The service here is amazing! They are nice and reasonable.
They technician that serve us was Jose. He was able to help us with our issue and was really understanding with our situation. He was professional, honest and detailed with his work. Also, the lady who helped with setting up with my appointment was really nice. She was really nice and pleasant to talk to over the phone. She was willing to listen and help with our situation.
Overall, I had a great service and everyone I have meet so far is wonderful. Definitely will use them again in the future will all my properties!

Well everything was going great until code enforcement came by and shut them down for no permit after about 3 hours! Even though the supervisor that came by the day before to give me his sales pitch told me 3 times that they would pull permits in the morning! So now I have to reschedule for another day and take another day off work!
The code enforcement officer came by my house again on Thursday to talk to me about this.
He told me Nexgen had an expired license! What the heck?
It's 4 days later. No word from Nexgen.
Then I saw on my camera that they came by unannounced at 8AM today (Friday). No ones home guys!
You need to call or text and reschedule, that's the way it's done. Don't expect me to be here waiting for you, I do have a job!!
For a big company, your not making any new customers pulling these rookie moves!
I hope I get some sort of compensation for the trouble you put me through!
Today, Saturday, I just received a $750 fine in the mail from the city . Thanks nexgen! BTW, they did not install Mitsubishi, they installed Daikin.
Also Mitsubishi, who I originally made the appointment through on the Internet did not take any responsibility for this as they said they just hire contractors! That's a nice way of say SCREW THE CUSTOMER
ITS BEEN ONE WEEK. HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM nexgen.
We were having some issues with our mini splits and had called multiple vendors to come out. After being let down by repair companies not showing up I remembered seeing the owner of the company on the news awhile ago and figured I liked what his company set out to do. Well Edward P. is definitely carrying that legacy for the company of providing reliable and valuable service. Edward arrived early, called me to let me know he was in his way and was very detailed in explaining every step of what he was doing.
I would 100% recommend NexGen and will be using them more in the future!
Great repair job by Alex G! He was very courteous, helpful and did the job well. The contactor of my AC unit was burnt. Alex took his time to explain the issue to me and was transparent throughout the process.
Just as we were gearing up on our weekend plans, we discovered a plumbing issue, aagh! Jesse came out to save the day. He was detailed and professional! He quickly identified the problem and clearly explained it to us. The resolution was quick. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Had a problem with our furnace/heater. David came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty pressure switch). He stayed for longer than he had to in order to make sure his diagnosis was correct. He was quick, honest and smart. Thank you David.

Our AC went out and German came out today to give me a quote. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what our AC needed to get it back up and running and gave me advice on upgraded our system to a smaller unit and where we could relocate it to. He gave me a quote and we are moving forward. I definitely would recommend German and NexGen.
I live in a trailer that's 600 square feet. NexGen quoted me over 18,000! When I pointed out the small space he lowered
The price to replace my heating/ac unit to 14k. Beware!! This place overcharges!! Don't go with this place unless u have $$ to burn.

Brandon the technician is awesome. He's so polite and professional. Most importantly, he fixed our heater in a timely manner! Thank you Brandon.
Had a clogged shower and Jesus Lopez came by to help. Arrived on time and was super courteous and knowledgeable. Resolved the plumbing issue quickly by pulling out a giant ball of hair (cringe) but still made sure the shower was draining properly. What I most appreciated was cleanliness. He left everything in order and cleaned up well. I've had nothing but great experience with this company!

Had an issue with wiring up my thermostat, gave them a call and they were able to send someone out a few hours later to come and take a look at it. They were able to fix the issue promptly, even wore booties so they won't bring bring all the rain/mud into the house. Would definitely recommend to use them for any HVAC services that you need in your home. I plan to use them in the future if anything else comes up.
Our toilet stopped working out of the blue today and NexGen was able to respond and send a technician over to our house within a few hours. Paul G was great- very communicative, professional, and super helpful. He was able to fix our toilet quickly, even when it ended up being a different issue than we thought. He even caulked and secured it when done and overall, left it in much better condition than he found it! So glad we found him & NexGen, I definitely recommend and would for sure use them again.
I'm not sure who actually hires this company for any work. I guess if you have all kinds of money to waste? Also, I'm confused, when did HVAC techs have to take a Hippocrates oath for HVAC systems? I appreciate their concern about future issues with my system but all that I needed was a new start run capacitor. Are they HVAC repair/service providers or just salespeople? But I knew they were a no go when they wanted to charge almost $2k to replace 4 parts when all I needed was one but then the one part was going to be almost $600 installed. I could do it myself but it would take longer to wait for the part to ship than have a repair done by a tech when I know they should have the parts handy.
But based on how much they wanted to fix my old 20 year old system, I thought I might as well get a bid for a new system because why wouldn't I rather put the $2k on something new? Imagine my sticker shock at almost $20k and the tech trying to lessen the blow about a $3k rebate LOL
So ya, if you want to brag about how much your HVAC system cost, you can't go wrong here. They will surely charge you a hefty sum. You don't have to believe me, have them come out and bid on your new system. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I just got a current bid on a Lennox system at half the price.
But at the end of the day, even though I had to pay $88 to be gaslit. My experience isn't enough to give them Zero stars (not that you could), they actually deserve the single star because they did come out the day after I called.

Today is the second time we had NexGen come out. our service provider Jesse V. Was courteous, quick and knowledgeable we had our water heater flushed this time. Previous visit we needed a new shower cartridge.
We love the fact that he answered all our questions and gave us information on preventative maintenance with his company to save us from a bigger problem down the road. we are retired and on a fixed income, it's good to know there are still some honest reputable companies out there!
We will be calling NexGen for all our plumbing and AC services for now on.

My wife and I had a disappointing experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone! After receiving a quote and agreeing for them to do some work my wife and I weren't 100% comfortable with the price so we decided to talk it over with family and friends. We, along with others in the industry, determined that the price was a total rip off and they were trying to take advantage of us. I admit we should of done our homework before hand but given the recent heat wave we were in a hurry! After getting several more quotes that were all significantly lower (50% less) my wife and I went with another company.
That's not even the worse part. The two technicians took a piece of our furnace with them and they threw it away! Our furnace wasn't even the problem! According to the other vendors that is a big no-no and they it basically forced us into getting a new system.
If you have extra money to blow then sure go for it. But I promise you can find cheaper and better options!

So, after this negative review I received a message from NexGen to call them to remedy the situation. Well, I already called several times before making this review. I said all I need is the refund and I will not make a review. I replied to their message saying I just need an $88 refund... and there was silence. Everytime you ask them for a refund it falls on deaf ears.
Tip: check the profile of the people giving 5 stars, they're probably just an account made by the owner.

This company took over another company. Has already came twice to help me out with a service call. Eddy was amazing and helpful. Came next day and super experienced. Thank u again.
The hose underneath my sink sprang a major leak. Jessie responded immediately, came to my house and fixed the problem. He also advised me that I could have damage under my floors and recommended someone to investigate the potential problem. His service was above and beyond what was needed and I am very grateful.
My brand new heater wasn't working on this second season , Next Gen schedule service and they sent a technician as they promised, Roby (technician) was very helpful and professional knowledgeable, he came in 2 different ocasions. This second time He brought a coworker David , they both were very throughout full on my heater system , thank you I just took one star off because it is not good to be needing help on fixing a new furnace but again it is part of technicalities of the system that needed to be adjusted. I can't comment on their workmanship, but I had NexGen come to my house and I've never dealt with a more pushy sales vibe than with them. Their prices were more than twice, sometimes four times the price of the other estimates. I don't want to leave a review and say they do bad work, that's why I gave them three stars instead of one, but I wanted to leave a review so other people calling them will know what to expect.

Our sink was backed up for over a week I called other plumbing companies and they couldn't come out and help me Josh from Next Gen came out cleared our kitchen sink was very knowledgeable very helpful very quick clean I highly recommend Josh with NextGen heating and air conditioning I will definitely be calling them again for any other issues that they can help with I highly recommend

Called NexGen to check on our water heater. Jesse was very responsive and knowledgeable. He provided outstanding customer service and gave us great input on our issue.
First, let me start by saying I called a few places with no callback.
After seeing all the ads for NEXGEN and also seeing some AC units in my community, I knew I need to give them a call. I called at 4 PM, they were here the next day at 2 PM for a service and troubleshoot. When we knew it was not going to be fixable and a lot of work needed to be done, it was time to break out the calculator. We went over all the details, price breakdown, what was needed and an order was placed. At 4 PM that same day, the demo crew came by the house broke down the furnace and the AC. At 8:30 AM the next morning the AMAZING crew of Gus, Hugo, Leo, and David got to work. They worked a full day and got 90% done. They were here the next day at 8 AM ready to rock 'n' roll and finish up. My job included AC, furnace, ductwork, and some gas and water line fixes. I cannot tell you how incredibly happy I was with their Response time, customer service and especially the four-man crew service. Outstanding! If you want quality this is the place to call. I will tell you it's not cheap but definitely worth it. PS they are doggy approved too.

This was the 1st time I have used NexGen and I would recommend to my friends and family. Tanner was exceptional in diagnosing and repairing my AC during 4th of July weekend. Tanner provided clear and concise information
on the scope of work he is doing. Lastly he provided me with both short and long term options. Keep up the great work Tanner!
The company response so quick and the technician is cool and nice. Really recommend this one.
We had a home inspection which had required a more thorough inspection of our HVAC system. I gave Nexgen a call as they came out and helped me out of an issue I had with our current home (which the company we had an existing warranty with, was too busy and couldn't make it out for 24-48 hours).
Nexgen confirmed and was able to make it to the small window I had available. The techs name was Roger and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall good dude. Roger took the time to educate me on the system that was currently installed and provided recommendations to bring it up to current standards. The system is old and will need to be replaced in the next year or so, and I will 100% go through Roger.
I upgraded the review by two stars because the owner called me right away when I complained and refunded the $89 fee

I called and spoke with a very nice representative to discuss my plumbing issue. After sometime I had an appointment for between 5 and 6 on the same day . I was contacted by phone that a time had opened up around 3:30 if I was interested. Absolutely. A very polite employee named Jesse showed up 15 minutes later and introduced himself. He was masked up and put on protective booties before entering the house. He asked me what the problem was I was having. I showed him and explained the toilet was flushing VERY slow. After less then 5 minutes he showed and explained to me the chain on the handle had been adjusted and was to long. No body in the house is admitting to it lol. He adjusted the chain and the problem was solved. I was floored when he said no charge . It took him less then a minute after he saw what was wrong. And he couldn't in good faith charge me. I will 100 percent call if I ever have a problem and encourage everyone to do the same. Honest , polite and professional. Thank you Jesse
We were without AC for 2 full days in the middle of the summer when our unit stopped working. Our regular HVAC company told us they wouldn't be able to come for 5 days.
I looked on Yelp and found NextGen. I called them and within an hour they had a technician out to our home. Tanner the technician was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and got out unit working in 2 hours. He stayed late to make sure our AC didn't turn off again. Tanner went above and beyond our expectations. We decided to sign up with them immediately for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.
I highly recommend the company's responsiveness and Tanner's expertise.

My name is Carmen Valdez. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of immediately since I was left as a trustee on a Family Trust. I needed to get some information on what work needed to be done on the house because the heating and AC were not working properly NEX GEN knew my situation. They were there on time and gave me all the necessary information I needed not only that they found out that the furnace while being used was hazardous. Thank God, the technicians were able to instruct us not to use it and potentially save us from health issues, or possibly something worse. Thank you NEX GEN For coming out, inspecting the property and being so professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend NEX GEN For all your heating and air conditioning issues. Here's the thing. I called Nexgen to repair my dual zone ac system. The repair people were nice. I will say all the people that come to the house are trained well and know how to talk to customers. They assessed my system and said that my 20+ year old system needed a compressor (about $5000). I asked how much for a new system. I will admit that I needed two units, two zones and I went for the more expensive slim line models since the area where I was placing them was limited. I was told the. installation would take one to two days after the gentlemen took pictures of my attic, my ducting, etc.
They cashed my deposit check, and we started. After the first day they did not even finish the demolition of the original unit. What was supposed to be no more than two days took 4 days with them constantly missing the mark on timing. Then, two weeks later one zone was blowing hot air. And, a week later that same zone is blowing hot air again.
The problem is when you call them, you speak to someone trying their best to sound professional who has no idea when the person who can help you solve the problem will get back to you. I consistently had to wait until the next day for someone to return my call(s) during business hours the previous day. I cannot help but wince when I see the billboard guaranteeing their system for life. I paid over 36,000 and I have to wait overnight for someone to call me for service on my brand new AC system. With Nexgen, say NEXT. I would look for a mom and pop store if I had to do it all over again.
I usually don't bother writing bad reviews. I'm a 74 year old senior that called them to repair my old central air furnace that was not heating. The technician said that he did not know what kind of furnace it was because the units tag was missing. Also rats had chewed many holes in my duct work which was a lie. He said that I needed the unit replaced. He said he could have a manager give me an estimate. About 1 1/2 hours later his manager shows up and gives me a sales pitch with a LIFE TIME warranty on a new unit for a cost of $23,000.I told him I was going to get other estimates. I called Bryants Heating and Air in Pasadena. They had to rewire my heating unit to test what was wrong because Nexgen tech had disconnected and pulled out all the wires . Bryant's tech determined it was a bad fan limit switch which is a part that cost about $130. NexGen is a sleasy company that can't be trusted. Their life time is only as good as their reputation and I would never
trust them from my experience. Their tactics are not a company that will be around in the future very long so what good is their life time warranty.

To my opinion, this is the best company I used for my AC maintenance services. I called NexGen this past Saturday due to my AC condenser was making some noises when running. NexGen was able to squeeze my appointment and sent Tanner (from their Anaheim division) on the same day. Tanner patiently spent hours to diagnose the problems by getting into my hot attic and climbing onto the roof many times in a such hot day! Tanner managed to show me and later emailed me all the performance data of my AC and successfully resolved my AC problems. I would recommend Tanner and NexGen to any one with AC or plumbing issues!
Josh from NexGen came to repair our AC unit, and he was excellent - extremely knowledgable, friendly, and punctual. We had recently moved and had a number of questions about the AC unit, and Josh answered everything and gave us a number of great tips. The price was extremely reasonable, and we will definitely use NexGen for future servicing or repairs we ever need for our HVAC system. The person we talked to for scheduling our appointment was also super friendly, and twas able to get us scheduled quickly, which we appreciated given how hot it has been. Five star service all around.
I had a lot of problems with my plumbing and I didn't know what to do. I called these guys and they were able to fix it right away. They arrived quickly and gave a very decent quote. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and personable that I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
Paid 250 to fix leaking ac condenser. Starts leaking within a week, I message them and I get ignored. Btw they were really pushy on two floatation devices that costs 400+ each... excuse me now, gotta call someone else to fix my leak.
Reaches out immediately after review and tried to solve the problem. Which is cool.
Update, the assistant service manager and field supervisor Ruben and Anthony came out and saved the day. They spent a lot of time and communicated with me clearly about the problem with logical reasons. This is the kind of service I would appreciate.

I was going to call NexGen to service my AC but Arnold called me to schedule my yearly service. Arnold arrived in a timely manner and called to let me know he was on his way. He was so friendly and had great knowledge on the AC system. It was a pleasure meeting him and I look forward to having Arnold service my AC unit in the future.
Manuel the plumber was very professional. He stopped by to service our water heater very detailed in his work and explained everything in was doing, in addition he was a very nice guy. Great customer service and honest. I will highly recommend him to our friends and family... Thank Manuel!

Too expensive Thermostat needed to be replaced. Tech replaced with new unit I had on hand. Charge was close to three hundred dollars. Excessive amount charged for work provided. Tech was more concerned about selling other services like a new HVAC system. Tech did identify some issues that can be remedied easily. Tech took a video. He and his buddy had good laugh in the front of my home. Not very professional.

I called NextGen late in the afternoon and a service tech was at my house within half an hour.It was very hot and my AC had just quit. Keifer, the technician, was able to check all my HVAC equipment besides cleaning it and determined that it needed capacitors.
He was able to get the needed parts quickly, working in a hot attic as well as my yard. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I can recommend NextGen.

Poor responsiveness, constant rescheduling. And Lucy is the worst customer relationship coordinator. I would not recommend using this company.
Had Aaron over today to check a leak under the kitchen sink. After 10-20 mins of checking and q/a he figured out the clog causing the leak. He was able to resolve the issues quickly and honestly. Provided the solutions to fix the problem. Thank you again AAron!

They showed up looked at my equipment and told me that the unit I had was to large for the square footage of my home. He said he wasn't qualified to evaluate the problem and needed his supervisor to come out and evaluate the situation. He collected the $88.00 dollars and said they would return. It's almost been a week since the office called and said they would be out the next day. All I got for $88.00 was hot air! As in all talk and NO action
My mother in laws residence needed a new wall heater. Many hvac companies do not work on these types of heaters. I finally found NexGen. The tech that arrived was German. He was extremely professional and took his time figuring out what was wrong with the heater. I was influenced with his friendliness and professionalism, I decided to contract NexGen to replace the heater. Thank you, German, for all your assistance and knowledge.
This company has conceptual issues.
On the one hand they want to be more than a 'normal' HVAC company. They want to be the Starbucks of HVACs, if you will. They have offices everywhere, billboards --- they're even adding plumbing. They want choosing NexGen to be no-brainer. And yet --
-- their estimates simply aren't competitive. Not even close. Two recent articles about top to bottom HVAC replacements in California put the put the price ranges anywhere between -- say -- 6K to 10Kish.
My estimate was at 14K. I had to beg to get it down to 13K. Yet I was also promised that WE CAN BEAT ANY ESTIMATE.
Let that sink in for a moment.
Suppose I had a burger joint, okay? I promised the best burgers in town. My burgers cost $22. But I promised that if you showed me another menu from another restaurant that served a decent $12 burger -- I'd not only match but beat their price. Even if I did that for you --
-- what do you think my french fries are gonna cost?
Do you see what I mean? What would an out of warranty repair cost from these guys? According to their estimate about 32% more than the going rate.
That's why I didn't bother to let NextGen beat my better estimate offered by more reasonable vendors. I simply went with the vendor who did what NextGen should have done out of the gate: beat his competitors up front.

First of all I would like to thank Ashton the representative from NexGen who came to our house and sat with my wife and I did an inspection of our attic and space and of our old AC unit, which looks like it's been there for much too long. The old AC unit worked but not as good as it should have some of the rooms in the house were not getting any air and or heat when needed. At the time my wife and I were just looking for estimates to have the AC unit and air ducts in the attic replaced. The old heater unit was in a closet in our hallway which NexGen moved into the attic with a brand new one and replace the AC unit out in the backyard. After Ashton's presentation we were excited about replacing all the AC equipment, we only had one more estimate prior to this one but the representative from the company really didn't get into detail like Ashton did. We were impressed with his knowledge and decided to go with NexGen. We set up a time and date to have the work done which was completed in approximately 2 1/2 days which is what was promised. The old air ducts and air vents were installed on the walls which caused the airflow in the air ducts to be cut down because the air ducts had to make a 90° turn where as now the air ducts and vents are coming down from the ceiling which gives it a nice full smooth flow of air and heat. NexGen Took care of all the permits that were required and the inspections that were also required after the work was completed, we didn't have to worry about it. NexGen came in after the work and patched up all the holes from the old air ducts and vents and even painted the walls and ceilings where the old ducts used to be. The old thermostat was replaced with a Nest thermostat which we can now control using our cell phones. We took advantage of a promotion they were running at the time which allowed us to put off payments for approximately 18 months which definitely helped! I want to thank Ashton again for going out of his way to take care of us and make sure the work was done properly and on time!
Jessie Valdez is amazing!! He was so incredibly helpful and he was incredibly safe with his mask on. Very courteous with time management and super communicative! Would definitely use again.
Not good. Did not fix the plumbing issue I had. Rude and patronizing when they were there. Had a bad attitude the whole time.
David was great, he came and determined we needed a new thermostat. He had one in his truck, then he tested the AC twice to make sure we were up and running.
NexGen got a senior technician out to me the next business day and even got me an earlier slot. Juan, the senior tech, was professional and instantly identified the issue, while giving me the possible solutions right then and there. No BS, no fiddling - just immediate answers and solutions. I'd definitely recommend - thank you guys.

Our AC wasn't working properly and we were headed into the long July 4th holiday weekend. We called on Friday and they sent a technician on Saturday. The technician was on time and called ahead as they said he would. Turns out it was an easy fix (took less than 5 minutes). The technician didn't charge us because it was such an easy fix. Wow. What service provider does that? So honest and beyond fair. They could have gouged me and I would have had no idea. But that's not how they roll. I will 100% use NexGen again. An honest and reliable service provider. What a positive experience. Thank you!
Our A/C wasn't working well, putting out hot air. I saw the commercial for the company on TV and decided to give them a call. What a mess. They came out and said we needed a new system. Also, gave me various options and quotes which he sent to my email same day all over over thousands of dollars (7K). My wife and I thought we were on a car lot and he was selling us a car. Ending up spending over $600 for a cleaning and a new capacitor. Nothing changed. I then called a friend who knew a trustworthy AC guy. He came out out. In 5 minutes he said my water safety top had come off, it is a safety mechanism for when water does not flow out properly. He ran C02 (air) through it and it works perfectly charged me $75 dollars. I called their supervisor and they apologized and didn't know how there guy could miss it. How many other people that don't know get pulled into their lies and buy a new unneeded system. Do not trust them and do not use them. Go to someone you can trust.
AC went out so I reached out to NexGen online in the evening. They were super responsive (texted me first thing in the morning), professional (arrived when they said they'd arrive), courteous (Michael was incredible), and reasonably priced. I would change nothing about my entire experience. They've definitely earned a new customer for life!

We had an issue last night (11-1-2021) with our unit. We wanted warm air so our babies room wouldn't be cold. However our unit was letting out cold air. Anyhow my husband called this morning (11-2-2021) and made an appointment. NexGen sent over Roger. He was on time and very approachable he answered our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. Thank you Roger our Unit is working great again and our baby will be warm this coming winter season. Thank you
I called Nexgen for service on a plumbing issue with my guest bathroom's shower. Jesse was sent to my house. He called me in advance, arrived on time, figured out the problem and eventually was able to fix the shower without needing to order any new parts. I want to thank Jesse for his professional attitude, competence and his willingness to explain what he was doing. I was very impressed. I will definitely ask for him if I need to call Nexgen for a plumber in the future.
I was very satisfied with the friendly service with Omar associates, came do the inspection on my old air condition, explain what he was going to do, after the inspection on my old air condition , he pointed out what the issues, since my old air condition wasn't worth fixing it, he explained what was my options and recommended , and surprisingly he offered no charge for the service caused the no actual fixing, the customer service was friendly and professional definitely will call them in future, love Omar great customer friendly service
My air conditioning wasn't getting the job done. It was trying, but failing. And the previous owners had never done any work on the 20 year old system. Thanks to Edward for putting in the work to track down and solve my air conditioning issues, and to Edward and Jesus for giving the whole system a thorough cleaning. I'm breathing easier tonight.
Called this company originally cause of the good reviews they had and set up an appointment. The day came and two men came to the house to look at my ac/heater unit. They told me to get it running again it would only need bare minimum two part replacements, and I double checked when they said this i asked if you replace only those two parts I'll have heat again? And the man said yes your unit will work again . They finished and left after telling me they tested it and it was working. But later that nice when I went to turn on the heat I got nothing. Could hear the motor working but no air through the vents. Extremely disappointed after paying $1500 for it to still not work after having it promised the minimum would work fine.
Eddy P did our semi-annual service for our cooling system this past week. He is efficient and friendly and took good care of us. Over the weekend our cooling stopped working so Eddy came back again to check out the problem. He checked everything out on the unit itself and found no issues. The search for the problem continued until he had eliminated most of the possibilities. To our surprise the culprit was our thermostat! Eddy P installed a new one and made sure the wifi and app were working properly before he left. Cool air again! Thanks Eddy P. We appreciate your diligence in giving us great service.
I had my first visit from NexGen A/C today. Ruben and Adrian were very professional and friendly.
They were called out to try and fix a problem created by another A/C company (Air-Tro). When they determined that a new part would be needed they waived the service charge for the visit and gave me the option to buy the part myself to save money before they return to install it. A pleasant surprise. I'll be using NexGen for all of my future HVAC needs.

NexGen Air is excellent for HVAC issues!!!! Their scheduling was professional and easy, they sent someone out first thing they could and confirmed with texts and phone calls. They were even... early!!!!! Something that was unexpected and very welcome when your AC isn't working. Their professional, Brandon, was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He showed pictures, explained the problem and solutions, and offered services to fix. I felt I had the knowledge needed to make a smart choice... and that there was a choice and that I didn't need a second opinion. Lastly and most unexpectedly, Brandon was excellent at follow up. We have a problem that has frequently happened and new hvac people come every other year. However Brandon and Nexgen showed they really cared and came back a few days after the job was done to ensure everything was working exactly as planned.
Finally, they are very easy to reach (our tech was running early and wanted to confirm it was ok by having me call him back-- the company answered and was responsive!) and lastly, they have emailed receipts with pictures. I'm really impressed with this company and will use them for my maintenance and any time we have an HVAC issue. Highly recommend!!!
My furnace need a new induction motor. My service person was Derrick and I couldn't be happier. He arrived on time and spent over two hours doing a thorough inspection of my whole system. He took pictures of any deficiencies and explained the process completely. Derrick was very polite and professional and I highly recommend NEXGEN.
I'm impressed with NexGen. Edward was the technician that helped me out and he was very professional and concise with his diagnostics. He explained the situation and provided me options and his opinion which is value. I recommend NexGen, specifically Edward's services to anyone who experiences HVAC issues.

Patrick is the best!! Ask for Patrick, trust me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment he arrived. And he arrived ahead of schedule! He taught me how to open my vents to improve airflow and how to wash my unit. I would highly recommend Patrick and the whole NexGen team. These guys are true A+ technicians. Our home is freezing cold again!

OUTSTANDING!! Outstanding service. I called and a live human being picked up the phone and no buttons needed to be pushed. This seems to be very rare these days!! There was no robot, no layers of voice mail, just a simple phone call that went straight to a person. We were able to make the appointment right then and there. I did not have to wait around for someone to return my call.
I dealt their Technicians Art R and Jesus. We scheduled to have our thermostat professionally installed for 9:00am. They called an hour before to let me know they were going to arrive at 9:00. And they did, ON TIME!
Art was a very polished professional Jesus was a trainee and very professional too. While Art was installing our thermostat, Jesus was cleaning out the coils in our heater and doing some minor routine maintenance. When our thermostat was installed, both Art and Jesus went into our backyard checked over our air conditioner and completely cleaned out our air conditioner. DID I SAY ALL THIS CAME WITH THE THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION?!?! The price for all this was very reasonable and well worth it!

We are so happy with our two split systems that were installed! We have heat!! They were quick to come out to help us figure out what would be the best heating & air system for our home, & they came out the very next day to begin the install! They were clean, courteous & always wore masks. They kept us informed throughout the installation. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Tommy and Abraham are true professionals. Tommy is very experienced at his trade. Tommy diagnosed the problem that other plumbers were not able to find. We are lucky they were able to help us.
