Great job replacing 2 bathroom, sinks and cleaning up throwing away the boxes. Also, they were super responsive and being available to come out the same day I contacted them.
Very nice person walked me through how to fix my hot water heater over the phone, he was very patient and nice to work with
Recently I had an emergency where I needed a plumber and I hired someone else and had the worst experience. So I was really nervous about hiring a new plumber to put in a tankless water heater. My electrician recommended these guys and they were amazing! Arvin was out within a day, explained everything I needed to know, had a permit, the materials and a crew out installing everything within a couple days. There was some fine tuning with the pump that was required and they came out immediately and took care of it. Easy to recommend them.

We have had a difficult time in the past with plumbers not turning up or charging exorbitant fees , so we decided to give Plumbing Dudes a try. So glad we did! They bought and installed a new toilet to replace our cracked one and charged $125 less than all other quotes. Tony was very nice. Overdue review for the Plumbing Dudes!!!
Last Saturday my wife came home and found a puddle of water on the bathroom floor around the toilet that totally soaked up the rug. I took a peak and the main water hose from the wall to the fill valve was leaking.
I called our usual plumber and he had me send pics. From the two pictures, he said he would replace the hose for $675. I had to slam on the brakes and at least get a couple other estimates.
I went on Yelp and found the Plumbing Dudes and made a mass message to other local plumbers near Studio City. Arman was the first to respond so I called him and he picked up! This was a Sunday and I could tell he was out with his family but he still promised he could do the job and he sent Tony to check it out the next day.
Tony came by and checked it out in person but would have to return with the proper equipment. My next day off was Thursday so we set the appt.
Thursday came and Tony was able to shut the water off in the building and swap out the main water line hose in about 30 mins.
Easy fix and 100's less than my quote from our go-to plumber - who I probably will not be calling anymore!

Plumbing Dudes have significantly higher prices than average. But in a pinch, we had to go with them. I would call other reputable companies to get better prices! Ask for a quote before making an appointment.

Charles came out and took care of our clogged sink in a flash! He was very polite, efficient and an all around lovely person. Super grateful to Plumbing Dudes and Charles!!!
To install a garbage disposal labor only, Plumbing Dudes quoted me $225. That's an absolute rip off.
I hired another licensed plumber who installed my garbage disposal and he did it in 40 minutes for $125, which I thought was fair and reasonable.
Plumbing Dude is off my list completely for the high pricing. There are much reasonable plumbers out there!!!
Arman and The Plumbing Dudes are a godsend. I've called them for three different things ... to fix another plumber's botched job, to do a complicated technical installation of a tankless water heater, and, just today, to track down a gas leak in my laundry room. They handled all three things perfectly and I am so happy to have a plumber I can count on, a small local business but big enough that they always have a crew they can send over and will find a way even if they don't. Don't hesitate to call, they've got you!

Had the guys come out and inspect and old gas line for a new gas range. Apparently the gas line had the original valve on it from long ago (1925?). Anyhow, they inspected, gave a reasonable price to change out the valve and hook up the range. They got on with the job and finished in a half hour and they were on their way. Very professional, good value with competitive prices. I would definitely give them a call for my next plumbing job.

This update is a little old haven't gotten around to writing it - I appreciated that Plumbing Dudes personally called me back and explained the situation and how they dealt with their technician on the matter. She was understanding of my frustration and was pleased to offer a partial refund for service. She explained how many of their customers are from referrals and as a business it only helps to keep customers informed and happy from service. Thank you for helping to make things right and hopefully passing it on for future customers so they don't deal with a similar situation as mine.

We have an elderly house that is slowly falling down around us... the team is super responsive and reliable and friendly and makes sure we keep the water flowing out to our old barn and equally aged pool!
The dudes came through FOR SURE
Struggling with maintenance disputes with our property manager, one of which has been a recurring drain backup that they've thrown in our face as being caused by us. I went looking for a 3rd party plumber to come in, fix the problem and give their professional opinion on the problem. Came across the Plumbing Dudes and was NOT disappointed. Anna (I believe that was her name, the very nice phone operator/dispatcher) was helpful and talking through our situation and getting us setup with a tech right away.
I was lucky enough to have Tyler P. come by. Not only was he very receptive to my concerns and situation, but he was able to fix the problem, explain what it was I was seeing occur and kind enough to offer his own time to fill out a plumbers report for when we take this to our management or small claims court if needed.
Will absolutely make sure they are the first people I call for any plumbing needs in the future and Tyler as a newer member of their team is definitely working hard to give you the best service possible!!

I wish all home repair professionals were as amazing as Arman at the Plumbing Dudes. Three weeks ago, without warning, the gas company shut off my gas due to a leak. The first plumber I called showed up gave me a big number to replace the entire gas service, WITHOUT going underneath my house. They weren't interested in seeing what they could do to fix any leaks underneath my house and work from there towards my garage and jacuzzi heater. After reaching out to Ken Barnes Properties I was referred to Arman and the Plumbing Dudes team. Arman was prompt, professional, and courteous with great attention to detail. Arman, Tony, and Angel worked fitting by fitting, making sure everything was checked - replacing what was needed to ensure my gas service was restored in short order. They were always on time, double checking everything as they went, and took the time to explain to my wife and I the why behind the price to complete the job. All pipes are properly strapped, jobsite clean, and we're back up and running. The Plumbing Dudes pride themselves on fair prices, quality workmanship, and excellent communication. Armund is a quality dude. When a new employee of his (no longer with his company), turned out to have made exaggerated promises, with worse than disappointing results, Armund came quickly to the rescue!
When we had enough of the broken promises and shoddy work, from the ex-employee, on my wife's urging to call the owner, I finally did. Armund answered the phone and told me he would be right over. He was literally here in 5 minutes. Armund quietly and non-defensively heard our difficulties with his employee and the botched job. Armund inspected the work done and not done, and said I will make this right at my expense, I only want satisfied customers, and this work is not to our standards.
We set a new appointment, and Armund promptly made all the corrections. Armund went beyond just fixing the prior shoddy work, and at his considerable expense, took care of the oversold promises of his now ex-employee.
Seeing that Armund was an excellent plumber, and a man of his word, we made another appointment to have him replace an older toilet, his work was timely, top notch, and his pricing was reasonable. He definitely showed his integrity and pride in his work and company. I'm so glad we found a new plumber who stands by his work.

Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water yesterday evening. Plumbing Dudes were one of two companies that returned my after-hours phone call. Today they correctly deduced the problem - a partially tripped gas earthquake shutoff valve - and VERY patiently sat on the phone as my husband & I tried to locate the valve & turn it back on.
They also provided us with a VERY reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater flush that we intend to have done next week.

Excellent service! We have been having issues with our toilet since the flange was damaged. Other plumbers would not even take a look at it and decide our floor was uneven, causing the toilet to rock. Arman from Plumbing Dudes listened to us, looked at the flange and confirmed it was indeed, damaged. We then had a prompt appointment to get it replaced, which was done professionally and diligently. We will definitely use their services again.
Can't tell you how many plumbers we've tried over the 30 years we've lived in Valley Glen. None can compare to the quality of service of Plumbing Dudes. Stop looking for anyone else if you need a plumber for any type of job: go with this remarkable company, and you will be glad you did.

Tyler Parham came to my house to clean out a clogged drain. He did it efficiently and quickly. I had another plumber come before to do the job but wasn't successful at solving the problem. I'm feeling so grateful to Tyler! Ask for him when you call Plumbing Dudes.

I'm extremely grateful! My tankless water heater stopped working on a Friday evening, which potentially meant no hot water all weekend because nobody I was calling beforehand was available to come and take a look. I called Plumbing Dudes and they talked me through a quick and easy way to get the gas meter that had been tripped by the gardeners up and running again. The guy I talked to was so incredibly helpful. I'll definitely call them again with any other plumbing or water heater repairs that come up in the future.
i am new to Burbank and needed someone to help with my water heater - I woke up to all cold water. They came out the same day and were extremely professional and nice! I will be using them again with any plumbing needs I have.
I didn't use these guys but when I called first thing in the morning I talked to someone who said they had a tech close and he would see if he could come out and service my emergency. Said he would call me back. Because I always keep searching I ended finding someone who could come out right away. Right when I hung up Plumbing dudes called me back and said they could have a tech there in 15 minutes. . Definitely keeping these guys in mind for next time.

Found Plumbing Dudes on Yelp and am so glad I did. It had been a little while since the main sewer line had been hydrojetted, and 2020 being what it is, it seemed wise to get it dealt with before the situation turned into an emergency Holiday-style plumbing repair.
Arman was able to come take a look the day after I called, and he was punctual, nice and Covid-conscious (masked up and standing 6' apart). I'm always a little wary of plumbing diagnostics, because there are usually a laundry list of recommended fixes and inflated prices, but Arman didn't upsell anything and he even worked with us to bring the price of the hydrojet down a little bit.
Arman and Sam came out the following day and got everything working in tip-top shape, plus they gave us some tips to keep our line in good condition until our next maintenance.
Highly recommend the Dudes!
I've used them twice now and both times they were quick, on time, and very professional. The first time was to replace a broken shower knob, not only did they quickly get a replacement but installed it within 30 minutes. Second time was to investigate low water pressure in our guest bathroom. They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it within minutes. I'm definitely using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

I have known Arman for many years, back then he was a Home Inspector at an Inspection Company I was using for my Clients. Even then he was very professional and detail oriented. After he opened his own plumbing company, I used him several times and every time he proved that he kept his standards high. On time, professional, clean and reasonably priced.
I would recommend Plumbing Dudes and Arman to anyone without hesitation.
Called at about 2:30am since Yelp said 24/7. I thought there would be an answering service to leave my message for an appointment that same day. There was no answer so I hanged up to call in the morning.
About 5 minutes later Armand called back. I explained my water heater was not working. Armand said he would call me at about 10am to set up a more exact arrival time. He called me at 9:30am and said he would arrive by 10am. Talking about fast service!
This situation worked for me, but I can see for people who work and leave the house, this rapid response may not be amenable. I'm sure arrangements can be made beforehand so it would be at a more convenient time for the customer.
The water heater took a while to fire up, but Armand was patient, sweat beading on his brow. More unscrupulous repair men could tell me a part needed replacIng to raise the price of the repair bill, but Armand is an honest repair man.
Also got a 10% discount for showing the Yelp discount. So Yelp is also a great way to save some money to put away into a Roth IRA for a more prosperous retirement.
Armand was business-like, efficient, sincere. 5 Yelp stars for your plumbing needs.
I had a couple small things that anybody with half a brain could've figured out themselves, but Christian came out and handled it all in 5 minutes. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
I found this business through Yelp. It had great reviews so I called because I had an emergency leak that needed to be fixed immediately. Armand was so friendly on the phone and was at my home within 30 minutes. He inspected the leak and gave me an immediate reasonable quote for being so short notice. He started right away and finished the job within an hour. Had the leak not been fixed soon the water damage would have cost way more damage so I am extremely grateful and impressed with the quick service that Armand provided. I highly recommend Armand and Plumbing Dudes and I will continue to call him for all my plumbing needs.

What can you say? Rock solid service. We had several things going on--flooding in our guest bathroom, clogged tub, sewage line to street needed to be cleaned out (thick tree roots so not an easy task), etc etc. Tony knocked it all out with great efficiency and a fair price. Really nice guy and works his ass off. It was a warm day and a lot of work under the house in the crawl space. Couldn't have been fun. But he did what he had to do to fix our problem(s), including fixing the Mickey Mouse job some previous person had done before to the connection from underneath the toilet to the piping underneath the house that we didn't even know about until the toilet was lifted up. World of difference after Tony fixed it properly. Definitely adding Plumbing Dudes and Tony to our address book and will be calling them first for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend. I asked plumbing dudes to terminate a water line and requested they remove all fittings and put a strait coupler to rejoin the main line. Instead they cut off a strait portion of the branch and capped it with a sharkbite. It was in a crawlspace so I didn't notice it for months but that's what happens when they think their work is out of sight.
This was the best experience with a plumber I've ever had. I called at 11:45AM, they were here by 12:30pm and finished by 1:30pm. Tony was incredibly professional, responsive, and most importantly, really calm with (what I thought) was a huge issue. Also didn't talk over me (as I know nothing about plumbing) and explained things very well and patiently. Don't bother calling anyone else - they're the ones you want.
I got a quote to replace the valve under the vanity. They came out on time and replaced it real quick. Quick and quality job and good price. I highly recommend.

This afternoon I contacted Plumbing Dudes and spoke with a personable man, Arman. I explained our gas fireplace piping and floor key issue. He gladly granted my same day request to diagnose our problem before the holiday. He arrived, immediately determined the issue and successfully and competently resolved the issue within an hour of his arrival. Thanks to Arman we have a fully functioning gas fireplace and ambiance for the holiday. Hope we won't have a plumbing need in the near future, however if we do, I will again place a call to Arman.
Arman is not just a plumbing dude (although he is delightfully chill), he's a plumbing magician! We had a sink back up that two other plumbers said could not be snaked and we'd have to do major work to get it flowing again. Arman got it working in like 15 minutes. We still need to address some larger issues, but at least our house is fully functional again and we can plan our project. Thank you!!!
I had a problem with a clogged bathroom sink - no matter what I did myself, I couldn't get it to drain at all! I called Plumbing Dudes and they scheduled an appointment right away. Blas came over and fixed the drain for me - no more blockage! He was mostly professional and helpful, fast service as well -
However one odd moment was when he told me to fill my sink with water, then he put on his gloves and dipped them in the water. Afterwards he told me I owed him a new $15 pair of gloves unless I gave him a good Yelp review :/

I recently used Plumbing Dudes and there was a misunderstanding regarding the price of their service. Upon learning this, Merri, one of the owners of the business, contacted me discuss the matter and we were able to work out a solution that benefited both of us.
Like some here looking for plumbers, there are many that are simply not honest. I am pleased to share that Merri and her company is not one of them. She was reasonable and unstanding during our discussion and I would definitley use them again knowing that these are the people that back their work.

My water heater needed service and I decided to call Plumbing Dudes after reading customer reviews and seeing that they are certified. Armen arrived a few hours later, fixed the problem, was thorough, professional, showed me how to read the light indicator, and discussed options for repair vs. replacement. At the end, no charge, which was completely unexpected. I'll be calling them when it's time for the repair or replacement job!

Straightforward pricing, friendly fast service. Easy direct scheduling without shuffling around and without more questions than necessary, and they took care of job without complaining. Very easy to work with no game playing company.
I found Plumber Dudes to be very responsive. Any calls I made were answered..no messages left.
Armand and Tony were very knowledgable and able to detect the problem with my waterless water heater tank. I understood the problem and knew it needed to be replaced.
Armand walked me through the choices and I felt comfortable to purchase my new tank with him. Prices were competitive and service was excellent. Work was done the next day, timely and professionally.

These guys were great. Quoted us a fair price and got the job done quickly. Not much else to say so I'll just describe the job.
Came out the same day during their quoted window and were able to quickly diagnose the issue after crawling under our house. A drainage pipe connecting our kitchen sink to our bathroom had broken as it hadn't been strapped correctly and it had been installed incorrectly as well. They replaced the 20 foot pipe, fixed a leaky shower drain and then strapped all the pipes running under our house (apparently our previous home owners didn't strap any).
Again very professional and gave me an all-inclusive quote for all materials as well.
The First honest and professional Plumber who has ever been at my house. He was on time, clean, respectful and on top of that his work is quality work Plumbing dudes is the only plumbers that I will ever call and will definitely refer to all my friends and family. I have had to have Plumbing Dudes come out twice in two weeks for two different reasons. My regular long time plumber is retiring and I found Plumbing Dudes on the Internet. They were great both times! Christian came the first time and put in a new sink fixture for me and put in new drain lines that I did not realize I needed until he showed me the condition they were in. Then today, I met the owner Arman who was so fast and efficient and friendly. He was in and out in 10 minutes. Arman was very generous too! Both men were polite, professional, neat and so kind. I have a new plumbing company and will tell all my friends about them too. By the way the prices are very competitive. Thank you Plumbing Dudes!
Update: I called this company again because the issue happen again. They came out and fixed it without charging me. They also found out what was causing the issue. I decided to hire them to fix the issue on a permanent basis.

They showed up to my house within an hour of me calling. They didn't charge to come to me and diagnose the issue we were having. They quoted us reasonable and inexpensive prices. Gave us good advise. Early this month April Our water heater broke. I had 2 plumbing companies to choose from Yelp, the other one had over a thousand reviews. But somehow I was drawn to call Plumbing Dudes .Two things that disappoint me was, I thought the amount I was charged was too high, I had no choice and secondly the 10% mentioned on Yelp was not honored. It's false advertisement.

Technically I should be giving them 5 Stars 4 times. The handle in my shower broke loose and I couldn't shut off the water. It was a rainy day and NO PLUMBER was available for emergency calls. Crying my eyes out, I called my friend who recommended I call the Plumbing Dudes. They gave me the same answer about being completely booked, HOWEVER they stated that they would stop by in between jobs to shut the water off to my unit. They came by within 1 hour and repaired the handle. They recommended that I change all 3 handles because they were showing signs of major rust. Happy that they came out so quickly, I was given their earliest appointment which was 5 days out. Now get this, even though they repaired my handle so I could take showers until they came out in 5 days they didn't even charge me for my EMERGENCY CALL!!!! They repaired all 3 handles and everything was great so was their price.
A few weeks later the sink in my guest bathroom and kitchen sink started leaking (Yes, I live in a old building with crappy pipes). Again, they came out and replaced both sinks. They work quickly and do clean repairs.
Due to their prices being so fair. I decided to change my 15 year old electric water heater. They came in removed and installed the new one. They even picked up the new water heater for me and removed the old one. I'm super excited that I've found this amazing company.
I put in a service order for my toilet and their response was immediate. Blas came to service toilet and he was professional, fast, very knowledgeable, and efficient! Will definitely use this company again. Thank you Blas!

Arman did a wonderful job doing a variety of jobs at the house we recently moved into. He's honest, to the point, and is great at coming up with alternative methods of doing jobs to help save the customer money. I definitely recommend Arman and Plumbing Dudes to anyone looking for a plumber.

I recently completely remodeled my house and shopped around for several quotes on each plumbing job (kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms etc). These guys not only beat all of the other quotes but they were honest, reliable, extremely skilled, and trustworthy. I had a few companies come and try to sell me on a 10k repiping job that was completely unnecessary. I used Plumbing Dudes for every plumbing job during the remodel. I had the opportunity to meet several of their employees, all of whom were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what was within the scope of their typical services and bolted my vanities to the walls so that my kids are safe.
Mary answers the phone and she is pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs in the future and can recommend them without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and have them come give you a quote on your job. You won't be disappointed. Good people and great service!
I had a backed up kitchen sink and called Plumbing Dude's due to their positive Yelp reviews. The technician they sent, Blas, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced some ancient pipes under the sink and installed an outside cleanout which will be helpful if there are clogs in the future. The old cleanout was in a tight spot under the sink. The gentleman that came to patch the interior and exterior walls did quality work as well. I really appreciated how well they both cleaned up when they finished their work. The work they did for me was around 3 months ago and is still solid. I recommend Plumbing Dudes and will use them in the future.
I had a plumbing issue (leak).. it was a Sunday so most of the plumbers I call were off. I managed to speak to a couple and I got a call back from Armand(Sp). He met me at my property 40 minutes later.
He got there and opened my ceiling.. he was NOT able to find the leak... after running water etc.. nothing. He was there for about 30-40 minutes and found nothing..
He charged me $225 for his service.. um.. my ceiling is gone.. my floor is wet.. and you say there's nothing wrong? As he walked out.. one of the others plumbers showed up and asked me if he could take a look.. for FREE.
He found the problem.. and addressed it for LESS than THIS company charged me for a service charge (normal rate is $90-$99)!
Will never call this company again!!
I contacted Plumbing Dudes in a pinch. My bathroom sink was backed up and leaking, making the bathroom pretty much unusable. They came out quickly, assessed the issue, and were back the next day to repair the pipes and replace my sink. All in all, they were punctual, professional, and quick. Highly recommend.
The Plumbing Dudes were the only ones available for an emergency defective bathtub valve which caused a pretty major leakage throughout the day.
They came out promptly and replaced the valve. They were nice, quiet, and very easy to work with.
Definitely could have replaced the valve myself under non-emergency circumstances, but I appreciate the professionalism and peace of mind that they brought.
My wife and I recently bought a fire-pit for our rootfop deck. We called one company asking if they might be available to hook it up to the gas-line that same day. They initially told us they could, gave a reasonable price, only to cancel 20 minutes later. I then contacted plumbing dudes who was able to get a tech to our place to install that same day. Blas was the tech that came to our home. He gave us a reasonable quote, was very efficient and friendly. I told him I had future plans of purchasing a grill and he said he would hook that up too for us since it's on the way home for him. Blas just hooked up our grill to our gas-line today as well without any additional charge and on his own time. Great company, and would highly recommend!
My husband called Plumbing Dudes to hook up our fire pit to our gas line. We were fortunate to have the job done by Blas, who was able to come and complete the job the same day. He was efficient and took time to explain exactly what we needed to do. He even offered to hook up our grill once we had it delivered. A week later we received our grill and texted Blas. He was quick to respond and we were able to schedule him two days later. Once again, he was efficient and helpful in explaining how everything works. I highly recommend Blas' services!
We had blockage in both of our bathrooms at around 7:00pm on a Sunday night. I called Plumbing Dudes and Arman answered right away. We talked a bit about the problem, and he was ready to send someone out that same night. My wife and I decided we didn't want to wake the family, so scheduled for the plumber to come out first thing the next morning.
Blas showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem (tree roots blocking our pipes) and did a quick fix so that we could use our water. For the longer term solution, he needed to get an optical camera to run through the pipes to see exactly where the tree roots were located. He came back a few hours later with the camera, and showed me exactly the problem. We discussed options, and decided the best way forward was to blast the roots with a high pressure hose. That required an additional team, and Blas arranged for them to come that same day. A few hours later, they arrived and took care of the roots. Now everything is draining well!
Blas was incredibly professional and competent. He very patiently walked me through everything he was doing and seeing. He talked me through the various options for addressing the problem, and seemed very trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and will call Plumbing Dudes again next time I have a problem!

Best customer service I've ever encountered. Helped me diagnose a problem that was simply just me not tightening the valve enough and not enough plumbers tape. Oops! It's so rare to find good honest people these days so I truly appreciate this company. Owning a small family business myself it's so nice to deal with such a great company in our community. It took ten days for our previous plumbing company to send someone over to fix our dripping shower. After he had examined the shower he said he'd be back the next day with the parts. That was four weeks ago and we've never seen or heard from him since.
Then just last night we had a blocked sink that, by this morning, had become an emergency. I googled and called all the big name 24/7 Emergency Rooter/Plumbing companies but none could come over till next week. Some didn't even call me back. Then I called Plumbing Dudes and they sent Avo and Charles around within an hour, and had it all fixed in 20 minutes.
As they were finishing up Charles noticed the dripping shower and asked if I wanted it fixed - I said yes, and so he checked it over and let me know that it needed a special part. But instead of saying it would take a day or more, he said he would personally go and pick up the part and be back in 45 minutes and install it, which he did.
After they were done Avo wiped down the stairs and floor on his way out to make sure everything was spotless.
I am very grateful for their expert help and excellent service. Needless to say, Plumbing Dudes are now my #1 choice for any future plumbing needs.
When it comes to construction in general, I'm really pessimistic about the quality of work and people's professionalism. I can honestly without a doubt say that Arman really went above and beyond. Though it may not be a big deal to some it was a big deal to me Arman arrived at my house exactly when he said he would be. He never missed a beat. In addition, he discovered other potential problems that could poyentially occur in the future, ( because of previous shoddy workmanship ) and repaired it with without charge. I normally dont leave a feed back unless I'm really upset or if someone really over delivers on the service provided. Hands down the best plumber I've ever used.
I am leaving this review because I have had horrible plumbers before and if anyone is on the fence about which plumber to use, Arman is the way to go. Fair prices, very profession, honest, and an overall good person

I had an emergency on a Sunday morning, and I had no idea who I was going to have come to my home. I had no idea what plumbers are even working on Sundays, let alone during Covid. Armen Came early and did a fantastic job. He took his time and was thorough and cleaned up extremely well. He was well mannered and was wearing his mask, gloves, shoe booties. I'm so glad in a way that I had this plumbing emergency, because now I have a new plumber for life
We had 4 plumbing issues under our kitchen sink including a leaking connection to the garbage disposal. Armand came out within 24 hours. He was on-time, easy to communicate with, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave us a choice of fixing the leak or completely replacing the disposal. He gave us the price and pro's and con's of each alternative. We chose replacement.
Armand replaced the disposal and fixed the other issues for a reasonable price. Everything works perfectly now. We're very happy with the service that Armand provided.
I would highly recommend Plumbing Dudes to anybody who needs a company that really cares about its customers not just how quickly they can make money. We had them replace our tankless water heater and I've already given out their number to all my neighbors. Thank you to the owner for being so personable. We will be using Plumber Dudes for any plumbing needs in the future!

I chanced using Arman for an emergency when 911 Plumbing was unavailable during this horrible rainy season. I was so happy I did! He came out in the pouring rain and gave advice that he did not need to - suggesting that we needed extra gutters and roof repair to stop water from leaking in. He's extremely responsive and the work has been great. His rates are also reasonable, so I will continue to use him for our HOA.

I had another plumber that left the job half way through, leaving behind an open ditch in my backyard. It was a frustrating situation. I immediately called Plumbing Dudes and they came out right away to finish the job. Reyes showed up on time and did an excellent job with the pipe replacement. I had a major water leak underneath a concrete walkway and the pipe was not easy to get to. But Reyes and his crew took their time and made sure the job was done properly. Called this company a couple months ago and Arman came right out and gave us a quote. After having a few other companies come out and give us their prices, it was clear who was the most honest and knowledgeable. While other companies were trying to cut corners to make the job easy on them, but costly on us, Arman made the effort to go find the part we needed to make our shower stop leaking/dripping water even though it was from a very old brand. He did all this in less than 2 hours and even honored the 10% yelp discount off the already fair price. Great experience and will be calling plumbing dudes in the future for all our plumbing issues.

I called the Plumbing Dudes because my kitchen sink was clogged. However, when Arman showed up it drained beautifully, the first time in two days. I felt really bad for calling him out ( it was a holiday at that) and fully expected and was willing to pay a fee for the call. He refused to charge me. I can tell you 100% that I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
They were able to come the same day I called and got the job completed quickly. Having a family with little ones this was important! They also have a good Yelp discount right now
Arman is the man!!!!! Very responsive and quick to help out. My water heater needed to be restarted after my pool guy had to temporarily shut off the gas line. In the process I had a difficult time trying to restart my water heater and needed help. Luckily, I found Arman and within a few minutes, he was in my doorstep and voila, the water heater is back up and running. I HIGHLY recommend his services. Very professional and HONEST.
I have been looking for a good, honest plumber for decades. I think I found the one. The plumbing under my bathroom sink has had at least three half-assed repairs. Armand and a helper came out, took a look, gave me a fair estimate, went to get parts, installed completely new plumbing, snaked out the drain (which was not part of the estimate), tested it, and cleaned up, all in about an hour and half. Plumbers are expensive. And sometimes they are worth it.
I called about a kitchen sink clog on a weekend and Arman arrived very promptly. The clog ended up being a minor issue that was resolved through my garbage disposal. Arman left without charging me! I appreciate his time driving to my house and his professionalism throughout!

My experience with Plumbing Dudes was amazing. Their customer service by far the most professional. I love the fast response time and the fact that all my questions were answered and my services were completely taken care of. I had an emergency call with my kitchen sink completely clogged. The technician arrived and took care of the problem and left with my kitchen clean. I spoke with Merri on the phone and she answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the service I received. I recommend this company with anyone looking for quick customer service and your plumbing problems solved promptly.

I called for service on Friday, and Charlie came out on Saturday. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem I was having very quickly and fixed it with a minimal amount of effort. Because the call was so short he graciously agreed not to charge me. Don't expect that for more difficult services. But it just showed me that these guys are friendly and not intrested in ripping off customers.
This was a great service! They came out within a couple hours of my call (earlier than anticipated, even!) and were quick to help diagnose and fix a problem that another company didn't catch when they were out a few weeks prior. They had all the equipment on hand and everything was completed quickly and efficiently, with no problems to speak of since. It was great to have them on hand and I'm glad they were able to help - will definitely call in future for my plumbing needs!

Charles and his team did a fantastic job repairing a job that was previously done inadequately by another company less than 6 months ago. They replaced the shower and tub drains and piping! I can't give them a better review. Also they came with 30 minutes of my call and worked with my schedule. The price was more than fair...100% professionals. No up selling for more services! A+++++
I called several plumbers to help fix a leaky faucet in our upstairs bathroom that was dripping slowly downstairs. This place was the only place that not only got back to me right away but came on time; diagnosed the problems and fixed it that very day. It ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated but after mr Armen and another employee worked for over 6 hours the problem was finally fixed at the end of day. I felt the pricing was reasonable. Would recommend and call again should another plumbing problem arise. Thank you!
Very pleased. Contacted the company this morning regarding a hissing sound from my water heater. I was given a time window a technician would be at my home. He showed up during that timeframe, explained what he would be doing and possible impact of the leak on the interior of the unit in the event the water heater has an issue after hose replacement. We had a water heater problem and could not get any hot water! Plumbing dudes came out quickly on a Sunday and Blas fixed the problem within an hour! He was very professional and took the time to explain the problem to us. Would recommend!
If I could give Plumbing Dudes 100 stars, I would. These guys literally saved my house and my life. Charles and his crew came to my nearly 100-year-old house to replace the crumbling sewer lines. While removing the sewer line, it was discovered that the sewer line was literally laying on top of the gas line. There were no building codes 100 years ago! While removing the sewer line, the also old and perforated gas line ruptured, no fault of Plumbing Dudes. Charles thought very quickly and threw shovels of dirt and epoxy on the line to prevent further gas from escaping. Charles took charge as a project manager and worked with the Fire Dept., City and gas company crews all day. He also stayed at the house until late in the evening until the gas co. restored my service. The trenches that were dug were perfectly backfilled. And there's more - Charles and Mark came by Sunday morning to fertilize the lawn which they had backfilled. You will not go wrong with Plumbing Dudes, they excel in every area across the board.

We have used Plumbing Dudes on multiple occasions over the years and have always have A++ excellent service. Arman, Jorge, Mary and most recently Charlie have been great. During the recent Socal rainstorms we noticed our backyard flooding and quickly realized we had an obstructed storm drain. I called Arman and he had Charlie reach out to me within 5 minutes. Charlie dropped everything to head over here because we were worried about the rising water entering our home. He spent several hours with us in the rain figuring out the problem and we ultimately got it drained. It was a difficult job because of our lot size and the multiple storm drains with Y connections etc. But Charlie and his partner were fully capable and game to work out in the cold and rain to help protect our house. These guys are the real deal. Save yourself the time and energy and just call them for your plumbing needs. Very reasonable prices, excellent service, and quality worksmanship.

last week my car broke down in the very best circumstances - by which i mean during rush hour, between lanes of traffic, on a large street, right off the freeway exit. after calling triple A, i sat in my car with my flashers on, wondering if the tow would come before someone rear-ended me.
rescue was on the way, however - a Plumbing Dudes van pulled up to the florist shop to my right and two gentlemen came over, braved the traffic and pushed my heavy car over to the curb - AND gave me a rose from a bouquet purchased at the florist shop.
i haven't used Plumbing Dudes for plumbing, but i can tell you they're the solid kind of guys that help strangers in need.

I contacted Plumbing Dudes because my hot water mysteriously stopped working last night and I had guests arriving this morning. I was panicking and called the dudes over to take a look. They informed that my current water heater was shot. It was leaking and it was beyond repair. They gave a reasonable price to install a new. They took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel pressured to go with them even tho they knew I was in a desperate situation. They explained everything that needed to be done, including all the things to they need to do to make the water heater up to code(the one I had before was not up to code). They did the job and cleaned up after themselves. It didn't even look like work was done at the house. The Plumbing Dudes came in and didn't make me feel like I was in the dark about the situation. They did great work at an affordable price. I will highly recommend recommend them to my friends and family!
Charles from Plumbing Dudes recently installed new sewer pipes for my condo and I'm happy with the work. They also provide pickup and installation services for appliances, so I also had Charles pick up a new dishwasher and kitchen sink faucet for me. Installations went smoothly at a respectable price. Made an appointment with Reyes to come in to take a look at our sinks in our dental lab that needed a connection part. They were quick and efficient! Moreover, when we showed them our sinks that needed some unclogging in the patient rooms, they immediately suggested how to unclog the sinks using our normal household products. For one of the sinks that was in need of snaking, Reyes and his assistant fixed the problem in less than ten minutes-- he even offered to do it at no cost. I would highly recommend Reyes and his team, so happy we found them!

What a relief! My drain was working a-okay until I decided to throw some salad down the drain... I flipped on my garbage disposal and it was a wrap! Salad on the walls, the floor, and me! Completely covered my eye glasses! Gross! Of course I tried what I could, ran to buy some Drano, tried to plunge it but nothing worked. I called a bunch of numbers for help and Plumbing Dudes responded immediately. Charles was at my home within 45min! He fixed the problem with a very kind and educational demeanor. Charles arrived promptly and was very easy to deal with. He worked diligently to fix our toilet and sink. He was also very clean and the work space was spotless when he left. It was a pleasure to have him work for us and would call on him again. We highly recommend this company.
George and Armand both came to my house to fix a water shut off valve that broke. They were at my house within ten minutes and quoted a fair price for the job. They both worked very hard to replace the valve. I picked the Plumbing Dudes because of all the good reviews I read on Yelp and now I see why. They are small plumbing company which gives personal service. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
I am so glad I found these guys! Their response was super fast and they provide quality service. If you need a plumber and you need them quick make sure to call them.

Our water heater hadn't worked for two days. I called Plumbing Dudes to ask for an estimate. I was told that they had to see what was wrong, but that they don't charge for the initial visit. That sold me! They gave me an hour window when they would arrive and showed up when they said they would. They checked the water heater and it turned out that the rain, two days earlier, had caused the pilot to go out. I was a bit embarrassed! I thought we checked that! They were so nice though and didn't even charge us for pushing a button! I would definitely call them again. They seem very trustworthy and have great customer service! Thanks Plumbing Dudes for making sure we have hot water again!
I hate most plumbing companies. They are usually a rip off and do not care about the work they are doing. Plumbing Dudes were great. Charles came out and was very detailed and only cared about making me happy and doing the best job. You have a choice- choose these guys and ask for Charles!!

We were extremely happy with Plumbing Dudes! They came out quickly and on time, worked for two hours to snake a particularly blocked kitchen drain, and were very fairly priced. Our drain was particularly troublesome and they spent as long as necessary to make sure it was clear. We will definitely use them again!
I've worked with Arman from Plumbing Dudes on two different projects and both times the service was professional and the job was done right. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He never tried to up-sell me or pull any other tricks. I can't think of a reason why I would call anyone else for a plumbing issue or project. Thanks Arman.
Armand and his coworkers came to fix what was a mistake of another Plumber. They also connected my dishwasher. They are really great guys with attention to details and fantastic work quality. It's really hard to find a reliable plumber. I'm so glad I found these guys. They are highly recommended!

When you don't have hot water for days and realize your do it all husband can't fix the problem for the first time, and now it's Saturday, YOU PANIC!
27 years I never had to call or rely on someone to fix anything because of my wonderful husband, until that day! Panic struck, I called over 20 plumbers on the list from Yelp. The only one who picked up was Merri from Plumbing Dudes, and then we connected like friends rather than the formality, what's the problem, service fee, no guarantee, let's me see, we will call you back sometime on Monday to schedule......
She reassured me that she would find someone and call me right back in minutes. She did and she did! She also informed me that she doesn't service my area because it's so far away- 50 miles or so, she was right.
I was Yelping in the wrong area, but THAT DIDN'T STOP HER FROM HER PROMISE TO HELP ME, and without charging me extra for the distance or the immediate help.
Plumbing Dudes listened, came, conquered and left all in the same day and there prices didn't leave me dry!
This company is about service and what's right before making a buck.
And because of that incredible service, they are busy and highly recommended.
I was lucky to find such an amazing company that listened and helped without taking advantage of our situation. They are on my contact list and I'm telling the world they are the only plumbers to go to!

Nothing like a 11:30 p.m. front yard flood and swooshing sound to energize a startled homeowner on Memorial Day Weekend Friday night. Thanks to Yelp, I found a more local firm Plumbing Boys, but their technician was already on a job, so they referred me to an actual family-related business Plumbing Dudes in Burbank.
Armand arrived by 12:45 a.m.--after providing water shutoff guidance--and assessed the problem as a ruptured irrigation water supply line, which could wait until Saturday morning since water to the house was not impacted. He arrived early with the right parts; dug through mud, did all the work in several hours then scheduled a return after giving the PVC clue time to set. He was on time for each of his 3 trips; professional and checked the irrigation system just to make sure the repairs held. He even gave me instructions for a possible future valve issue replacement, which my gardener could perform.
Let's see: 3 visits--including in the middle of the night--ALL of the work and repair for a more than reasonable price. One-third less than I expected to pay. The cost was below $300.
After using 4 other plumbing services since moving into my home in 1999--including ones who left trash and debris under and around my home--I've found my plumbing service!
Professional and courteous. Armand earned by business--and the friendship of my mini schnauzer, who stopped barking at this friendly plumber at the second sighting!
I have called them 4 different times now for problems around the property and each time they arrived right away and completed the job quick and professionally, one time I called them from home at 7am and they met me at the property by 7:50am, great service and great prices.

We have an old clawfoot tub with an expensive chrome and porcelain gooseneck showerhead. Last week the gooseneck became detached from the base and was spewing water. We called plumbing dudes and they set up an appointment for the next day. Blas Came out and took a look at the shower. He said he thought he could fix it rather than having to replace it, took some pictures and told me he would get back to me. Sure enough a day later he contacted me. He said he thought that after talking with the supplier that he could fix it rather than having to replace it. He volunteered to come out on a Friday afternoon and try to fix the shower head. He came within five minutes of the agreed appointment time went in took a look at the showerhead, went out to the truck came back with a piece and fixed my expensive shower unit in five minutes. The price was incredibly reasonable. Plumbing dudes are the only plumbers I would go to in the future.
A contractor friend recommended Plumbing Dudes and they did not disappoint. George was on time, friendly and gave me all the info I needed regarding my plumbing issue. Did a fantastic job. They are now my go-to plumbing service.

Really excellent service. I needed a gas plumber who could commit to the Saturday on the New Year holiday weekend as it was the only day I could do and Plumbing Dudes were totally accommodating and helpful and able to do it. They confirmed the appointment with email and responded very quickly. They were reliable and punctual and the technician turned up o the dot of 8.00am as promised. They needed to return and fitted me at very short notice. All in all a really helpful, friendly, efficient and professional service from the office to the on-site technician. I highly recommend!
The Plumbing Dudes really delivered great service and left me very satisfied today. I do want to mention I know what great customer service is myself as I recommend plumbers to clients of mine as I own a water damage restoration company. We had a leak in one of the valves below our tankless water heater. I called at 10am and Aramand picked up the phone (glad it did not go to voicemail like many companies) and we discussed the issue I had. He then called me back and said he could have guys out to our home between 1-3 pm. Sure enough Charlie and Avo from their company arrived on time, introduced themselves, and asked me if I wanted them to put on shoe covers which I thought was a nice touch. Nonetheless, they diagnosed my issue right away and pointed out that the company who installed my tankless water heater should have had an extra few feet of copper pipe installed out of the house so that in the event of a leak or burst my water heater closet would not get flooded. They also pointed out the quality of our pressure regulator was not enough for the PSI of the water in the area, and they recommended replacement of this as a separate job. Charlie was able to quote me a price for the whole job and offered a discount since I was a yelp client. That was really impressive that their plumber could quote a price right on the job without having to call a supervisor. Nonetheless, off to work they went and they fixed the leak, added the extra pipe to the outside, and replaced the pressure regulator all within a couple of hours. They gave me a detailed invoice that was legible for me to keep with our records. I told them they absolutely rocked, and seriously would not hesitate to recommend this company. Trust me, their knowledgeable plumbers are very good, polite, and work efficiently to get the job done with a positive attitude.
