Great job repairing a main line clean-out. Had a productive initial discussion of the problem and ballpark costs before they came out to inspect, which I appreciated since I already had a pretty good idea of the repair (had run a camera through the line before). Lot of others just refused to do any discussion without sending a person out.

As for the repair itself, Mike and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with the service.

Highly Recommended. I called 5 plumbers, I chose Xtreme. All others had a) crazy high estimates b) never showed up on time.

Mike had the right price, the skills and he showed up on time. He did the work, helped me with the inspection set up and was on time when the city showed up to inspect the work.

This is the second time I've worked with him, and I plan to continue doing so.

Excellent experience! We had a leak in our crawl space, Mike had one of his guys over right away. Right on time, respectful of our property. He took video's so we could see what was going on, before and after. Was such a smooth easy experience.

Second time we needed help, I texted Mike the problem. He was professional and respectful. We arranged a time for him to come check out the issue. He had an unexpected earlier availability and called to see if that would work for us. He dropped by, fixed the minor-of-ist problems and said no charge.

Asked him some questions about our water softener, he gave us recommendations about things we could do, and I felt he was honest with his responses.

Will absolutely call then next time we need him.

Called Mike (owner) last week to fix a clogged kitchen sink and made an appointment to come out in a few days. Mike calls me on our scheduled day to tell me a story about waiting for some part that he needs for another job and wanted to reschedule our appointment. I understand things happen but he was totally rude and unprofessional about it. I used this company in the past and the plumber that he sent over was nice, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, the owner isn't. He had the nerve to get irritated when I asked him if he had another technician that he can send out and responded like a jerk! I only used this company to help support a local business but there's no reason to be a jerk to a paying customer. This guy kept referring to me as bro or man.....so unprofessional. There's a lot of other options out there so I will take my business elsewhere.

We've had Xtreme Plumbing come out and do some work for us on our drain to the street. This last time they came and went and said no charge. In the next few weeks we found the same slow drain almost plugged problem. We decided to wait until we had our Clean Out drain installed.

We contracted with a different company to do the Clean Out. When they were locating the route of the pipe with their camera they found a broken plumbers cable, about 15' long. It took them 2 hours to get this out so they could continue their work.

I looked back through my check book for plumbers and yes, I verified that Xtreme Plumbing was indeed the last plumber working on this drain. Lesson learned.

I always get a reply back, even if Mike is out of town. I manage a 30 unit apartment building in the Bay Area and call upon Xtreme Plumbing to come to my rescue a lot! Giving that my building is very old and still has galvanized piping it can be like opening a can of worms most times but not even that scares them off! We had Mike and team in to replace an old sewer lateral because it wasn't draining well. At that time he was prompt, communicative, and seemed to do good work. Would have been a 4 star review!

About a year and a half later we tried to have him back because it continued to not drain well. He remembered us and the job and then ghosted, never getting back to us. We brought in another company to figure out what was wrong and it turns out that Mike under-diagnosed the issue (grading from the street to the house connection) as well as did a poor job of compacting the trench before laying pipe.

All in all the money we sent his way was a waste.

I'm a repeat customer and was so impressed by the service we received from Steven today!! He was super helpful, friendly and professional and cleaned out our clogged pipe for a slow-moving drain that we've been avoiding for a few months now. We're so happy to be able to do dishes without stopping every few minutes to let it drain! He even showed us some chemical-free, kid-safe ways to clear our drain and make the disposal smell better with lemons and limes. What a nice guy! I had a great experience with this company. I work with a commercial property management company and when situations get bad I'm held to fixing them with extreme haste or I lose clients and therefore money.

My usual plumber went MIA when I had a laundry list of small repairs. Not thinking much of it I waited.
And waited.

And then an emergency took place and I had to get someone quick.

Xtreme came quickly and fixed the issue within a few hours. Price was good. Worker was professional. Clients called saying Xtreme cleaned up more than te mess they made.

The faucet in the shower room was leaking. I thought I could replace the cartridge myself. However, the cartridge was soooo stuck that I couldn't make it budge at all. Desperately needed some professional to help me finished the job...
I called several sites. None would come right away. Some even asked me to wait till next week and wanted a premium cost. Mike @ Extreme Plumbing agreed to come right after he finished the job at hand. The quote he gave me was reasonable, too.

I had a major leaking problem this morning on my backyard, the Water flooded all the way to the front of the house and neighbor.

I called the company, the company assigned the Steven to my house within 20 minutes. Steven is so professional, He found the root cause very soon.

He began to dig and showed me the leaking pipe. The pipe was broken because of the pressure of tree root.

The repair cost is very reasonable, and most appreciation is Steven always keep my place clean.

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that was sending water downstairs whenever the shower was on. I submitted a request through Yelp to get it fixed, and Xtreme Plumbing owner Mike was quick to reply.

They were upfront with the pricing - A flat fee to evaluate the problem, then parts and labor.

They showed up when they said they would. They got right to work, found the problem, stepped out to buy a part, and had the issue resolved within 90 minutes.

My problem turned out to be pretty straightforward. But it was clear from dealing with these guys that they would have had no problem diagnosing a less obvious problem.

Next time I have work that requires a plumber, I will absolutely start wtih Xtreme Plumbing. I recommend you do the same.

The latch connecting the pipes under my sink to the wall broke... And water was pouring into my kitchen at an alarming rate. I frantically called every plumber in the San Jose area, didn't care one bit about their reviews, I just needed someone to come NOW. Xtreme ended up being the guys that were just finishing up a job and could save me.

Despite not having time to read reviews and actually choose who was going to tromp through my house, I was quite pleased with the people that showed up. They (two guys, what seemed to be a master and apprentice situation) were friendly, seemed quite competent, and even cleaned up after themselves.

They will be my first call for my next plumbing need!

Our shower was clogged and our kitchen sink was clogged and it smelled horrible. Waiting for our homeowners insurance to send someone was no help!!! First company that came up on Yelp was Xtreme Plumbing. I called and a lady answered I explained our situation. She sent out a technician and Steven showed up within half hour he has been here for three hours making sure everything is working properly everything is fixed he did an amazing job definitely definitely will call them again if any other plumbing issue happens. It's been a year and a half since the original work was done and we've had some problems. First, they did not clean out the water line after they finished so we had to clean dirt and small rocks out of or replace two shower heads and several sprinklers within a few days of them finishing. Not a major deal, just annoying. For half the price, we figured it was worth it.

However, a year and a half after they put in the new drain line, we had another back up that flooded our bathroom. When a different plumber came over to clear it out, he told us that the line is not a straight downward slope. There is a hump in the line and that is why the clog occurred again. I was disappointed.

Mike came to give me a quote quickly, was clear about the work included in the quote, and only included work that actually needed to be done. (Another company quoted me a more full service job, but they were charging well beyond what Mike charged and offering to do work I didn't really want or need, like a bigger gas line for a tiny house.)

After the job was finished, I had a few questions. He actually came by to take a look and tie up loose ends, free of charge.

When I have to re-do our sewer lines in a few years, I will definitely call Mike. He knows his trade, he works hard to get the job done and please the customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He came out and fixed a whole repipe job and my water heater vent for a very reasonable price!

The first time I called him was to have him take a look at my shower that was not working due to another plumber messing up. He was over within the next hour to come and take a look at everything and he made sure that we got the correct piece to fix the shower and get it up and running. He then did a full inspection under the house to double check the other plumbers work, turns out the other plumber did the wrong job. He showed me pictures and explained the issues in very simple terms for me. He then gave me a very reasonable price to fix everything and change all of my piping from galvanized to copper and he did everything in ONE DAY!

Was given one estimate via Yelp messaging. When the plumber showed up, suddenly it was 50% more. This for a simple snake job with easily accessible service port.

Look elsewhere for a company that doesn't rip their potential customers off.

I explained the clogged sink/garbage disposal problem we've been having for a few weeks which was preventing us from using our dishwasher. Steven was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. Mike came out on time and did a good job to unclog a main pipe under the house. Apparently there was a lot of grease build up.

I'm taking off one star because Mike told me my only options to fix the build up are to either replace the pipe or do some $675 service he provides. After a little googling I found that there are multiple inexpensive (~$25) options of things like enzymes you can pour down the pipes to help remove the grease. I know he is in business to make money, but it feels a bit like he's doing this at the expense of what's best for the customer.

I called a few places to get a quote and decided on Xtreme Plumbing bc they responded fast and could come out quickly, they scheduled me from 2-4 on the same day and then contacted me and said they could come early. I needed a quote from Mike on a job. He met me at the jobsite the same day to look at the job. We agreed on the estimate and Mike did an awesome job on my shower. He actually brought in another helper Gabriel. They both tackled the job in a professional manner. He advised me as to where pipes should go and explained in detailed what is needed for the job.

I hired Xtreme Plumbing to work on a couple of minor repairs based on the good reviews on Yelp. I did not have a positive experience with them. I originally called on Saturday and was told they'd try to have someone out the same day. Then a bit later, they called and said no one was available. Not a big deal. So I scheduled for Monday. Shortly before the tech was supposed to arrive on Monday, I got another call: they'd be delayed. So they were an hour and a half past the arrival window. I understand that things happen in this kind of trade, but still, I was not impressed by their scheduling efficiency.

The tech was the owners son, Isiah. A very personable young man, but not (yet) very efficient or apparently, knowledgable. He looked at a leaky kitchen faucet, which he said he could not fix, at two toilets that were running, and at a small leak under the house. He didn't have the proper flapper valves for the toilets and said he wasn't qualified to work with a torch under the house. So he went back to his shop, got some flappers and returned with a shark bite mechanism to fix the under floor leak. He put the flappers in both toilets. And then played with the shark bite for an hour or so before deciding he couldn't make it work. I told him to come back the next day with someone who could do torch work under the house.

He returned the next day with Mike who seemed like he knew what he was doing. Mike soldered the pipe under the house and Isiah worked on the toilets again - neither of which were working properly. He finally got one toilet working and said he didn't have time to work on the other: he'd have to come back later in the day. I didn't have any time to wait around for him to go see another customer for him to come back to do a simple toilet fix. In frustration I paid him and was so relieved to be rid of the craziness.

As it turned out the only thing that was fixed for the $500 I paid these guys was one toilet. The other toilet remained unrepaired and the under the house fix developed a big leak within a day. (Good thing I had someone crawling under the house to set some rodent traps , or it would have gone unnoticed for long enough to do some real damage!)

By all rights, these guys should refund my money...but I don't want to deal with them at all: the experience was so unpleasant on so many levels.

Maybe I just had really, really bad luck with Xtreme: they do have good reviews...but I won't be using them again.

He even showed me the problem and how to fix it on my own the next time it happens. I appreciate his quick service and quality job. I consider him a friend and a great business owner. Called dozens of plumbers to help us out with a backed up septic line- of course this happens on a weekend (a holiday weekend too). I swear everyone else wanted us to wait a few days!!!

Michael just finished replacing my broken garbage disposal. He was very communicative as to what he thought was wrong and why... how long it would take him to get the part and return (just an hour or so) ... and so on.

He's also a very friendly, approachable guy... and super professional insofar in that he made sure to sweep up and wipe down everything when he was finished. Everything is now running smoothly again!

I called to get help with a leaky kitchen sink. He sent a worker out that worked with my schedule. During normal business hours and not a rush. Long story short, the worker only had to tighten the u-joint and charged me $120 for the service call. He even tried to sell me the wrench after he fixed it. Wow.

When I called for a quote on a Sunday afternoon, Michael was able to come out that evening and provide a quote. 2 days later Michael and Fernando came out and redid our bathroom pipes to fit a double vanity we had bought (from single vanity).

Sent someone out took care of us within an hr or 2, at a reasonable price. I think it was a month after I called again and he was available the next morning. Really great service and easy to reach.

Extreme plumbing schedule an appointment for a quote right away.
The price was very competitive and fair. And Michael came out himself the
next day.
Our pipes were backed up, and he did a very detailed job with the toilets, shower, tub, and sink.
He was so fast that we even decided to have both toilets replaced at the same time.
Michale even gave us advice on water filtration/ soft water systems, water heating fixes, and tips to keep out plumbing issues down to a minimum.
Michael is an excellent technical plumber, with a fantastic personality.

It's 6pm on a Monday. Your friends have just arrived for dinner to see your 6 day old son. Your 4 year old is in the bath when your husband calls um, is there any chance you think he {the 4yo} flushed something down the toilet? It is backed up and I cannot unclog it. Shortly followed by it looks like the master bath toilet is clogged as well?! And then notices there is an inch of standing water in our shower. (And therefore the tub your kid is in?!)

Talk about a...shit storm!

Luckily Xtreme Plumbing came to our rescue and had a technician to our house within 2 hours (perhaps they could sense my utter desperation on the phone). There are roots in our sewer line and they were able to snake it enough to get us working until we decide what we are going to do next. You can guarantee Xtreme will be doing the work though.

Wow, all I can say is I'm so impressed with Xtreme Plumbing! I requested a quote to replace my garbage disposal and got a super quick response. After a few messages back and forth I was able to get a same day appointment. A nice young man showed up (sorry I forgot his name!), he checked out the situation, went to get his tools, and quickly got to work. He was done so fast!! And the best part was he left a little tool, described when and how to use it, and gave me overall tips on what to look out for just in case the new part was defective. We got an emergency call from our tenants on a Saturday saying that the upstairs toilet was overflowing and water was pouring into the kitchen downstairs. I frantically called plumbers and most were either closed or didn't serve the area or would only come check out the place hours/days later. Sunday evening and I had tried fixing the issue - to no avail. Needed to get the issue resolved before Monday and several other plumbing services were closed/didn't answer the phone. Called Xtreme Plumbing and Michael/Fernando were over in 20 minutes. It was a Sunday evening... so you have to assume a higher service price than normal business hours.

The fix was straight forward and took them about 45 minutes to complete. Nothing complicated, but set me back $ 230. Definitely a premium, but not unexpected given the weekend and evening.

We had a leak in our tub spout. Whenever we used the shower, about 30% of the water would continue to come out of the tub spout. This meant we were a) wasting water and b) not getting the best water pressure from the shower.

My father and I tried to fix this ourselves but didn't get too far before realizing it would be best handled by a professional plumber with the right tools and materials.

We called Xtreme Plumbing based on their reviews on Yelp and proximity to our house. They answered the phone promptly and inquired about our problem. They asked me to text them our home address, which I did immediately. A few minutes later they called back and let me know that they were sending someone over. At that time they also told me the estimated cost for the job (hourly labor cost + whatever it would cost for parts).

Igancio came over about an hour later -- admittedly, this was longer than we were expecting but it wasn't a huge deal. He handed over his card, was polite and did not waste any time in looking at the situation. He explained what needed to be done, asked a few questions about the replacements parts we wanted, and went out to Home Depot to acquire them.

He came back about 20 minutes later, got his tools from his truck, and started work. My father and I watched him (mostly because we were curious to learn why we failed and how he would go about the same issue). About 10 minutes later he was done! He did an extremely clean job -- both on the interior and exterior -- of the fitting. He even patiently answered several questions from us about how and why he went about his fix (again, we really wanted to learn about our failure!)

When it came time to pay, he handed us the Home Depot receipt. Perhaps this is standard practice, but I appreciated the transparency nevertheless.

We are very happy with Ignacio's work and will definitely be calling Xtreme Plumbing again when the need arises. Highly recommended!

My recent review yelp.com/biz/r-p-s-ribbs… explained my issue and previous encounter with RPS Ribbs. I had multiple bidding out and one was to RPS and one to Xtreme. I fell for RPS because they had a professional customer service answering my message, plus they offered free estimate. Mike from Xtreme on the other hand, message was short and direct, and quoted me $185 to cut open the drywall for investigation and would be applied to the cost of the repair. So naturally i went with RPS first thinking i would save me on investigation. Well, as you can read from my review, it didn't fair well with RPS (and instead i paid $63 more compare to quote from Xtreme for just the investigation) so i came back to Xtreme

I messaged Mike and he quoted me $550 to replace waste and overflow pipe (conclusion from RPS), which is less than half of RPS Ribbs already. I got on his calendar at the earliest of my convenience. Mike came with his apprentice and started investigating just to make sure the root cause. The two works in perfect tandem, yelling back and forth, one downstairs checking the leak, Mike upstairs turning on water, pulling shower lever, all kinds of experiment. This works very efficient vs having to going back and forth if Mike was alone. Mike quickly identify the problem being the faucet nibble (pipe), and not the waste and overflow pipe that RPS Ribbs had claimed, and gave me a very reasonable quote at $135 for replacement and seal, which saved me $1100 from RPS!!! The job took less than 20 min.

On top of that, I asked Mike to pull out a broken cartridge from another shower and again, he quoted me 20% lower than competition (RPS didn't have the tool to do the job, and the quote was only covers pulling the broken piece). Mike's apprentice got it done in 5min, And replaced the new cartridge I had and screwed everything back without me asking nor charging extra!

Not only was Mike extremely knowledgeable, he was thorough in his investigation before coming to conclusion. I thought Mike's pricing is more than reasonable and fair vs others. He was not here to sell me anything, and was truly honest in doing his job at fixing issues.

Mike is great to work with. I live in an older home in Los Gatos, and it has always had a bunch of hot water issues. Mike came over and helped me solve all the issues he could, short of doing a complete repipe. He also installed a water line for my fridge, and did a couple of other things. I had a good experience with this company. My shower arm broke and left some thread in the copper pipe behind the tiles. Initially, Michael sent 2 Juniors and they could not figure it out. Next, he came by himself and spent an hour to remove the thread without having to break the tiles walk to get it out. This was especially bad after my failed attempts to remove it had weared down some of the threads. I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable. I will contact Michael for any of my future plumbing needs.

My original review is below. Here is my updated review:

I called Xtreme Plumbing to come out for an air gap (dishwasher drain) issue. As before, the person on the phone was polite and quickly scheduled an appointment at my convenience for the following day. I asked whether Isaiah would be the one returning because I was very satisfied with his work. I was assured he would come out.

Isaiah and Joel (in training) arrived right on time at the start of my two hour window. I can't say how much I appreciate service calls that begin on time! The two of them got right to work. Their first attempt to fix the problem didn't work, but I was ok with that because it was the least expensive option to start with. Then they replaced a part which did the trick. They were dedicated to making everything perfect and did just that.

Xtreme Plumbing earned another five stars from me today. I will continue to call them for future plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

I chose Xtreme Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. Every aspect of their work has earned a 5 star rating from me.

My call was answered immediately and the person I spoke to was polite and articulate. An appointment was easily scheduled at my convenience. I requested a 20 minute heads-up call when the technician was on his way so I could minimize time away from work. I received this call and the technician arrived exactly at the time promised.

The technician, Isaiah, listened to what I wanted done and was clean and professional in my home. He provided me anestimate. Although he could have done one of the two jobs I needed done, he explained it would be more cost effective if I waited for a part and have both jobs done at the same time.

The appointment for the work went exceptionally well. The technician was prompt and, again, clean and professional.

So I usually can fix stuff myself but my Cousin who lives in San Jose needed someone right away. I called Extreme Plumbing and talked to Mike. Had a great experience with Xtreme Plumbing this afternoon. Steven arrived at the door literally minutes after I called them. They had said he'd be here within an hour, it was more like 5-10 mins. He went straight down to the crawlspace and thoroughly checked for leaks. Really appreciate his honesty, he did not find any leaks and was upfront about it. There was some dampness in the crawlspace from other work done earlier in the day so he said he will come back when the space is fully dried out and recheck to ensure that there really are no leaks. He even waived the call out fee for today. Having dealt with another plumbing company of questionable integrity this week his honestly was very refreshing. Xtreme Plumbing will be the first people we call for any future plumbing needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

He has done 3 jobs at my house, 1 of which was a semi-emergency as I broke a pipe digging in my front yard.

Mike's a legit good guy. Gave him a first-world emergency ring at 7PM on a Wednesday with some fun back-flow out of our tubs and toilets. YUM!

He was there in a bit and identified the issue for us. Or at least so we all thought. Next time we try to do laundry, here comes the back-flow again. It seems we have something a lot more serious going on. Mike came out for free in the morning to look it over and let us know the deal.

Found this plumbing company here on yelp, because of all the great reviews. I'm so glad I called Xtreme Plumbing. I called last night, and Mike answered. I told him about my garbage disposal plates being jammed, and I know it was a relatively easy fix. I had been trying for the last week. Mike was kind enough to give me some tips to save me money. Sadly I was unable to dislodge whatever was jamming my garbage disposal on my own so I told Mike I needed his help. Called Mike for a leaking under-sink faucet hose and he came first thing on Monday morning, after determining it wasn't an immediate emergency. He figured out that a new faucet assembly was needed due to the permanent and non replaceable fixture of the existing hoses, and went and picked up a new one of the same quality, brand, and features. We had a broken water main...

What a pain! Called two other plumbers, one was helpful, but could not help the same day, the other (initials WQP), who claim they are open at 6AM, wanted $180 before 8AM just to turn off the water! Claimed they had to charge for after hour service.

I called Michael, and he was at my house in one hour. My neighbor and I had dug the hole down to the leak while I waited for Michael's arrival. Within two hours of his arrival, we had water flowing again!

I wanted to leave a short review. I had Isiah come out and repair my leaking shower. The valves for hot and cold were about 8 years old. They were in bad shape but he quickly took out the stems and got them replaced with brand new ones. Fortunately, he was able to find some cheaper valves and got them changed. After he replaced them he took his time to verify they weren't leaking. We had him do a follow-up and verify what was wrong with some other faucets and shower. Looks like they did a good job from what I can tell.

I recently had an emergency plumbing situation later in the day that needed to be fixed immediately, Michael was extremely helpful and was able to come out while most of the other businesses I spoke to that day refused and insisted they come out the following day. First of all Michael returned my phone call and I hadn't even left a message as I was in a hurry to find a plumber. I told him the issue I had over the phone and he was quick to set a next day appointment.

Next day he came on time and ready to fix the problem when we discovered the issue was a little more serious than just a leaking faucet due to, what was originally thought to be, a hot water stem. Instead, the neck of the faucet itself was the cause of the leak and Mike said he could replace it with a new one if i wanted. I told him that would be fine and to get something similar and within medium price range which he did. Really fast service and very personable. Replaced the master bathroom faucet and all has been well with it ever since.

Later that night after he had left another plumbing issue arose (not Mike's fault). So I asked him to return to fix the new issue. The only reason Xtreme Plumbing did not get a 5 out of 5 stars from me was the second visit did not require hardly any work and the parts needed to fix the kitchen faucet where readily in his Van. The parts were not that expensive (two plastic nuts that fasten the faucet assembly to the sink) but the cost to come back out was a bit steep I thought for all that had to be done especially since he was just at my house the day before.

In any case don't let my review sway you from not using this plumbing company. They do good work and are very friendly.

Friday morning the main line from the meter to our house sprung a leak. That afternoon Francisco came by to diagnose the problem. We agreed to replace the whole aging 50-foot line. By Saturday afternoon Francisco and crew finished the work.

Meant to write a review sooner so I apologize when I say I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that came to my house but I know he was the owners son. Anyways his Plumbing service was phenomenal. Initially he and the other plumber in training stopped by to fix a clog in my garbage disposal (which they fixed in 2 minutes i might add), but I also asked them to take a look at drain problem for my washer and they helped me out and also fixed that right on the spot! How ever they must have undercharged me for the service though because this boy needs a raise! It was too affordable for the job they did and in the amount of time they did it, mind you I called earlier that day and they showed up just a few hours later what great service. Definitely calling them again if these pipes ever get another clog. Haha

Our main water line broke from the road to the house. Micheal showed up and took care all day Saturday in the rain with minimal damage. It took them till 1am in the pouring rain, but it was done. I'm writing this because of how honest Mike is. We had a couple of people out to do an estimate for our re-pipe and one was in our budget. I called Mike to let him know that we wouldn't need him to come out for his estimate (didn't want to waste his time) and when I told him what the other company quoted he let me know that:
1. It was a really good price
2. He'd probably be right around there, but to go with the other company if we already had something going with them.
I will call Mike in the future for other plumbing needs solely because of his honesty on that phone call. He also seems like a really nice guy :)

I needed a water heater strapped and repaired for an upcoming appraisal. I had a difficult time locating a plumber willing to take on this smaller job with about 36 hours notice. I was referred to XTreme plumbing by a fellow real estate agent. Mike the owner was very understanding and accommodating. Despite their very busy summer schedule he managed to send a plumber for an estimate in hours. Isaiah showed up with a great attitude and a willingness to to help me. He gave me a quick and honest estimate which was lower than other providers here in Yelp. I told him I needed it done next day by 10:30 am for the appraisers. The work was scheduled and completed the next day in just an hour. Isiah saved my butt in a pinch. I was so impressed I referred them to another agent and made sure they were placed on our company service provider directory. I absolutely recommend XTreme plumbing. I had my faucets replaced in both my bathrooms and my kitchen by another plumber. They we're put in badly, leaked and were loose. I called xtreme plumbing and Michael said he was in the area and could stop by when he finished the job for another customer.

We came home at 5:30pm to see a pool of water on our hardwood floors in the kitchen. We had a leak even after turning the water off. We called about 4 local plumbers and all had at least a 3 hour waiting time with others not available until tomorrow morning. We decided to give Michael a call. He answered immediately, asked us to send pics/video of the leak to see if he could do the job tonight. He called back quickly and said he could be at our house within 30 minutes. He also gave us an estimate of work done to be called out and to fix it.

My dishwasher was not draining, tried to YouTube it, but I couldn't figure it out! So I called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael arrived first thing and fixed my problem within minutes. Now, I was expecting at least a $50-100 bill, as has been my experience in the past, for minor plumbing issues. Michael was generous and just asked I call him next time for a big job. Lol

So with that in my mind, I called my parents and told them I have the guy they need to redo their pipes. He's professional, licensed and honest. I sent them a photo of his business card and they are definitely going to call him when they are ready for their project.

Called Mike at Xtreme Plumbing today on a recommendation from a friend. I had already called two other places and they could not come today and they were charging for the service call. He was able to squeeze me in on very short notice. I called him at 9:00 am and he and his colleague were here by 11:00. Even had to leave and go get a part and came right back to fix my toilet. I haven't written a Yelp review in years, but I am purposely putting in the effort today to write a review about Mike because he was simply amazing. Our household went through the mistake of buying homeowner's warranty insurance when we first purchased our home and shortly after we moved in, we had a leak in our main water line and it needed to get replaced. The home warranty company assigned the most terrible plumbing company to do a sloppy replacement job, and of course lo and behold, another leak occurred a few years later and here I was trying to find a plumber again. I called a few plumbing companies in the area and Mike was the quickest to respond. He squeezed our house in even though he had a full day and was super honest about everything. I contacted Xtreme Plumbing and after leaving a voicemail got a call back the same day. We scheduled two visits, one the next day to look at the clogged sink, and then the following day to try to fix it. Mike got held late at an earlier appointment and texted me well before the scheduled time to look at the clog, and I really appreciated his clear and early communication.

The following day he came out with a second employee and snaked the problematic drain. It had been snaked twice before (Two other companies had been out) with no luck, but he was able to clear the clog. Then, we looked at the adjacent industrial sink in the garage which was sharing the same line - it was full of black water. He emptied the sink, and then took the whole thing out to snake the drain, which was pretty corroded.

After getting it back together and working, we tried both sinks, and they immediately clogged up. Huge bummer! But, Mike just took the kitchen drain apart, re-snaked it and dislodged the clog. The industrial sink in the garage immediately drained. He reconnected everything and we ran the sinks - both drained!

After having two other companies out to try to fix this, I'm super happy with Mike and Xtreme Plumbing.

I forgot this nice guys name, but my water heater was on the fritz, it was late in the afternoon, and he walked me thru the fix. He didn't have anybody available to send somebody out, but he spend 5 minutes trying to troubleshoot the problem. I ended up getting the pilot light to fire up and....the sweet sound if gas baby!!!!

It's really hard to find integrity the trades anymore, but I'm so glad I went with Xtreme Plumbing. Michael is so honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to pick up a part across town to install in my bathroom sink. And then he came out on a Saturday immediately to fix our leaking water heater. We had a leak from an upstairs bathtub that leaked through the ceiling into the living room below. Isaiah and his assistant Joel did a great job. They worked diligently and carefully, keeping us informed of what they were doing. They are polite and respectful. Honest and reliable! Michael just came out to give me a bid on replacing a sewer line and fixing a faucet. He was considerate and called on his way over, arriving on time. He told me I didn't need a sewer line, and if I ever did - could easily install without too much damage to my landscaping. He also gave me the option of easily fixing the faucet myself - saving me $150! Francisco re-piped the mainline for us. He was friendly and efficient. Inspector came and signed off the permit in minutes. The work for closing holes and put asphalt & concrete back was a little messy but he retouched the work after couple weeks.

We got 6 bids on a full copper repipe and Mike was one of the lowest, which would usually be a red flag, but he explained everything and had answers most of the other guys didn't. The day of the job, they showed up around 7:45am for the scheduled 8am start and got right to work. Mike and the guys were super respectful of our house and kept everything clean throughout the process.
I'm that annoying guy who asks a million questions during the job and Mike totally indulged me with answers all day. By 6pm we had the water back on, minus the rust and smell. Our water pressure is crazy now and the new water heater they installed is so much better than our 30 year old beast.
Had to have Mike come back a few days later to help connect a drain/overflow for a tub we installed after the repipe and again they did a great job super quickly.
It's tough to find reliable contractors, so now that we have a good plumber we can rely on, it makes any home renovation job that much easier. The man know's what he's talking about.

I called Mike to look at a supposed laundry hookup leak that was identified by the delivery service who sold us a new washer/dryer. Despite an overbooked week for him, Mike was very accommodating and we arranged a time to jointly take a look at the problem. In short, Mike fixed the problem in no time by walking through the solution with me and pointing out the delivery service people's incompetence at installing a new washer. He also helped with the gas dryer hookup to make sure when the delivery service returned there would be no issues. Admittedly, I was a bit embarrassed for not spending any time debugging the problem myself (busy week), but Mike didn't take advantage of that and didn't charge me for the work. Mike is one of those rare service technicians who is highly principled and honest about his work. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Michael got back to me and said he could come by on Friday afternoon and would call me in the morning to schedule the appointment. I cancelled afternoon plans so I could be here for the appointment. He never called me back! I finally called around 12pm, and no response. I called again Saturday morning and left a message, no response. I decided not to call my usual plumber since it has taken them awhile to come out, sometimes days. We had a clog in the main line and I started to yelp plumbers in the area. I didn't have time to ask for recommendations from the neighbors. I left a message shortly before 7am and received a callback within the hour. The woman, on the other side, was friendly and told me Francisco would be there between 9-10am. I was ecstatic that they could come out so soon for a clog. A few minutes before 9am there was a knock on my door. Francisco was friendly and courteous. The only peeve I had to say was that his colleague didn't wear booties in the house, like other companies. The roots caused our sewage to back up into the shower and tub. Used Xtreme for a simple toilet installation. Used Yelp's system to get a quick estimate and setup an appointment. They gave me a 10A-noon time window, and arrived just prior to 10A. Unfortunately, when they unboxed the new toilet we'd picked up at Home Depot they discovered a crack in it and suggested we exchange it for a replacement. Said that they could either come back around 1PM (if we could do the exchange in time) or they could come back the next day. We said we'd do the exchange right away and they said they'd be back after 1PM...but then they called us just after 11A and, hearing that we'd already done the exchange, showed up around 1115A and completed the installation in just a few minutes. Took time to show me the result, confirm that there were no leaks, and also mentioned their 60-day warranty on installation. VERY impressed with how easy and efficient it was to interact with these guys.

Call Extreme Plumbing for someone you can trust in your house to get the job done right!

Had a backed up kitchen sink and couldn't wait for the home warranty plumber so we called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael arrived 15 minutes later.

I'm typically a do-it-yourself kind of guy but I couldn't access the drain clean out valve and didn't want to mess with it because we had family visiting. Michael quickly determined where the plug occurred in the plumbing and gave us a couple options to clear the drain along with his recommendation. Not long after, the drain was cleared.

I am very impressed by Michael for a few reasons:
- Accurately diagnosed the location of the plug through a few key tests.
- Was conscientious not to track mud into the house.
- Provided a permanent solution for us to access the clean out valve.
- Explained exactly what he was doing throughout the repair.
- Most importantly, he came through for us when we needed service in a hurry.

Quick response, quick resolution, great value!

I had a slow draining bathtub. I tried plunging, gel, enzymes, small snakes--nothing worked. Time to call a plumber. One Yelp review had a similar problem case.

Called Extreme at noon on Monday, the two-person team showed up 15 minutes later! A problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes (broken waste and overflow). The broken (and unused) part was quickly removed and the tub started to drain quickly again!

Well, I was still on the hook for a minimal hourly visit fee, which was reasonable. Michael and team added extra value for nor extra cost by snaking the line (just in case), 12 feet. And, to top it off, they cleaned up the bathtub with a bleach! What a great service! Will know who to call during our next plumbing problem.

I contacted Mike from Xtreme Plumbing after reading reviews on Yelp. Francisco, one of his technicians, came out and determined I had a lead somewhere in the back yard water line that went out to the garage. My water heater was in the garage. Rather than tear up the yard and patio to find the leak, I decided to install a tankless water heater at the house. I asked for and received an estimate to install a tankless water heater with necessary permit. The permit was never pulled and I made several calls to MIke, with different excuses and promises to follow through with the permit. Bottom lime, I paid for a permitted job and consider his actions dishonest and unethical. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this contractor. Disappointing.

My 2 bathroom sinks were clogged. I asked one plumber to come. He spent 2 hrs and couldn't fix them. I still paid him 70 bucks for the labor. But he didn't lock the pipes well and the pipes were leaking after he left. Two sinks still not working PLUS two leaking pipes in my bathroom! And the plumber didn't want to come back to fix the leaking problem which he caused. I was so angry.

Out of despair, I searched yelp for a good plumber. After reading some reviews, I decided to try Xtreme Plumbing, I called Michael this morning, and he said he would come in the afternoon. They showed up around 3 pm and fixed all problems within 30 minutes!

Our kitchen sink had been blocked up and all my do-it-yourself fiddling wasn't making any impact, so I finally gave in and admitted I wasn't doing it myself and called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael was able to fit me into a busy schedule and came on out and not only got to the bottom of my issue (40 feet into the pipes! No wonder I wasn't able to do it myself o.o) but also took out an old filter system under the sink that was just taking up room, redid the pipe connections in a true professional way with good materials, and showed me how to work with it in the future. While he was out here, I also asked about our bathtub spout leaking like the other reviewer a few months back. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair that issue as well, and told me how to take care of it if it happens again. I messaged Mike in regards for a quote because our shower would only run scalding hot water. Within a few hours, I heard back from him and we set up an appointment for today between 10am-12pm. He called close to 10am and said that his current job was taking a little longer than expected, so he'll be coming around closer to 12pm (which was much appreciated, so I don't just sit there twiddling my thumbs, wondering when he would arrive since I had to leave for work at 2). He arrived a little before noon, looked at the issued, showed me what was causing only hot water to flow out, told me what it'll cost, went and got a new part, fixed it, and was done in a little over an hour. He was very professional, friendly, and to the point. The price was what I was anticipating it to be, so he won't catch you off guard with surprises there. Mike came out the same day I called and they replaced the pipes for my shower through the wall and put in a new fixture all in the same day! The water wouldn't stop even after I kept turning off the fixture. They were able to come out before any other plumber i called and were very professional. They also put booties on over their boots which I appreciated as I have a one year old who is all over the floor. After they replaced the pipes in the wall they patched the hole up with dry wall. I thought I was going to have to call another company to do that but the did. I just had an issue with my toilet that wouldn't stop running and they came by and fixed it no charge. Called because my bathroom sink was leaking. the scheduled 12-2 pm scheduled time was great he was here right at 12 pm. When he looked at the plumbing he said and I agreed that I needed a new pop-up because it was leaking from a striped nut and that it would cost $135.00 and I said ok. Where this gets interesting is that he told me that to snake the pipe it would cost an additional $185.00 to unclog the pipe. I told him that I felt I was getting nickle and dimed to death and that I would snake the pipe myself. He went outside and called his boss and came back with a quote and the quote said that it would cost $155.00 for the pop-up and they were giving me a discount at $135.00, this discount wasn't even mentioned when he first told me it would cost $135.00. Attitude also changed when he handed me the quote and he asked me if I still wanted him to replace the pop-up and I said yes, I agreed to the $135.00 charge. While he was installing the part I asked him if he was going to address the issue of the clogged drain for which was the original reason for the call, that's when he said I would get a discount for snaking the drain and I said I felt the $185.00 was too much and he said no it would be $85.00 to snake the drain, I would get the discount, so I said ok then snake the drain! He then said he's declining to snake the drain so I said you want to run from here don't you and he said yes, and then said just joking. So, after he left I cleaned the last elbow out that goes into the wall (I also cleaned the gunk from all the other pieces, I offered to) and snaked the pipe to which there was nothing clogged and put the plumbing back together and it works fine now. Also note he used one of my towels to soak up the dirty water and packed the stinking wet towel behind the vanity drawer and underneath the pipes and left the dishpan that had all of the broken pop-up parts in with the disgusting water in it and left it on my bathroom floor. So two things: Communication on pricing, it will cost more than you think! Secondly, have the decency to clean-up your mess!

We had rattling noise problem when flushing toilet and/or taking shower for a long while. Had one plumber come in and installed water hammer in each bathroom for over 200 bucks. This didn't fix the problem. Finally had an appointment with mike and he showed up on time and fixed the problem in 5 mins. It is water pressure regulator which might have debris inside and he tweaked it a little bit. After that, noise disappears.... the best of all, he thinks it is too easy and didn't charge me at all. Thanks, Mike! Highly recommend him.

Great service, quick and easy! Michael was helpful, very professional, and took care of our sink issue in a timely fashion. Michael is knowledgeable, he took the time and explained to me in detail how to elevate some of our old plumbing issues and the possible underlying problem we could potentially have with our old piping in our rental home. I truly appreciate the services and strongly recommend this company above others I've dealt with in the past. I have finally found a plumbing service that I will continue to do business with. Mike is a good guy. He answers his phone at any hour. He did some research for me on a hard-to-find replacement part before I committed to use him. He replaced a water heater and later a different project to improve the water pressure. Later, he came back for something which turned out not related to his job, did a quick look and adjustment (which included one of his own parts), and did not charge me. Kudos to Mike.

Our office toilet stopped up, and after 2 failed attempts with other plumbers (no-shows), we found Michael. He showed up in 20 minutes, and this was after hours! Even though we thought it was just a simple toilet clog, Michael took his time to carefully check the plumbing in the entire office. Good thing he did, because it turned out to be the main line! He spend hours getting the line clear and even sanitized the area afterward! Michael was terrific, and we absolutely recommend him!
