours!And then when CJ told me that I am not the customer that the property owner Is the customer is the customer that made me really mad! I have had good luck with these guys but all that is in the wind now!
I ju1st had major surgery to remove a cancerous organ and these guys are playing games! I would not recommend them for anything I had to put a single star to complete the review. And the fact that they are alway open! Is a lie.

John does way more than just AC work. I have recommended him to clients and I have used him myself. Recently we had John install a new toilet for us. Just the time savings of having him do it instead of my husband (and get it done right) was worth it.

John's pricing is fair, his service is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Contacted Mike to install a smart thermostat. He was  very responsive. When he came to work on the job he completed everything for the price we discussed. Would definitely reach out again for any hvac help.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

I called Plum Smart because advertising said AC Guys charge to much. I had a clogged coil that costed me $350 Mat cleaned my coil and did it promptly. My issue is Mat misdiagnosed further problems that my compressor was not starting. He offered to try a start kit that was sold online for $44 for $300 is see if that would work. I asked Mat and he confirmed there was power to the compressor. However there was a issue with my thermostat not functioning because I played with it and the compressor turned on. Mat was not correct there was power to the compressor. If I had allowed scenario to play out, I would have looked at a $3000 compressor replacement or complete unit replacement. I told him I would wait for a while to see if the compressor would click on and paid him for the cleaning only. Thought it was pricey but I get it this time of year you pay. AC guys are swamped. Supply and demand. Gave two stars because of prompt service. Otherwise would have been one.

5 Stars is all but impossible. But they get it: Mostly for not what they do, but for what they don't do...which is sell me a bill of goods. If they look at my AC units and the problem is small or easy, then they fix it with little charge and no nonsense. If it's a big problem, they do the best they can and stand by their work. Been using them for about 4 years in my own house and my rental.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
