This is an update to a previous review. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their Anlin product is wonderful. Measurements were spot on. Installation was fast and professional. A missing window was rectified, and was just installed yesterday - to the same high standards as the previous installation. The G-130 glass is extraordinary. I can now open blinds I had to leave closed. I get much more light, but without the glare and heat. It's like my house is wearing sunglasses. My only knock is that the PM needs to be more in the forefront of communication. I got actual answers by bypassing him and going directly to the scheduler (Alicia) who is wonderful to work with.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommended. Hired them to do some remodeling.  Upgraded my carpet flooring to tile. Also had some drywall repairs with new paint.  They were in time, clean and I didn't feel robbed. Very honest contractor who does quality work.  Highly recommended

We just had all of our windows replaced and Chris and team where absolutely wonderful!  From first visit to installation, we have no complaints whatsoever.  Great communication.  Love the windows, price was reasonable and installation was smooth and timely.  They were professional, clean, left no messes at all and pleasant to have around the house.  They made sure to answer all questions and to show us everything about our new windows with the assurance that if we needed anything to give them a call.  Definitely recommend this company!  Thank you!!!

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.

Great company to work with. Our upstairs windows, and slider look great. Can tell the difference in efficiency with heating already. We are so happy with Their work, and customer service we are now doing our downstairs windows. Our sales representative Gene is so good, and quick with answers to our questions. these people are the absolute worst. from there customer service and lack of communication. i called lowerys on 5/16/22  called to get some questions ansered and a quote. two days later stil no call. so on 5/19/22 i took the time to take the window down to them myself. this was approximately 10am. the young lady that helped me said that they would get with a technician and call me back immediately. well once again they didnt even bother to call me. so after two days and the weekend passing, i had to call them. so on monday 5/23/22 i had to call once again. no apologies just excuses but i finally got a quote from them for $400.00. absolutely outragious. you can get a brand new one at home depot for half the price. dont waste your time with this company.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Our master bedroom exterior door was recently hit by a rock which broke the outer glass pane.  This is a nine foot door with a frame around the edges and all glass in the middle.  We preferred to deal with someone local and my wife found Jackson Glass in New River.  Jason came over the same day my wife called and discussed various options with us including buying a new door.  Since this door is the same as our exterior great room door we wanted them both to look the same.  The major problem is that the doors are fiberglass.  Most folks wouldn't even attempt to replace the glass on a door like this, but Jason said he had done a handful of similar doors and would take a crack at ours as well.  He gave us an estimate and we decided to have him repair it. During this phase Jason never pressured us to choose a particular option or even to hire him for the job.

Prior to coming out to perform the repair Jason called my wife to let her know he would actually be able to complete the repair for about 20% less than his estimate.  This was after we'd already agreed to have him do the job at the price he originally quoted.  How often do you ever here of a business owner coming in under an estimate like this?!

On the day of the repair Jason showed up a few minutes early and quickly started the repair.  He was very meticulous throughout and when he was finished you could barely tell the door had been touched.  The new glass looks great and where he sealed it looks very clean and professionally done.  I found out from Jason as we chatted that he can do virtually any type of glass repair including those uniquely designed panes in vanity mirrors and curio cabinets.

When Jason was finished he thoroughly cleaned up all areas where he had performed work (something you don't always see nowadays). My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the way the door looks and will certainly call on Jason for any future glass needs.  He is extremely professional and personable and an honest business owner.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.  I'm hoping we won't be breaking any more glass, but if we do it's reassuring to know Jason is just a phone call away.

Just got a call from this outfit claiming their name is Reliant Capitol and it is. Plus many other names.  Not sure about their work but don't care for their marketing techniques.  We are also on the Do Not Call list and they showed up as unlisted.  

Folks if you want to earn my business, please be more honest.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
