Today was a very exciting day for my husband and I. We had 7 windows replaced by 3 amazingly talented young men. The job was done in minimal time and was done excellently. I would like to thank American Vision Windows for providing us with such excellent and professional installation staff. A big hip hip  hooray goes out to Ricardo Shawn and Oscar the best team American vision windows has. Thank you so much fellas. Looking forward to my next installation by this awesome crew.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

We moved into a new home with a big office space but also a big open space with no doors. We contacted Southwest door and sash and they came out quickly even during the pandemic measured and gave us a price the same day. They told us that there  would be a delay because of supplies which we totally understood and everybody was going through the same dilemma. The installer came and he was fantastic he walked us through step-by-step what he was doing - our doors are beautiful - we get so many compliments.  Opaque glass  with white wood frame - it's a huge space but they made it look like I t's original to the house!     Thank so much for a great job - highly recommended!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

Fantastic Window Company !!!  We loved our Milgard Replacement Windows we had installed in our previous home and knew we had to replace the existing ones in the new home we purchased a year ago.  It seemed like fate when we received a flyer from Tracer Windows inside that huge envelope of business offers you get in the mail every so often.  Tracer was having a Sale/Promotion at a substantial discount.  I thought I would get an estimate from Tracer and from K & J Windows who did our old house and see who could give us the best deal.  Tracer obviously won the biding contest.  Now the question was could they match the craftsmanship of K & J Windows.  The answer is Yes.  Tracers installers were equally gifted.  We are absolutely pleased with the quality and performance of these Windows.  These Fiberglass ones are a step up from the vinyl ones we had in our old house and we immediately noticed a marked decrease in how often our air conditioning comes on and the duration it runs.  Super impressed with the noticeable reduction in felt heat coming in through the Windows.  Once again very pleased with our Milgard Windows and we didn't have to have a second Mortgage to get them like the other company that everyone knows is 5-10 times more expensive.  If your looking for great quality Windows at substantial saving call Tracer Window Company, you won't be disappointed.

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!

We had Gene come out we can half ago to get a quote for a couple of French doors, he promised to have it to us within about four days. We did not receive a quote I contacted the company & Gene again at the end of the week & was promised a quote by that afternoon. Still no quote 3 days later! Apparently they're willing to go out and visit customers but they don't need the business. This baffles me as they are a local business and I would think they thrive on local customers.

We just had Lowery's replace a window at our house and they did a wonderful job. Their installers were very professional and the quality of their work was exceptional! I will definitely refer Lowery's to all my friends.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Our master bedroom exterior door was recently hit by a rock which broke the outer glass pane.  This is a nine foot door with a frame around the edges and all glass in the middle.  We preferred to deal with someone local and my wife found Jackson Glass in New River.  Jason came over the same day my wife called and discussed various options with us including buying a new door.  Since this door is the same as our exterior great room door we wanted them both to look the same.  The major problem is that the doors are fiberglass.  Most folks wouldn't even attempt to replace the glass on a door like this, but Jason said he had done a handful of similar doors and would take a crack at ours as well.  He gave us an estimate and we decided to have him repair it. During this phase Jason never pressured us to choose a particular option or even to hire him for the job.

Prior to coming out to perform the repair Jason called my wife to let her know he would actually be able to complete the repair for about 20% less than his estimate.  This was after we'd already agreed to have him do the job at the price he originally quoted.  How often do you ever here of a business owner coming in under an estimate like this?!

On the day of the repair Jason showed up a few minutes early and quickly started the repair.  He was very meticulous throughout and when he was finished you could barely tell the door had been touched.  The new glass looks great and where he sealed it looks very clean and professionally done.  I found out from Jason as we chatted that he can do virtually any type of glass repair including those uniquely designed panes in vanity mirrors and curio cabinets.

When Jason was finished he thoroughly cleaned up all areas where he had performed work (something you don't always see nowadays). My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the way the door looks and will certainly call on Jason for any future glass needs.  He is extremely professional and personable and an honest business owner.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.  I'm hoping we won't be breaking any more glass, but if we do it's reassuring to know Jason is just a phone call away.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

I had windows installed by Reliant on May27 2018. One of the windows cannot be locked, Three window frames were installed and the nail holes were not filled. And one of the installers laid lit cigarettes on my patio table and burned the table in two places. I have contacted the company several times and finally got an appointment this past Saturday, June 23rd.Between 2p m-6pm.No one showed.  I called this morning and was on hold for the scheduler for 26 minutes. I called back an hour and a half later and was told the installer was still on the phone. But the front office secretary had emailed him to call me. No call .

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
