I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

Jerry from JB Rooter and Plumbing is everything you'd want in a plumber. He's professional, honest, punctual and gets the job done! We have hired Jerry many times to help us with our properties and have him as now the plumber for our entire family. Our main sewer line became clogged on Sunday.  Our street trees really like getting their roots into the sewer, so about every year and a half things get backed up.  The outfit we normally go with couldn't come out for a week.  Can't do without a toilet for that long. My wife found J B Rooter on Angie's and I'm glad she did.  Jerry was very responsive and cleared the line in short order.  Would definitely call on him again and recommend to our neighbors.

Jerry worked on two projects for my house in the past. I would recommend him to anyone because he recently helped me to fix the washer shutoff value problem on the same day. I knew that he had a very busy day but still worked very late evening to help me to replace the new shutoff value so that I could install my new washer sooner. Thank you so much.

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn't charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

Jerry was very responsive. Communication was great. Quality of work was great. The toilet replacement and install project was done before I knew it. I had purchased the toilet on my own and he made sure there were no chips or any defects before install. Clean work, no mess. Jerry is highly recommended! Don't pass up on this guy. We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

I highly recommend Jerry of J B Rooter and Plumbing. I consulted with him about a leak at my shower valve. Jerry explained to me that most likely we only need to replace the cartridge. He was right. He figured out the matching cartridge and replaced it, sealed the valve nicely, and cleaned the working area. Everything was beautifully done at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Jerry diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it without hesitation.
