There is a reason they have 5 stars....they are that positive, responsive, clear communicators, and nice guys.
I had them remove a leaking water softener. They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. Their communication around arrival was great - they even offered to arrive early. They didn't give a window which helped me immensely with my busy schedule.
They even explained other products they offer and tips they have on their website. I highly recommend them.
The team was super prompt and professional during the installation of our water softener! They even did a quick tutorial for us and reminded us when to change filters and everything! Best prices in town as well!

Eric (who's the business owner) was super responsive when I first reached out to Aqua Logic for a quote on installing a water softener at my house. After we agreed on the installation price Eric and his partner showed up on time at my house for installation.
The installation went smoothly except that my floor was flooded a bit during the process of flushing out hard water with newly softened water because my house had considerably old sewer drainage system overall. Eric went above and beyond to help us drain the overflowed water on the floor very quickly.
The next day I noticed that there is a small leak at one of the water pipe joints where the water softener was installed, and then I reached out to Eric for help. Eric and Jake were very responsive to accommodate my request and they showed up next morning for inspection and completely repaired the leak under their warranty.
Overall my experience with Eric and Aqua Logic was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this business!
Eric responded to my quote request pretty fast and came to have a free onsite check for the water softener and RO system that I bought. He told me a lot of good advice and helped me reorder the right RO model for a better future user experience. On the scheduled date, Eric and Jake finished the installation as my request that hide the pipes up high and behind the storage shelf. I really recommend their service for water softener and RO system installation.
Prior to getting a response back from Aqua logic, I had another plumber who came out and told he he was going to cut into the metal wall support in the garage to install the water softener. Luckily, I refused and Eric from Aqua logic later came by and installed the Fleck 5600 softener with the sediment filter and hose bib so that I can use the pre-filter water for the plants. Eric and his partner found the right wall to cut into and installed it properly with minimal space so we can still use our wall for the storage shelves. He even patched up the wall nicely that the other contractor left behind.
We had a small leak from the drain of the softener the next day and Eric responded and came by within the same day to fix the leak. I am so glad that I chose Aqua logic.
Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house water softener, and under-sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing is the best service as exactly what my neighbors recommended. Only one thing you need to note if you want to buy the same Waterdrop RO model - K6 which is not able to work with a refrigerator due to the smart touch faucet.
Eric was really responsive via emails. He explained everything to us in details, e.g. how to maintain the ao system, when to add salt, how to read the indicator and so on. I can tell he is an expert in this field. You can definitely trust and rely on him for installation and suggestions.
Eric helped us install both AO smith and Waterdrop RO. His work is fast and clean.

I would give AquaLogic a 6 out of 5 if I could. Eric and Jacob are super courteous and very responsive. They installed a water softener, a under-sink reverse osmosis and backyard bypass for our house. Unlike other vendors who try to sell you over-priced systems, you can shop your own softener and have them brought it to your home. The work quality is superb. We had an installation error partly at my fault. Eric quickly fixed it to my full satisfaction. Here is my two cents: Send AquaLogic an email with pictures when you need their help. They may not have time answering the call during daytime. You'll get ripped off buying a system from large businesses like Costco. AquaLogic guarantees instant money-saving and first-tier work quality. Our family is quite happy about having such an excellent local plumbing business.
my old RO stops working and my main kitchen drain also seems to clogged, I requested a service and ordered a waterdrop 600 base on their website's recommendation, originally when I ask for service the quotation includes $50 for old RO removal and $50 for frig hooked up, but upon arrival Eric said I already had a frig connection and the RO was easy to remove so didn't charge me for either, my drain clog was also a pain and they'd to finally snake it from the garage cleanout and got it done. Very professional service and seems a very honest company can't be happier with what they'd done give them some extra at the end, will use them again next time I need plumbing service.
I tried to reach them multiple times to give business but they never returned my calls neither they responded to my emails as well. Other reviewers stated they got response via email from a person (Eric). I believe that the response that I have received on yelp was some sort of an automated response.
We had our water softener purchased from Amazon installed last week by Eric and Jake.
We need main water loop and garden bypass in the craw space.
They are very professional and the job was done beautifully.
The water softener takes only a small space in our garage. Eric placed it at a good spot where it's easy to access and left some room for extra salts.
After installation they brought me some salts and fully tested the system, also checked all the leakages before they left. The system has been running for more than a week and it significantly reduced the white residues.
There were a few leaks in the pipes in the crawl space below the house and Eric was really great and fixed it in a few hours. His rate was really fair, and he did a great job. Definitely recommend Aqua Logic and will be using for future plumbing issues.

I recently hired Aqua Logic Plumbing to help to install the water filtering and softener system, the old dishwasher, and the under the sink drinking system for my home.
I first contacted them via the test message, and Eric (the owner of Aqua Logic Plumbing) response shortly, most impressively, he patiently answered my questions as I had not decided at that time whether a salt based or salt less system I should go for.
During the installation day, Eric and his team shows up on time, and went extra miles to deliver some exceptional works. He even went extra miles to replace/fix the old piping of my dishwasher and made it works beautifully!
The quote by them is very fair and competitive, believe me you won't find any other licensed plumber able to quote you this price at this high quality of works in Bay Area.
Worth mentioning that Eric consistently came out a better idea to get around the issues.

They came by within the week and were able to fully install my water softener and whole house water filtration system. It's working great with a neat and tidy install. I wish I had the time to do it myself but these guys were the next best thing! They even brought salt for the install!
Eric helped me install the reverse osmosis water system. He reused my soap dispenser hole in the kitchen sink which saved me time and money. I contacted them on Sunday and they scheduled my service to the next morning. Came on time and got the job done beautifully in less than 1 hour. Eric was super nice throughout the entire process.
I had the honor of having Aqua Logic install my water filter/softener system. Let me tell you, it was an extremely complicated job and entailed soldering my copper piping loop, setting up a massive bypass loop, and then attaching the whole system to the outer wall.

Eric is the owner. Although it took a little while to get booked in when he got to the job he spent the time to troubleshoot, save money where he could by only replacing hardware if necessary, and walked through what he was going to get done.

I had a water filter that needed replacing and when I sent out a request on Yelp, Aqua Logic was one of the first to reply. Eric, the owner, was quick to respond and agreed to take on the job at a lower price than his competitors. Ok the day of service, he came on time (maybe even a little early), was very nice, polite, and professional, came with all tools and cleaning supplies to do the job, very knowledgeable about his stuff, and didn't try to upsale me anything extra. I really appreciated that. I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs it as I will contact him again for any other water service that I may need in the future.

We've considered to install water softener for a while. Our neighbor recommended them. Eric gave me a lot of help and guidance when I was trying to figure out the difference between salt based/salt free softener and whether to have ro.

Eric is the pro. For plumbing business, when initial contact by email for my barth room leaking issues, he offered me two solutions, one might be easy fix, another one need break my wall to fix, which he think should not, but another two contractor that I met, all stated that they need to break the wall to fix the problem. Than next day, Eric showed earlier, neat and clean follow all Covid 19 guide line, and he locate the problem, and offered me with less expense solution, and also left me one spare part for another bathroom. In case need in the future for same problem. Due to parts is hard to find. Plumbing problems leave to Eric, he is the best.

Very responsive. I needed to replace a water osmosis filter system. Checked with some others for quotes, Aqua logic had a $199 deal going and took advantage of that. I think the owner showed up with another guy he was training. Exactly on time and courteous. Wore shoe wrappers and mask inside house. Very efficient, everything's was cleaned up, show me how to replace filter on old system, took away the old filter, he checked to make sure everything was working and there's a 2 years warranty. One of the best service I received from a company.
The entire softener replacement process is smooth. Eric and the crew showed up on time and get the job done neatly. Price is also competitive. Recommended.

Highly recommended! We got the referral from our neighbors for our water softener system and RO water system installation. First I tried to contact them via their website, and the response was very fast and efficient. They gave me a quote right away, and also some suggested brand/models of water softener we can purchase ourselves. On the installation date they showed up on time, explained patiently about the scope of work and some knowledge regarding our home water system. During the installation they patiently telling us what they're doing, what's that for, etc, made us feel very confident about the work. We also installed RO system & fridge ice maker pipe, everything went really well, as they know exactly what they're doing. After the job was done they cleaned everything up, made the house back to exactly it's like (except you have some new water systems installed lol). It's a very professional service experience and I highly recommend to everyone who need plumbing services.

Eric and his brother, Jacob, came to my parents' house to unclog a waste line that was running from their washing machine. I originally contacted him thinking that there needed to be a re-pipe of some sort, because they looked old and I thought the many sharp turns were causing the line to back up. After inspecting everything and determining that the condition of the pipe was actually ok, he proceeded to work on getting it unclogged. He showed me what the source of clog was, which I appreciated because he didn't just rush through to get the job done. He also fixed the water pressure for our faucet and showed us how to do it. While walking through the house, he had his mask on, shoe covers, and he took the time to really clean himself off after he had to access the crawl space. Half the time, the contractors I've hired don't even think to try to keep the house clean. I like the fact that he takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just spew a bunch of BS. I also like the fact that he gives you an honest opinion of the options he presents and doesn't just push the more expensive one. My Dad can be a bit wordy when he explains things, but Eric showed great respect and patience in taking it all in. I've dealt with other contractors that make you feel dumb when you ask questions and just want you to shut up, so that was a huge plus for me. BTW, my parents loved his attitude and even offered a couple of Cokes for the road, which means they REALLY liked him. I will definitely be calling Eric for any of our future plumbing needs. Thanks!
