Alex was a live saver! In the middle of the night my pile line got backed up and Alex came to my rescue. The service was excellent, fast and very reasonable. By far the best plumbing service.
We had an issue with the toilet leaking down into the garage ceiling.
Alex and Gerry came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed the leak.
It was a DIRTY job and they exceeded my expectations (again).

Alex the owner was on time,professional, and did a fantastic job with repairs on our shower as well as diagnosing a water leak with two of our toilets.
He fixed the problem quickly and was reasonably priced. Very happy with the honest expert service that we got. Highly recommend this company.
AND.... he came out gave me an estimate for free, I asked him if I could order the parts myself and he was happy to give wonderful advice on parts and cheapest ways to order them.
When all the parts arrived, I easily set up a time for him to come out to my home. I made a mistake and when he got there 2 of the parts did not arrive yet. He happily fixed what he could and then came back later when the parts finally arrived and did not charge extra for having to come back a second time. It was my mistake and he was very generous and kind about accommodating me.

We have been having this worrying drip from our tub for awhile and finally called someone to help fix it. The guys from Active not only were able to come out same day, but they were kind and honest as well.
Turned out the drip was just from a plastic trap doing its job, but just noisily. They didn't try to make up problems just to get paid and I really appreciate that. Will definitely be using them for a real problem in the future!
Alex was easy to communicated with, via call and texts. We needed a bathtub valve replacement that included doing work in the walls.
He very cleanly cut the drywall, that made it super easy for me to patch it back up.
He kept me updated with his ETA, did the work carefully, asked if we were happy before he wrapped up. Will call again for future needs.

The guys came by and fixed a leaking toilet no problem! They give you a time range for arrive and they were there within that window. I had the toilet resealed, bolted, and the pump changed out in about an hour. Super nice people!

Needed a filteration system installed asap, and the boys did the job within hours. Repiped the lines in crawl space as well. Definitely will be calling them again!
We had a bathroom toilet problem this morning and Active Rooter and Plumber came out within the time frame that was promised and he did a quick and efficient procedure which cleared it up. Once again we were very pleased with the honest expert service we got. The price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Came to see my broken water heater. Told me they were going to send me a quote but never did. It's been more than 4 days now.
Very unprofessional.
Couldn't have had an easier experience. Needed a new gas valve for a new stove. Got a prompt quote via Yelp. 24 hours later, it was done for the quoted price. Super communication throughout.
Active Rooter did a great job. Harutyun replied to my Yelp inquiry with a fair quote. He was on time to our appointment, very knowledgeable, professional and finished the job quickly. I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes before I even asked him to do that. I would highly recommend Active Rooter and will definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Contacted several plumbers to have this set of 3 filters installed and my front main line manifold reworked, after several unprofessional ones I was lucky enough to find Active Rooter & Plumber. They arrived on time at the appointment, sent me the quote via email 1h after the visit.
The price was more than fair compare to local plumbers.
Result speaks for itself (see photos), super clean work and all done in about 4 hours.
Highly recommend them!

We needed to trust someone to complete the plumbing for our kitchen remodel. Their attentiveness and communication was the best we ever experienced. He assisted us with what we needed to get which made the installation go very smoothly and quickly. They were very neat and explained all that they were going to do. They did all the testing necessary to make sure the plumbing was water safe. They gave us a great price and the team worked diligently and carefully together. Needed gas line fixed to fit new stove. Servicemen were on time and professional.
Highly recommend active rooter. Offered fair and upfront pricing and when the job suddenly got a lot more complicated due to a drain issue Alex didnt panic and handled the situation as a pro. Someone less experienced would have probably given up or tried to up sell me on an easier solution. Alex got the job done as well as I could have hoped.
They came right when scheduled and made a quick toilet valve repair cleanly and professionally. Liked their work so much I requested an estimate for another project (non emergency). Thank you for really going the extra mile for such a short fix!

Alex and his associate arrived on time with clear communication and took care of our units! He rootered (snaked) four tubs quickly and efficiently and was courteous to all the tenants. I'm thankful to have Alex, and I'll certainly call upon him again.
Responded super quickly and looked into a leak in our kitchen. When the issue was with our dishwasher (and not our plumbing) they didn't charge us.
I worked with Alex from Active Rooter and Plumber at the recommendation of a friend and I could not have been happier with the service. Alex was able to address all of my plumbing needs on my fixer-upper condo including repairing a leaky pipe, updating sink fixtures, and installing new toilets. Alex was clear, reliable, knowledgeable and hard-working. I will definitely reach out to him again if/when I have future plumbing needs.

My old water heater started leaking and had to be replaced. Active Rooter and plumbing was one of three estimates and they had the most reasonable prices.
Alex and team came and installed a new tankless hot water heater in about 5 hours. They are very professional, organized and talk you about any potential issues while doing the work.

We had to find a new plumber since our longtime plumber retired during the pandemic. We got a really competitive price to get our tankless water heater annual flush. It was really easy and we even were able to get a slight discount by rounding up our neighbors in our condo complex who also had tankless heaters flushed at the same time.

Our toilet needed to have a new wax ring and be reset. It was leaking a bit and seemed wobbly.

Our shower had a leak and we needed a repair. We reached out to Activate Rooter and Plumber and they got back to us right away. We had the wrong handle and they provided the correct handle and explained what the problem was so we could better understand. A five-wrench salute to Alex and crew. After getting a few Yelp and in-person estimates on replacing some copper piping and a P-trap & overflow mechanism under our house (the ancient stuff had corroded and was slowly leaking), he offered the absolute fairest price and gave the clearest diagnosis of the problem. What I love is that he never tried to up-sell (and, like I said, we have old pipes) and there was never any drama or fear tactics that you get with almost every other plumber. Super calm, very neat, quick and efficient. Don't even hesitate. Call Active and Alex.

Unfortunately we had to a main line blockage (roots) on the Sunday we returned from vacation. It was real bummer until Active Rooter showed up . Alex brought the cammera and the snake and even managed to pinpoint where the roots were invading the pipe, Alex was very professional he knew exactly what his doing.
Since it was Sunday I was concerned we would have to wait , but he jumped in the truck and was at my door in twenty minutes.
Would use this company again and I will recommend to friends and family

Responsive, affordable and friendly. Did a thorough job and will have them come back for sure! Glad I made the leap because he's just starting his own company and only had a handful of reviews.
Fast and thorough service. Also very honest, which I truly appreciate because I've unfortunately been subjected to various attempts at deception, motivated by dishonest or unscrupulous individuals. In fact, Active Rooter was the FOURTH plumbing company I called out to assist with a sewer smell in my house and the only company to suggest a nuanced approach, taking small, modest, cost-effective steps to tackle the root of the issue, as opposed to going big all at once, which one company did suggest in their recommendation to tear down an entire wall. If the problem can be solved in a smaller way, why not start small- the way a doctor might diagnose an illness through exclusion, these guys did the same, attempting to address the issue by resetting the toilet with a new wax ring. I felt I was being treated as a friend or sister, and never doubted that I was in good hands. I can breathe again!! Thank you, Active Rooter!!

Simple problem, quick solution! My kitchen sink was leaking due to a cracked garbage disposal. After a quick phone call to set up the consult, Alex easily identified the problem and was able to swap out the parts in the first visit since I had a replacement in hand. Also explained what he was doing as he worked, which was very helpful.
My toilet backed up and flooded late at night and I was so nervous. I didn't know what to do so I searched plumbers on yelp and found Active Rooter and Plumber. Alex came by and not to just give a quote but actually did the job and took care of me. This company is the best. They have have amazing service and very nice and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will for sure recommend your company to everyone I know.
