Simply the best! Have had them do quite a few things for me and they are always, responsive, conscientious and utterly professional. Mike and Phil just installed my salt free water softener and whole house water filter system and they made sure it was done perfectly! I completely trust them and they are always so helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else. So glad I tried to fix something myself several years ago and failed... thankfully Mike came to my rescue and he has been my go to guy ever since!

Phil was amazing. He came after hours for an emergency and fixed the issue fast. He also configured my pipes in a way that would make it much easier to make adjustments in the future. He also alerted me about some other issues he saw and advised me on how to best correct the issue. I really appreciated his honesty, ability, going the extra mile and even helping me save as much money as I could. They will definitely be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

Toilet and shower were backed up. Water was coming out the toilet. Called American Plumb Method and paid the extra fee for immediate repair service. Andres was dispatched and diagnosed my problem. Had to jump through hoops to shut off the water as all my valves were not working properly. Got the water shut off and was able to snake the line and remove the clog. Fast, reliable, professional. Highly recommended!
As a Burbank homeowner there is always something. The current something is thought I had smelled gas near my water heater, but wasn't sure, and ignored it - not very smart, especially since it is near the barbecue (bet you are glad you aren't my neighbor). Subsequently my gas bill went from $85 to $194, and the gas company came out for a meter check. I was home and mentioned the water heater. After a quick look the gas company turned off the water heater, and capped the gas line. How wonderful, no hot water, and as a busy massage therapist who does a minimum of three loads of laundry a day, and really hot water is a must, I thought my heart was going to stop.
Well, thank goodness I had met American Plumb at a friends house one afternoon. I found the business card and called. Phil answered right away, told him my issue (this is all happening on a Friday, late morning), and he says he can have someone at my home same day about 4:30-5:30p.m. Great, don't care, need it fixed - can't actually believe it was going to be same day. Imagine my surprise when the guys arrive EARLY! What? Does that really happen? Yes, they arrived early, quickly assessed the situation, told me what was needed, gave me a very fair price, and completed the job in a snap.
Bottom line: if you are looking for great service, at a fair price, with true professionals, go no further and call today!!!!
My outdoor drain was blocked, I called them up, somebody was out a team of two guys within one hour and within the one hour they were here they unblocked and fix the problem I'm going to enter into a maintenance agreement with them I'm very pleased the guys that came out there was and Andres and Nick who looks like it looks like Santa Claus.

I was very impressed by how fast Mike came out to help with my plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. He was able to remedy my initial problem and also fix some other things going on. Very satisfied with everything and I have found a new plumber.
We went to leave the house and noticed a giant pool of water on the ground running from our Garage. Upon inspection, our water heater was spraying water everywhere from the drain. We were unable to stop it so we reached out with Yelp. Michael responded to my emergency request almost immediately and was at the house within the hour. He was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my water heater drain same day. I would definitely come back to American Plumb Method again for any plumbing needs.

New home owner, landed a whole plethora of problems that I though we're related, but were very much not. Phil, Steven, and the on-site plumber Andrew were extremely thoughtful, responsive, and efficient. Extremely caring about their craft, and their company, when other problems popped up - they were there the next day. All of them! It was white glove level service and execution.
I was looking for a local Plumber that I could count on to be reliable, fair and communicative. I worked with Phil and then Mike came to the job and I was happy I found them. I have more work to do and will not hesitate to use them again. The strong reviews are warranted!

I used American Plumb Method at my house about 2 years ago when I had a major leak outside my house. The service was quick, efficient and pricing was fair.
Yesterday, my parents needed to get a plumber out to snake out a main that every few months gets clogged with tree roots. Their regular plumber couldn't make it, so I recommended American Plumb Method. The tech came out and gave a quote that was initially a bit high, but reduced the price after he realized that my mom was right and all was needed was snaking the roots out. He was efficient, courteous, and my parents were very satisfied. If you are in a need for a plumber call American Plumb Method. They are my go to guys and now they will be my parents' too. Great.! American Plumb Method was quick to respond. Mike came and solved the issue (a stopped drain in the bathroom sink I could not unclog myself after a lot of work and attempted snaking). They charged a lower rate than the much higher quoted rate from a competitor. Mike L. was super helpful, informative and friendly. He took the time to explain the job and issue. You can tell when a plumbing company is built on the idea of service and just solving the problem at hand (as opposed to taking advantage of costumers by adding fees or trying to find unnecessary work). I called after hours and spoke to Phil. I didn't know whether my plumbing problem was considered an emergency and needed to be addressed that night. He didn't seem phased that I called so late, was honest with me and said it could be addressed the next day. He came out, assessed the problem and explained everything to me in layman's terms which was very helpful to understand. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions!!! I had the best experience with this company! I called them to get a quote for a leaky faucet, they responded immediately and I had two people inspecting my leaky faucet for an estimate the next day. They came back a week later for installation and we had a huge huge problem ... on installation an old rusty pipe shattered and needed to be replaced. That required a wall to be opened!!! This was no issue for my awesome Plumber phill, who replaced the pipe, replaced the leaky faucet, and then arranged for the wall to be fixed. My bathroom looks amazing, I gave new pipes, my faucet is not leaky and my wall looks like nothing happened to it at all!!! Amazing job Phil thank you so much! Will I use this company again... you betcha!!! Do I think you should as well, yes I do!!!
I needed a plummer to install a few grease traps for a commercial kitchen.
During this 3 month period I signed a contract with 2 different plummers. Both backed off the job and had no experience with this type of work.
I found phill at American plumbing Method for a second opinion. He took the time to visit the site and spent a good amount of time explaining the job in detail.
I could tell from the inital call that he was very professional honest and experienced.
Even when I was clear about moving forward with another company. He still spent time over the phone and gave me advise.
I ended up hiring phill at American plumbing Method. The job was done correctly with transparency at every stage. These guys are the real deal !

I had called a couple of places before I connected with these guys, who took my call, heard my issues and then sent someone the same day. Mike was excellent, he was able to diagnose the issue and then went to work right away. He solved my problem and gave me some great feedback on potential problems. The price was great and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. I was looking for a reliable and honest plumber, if you are as well - call them ASAP!
In October 2019 our guest bathroom toilet was not flushing and started flooding non-stop. I didn't have a plumber on call, so I looked on Yelp for plumbers based on reviews, recommendations etc. and found American Plumbing Method.
Michael came out the following day and spent time fixing it. He tried different things to see what the problem was. As he explored further to determine the issue it cost more each time it was escalated. Finally, he determined that our child's wipes had clogged up the pipes. Michael removed the toilet, unclogged everything, added a new flange, and put everything back. It cost a lot but he fixed it. Everything seemed to be fine.
A few weeks later in November the sink in the same bathroom started leaking and we had Michael come out again. He repaired it and every was working.
Fast forward to November 2020 and underneath that bathroom in our garage, we had a small leak in the pipes. We had to replace the entire drainage pipe. As it wasn't an emergency, we used another plumber recommended by someone we trust instead of using Yelp to find someone.
The plumber showed me that the flange from the guest bathroom that we had fixed by American Plumbing Method was leaking where it was connected to that drainage pipe. I was incredulous. The new plumber was nice and agreed to charge us a little less than American Plumbing Method had charged us to replace the flange.
I texted Michael my disappointment and asked about the warranty on the parts and his work He never replied back.
Sorry but I cannot recommend American Plumbing Method. I know every review here is 5-star but we didn't have the same satisfactory experience and results.
Thank you Mike! I had my new dryer delivered and I needed a new shut off valve installed first. Mike was able to come within the hour and have it replaced and installed the dryer. Very affordable prices. I'm very happy with the whole process and I will definitely use them again.

We had an issue with one of our bathroom sinks. Found these guys on yelp and called. They had someone out in less than an hour, and the service was completed efficiently and effectively.
Kyle was so nice and took care of everything. He was in and out, and we were able to pay with card.
Highly recommend this company. They even have text message notifications on service arrival, when service is complete, and email receipts.

These guys are just flat out honest. We had a leak on our floor and we thought it was the slab underneath. Mike came out at 7pm checked it and told us it wasn't it. Afterwards he realized it was the dishwasher leaking.
He charged us $0. As a small business owner myself I still gave him $40 for his trouble.
These are my go to guys for plumbing.

I have an upstairs dual sink vanity with side by side sinks that would not drain. I had another plumbing company come out and try but they could not clear the drain. They wanted to put in a clean out and charge a lot of money.
I spoke to Phil over the phone. He was easy going and a good communicator. He was confident his guys could clear the drain without the need of a clean out.
Long story short.. Andrew came and was able to clear the sink stoppage and get everything working again. There was no bait and switch like so many other companies do. You are my go to plumbers for now on.

APM offers quick response to Yelp! inquiries.
I had a moderately urgent need for fixing a toilet that was a little above my beginner expertise (it involved taking apart the tank). APM were quick to confirm an early opening in their schedule to inspect the situation.
APM sent Mike to take a look. He gave a fair quote and did a standard repair on my toilet issue in less than an hour. He also noted some related toilet issues to be aware of in the future.
A few days later, I had trouble with the same toilet again. I did not know whether the issue was related to the previous repair, but I did not want to mess with it in fear that I might make things worse.
APM arranged an appointment the next day. Mike and another guy arrived and took a look. They told me it was an average clog that I could do myself. So saving myself money, I did. They gave me some helpful knowledge and tips as to why my toilet had these particular issues. Having no troubles, they quickly went on their way to their next job.

Responded quickly, I had a problem with my dishwasher, was told they would give me a free estimate and if it was easy to fix there would be no charge! Usually home repair companies tell you it's $75 dollars for them to come out and you can apply that to the service if you choose to have the work done.
Phil set up an appointment and was early, also text you when they are on their way. Professional and the work was done neatly.
Would use them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them!

I admitted to being completely ignorant about plumbing and especially water heaters, and probably another company might have taken advantage of that, but Mike gave me good advice that saved me money. I could tell his main concern was doing what was right and fair and not just lucrative.
Everyone I spoke with (Phil and Mike) was extremely fast and professional. The prices are fair for the area, and you can trust that if they say you need something done, you really need it. I'll never deal with another plumbing company if I can help it; I'm incredibly impressed.

I called Michael in the morning about a clogged bathroom sink. He booked me an appointment for later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. He showed up on time and the best part is he did not even charge me to unclogg the drain! He said it was a simple fix and would not take anything from me even when I kept insisting. After several weeks, apparently, both a water leak in my front yard and a gas leak at my water heater, I am finally sealed up and leak-free!
I am a big DIY person and don't generally like hiring professionals for simple to medium jobs. However, in this instance, my best chance for a bill adjustment from LADWP is to produce receipts from a professional repair.
Once I was able to finally schedule with Phil, Mike came out and assessed the job. We talked about the two options and he gave me a rough quote for one of them. It was a little higher than another estimate I had gotten, but he was also able to do a couple of things that the other estimate did not include. I made him a firm offer based on all considerations, which he accepted, and we were good to go!
In less than an hour, I am now gas and water leak-free, within budget, and can finally get on with my landscaping!

If you want to hire a plumber who is honest and reliable then Mike at American Plumb Method is your guy.
I called him because of his high yelp ratings and I was not disappointed in the least.
When we called today at 11am, he told us the earliest he could probably make it would be around 3 to 4 PM, but he actually showed up at 1 PM and was able to fix our sink and install the new garbage disposal we had purchased. He is friendly, respectful and most of all honest. He gave us an estimate before he started and that is what we paid. He cleaned up everything when he was finished.
My son originally called a different plumber, and when I read the 3-star yelp reviews I canceled that company and called Mike. I am so glad I did! Yelp reviews are important, and I would never hire someone with less than a five star rating. The job was done correctly and the pricing was more than fair. Thank you Mike!!

Mike is not only polite, professional and concsciencious, but extremely dedicated to doing the best job. My slab leak became more of a job than was expected, even while working with a leak detection company, but he never gave up. What should have been a 2 hour job became about an 8 hour job. He treated me like I was the most important customer in the world and was committed to doing the job the right way. He explained the various options I had and re-routed my plumbing with the least impact to my home. After completion, he stayed true to the original estimate even though he probably lost money. Most unexpectedly, he called the next day to check in and find out if everything was ok with us. Even his partner Phil did the same. ( I don't even get this follow up from my doctors!)
They are now my go to plumbers and I would highly recommend them!

My DIY shower repair started on Saturday afternoon, and by the time I discovered that I had a very challenging and unique plumbing issue that was out of my league, it was Saturday night. I did some research and found Phil. He responded quickly and was curious and communicative about this odd issue. He was up front about pricing and capacity, and came first thing Sunday morning, when he said he would show up. He used creative means to solve the problem quickly and well. And it was less expensive than I was expecting it to be. I highly recommend Phil and APL.
Never in my life have I seen even a professional plumber have the parts for two jobs on-hand in the truck. I was super impressed. Replaced a bathtub seat and outside spigot. Also inspected the bathtub faucet stems in seconds. Seemed like he was at my place for less than an hour and fixed the double leak. Also, I had just called like Mike like 2 hours before and he was somehow able to clear his schedule. Was only supposed to be an estimate, but he fixed everything on the spot. Super impressed! Thank you American Plumb Method!
I highly recommend American Plumb Method! One of the two owner's Mike C really helped us out, coming over very quickly, to fix our slab leak! They confirmed the leak and capped off the leaking hot line, then rerouted it, as simply and quickly as possible. We also had the kitchen sink faucet replaced. We had an emergency plumbing issue at 6 pm on Friday night. I tried to contact several business here on Yelp... but the ONLY ONE who came to our rescue was Mike! And Mike knows his stuff! We had roots growing into our pipes. Thanks Mike. You are now our first call for emergency plumbing needs.
Complete waste of time. They are trying to find someone in desperate need to completely rip off.
Wanted to charge me upwards of $3,000 for simple washer/dryer hookup when other LICENSED plumbers quoted me $500 with parts/labor
I guarantee you that you will get ripped off if you don't have the slightest clue about prices. I know prices, so he wasn't able to rip me off, but he tried turning the tables and said are you a licensed plumber, do you blah blah blah. No I am not a plumber, but I am not an idiot.
I suggest everyone to call multiple places and get different bids.

These guys are real pros. I have a faucet from the year 300 BC and they fixed it really quick. First I spoke to Mike on the phone. He was funny and easygoing. Good communicator. Then Kyle came out and was absolutely professional and knew what he was doing. The work was quick, clean and the conversation was great. Very polite guy. Also, this company was sensitive to the times and asked what level PPE I required for his tech to wear while at my house... he offered full respirator or standard cloth mask. I went with standard cloth. Now, if you'll excuse me... I'm gonna go wash a glass so I can pour a stiff drink into it. Thanks American Plumb Method.

Today, May 1st, 2020, our garbage disposal sprayed water everywhere in our kitchen. I was in need of an immediate plumbing expertise. Very impressed with APM and happy Kyle was sent out to my home. He was very fast to respond and the quality of work definitely exceeded my expectations! We have hired Mike and Phil for a variety of small jobs, and their work has never been anything short of perfect. We have had a number of pinhole leaks in our copper piping, and American Plumb suggested we consider a whole-house repipe. We took several bids, and American Plumb was not only on the low end but also was far more comprehensive. When the guys came back to do a walk around before ordering the parts, they discovered a new pinhole leak that they repaired--free of charge. We have (not surprisingly) had to postpone the repipe as it required several days of our moving out of the house, so if you have any plumbing needs now, please consider hiring them. They have great safety procedures in place.

My experience with American Plumb Method was excellent! They were the third company I called because I wanted to go with a more local business, but the first two on my list were 1- booked until the following week, and 2- voicemail. This company's website sounded great even though they weren't close by, but Mike answered my call immediately and came that day to check out the jobs I had.
It turned out that the pressure regulator my neighbor had warned me about months ago also needed to be checked but I'd forgotten. It was one of the first and necessary things Mike needed to check and sure enough, it needed to be replaced so 3 jobs turned into 4. He gave me what I felt was a reasonable estimate and scheduled me for the following morning.
Mike arrived promptly the next day. He completed the work in a timely manner, he even did a little extra here and there that he didn't charge me for. It took a couple days due to having to wait for a faucet delivery but it was easy to work around both our schedules.
No bait & switch tactics, no sales pitches of any kind. Just analyzes what needs to get done, and gets it done. He even made a follow-up call to make sure all was good. They have a 24 hour business and that makes it easy to schedule an appointment.
Prompt, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, time-flexible, and professional. Qualities I value and appreciate. I will surely call them for all future plumbing needs.

Quick resolution to our plumbing needs. Very great customer service. Showed up on time and also provide text updates on arrival time. Plumbers all wearing masks. We had a hot water heater install and new laundry room wash basin installed. The work was completed quickly and the area was cleaned up before they left.
I've used American Plumb Method twice this year. Once to install a new kitchen sink and once to fix a clogged kitchen drain. They are professional, experienced and conscientious. I appreciate the booties worn over the shoes and masks, of course. Pricing was good. I got a quote from another company on the sink install that was much higher. I'm on the 3rd floor of a condo building which is challenging and I noticed a bunch of companies do not work on apartment or condo buildings, so it's great that American Plumb Method does. I would recommend them.

Kyle covered our call from one of his colleagues. Working with my description of what was happening with our shower, he was quickly able to verify what the problem was. The quote he gave us was significantly less than another company who responded to our project.
We immediately hired him to do the work and he completed the project within a couple of hours. If the rest of the staff is as efficient as Kyle, I would definitely use American Plumb Method again.

These guys were awesome, right down the line. When I first submitted on Yelp, they instantly responded by asking pointed questions on the app pertaining to the issue. A quick appointment was then secured and Mike was here within two hours. As it turned out, the damage to my water heater was more extensive than originally thought. Mike clearly and concisely communicated what my options and his recommendations were, and he and Phil were able to switch gears, replace the whole unit (navigating through my packed garage), and modify it to prevent future mishaps, within a couple of hours. There were no surprise additional costs, no miscommunications, and both guys were extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Our copper pipe was leaking under the house. He crawled under, cut the pipe and soldered a new one with a new spigot for our hose. American Plumbing is the only plumbers for me. They've done several projects for us with total satisfaction. They itemize costs and explain each step carefully, with an accurate timeline, very important to us.
Our first experience was an emergency pipe repair in our dining room ceiling, quick and skillfully done.
After that we had three new toilets installed, then our main water shutoff was replaced. All projects were done promptly. Very experienced and knowledgeable guys. Thanks for your great work.

These guys are great, I have been using them for three of my hair salons and my house. No mickey mouse work here, they do the job once and they do it right. They always pick up the phone, I have never had plumbers respond as quickly as they do, while keeping their prices reasonable. If Phil is not available, Mike is and vice versa. I had a hard to find shampoo bowl faucet from ten years ago that needed to be replaced and American Plumb Method did the research on my behalf and found and ordered the correct parts. This is my second 5 stars review to this company. Today I got a new dishwasher installed and the installer told me not to start using it yet until I unclog or replace the trash disposal hose. I was first introduced to Mike sometime back when he was gainfully employed with another company prior to him starting up his company. I thought he was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and he seemed to generally just enjoy talking with and helping the people whom had called him out.
I think it takes a very talented person or team to have the courage and conviction to leave a good paying, steady job to venture into business for yourself. It also speaks to the confidence in one's own ability and dedication to their craft for them to take that risk as well. Knowing that you are good enough to journey out on your own brings a new level of dedication because you also risk everything on your company's reputation.
I own a few homes, which are both older, and I have used Mike's plumbing services several times since I have first met him. This company was really great. First I called them about a broken shower head, and Phil responded within an hour and agreed to come and look at it that Saturday. He came on Saturday and gave a reasonable quote and fixed it within an hour as well. Then 2 days later I learned that my sink was leaking too. I called again, and he responded the same day and fixed that as well. In both situations he explained everything, was very friendly and professional, and showed the finished work. When my kitchen sink backed up I requested quotes from several plumbers and Mike from American Plumb Method was the only one who came back with a reasonable quote and potential scope of work. This time it was our kitchen sink last time our sewer line. Michael and Phil are both top notch, fair, and did a great job. With everything going on it was nice to rely on someone we trust. What can I say about these guys other than they're are absolutely amazing! Our water heater burst and soaked through our floors, water was coming up from the flooring when stepping on the floor! I called and Phil was there in under 30 minutes. He was professional and polite and reassured us that our problems could be fixed.They quickly assessed my situation, called in for a new water heater, even called in restoration guys to come and clean up the water and to dry everything out! Mike and Phil converted my two handle walk-in shower to a one handle shower, using a Moen 1920 remodeling plate. This entailed cutting a hole in the tile just big enough to remove the old valves and put in a new Moen posi-temp, 3 port valve, but still small enough that the cover plate hid the hole after the install. Looks nice and works well! Finally no more drip from these old Price Pfister valves that got put in during an IKEA remodel before I bought the place! Thanks guys!

We needed to replace our kitchen sink and faucet and had four different plumbing companies come to our house to give us a quote. We picked American Plumb Method Plumbing because of Phil. When Phil came to give us a quote, he was very professional, prompt and detailed. He provided the most thorough and specific quote as to what we needed to do and how much it would cost. There was no ambiguity or attempt to sell additional services. Phil's correspondence with us was so professional. We received an email and/or text for our detailed quote, every appointment and when he was in route to our residence. The correspondence was immediate and accurate.
When Phil attempted to install the new sink (which we provided), it did not fit. Phil patiently waited while we went to a local home improvement store to purchase a sink that would fit. The second sink also did not fit and we figured we would reschedule since we had taken so much of Phil's time. We believe he sympathized with the fact that we had no kitchen sink and he told us he would wait again while we ran to the store again to get another sink. Finally, the sink was installed. Phil worked expeditiously and neatly. The sink and faucet was installed beautifully and without incident. He made sure the sink was working properly and quickly cleaned up. He even took our old sink with him. Even though he spent much more time with us and expended much more effort than expected, the cost did not change. We paid exactly what he quoted us to the penny. We would absolutely recommend Phil and American Plumb Method Plumbing and already plan on using Phil again for additional plumbing needs.

He came out to our newly renovated condo for a free estimate for all of the work that we needed to get done. He walked us through each step he needed to take and gave us the estimate on the spot - such a great experience! He was also extremely responsive - after emailing him to ask if he could come out again, he called me within 10 minutes to ask what time was best! Both my husband and I work, and he was super accommodating of our time - he came out on Saturdays and Sundays, which made our lives so much easier. I cannot recommend him and his company enough!

Phil showed up on a Sunday morning to help me diagnose a gas leak by my dryer. He was professional, friendly, and honest, and worked quickly to help me resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Phil and American Plumb Method, and I will be calling him for any future plumbing issues.
Best service and price overall. Phil responded 15 minutes after I requested a quote on Yelp. He came out to the house on a Sunday 45 minutes later. He snaked out the drain line and that fixed the clogging issue of my kitchen sink. His price was very reasonable comparing to others. Nice guy and very straightforward. Highly recommended.
Phil is great. Doesn't take advantage. Seems honest and clean. He fixed the problem . was fair and respectful. Two other places we called one didnt bother showing up or return calls and another quoted outrageous price for doing something not needed. Highly recommend Phil .

Mike is extremely professional, prompt, fair with pricing, and he gets the job done. We had a few complications given that we live in a house from the 30's, and given that we live in a hilly area. He was able to resolve several different issues as part of our annual maintenance. We will definitely be working with Mike again and would highly recommend him for all types of plumbing jobs.
I needed a toilet replaced asap, and Mike was wonderful. He found me the toilet I needed (which wasn't easy), and was back the next day to install it. When he found out the toilet I needed wasn't where he usually gets his things , he started making the phone calls to find one for me. I was surprised he would take his time to do that for a new customer . There aren't many people these days that will help you any day or night you need them. This company will do that!

Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Mike has been out to our house several times for different problems and has always solved them all for a reasonable price. He was prompt, friendly and even came out to help us on a Sunday when we were without a dishwasher. I can't recommend him highly enough!
Came over on Christmas day for a severely clogged kitchen drain. Phil was so kind, competent, thorough, clean and we will be calling them again! He taught us about how to properly use a disposal as well as how to clean it. He had very competitive prices and gave us a discount as well. His friendliness is unmatched by others!

Mike of American Plumb Method has been our plumber now for several years. We have a failing main drain out to the street and Mike has been out to clear this drain often. He has the rare quality of not only being highly skilled technically in his trade, but also having excellent customer relations skills. He explains what he is doing and why and he does so in a very friendly and professional manner. Not too long ago we had a leak in a water pipe in the attic. Mike had to make this repair during the extreme heat of the Summer, in an attic with almost no ventilation in a very cramped space. The working conditions up there had to be miserable. Yet, Mike remained calm and never once complained and we would have surely understood if he had! We could not imagine calling anyone else when it comes to sewer and rooter issues, repairing leaks and installing new faucets, which he did for us just recently in our kitchen. If you have any plumbing problems call Mike at American Plumb Method. You won't be disappointed!
