Ac by J came to my home to service my water heater and ac in the past year. The first time they came out last year, Victor came. He was awesome and was very fair and not pushing hard sale. I really respected that concerning the year before I went with ACE and had the worst experience. This year, Ralph came to service my water heater and checked the plumbing in my home. Collin came to service my ac. I am a single female and always have to be concerned if someone doesn't see a male they may try to snowball me. These guys were, polite, honest, respectful and seemed like  family. I did have a major problem with one employee of there's before Ralph came to repair my hot water heater. AC by J, immediately responded to my concern about that employee and Ralph was so applogetic and stated that is not their philosophy and rectified the problem. He assured me that he had addressed the concerns about that employee and it will never happen to another customer again.  I will recommend this company to anyone. I am on the Board of Directors for my HOA and I am going to make sure our community members know about AC by J. They are fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend them. These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

I was referred to Aire Serv of Red Mountain to have an HVAC inspected on a house I am purchasing.  Clayton came right out for the inspection and found that another air conditioner company had installed a brand new unit but it was too large for the house and the duct work was leaking so it was not  running efficiently.   Clayton came back a second time to meet with the original installer who agreed that the unit needed to be switched out to the right size unit and all the issues corrected.  He went above and beyond to make sure all the problems were corrected, thank you Clayton!  I feel confident in referring Aire Serv of Red Mountain to all my friends and family.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Arrived on time!  Completed a quick diagnosis of the issue. Replaced a corroded refridgerator waterline. Repair completed in under an hour. We will use again this company again.

This company is awesome. Ray, Art and Victory came out to all of my properties and serviced all of my A/C units. As part of a remodel I'm currently doing, I called several places around the valley and no plumbing or HVAC company would do the cutout for the roof as well as all the mechanical work related to a stove vent.  They all said I needed to hire a roofer and an electrician separately. I was recommended by someone to call Richard at Cactus Valley HVAC LLC.  Richard came out and did everything for what i thought was a very reasonable price.  Not only that, he custom cut a vent cover for the roof and cut the trim around the duct to match it with the slope of the ceiling.  He is someone who takes pride in his work and it shows.

A big thank you to Richard.  I posted a request for a quote around 10pm and got a response with an estimate along with availability in half an hour.  I was able to schedule the appointment on yelp right away and got confirmation on yelp.  I added one more job after the initial plan and it was gladly accepted.  All jobs were completed quickly.  Good communication from the beginning to the end.  Great experience with Richard.  Thanks again.

If I could give zero stars I would! The experience with this company was a total scam. The first time they came out to fix our air conditioning they said they did not have a TXV valve to fix it and would be back the following WEEK! They did not come back for over a week while we were having record temperatures (105-111) in Arizona. The second time they FINALLY came back they changed out the valve and said they had to drain all the Freon to do so. This did not fix the AC. They told us that their was a 5% chance that it was the same valve but on the heating unit so they could not fix it again until they got the part the next week. TWO WEEKS into this and they called telling us they would have to drain the Freon AGAIN and we would be responsible to pay for the first time and the second time re-filling the Freon- which was $700-800 EACH time! When we asked to speak to the owner/Supervisor Christina refused to give us the information and refused to send the tech to fix the AC!  So two weeks without air and they refused to fix it! We had an honest man from a reputable company come to our home and he fixed the AC in 1/2 hour by replacing a fan (a part he had in his truck) and he said the heat valve has NOTHING to do with the AC. We were being scammed by Jumbo Air and as soon as we started catching on and asking questions we were dismissed. We spent countless HOURS on HOLD the phone with them while they told us one lie after another. We emailed the owner's son Pete with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

Run do not let them trap you!

They do not show up when they say they will, they have no respect for you or your time. They lie and they overcharge.

They made four promises to us, and they delivered ZERO!  We are without heat for day three and they just postponed us another day.
