LR Services Plumbing

I've been a customer for about seven years for various plumbing issues from faucets, toilets, and washing machine water line to hot water heater repair, hydro jet service, and pipe leaks. The service has always been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, and the work has been quality.
This month, I had to have a major repair to a broken exterior pipe underneath a cement block wall at my property line. The repair required breaking through concrete to access the leaky pipe while taking care not to disturb the integrity of the cement block wall. The technician, Maserati, arrived 45 minutes early and had a warm, pleasant, conscientious, and considerate disposition throughout the project. He kept me updated throughout his work, including giving me an hour advance notice about the need to shut off water so that I could prepare and reduce any inconvenience. His demolition and the surrounding area was neat, and he took before and after photos and videos of the project.
My parents and two sisters are also repeat customers who have been very happy with the plumbing work at their homes. I often refer people with plumbing needs, and the quality of Maserati's work on my most recent job finally prompted me to spread the word even more by leaving a Yelp review.

Terrible experience. I heard wonderful things about LRS and called them to come out to fix a broken water line. After the technician came out and assessed the issue (Maserati was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable), he said that his manager would be in touch because the damage was significant. I met with Leonard (owner) and a rep from a water mitigation company he worked with. They recommended that I file an insurance claim because of the damage and assured me that they would take care of everything.

Over the next four months, while I fought with my homeowner's insurance, they moved me out of my home, tore up most of the floors in the house, opened several walls and ultimately cut into my subfloor to fix the pipe. Despite multiple setbacks with insurance, Leonard and his subcontractor dismissed and ignored my multiple requests for a detailed accounting of expenses and cost estimates of work that needed to be done. Once it was clear that insurance wasn't going to pay their outrageous demands, the subcontractor disappeared and I was left with the bills for the overpriced vendors that Leonard used without running the cost by me, including his own temporary housing company. But hey, at least I'll have the memory of paying other vendors to fix the damage they caused and hauling away an enormous pile of trash that they left in my side yard to remember them by.

LRS continues to be the best plumbers I have ever worked with. I've had several issues that a contractor caused that they have been able to fix. They always do a great job, explain everything clearly, and are on time! What else could you ask for?

I am beyond disappointed. I called at 7:52am, to see if someone could come out and light my hot water heater. I was told I needed to pay the emergency after hours fee, because they don't open until 8am. I called back at 8 and was told someone would come out between 9-12. At 12:44 I got a text saying someone would be out between 4-6pm. I called after 6pm and was told someone would call me back. I received a text saying that I would be contacted after they finished a job they were working on. I was okay with that, but at 10:32pm I got a text saying just getting done we have to come tomorrow.  Never again! I searched for a few hours to find this company because I forgot the name and I wanted to support their business.

Plumber was one of the best tradesmen I've hired. Professional. Considerate. On-time/early. Strong enough to move the stacked gas dryer, and did quality checks before leaving. I sent pictures and they were able to quote a good price before coming out.

Maserati is fantastic. I appreciate him engaging in some questions I had about fittings.

I will use them again and recommended LRS to my mom as well.

Thank you LR! The gentlemen that came over were quick and professional, I appreciate them. We tried snaking our bathtub drain with the Drano kit from Target and it got stuck. They came out the same day and removed it and cleared the clog. If I have any additional problems they'll be the first company I call.

After several visits over multiple years, I've been able to form an opinion from observing trends on what they do well and what they don't. The work done seems fine if expensive, and they tend to arrive on time.  The communication between their techs and their main office is not good and has been an issue on multiple occasions. They do not provide concrete info on cost before doing work, and the numbers after are above the market rate and competitors for the area.

I called asking for an estimate on a larger job, was having two other companies bid for the work as well. LRS wanted to send someone by to take a look before giving an estimate and we set up a time. No mention of cost was brought up for doing the estimate. When the techs arrived they believed they were there to do a video inspection for the sewer line. I corrected them that this was an estimate call they took a look but were not able to provide an estimate at that time, and no work was completed. At the end they told me I was going to be charged for a service call. I let them know that that was unusual for an estimate, and hadn't been disclosed to me when the appointment was made (none of the other companies were charging for estimates), but that I didn't want a dispute and  I would pay it if they sent me a written invoice.

No, follow-up, and no invoice but a week later their dispatch called asking when we could schedule for that sewer line inspection. I had to get a tech on the phone to understand what they even wanted to do- they were calling to schedule starting the work- the one they hadn't provided an estimate for and I hadn't approved starting- nice enough folks and I imagine well-intentioned but the communication is not great and not equal to larger projects needs. Would happily call them again for minor service needs around the house when I'm willing to pay a premium, but they didn't meet my expectations for communication with a large construction job.  I still plan to pay the $65 invoice for the estimate whenever they send it- even if it feels bad that they didn't disclose it upfront, and the other companies (one of whom will likely get my business on this project) didn't charge for their estimates- I have no desire to stiff the techs for the company having operations and main office issues.

The plumber was tired and exhausted, which is odd because he was the owner. I would've given them more stars, except while I was in the kitchen, he came in the back with this hugely dirty and disgusting machine to rod my toilet, WITHOUT COVERING THE FLOOR. Which means sewage from all over Los Angeles can from the back door, all the way through my daughter's bedroom, and into her bathroom.
He got the job done, but I had to stop everything and mop a huge section of our home. In this day and age, sanitation is important. He gets no stars in that department.

Prompt, Professional- pricey.

I didn't really check out other companies because I wanted to use a BOC. Was charged a little over $250 in labor to install a $100 garbage disposal which is pretty steep- but its not like I was going to send them away.

My only annoyance was that the tech didn't give me a quote prior to doing the work, and it was way more than I would have thought.

Upon doing some research I could have gotten this job for almost half price but that's my bad- frankly it's for my office so it's no skin off my nose. I'm glad to be able to give 'em my boss' money but if it was MY money... I would have done more leg work.

These guys are RAD. I've hired them twice now --
Once for a hydro jet and once for a water heater repair. Both times I had an amazing experience booking my appointment and an even better experience with the plumbers who came out. They were on time, communicative, and efficient.

I had to cancel my hydro jet because my mom was in the hospital with COVID and I had to quarantine -- and when I called later to reschedule they made sure to ask how she was doing before anything else. It wasn't even the same person! This company clearly cares about other humans and their wellbeing.

Yesterday Owen came out to have a look at our water heater and was able to diagnose the problem and get me a repair quote pretty quickly. He was transparent about our options (not pushy AT ALL) and was able to get us on the books for today! Vince, who called me to schedule, was super nice.

Owen just finished up with the job and I'm pretty dang happy. He explained what he did in detail and in a way I could understand (having zero experience with a water heater). We have hot water! It didn't completely decimate our bank account! The company who did it is legit run by cool people!

They're definitely my go-to from now on. Hire them!

I found out about LR Services Plumbing in an Instagram comment, and I'm glad I did, because our main bathroom's toilet was making a weird lingering noise when it flushed. I checked Yelp to see reviews and decided to work with this team. Setting up an appointment was easy, I provided photos of the toilet, so our plumber could get an idea of what materials may be needed to complete the repair.
The day of my appointment, our plumbing expert arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, which I mean who complains about punctuality, no one, cause time management is dope.
The repair lasted less than 20 minutes, our plumber was professional, he communicated the problem and the work he'll be doing to make the repair.
Bada-boom bada-bing the toilet is back flushing without a soundtrack.
I would recommend LRS Plumbing, and will definitely use this team again.

--TL;DR - I experienced fantastic customer service, they arrived within the set appointment window, they freely* gave information and advice on how to fix it myself if I wanted, were super knowledgeable and very friendly. The fix was quick, competent, and effective. For parts, equitable labor wages, education, a 1-yr warranty on the repair, and customer care, this was definitely worth what we paid.--
I'd also recommend calling instead of emailing for quicker intake.

*I say freely as in offered without prompting. Technically, if I had decided to do it, it would have been a flat $65 for the on-site consult (which would have been totally worth it for the detailed, in-depth advice he gave on how to fix it ourselves and how to avoid future instances of damage) but that was waived since we decided to have them fix it right then and there, which was fantastic.

We had Maserati (sorry if I messed up the spelling!) and he was really understanding. He was thoroughly answered my questions and helped me understand a variety of options for the repair we needed. He also gave us all the info we would need to fix it ourselves, as well as some fantastic tips and expertise that are super helpful to know in general when it comes to plumbing and fixing/investigating things for ourselves. I feel like the education was absolutely part of the value and I'm very happy with what I paid for what we needed.

For reference, our toilet tank connection is plastic (apparently they all are) and I was attempting to attach a metal bidet adapter. Undoing the connection from the plastic water supply connector--combined with a slightly crooked toilet tank connection and my own repeated overenthusiastic attempts to screw on the metal bidet adapter--caused the flimsy plastic toilet tank connection to become crossthreaded so badly that I couldn't even reattach the original plastic water supply connector. Maserati laid out options/recommendations for fixing it ourselves as well as what a fix from him would look like. We ended up paying around $260 and it was done in about an hour, and he even took the time to re-hook up the bidet. And I was pleased to notice on the invoice that there was a 1-year warranty included with the repair.

They did the job but it took 3 calls to get someone to come out.  Not very organized when it comes to keeping appointments. Very unpersonable upon initial meeting and during.  Didn't provide a summary of the issue, I had to ask.  Broke my sink stopper and didn't tell, which may be why he was REAL short upon his exit.  Also left a puddle of water under sink and said nothing.  Only words he spoke on his own were....They will send you a bill

You may only get good service if your a woman...since they advertise real heavy on handsome black plumbers on the van.  ‍

Customer service is dead

we had our water heater turn off. we thought we had to replace it, called LR services and asked for them to come out. they said it would be about an hour, i said ok, they were here in less than 15 mns! the worker was soooo great, sorry didn't get his name, turns out it just needed to be relighted. he taught me how to do it, advised me in case it did need to be replaced, and resolved my whole issue! i am so thankful! like i said to him, he saved me from a day of stress. highly recommend them!

These guys are as legit as you can get. Not just the best plumbers I have ever used but also some of the best service I have ever gotten from any business, anywhere, period.
     These guys are cool as hell, from the minute you put in the service call,until the time the guys are done with the job, these guys are professional, friendly, and fast. Their estimates are fair and most importantly, they stick to them. No bullshit up-sales.
    I have used them at my home as well as at my business and every single time I get the same fantastic service and Ive never had a problem with any of the jobs they have done. What else can you ask for? I especially want to thank Owen for always taking such great care of me. Whatever you need with plumbing, big job or small job, these are the guys to call. In my opinion, they are the very best in the business.

Amazing. They came the day after I called for a non-emergency sink drain repair and fixed it in a flash. A literal flash-5 minutes flat. Best service around.

Used their services earlier this year to install a new kitchen faucet after our kitchen remodel.  Fast forward to today after having issues another plumbing company came in and let us know everything was installed Incorrectly and is now malfunctioning that's why we are having issues now.  After spending $1200 you would expect everything to work perfectly.  Very disappointment with this company.

I called LR Services because the faucet with a sensor on our kitchen had no water coming out and the water wasn't going to the dishwasher either. The water to the rest of the condo (bathrooms) were working fine so we knew that it was an issue w/ the kitchen water source. The issue was intermittent (I think it may have something to do with the water pressure). Note we never had this issue before.

So when Marcus came over the water was working but he said that he checked the faucet and turned off the sensor so we can just use the faucet as a regular faucet. The very next day, we didn't have water in the kitchen again. CLEARLY the issue was not resolved.

I called them back hoping that they would help or at least send a tech again to come and look at our faucet and they said they would have to charge me AGAIN for an issue that they didn't resolve.

I don't recommend this plumber to anyone. They will not work with you if you have a more complicated issue. They just run you through their checks and don't take any responsibility.

I recommend, this Pumming company they were honest, professional, on time  and prepared. This is by far the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with I was so impressed and satisfied. GREAT customer service.

MVPs! These two guys who came to our house were amazinggggggg!

They were extremely friendly, quick, careful and clean. Our kitchen skink and restroom were fixed, all under an hour or so. We were also given a very - very - reasonable price. F* yes! My roommates were more than satisfied about the service and price.

We never had to call a plumber, but if we ever have to again, it'd definitely be these guys - without a doubt. They even left us a small tool to repair our kitchen skin on our own - way too sweet.

This was the worst experience of my life in transacting with LRS Plumbers. Never returned my calls when seeking to understand why they preceeded to perform the work needed, without providing me with a quote, then charged an enormous fee for very minor repairs. I had contacted them several times in hopes of coming to a resolution. They consistently promised to find out what went wrong, but never made any attempts to call me back. I felt like they are scam artists. Stay away from this company.

I moved into an old house recently and the moment I got in there I was met with problems.

Luckily, a friend recommended that I use LR Services Plumbing as they had really good prices and would get the job done quickly. He was right. I had a number of fixes and when I got the bill, I was taken aback by the price they charged. I was expecting it to be more.

The employees who were there were also very professional and were quite the experts.

The day they came to install my new loo, they were running behind schedule. Thanks to their wonderful communications, I did not feel abandoned or forgotten, like a few other outfits I have had the misfortune to deal with.
They installed my new loo efficiently and with great care. They tidied up before they left, and were overall kind, professional and wonderful. I hope I dont need a plumber again, but if I do, I know who to call.

My garbage disposal was leaking they responded quickly and replaced it efficiently and at a good price. I had beef quoted a price more than double what I was charged

Great and fast service. Had a plumbing issue in my restroom at 8:30 pm and they were here within an hour. Super courteous, fast and tidy. Honest and extremely professional. Owen is a true professional and extremely honest. I just moved into the neighborhood and LR services plumbing will be my first and only call with any issues going forward from here on out.

Had an appointment for 11:00 am - at 11:30 am - had to call to see where they were at - Owen called back and apologized- had an emergency call that he was still working on - would not be there until 02:00 pm
I was concerned because I had no water in the house
Owen came at 02:00 pm - confirmed that the main water line to the house had to be replaced
This is a major job and I was concerned that the job might take more than 1 day
Owen stated that he would get water working in the house
He and his associate worked from 02:00 to 11:00 pm - 9 hours but got me water
The house was built in 1899 so it was not a simple replacement but they were fantastic
I would recommend them to everyone

These guys were great from start to finish. The team on the phone were easy to talk with and quick to schedule and explain the basics of the service call, options and billing. However, it was the onsite service that was really the exceptional component. Marcus showed up exactly on time. Clean, extremely professional and with a smile. He made quick work of the job and left our place cleaner and more organized than before he came. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again.

I called because my hot water heater broke over the holidays. The phone rep was polite and helpful. The tech they sent was speedy (same day service) and they charged me a fair price. I'm always pleased with the service I get with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So this was the first time i used this company. And I have to say that i was impressed. They were extremely professional and the price was very reasonable ..considering I have used plumbers in the past that try to give you astronomical estimates on what I believe to be simple work. There was even a mixup with when a technician was supposed to come back to my home the following morning and they rectified everything with constant communication with me ...keeping me informed and going out of their way. Will definitely use them again. Oh and one last little tidbit..... I had two separate plumbers from the company come out and both were extremely handsome:)

Quick, efficient, fair and courteous. Cannot recommend LR Services Plumbing highly enough. On Sunday morning we had a blockage that caused our bathroom to flood, I called LR for what I thought was going to be a simple snaking the line service but it turned out that we actually needed a section of the pipe under the driveway to be dug up and replaced. They arrived within an hour of my call and stayed until 9:30 pm on a Sunday to finish this much more intensive than expected job so that I could return to using the water in my house asap. Life savers. Thank you!

They charge $55 for an estimate. Anyone who knows anything about plumbing knows that you can't give an accurate appraisal of what needs to be repaired without an inspection & estimate. It is simply this companies bad business decision to try and force customers into using their service by making them pay for part of the repair, sight unseen, in advance.

This shows me that their prices are already going to be inflated above the market cost.

Other reputable plumbers give free estimates. Don't fall for this bad policy. Get a free estimate from another reputable company and save money in the long run.

Called LR services Saturday evening in a water leak emergency that included water flowing down the street etc. Owen was at our place within an hour and got to the bottom of the problem rapidly. Leak stopped and he even drained the water out of the city main. Owen was pleasant, positive, courteous and very professional; the kind of person who leaves you feeling good about life. I high recommend LR Services!

I called this plumbing company after I could not get through the company I usually used. This company will now be my go too. The customer service is excellent and they were very fair. I definitely recommend this company.

The original plumbing in my home busted and I remembered seeing this plumbing company participating in the King Day Parade a few years ago. I called them. They came within 2 hours, found the problem, gave me an reasonable estimate to replace the pipes and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease with Owen, his customer service skills was top notch and I felt proud seeing my brothers out working and taking care of business. I called Owen late one evening with the need to have a water heater replaced.  The tenant had been without hot water for a day.  Owen made arrangements for it to be taken care of the next day even though LRS had a full schedule.  Marcus arrived the next day to install and take away the old heater.  This is yet another great experience with LRS and their team.

We woke this morning to find our Gas was not working and called around to a few places but then found LR Services -- after a very brief phone call, Owen had me go through a quick check list of what might be wrong, and then he walked me through exactly what to do.

He was extremely helpful and offered to come out immediately but in the end he was able to solve the problem over the phone! When we tried to pay him, he said it wasn't necessary, that it was an easy fix that he would be happy to help anyone with -- so LR is kind of like a good neighbor and we are incredibly grateful.

Such great integrity and good, honest business!

I called the office in distress.  I had been experiencing low flow and knocking when I tried to turn on the hot water from the kitchen faucet.  Today, I started experiencing the same thing on the cold side.  Vince squeezed me in the schedule after I told him I was trying to get the kitchen faucet fixed before my mom returned from vacation on Wednesday.  The guys came out and in a matter of minutes my faucet was working again.  All for an affordable price.  I'm very happy.

This is the best contractor I've worked with in LA. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very customer service oriented. I will only hire them for plumbing needs on the future.

Marcus was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly.

Owen called this afternoon around 4: 00 pm and after a brief discussion he said he could have a technician out between 5:30 and 6:30, the technician showed up at 6:05  Marcus was his name and he was professional and fast got my hot water tank up and going on less then 5min. what can I say thank you

Great customer service! Helped me out with a problem over the phone. Gave me great advice the only sad thing is I don't have a reason to have them actually come out and work on my plumbing because after seeing the pictures of their plumbers I could def use my pipes cleaned  But it's a great plus when a business and advice you over the phone without quoting or pressuring you!

LRS is the best!  My dumb dog broke a water main in the back yard at 6:30am and Leonard was here by 7:15. Fixed in an hour with a smile. Great and fast service. I'll be calling them again!

They used to service my hair salon building when the drains got clogged with hair. Since then I've had them re-pipe one of my houses from iron to copper and boy did they do a fantastic job. They are FAST TOO! These fantastic Plumbers will work with you on price, beating out all the competition. Work with you on scheduling, available 24/7. And are extremely nice, clean and professional.
Not much more I can say about them other than, if you have any plumbing needs, be sure to call LRS.

Good guys. solid plumbing work. At first the install of a new garbage disposal ( booked through Amazon) broke our Instahot, which is why they can't get 5 stars. They came back to fix it in the end though.

These guys provide quality work, are punctual, knowledgable, accommodating and honest. Good prices too (I needed a Sewer Line CCTV inspection). I highly recommend this company.

Exceptional Service - I called on New Years Eve at around 1pm - my kitchen sink was clogged - I had people coming to dinner.  I had already tried to clear the clog, and I had made matters worse - now the drain lines under the sink were leaking.  Vincent, from LR Services, told me that they were pretty busy, but he'd try to get me taken care of.  He called back after rearranging the schedule and had a window between 3: 30pm and 5:30pm - I took it.  He ended up getting Owen out there at 3:15pm.  Owen was awesome - he immediately assured me that he would have me cooking again (literally) in a short time.  Owen delivered, he cleared the clog, and repaired the pipes.  The price was fair and I am very grateful - LR Services gets my business, from now on.

I was in a bind with a clogged kitchen sink and 10 people coming for dinner a few hours away. LRS rearranged their schedule and was able to get here within 2 hours and professionally and efficiently fixed the problem. I highly recommend them. Also it feels great to be able to support a local family business that gives back so much to the community.

Amazing...Honest service I called because I was informed that the drain under my house was leaking. Marcus came out and found that there was no leak! He was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly it's refreshing find a plumber that I can trust!

Owen and an assistant came to clean out a drain.  I didn't know if the drain was leaking under the house, as there was an odor.  They looked under the house and did not find a leak.  They did not try to rip me off by making up a problem (like another plumber had done). They did a clean out of my drain, and gave me a discount on the price.  They seemed very professional, and I would recommend this company.

These guys are the best.   I have used them for a few years now for various reasons.  Mostly on the holidays as my kitchen sink always decides to clog up when I need to host dinner.  They come, no matter the time, quickly repair and charge me very little.  Marcus, the one I always call (if it ain't broke) informed me that I needed to replace the drainpipe or it would continue to clog.  Once I was prepared I called and they came the same day.  Marcus brought his crew and they completed the job in very little time.  They are fast, efficient, clean, knowledgeable and nice.  What more can you ask for when someone is working in your home?  It is a pleasure to deal with them and I appreciate they are a business in the community which provides excellent skill and customer service.  Well Done.

Super disappointed, I was excited to see their proposal come in under my other bids, they came highly recommend so any small savings was worth while.  I asked for the projects to be bid out separately as I knew one was a wish item I was trying to get approved.  I gave them a pass on the delay in getting the bid because Owen followed up after I called and hey mistakes happen.  When I got my revised proposal minus the wish item  it was $1400 higher than the original bid, I felt like I had been bamboozled.  How does Demo cost increases by  $1000?  When I called to ask he said that the original bid was bid out assuming it would all be done together  even though I specifically asked for the job to be bid separately , as I knew one would probably not   get approved.  I asked for contingencies to be put on the proposal and some were but apparently they decided to increase the cost by $1k, , maybe because I am a woman, maybe because they didn't put enough care into the first proposal but it's bad business to do that.  Not good guys!

Great service!  Marcus came out to unclog my toilet; he was punctual and professional.  The following day the toilet began to flush slowly again and Marcus returned to fix the problem and its flushing fine now.

Marcus showed up on time and did a great job replacing my malfunctioning bathroom faucet.  He was professional, personable, kind,  graciously answered all of my questions, and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived.  It is reassuring to know I can use LR Services Plumbing as needed in the future and get great quality service coupled with great workmanship.  Thank you!

Yesterday, Marcus B. from LRS Plumbing did a great job in fixing our leaking kitchen sink and master bathroom shower. When he arrived, he was ready with the parts replacement for our shower issues and sure enough it was the main problem. Thus, the fix was quick. He did a good job in putting back the shower controls than the previous plumber I hired from another plumbing company. So far both tested well. A big thank you to Marcus, great job and you're so easy to deal with!

This is the third time I have worked with LR Services Plumbing and I can't say enough great things about them.  They are in my community, they are 100% professional, they always get right back to you and they REALLY came through for me today.

I have a home that was built in 1927 (Spanish Bungalow) and the water heater went out.  No surprise there as the last one was installed in 1996.  I am amazed it lasted 18 years.  Anyway, it died, kaput.  I was having to relight the pilot every day.  That got old real quick.  I purchased a new water heater and needed it installed same day.  I called and spoke to the lovely April, who said she would find out if they could come by for an estimate and that she would get right back to me.  5 minutes later, she did and said they would be by within the hour for an estimate.  They were there in 45.

They quoted a reasonable flat price for the install and took great care to make sure that it was done right.  Keep in mind the plumbing on my house is OLD and they had to do a lot of work arounds and unforeseen accommodations.

They took out the old heater, installed the new one and cleaned up everything and did a fantastic job.  But wait, it doesn't end there.

They leave and I try to run the hot water in the kitchen.  It is clogged from all the rust in the old pipes being flushed through - and no water comes out.  I called Owen and Marcus, they picked up, turned AROUND, and came BACK.  Fixed my kitchen faucet, cleaned the drain screen and finished the job right.  They didn't need to come back, and they certainly could have charged me more to do so.

I am a client for life and I hope that if you are reading this, and are looking for a reliable, honest, punctual and consummate professional plumber - call LR.

a really nice guy named owen came by to assess our plumbing. he mentioned he would have a quote for us. we've been waiting and still no quote. i was excited to work with this company because owen was so great, but the lack of follow-up is really disappointing.

Excellent service.  Used them twice, once on an emergency call, another time on a non-emergency call.  They know what they're doing. Very professional.  And they want to please their customers.  Its a pleasure to have them in the community and serving the neighborhood.

We used these guys this week for the third time and are still so impressed with not only their knowledge, but their honesty. We had them hydro jet our main sewer line, which we weren't too sure how much it would cost. They explained everything as they went, showed us what was going on and ended up charging us less than they originally told us it might cost. I received a call from my tenant explaining a pipe burst and water was everywhere. I initially called my homeowner's insurance company only to be given the run around regarding appointment and arrival times.  Upon not being able to secure an evening appointment, I called LR Services Plumbing. I received prompt and courteous service.  In fact, a plumber was at my tenant's door in 30 minutes. I was well taken care of...not to mention the emergency service call fee was less than I have ever paid.  My issue was resolved in less than 45 minutes.  I appreciate their speed and efficiency and would highly recommend them.

The first time I called for services, they were great--punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough.  So when my AC went out, I called LRS, expecting the same level of service.  No one showed up for the appointment...or called.  So I called them, and was told the technician was running 3 hours late, but he'd still show up.  So I waited.  Well, it's the next day and no one has called or shown up.  I hate to do this to you, my brothers, but I missed time from work to meet the technician during your work hours and I have yet to receive even a courtesy call offering an apology and/or an offer to reschedule the appointment.

These guys were great!  I had a tough kitchen sink clog that was far down the pipe from my sink and they were really responsive in working on it.  They were extremely professional and I think they did an excellent job.  I would recommend them highly and will use them again.

Emergency! Problems with both toilets and a hot water heater that was spewing hot water all over the balcony! LR Services to the rescue. My evening and plumbing was saved - fast and thorough.

OMG!!!! These guys were soooooo hot!!!  Not to mention they were on-time courteous and professional. My sewer was clogged, and after getting several ridiculously high estimates from other local plumbers, LRS gave me a very reasonable estimate. Had issue over the holidays with a tenants toilet...called up LR services and they came right out, fixed the problem and then the next day, called to see if everything was STILL okay?  Like who does follow up calls in the service industry?  First one I've had in a long time...close friend recommended them and I'm gonna continue to use them in my income units.
