Brian was quick to schedule an in house estimate for a pipe leak in the crawlspace and Ameer showed up on time and diagnosed the issue by entering the crawlspace. Upon further discussion on the quote which was reasonable, they fixed the leak to my satisfaction the next day. Ameer also did a through look around in the crawlspace to ensure there was no other leak. They were very professional and I would recommend them for any plumbing services

I have not used them but I requested a quote after my sink area experienced water damage. They responded really quickly for the estimate request but took awhile after I informed them that there might be mold (can't blame them since they are just plumbers). However Brian did follow up and recommended next steps, which is more the what Jake from State Farm did (claim denied).

5 stars for the following up even though I didn't use them and quote was reasonable.

So if you have water damage due to pipe burst/leak, you will need a plumber to determine cause and length of damage to file a claim. The plumbing report can determine if your claim will be valid (learn this the hard way), you need a plumber that is honest (which I believe they are, since they followed up even though they did not get the job).

Ameer is the best! He's helped us out a couple times over the last few years, including replacing our water heater and unclogging a stubborn toilet. I do not recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing because Brian did not answer my numerous calls and text messages regarding the San Jose City permit required for the installation of my gas water heater. The permit was a requirement from the beginning. I would not have had work done without a permit. He had told me the permit was ordered with inspection May 12 at 9AM. The inspector did not show up on May 12. By calling the City of San Jose I learned the inspection was never scheduled because the permit was NOT paid for. The permit was cancelled. Brian ignored my calls. A friend called Absolute and the call was answered immediately while my calls soon after same day were not answered. In one of my messages I asked for the name of the manager so that I could get this resolved. There was no response. Text messages and phone calls were ignored for weeks. I subsequently ordered the permit and the inspection was May 31, 2023. There was a problem with the installation that I fortunately could correct . The earthquake straps had been left too loose. I used pliers to tighten the straps. With tightened straps the gas water heater installation was approved. The city inspector said I should NOT have paid in full for the job until it passed inspection. The gas water heater was installed JANUARY 5, 2023. This has taken nearly six months to complete.

Watched out for the guy: my brother called absolute pro plumbing and they connected us to Tony (co-Owner) for this plumbing problem at my elderly parent house as there was backup in our lateral sewer line. Originally asked for camera work as i was concerned there was a collapsed pipe, Tony suggested not to camera the line but instead asked us to pay $400 and he said he would clear the blockage. I had originally said i snaked the line, he ensured that his snake was much better. He arrived late at night 720 pm he tried to snake it with his snake and within 40 min in he stated he could not clear it. According to him we owed him $400 for the snaking although unsuccessful.

He then said he wanted to camera the line, which was the original service i asked for because i thought i may have a collapsed pipe. He charged us an additional $250 to camera the line, He neither provided a video nor did he mark on the pavement where the blockage was nor did he show on video if it was collapsed. He should my brother his screen and some discoloratoon. We paid the $650 he was there from 720 to 9 pm ish.
He concluded that i had a collapsed sewer lateral and that it would cost $8k to 10k to repair this issue since it was under driveway.

The next day i found Different plumber who came in and said he needed to check the pipe out first and wanted to verify collapsed pipe, he removed my toilet since it was the downstream end of pipe, he needed better and safe access so he needed to go thru the vent pipe, he snaked the entire line and cleared the blockage. This other plumber was a 2 man crew and spent 2 hours at my house on a saturday, cleared the line repaired the cut vent pipe and reinstalled the toilet. Total cost $575 and they also replaced a fixture. He said there was no way was a collapsed pipe. We ran all the water for 15 min straight and flushed all the toilets after the cleared blockage

In conclusion i paid $650 to Tony and he did not clear the line and misdiagnosed the issue of a collapsed line and said i needed really additional 8k to 10k to do the repair and clear the blockage.

I paid another plumber on sat $575 he cleared the blockage and proved there was no collapsed line. There may have been some tree roots but nothing needing to dig up the driveway right away.

I then called tony to ask for refund, he stated aggressively that his time was $350/hr, which i thought is insane (who makes $350/hr) which he never mentioned in the beginning or to me and that he provides a service and there are no refunds.

In other words although his service was a failure and his diagnoses is wrong you wont get a refund. He wanted me to spend 8k to 10k to dig up 10ft of my driveway. Tree roots does not equate to a collapsed pipe. I may have thought that intially but an expert to figure out and diagnose it correctly. Im glad i found someone else who knew what they were doing. Too bad i called and threw $650 away. Im glad i didnt throw another 8k away.

Ameer is responsive, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Our main sewer line had a bad clog on a Sunday, so it rendered the houses toilets unusable. We called Ameer and he was able to inspect within 2 hours and finish the job by Monday late evening! He's an amazing Pro and would recommend him for future jobs. 11/10

Brian sent out Ameer to my house to see about a leak I have under my sink. He stopped by and took a quick look and said the leak is coming from our backslash not being sealed correctly. After he left my son noticed that there was a leak from the garbage disposal. I called right back told him what the problem was and he said he can install a new one for $350.00. I paid and he came the next day to install it.
The next day there was still a leak. I called Brian and he said Ameer would come by to check it out. Well, he no showed twice on me. I finally said enough and told him i will go else wear. I had someone else come out and it turned out that he had installed the new disposal to the old bracket and sink fixrure. This shows in the picture. I texted Brian right away to let him know and he said Ameer will be notifird right away. I texted back asking for someone new and nevrr got a response. Now im stuck with a leaking didposal and Short $350.

I've used these guys a couple times, and although we encountered some scheduling roadblocks at the outset, they made up for it by doing honest, good quality work at a very reasonable price.

Most recently, I hired them to replace the innards on the 3 toilets in my house. The toilets themselves are a bit odd; all of the stuff in the tank is a single, connected piece, and after about 13 years of use, the components in that piece had worn down and were causing leaks and weird noises. By the time Absolute Pro Plumbing arrived, I'd already received quotes from 3 other plumbers, all of whom insisted that the only way to fix my issue was to completely replace every toilet (over $1,000 worth of work). However, Ameer from Absolute Pro Plumbing took one look at the first toilet and pointed me to a $45 part on Amazon that would fix my issue. He quoted me a reasonable price to install the part once it arrived, and now my toilets are running more smoothly than ever.

I needed help with a clogged toilet, and this company was very professional - they responded quickly over Yelp chat, provided an upfront estimate about the cost and how it would increase depending on the problem, and a tentative time of arrival. They showed up dot on time, had shoe covers on to keep the inside clean, and fixed the problem quickly with no additional asks from us. I was also charged exactly what I was quoted, not a cent more or less.

Had an excellent experience getting my entire house re-piped for gas lines. Ameer had come a few times to talk to us and understand the various issues before we went ahead. The actual job was done in two days since our house structure was a bit unusual.
I really appreciated Ameer and Brian following up with the permit inspector to get everything signed off before turning on gas with PGE. Will definitely call Absolute pro for any plumbing related issues.

First off, most professional, empathetic, and timely company to come fix my hot water heater issue. I went 24hrs without hot water. I called and the answering service stated to send a text. Within 10 mins, I got a text back requesting if they could call me. Brian is so polite and understanding. He made it a point to make sure I was serviced the next day. He also followed through before the first inspection of the hot water unit, during the installation of a new unit and after everything was done. The tech Amir who came to do the job was also wonderful, very pleasant and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better company to take care of my issue. We had a massive leak 2 days after moving into our new (but very old) house in San Carlos. There was water pouring into the garage from the ceiling. Naturally, we were freaking out.

Absolute Pro Plumbing to the rescue! Ameer was incredibly responsive, professional and patient with our many questions. He quickly eased our worries and started getting down to business. He was able to diagnose the issue (a majorly backed up sewer line) and remedied quickly. He also provided great guidance on how to prevent major repairs in the future. Absolute Pro responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came right out to take a look at my issue. I had a leak from the ceiling and the technician located that it was a loose fixture on my upstairs bathtub that causing the leak. He charged $100 to caulk it and gave a recommendation for mold removal. However, those weren't the only problem. There was also a corroded pipe. The technician that came out should have caught that but didn't, so I was out $100 and had to start from square one again.

They weren't as thorough as they should have been.

Ameer and his team helped us put in a new gas line and water pipes for a washer and dryer unit in our garage. We highly recommend Ameer and his team and will definitely work with him again.

First, Ameer came onsite to give us a quote. He gave recommendations that had our best interest in mind. His prices were very competitive and he helped me understand and answered all my questions up until we decided to move forward with his team. Overall a very great experience.

Ameer just left our house, having sorted out our plumbing problem easily and professionally. I can't say enough good stuff about the service. Our downstairs shower was backing up, and we thought the entire line would need cleaning out. He sent down the camera, and found that the problem was much easier to fix, at the shower itself. An easy fix, and the shower is running again. :)
His quote for the clean-out was fair, and as we didn't need it, he charged a very reasonable price for sending the snake down just the shower. No pushing us to do work that wasn't needed. Perfect service. Our toilets recently bubble up after we shower and I look it up online and suspect main line clog or vent clog. Absolute pro plumbing is very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a very convenient time for me. They are open at this very hard time and really saves me. I scheduled the gentleman I spoke with by phone to come look at a very slow running kitchen faucet. The agreed upon time was between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. At 4:30, I received a call from home that the plumber was there. We asked him to wait as I was literally 5 to 10 minutes from home, and he had arrived well before the scheduled time. He said he was going to run to another job and he'd be right back. After two messages left, one at 6:00 and the other at 6:30, there was no sign of the plumber, nor any call back. I may be old fashioned, but at least acknowledging my phone call or letting me know he indeed was NOT going to return would have been greatly appreciated. I'll not use this business again.

I had a minor slow-drain issue with my bathtub that I've been dealing with for several months. By minor, I mean that it would take a minute or so to drain (not bad at all). I decided that I felt it was time to clear it up before it got worse. With that being said, I contacted my home warranty provider to send a contractor out. From there, an appointment was made directly with a plumbing company (I'll omit their name). A technician came to my house on Wednesday. The technician was made fully aware of the MINOR issue and even tested the water out himself to see how it drains. For about 15 minutes, he attempted to use a manual, hand-crank snake through the metal-plate that you remove below the faucet (I think it allows access to the waste or drain pipe). He kept mentioning that he wasn't sure what direction he was going as he said that the pipe goes multiple directions (I later found out that the pipe only goes down).

After a few moments, horribly dirty water started filling up my tub. It was at that moment that he said that we would need another plumber to come out with a camera and the shower, obviously, wouldn't be usable until this new, severe clog was remedied. He even tried my personal plunger, which was odd. The technician then said that he would call my home warranty provider to schedule for a different plumber to come out and that he would call me back...he never called back. Later that evening, I then called the actual office for his company. I explained the situation to the woman that answered the phone. She told me that she would coordinate for another plumber to come out and that she too would call me back...she too was a liar.

Although the shower was out-of-order, my family and I didn't want the dirty water in the tub to start smelling, so we manually scooped it out with a paper cup...that was a lot of fun (I'm being sarcastic).

After another 4 hours of anguish, I finally found Absolute Pro Plumbing on my own. Ameer answered my call and was very friendly on the phone. He gave me confidence that his company was more competent and equipped to clear this new clog and the old one.

Ameer's technician came out at 7am on Thursday morning and cleared the clog with an electric snake in under a minute. The technician explained to me that the previous plumber probably pushed the old clog further down, but not far enough and eventually gave up or got tired.

As trivial as this may sound, the previous technician also opened my front-door several times without removing his dirty gloves. If you noticed, I didn't say closed...he never closed my front-door each time he left my house. Ameer's technician removed his gloves as soon as he was done working on the tub.

Ameer's team had to remove the old shutoff valve as it was no longer working(it would turn but not shutoff the water).
When they tried to solder in the new valve, the solder would not hold as a little water kept dripping(This was after the faucets in the house had been left open to let the water drain). The dripping went on for more than an hour. Ameer and his team patiently kept trying till the solder finally took hold and the new valve was successfully installed.

Ameer was really great. He helped in fixing our clogged drain in the shower (I saw a lot of gunk and hair). He also realized a water pipe was leaking underneath a light fixture that should not have happened at all. He put a plastic pipe as it should last 50 to 60 years. The leak is gone now. He has resolved our issues and we feel very satisfied with his results.

He was very friendly, approachable, helpful, gave great advice and funny The main factor was he was really dedicated to get the job done effectively. He also gave a contact to get drywall patched up and get the paint to match from Home Depot. I highly recommend Ameer as he did a great job!!

Our shower drain was clogged and Absolute Pro Plumbing was very quick to respond to my inquiry to schedule an appointment. When they arrived the two technicians were polite and professional and wearing masks and gloves, which was very reassuring in light of the pandemic. I called them early saturday afternoon, hoping they can come asap to unblock a sewage overflow in our front yard. They gave me a quote over the phone and came within an hour. Our water heater died and Ameer had the most reasonable price for the same brand water heater that everyone uses (Bradford). He and his team came and swapped out the old one and performed some pipe\valve upgrades as well. They were friendly and professional the entire time and I can't recommend them highly enough! Ameer responded within minutes to my query thru yelp and came out to look at my backyard water leak same day and within the appointment timeframe. took his time to look at the yard and try to assess where the leak might be coming from. he gave some good pointers. unfortunately, he couldn't do the job as the leak seem to be under the lawn and it may require re-sodding a large portion which he doesn't do. that to me indicates that he is very upfront and honest. he spent about 20 minutes. no charge.

Called Absolute Pro Plumbing and talked to Ameer because I had a underground leak somewhere close to my main shutoff value under my concrete. He went over to my house and immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me a very reasonable price for the repair. He was able to shut-off the leak because it actually went to my front yard irrigation line so there was no real rush to get it fixed. He said he could do it in 2 days, I said ok and it was completed to my satisfaction. Great job from a great bunch of guys!

In the later two weeks, because of some personal issues, we need to reschedule appointment twice. Ameer was very patient. We wanted to seal/cap a buried gas line that went to the backyard bbq pit ... and called several plumbers mostly by looking them up from yelp ... a few of them came by and quoted exorbitantly high prices & didn't look very professional. They tried to scare us saying that most plumbers will not touch gas line & its very expensive job to even make small repairs to it. I wasn't even sure whether they would do a decent job even if we paid them (we had very bad experience with some plumbers a year ago with our kitchen gas line work).

Lucky for us, we had Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing come over to our house. He did a seal test to make sure the buried line wasn't leaking anywhere else. He found that the coupling which connected the line to PGE gas meter was actually leaking & replaced that part. He then proceeded to remove a portion of the gas line under the ground, since we wanted the gas line to be moved closer to the backyard fence. He also helped fix a plumbing leak in our backyard and his work was very professional & clean.

When I later found out from him that he has over 16 years of experience as a plumber before starting his own business, it became obvious why he was able to do such a good job. I would definitely consider calling him up first if we have any plumbing issues in future

Contacted Ameer after noticing water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Ameer gave me a fair price even with a discount, and said he could do the job the same day. He and Ramon arrived within 20 minutes of the call. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Great work, very professional. He even added new valves at no cost. Took every safety/health precaution wearing gloves and masks the entire time and wiping down door handles upon leaving. I will definitely call Ameer for future plumbing needs.

When we got a new gas oven and range, we needed to have the gas valve moved about 20. Jason was able to come out two days later, and worked rapidly and efficiently and got the valve moved over. He also installed a kitchen faucet I had been lazy about doing myself, and noticed a small leak in the bottom of one of our sink basins that needed a quick repair. He was in and out of my house in a few hours, and I was very pleased with his work.

So, I'll tell you my saga...

I had been smelling gas in my bedroom off and on for a while. The first time I called PG&E was 2010, they couldn't find anything, I thought I was crazy... finally had a day last week where I could actually smell the gas. Called PG&E, they came right over, yes lady, you have a leak! Yay, gas was turned off, everything is now safe.

Now I needed to get it fixed. Talked to a Amir here, he said, We can fix it, but you need to get the leak detected first. We can't fix it until we know where it is. Sounded reasonable, so I called a leak detection company - We can't get anyone there until next Monday. Ok, called the next one, and the next one and the next one, finally found one that would come the same night.

Lady, you have 70-year old galvanized pipe, we can't fix it, have to do a full replace. I'll have my boss get you a bid. Ok, also sounded reasonable - at this point, my gas has been off for 48 hours - no hot shower (it's amazing how much we take that for granted!). I wanted a couple of other bids, so I called a couple of other places. Amir had been the first person to give me any kind of straight answer, so I asked him for a bid as well.

Amir's bid came in the lowest, and he could start the soonest, I gave him a shot. Amazing work, asked all the right questions, got things done and inspected, didn't assume that I was stupid because I'm a woman, just generally all-around pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the job.

I called two plumbing services to give me quotes on work that I had received a horrendous quote on from a larger company that I had used in the past. Ameer came down the same day and checked the pipes that same week. I hadn't told him about the quote or manner in which they made it seem that the work had to be done (right away). He said the pipes were aging but they would last another year or two easily. You might imagine my surprise when the first company was trying to get me to agree to a consultation on a 911 situation, to a calmer, honest conversation with Ameer. Since there was no immediate need, he left without doing any work but reassured that when I do need the work, I will be calling him. ALSO , the first horrendous quote I received was for $21K. I asked his quote and it was 1/3 that amount. Unbelievable! Thank you Ameer!!

I highly recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing. One night we came home and saw our carpet was wet. We knew there was a leak but didn't know where. I called Ameer and even though it's was 7pm on a Saturday night (Thanksgiving week), he offered to come by my house and take a look since he was in the area. He was then able to identify the leak (it was in another room on the other side of the house) and replace the busted pipe. After a few days when the water damage restoration company finished their work, Ameer was so flexible (the day before Thanksgiving!) in coming back to find and install a new water heater so we can have hot water for the holidays. Absolute Pro Plumbing is highly professional, competitively priced and most of all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Ameer saved the day! My water heater decided to go out very early on a weekend and I had a pool size of water spilling everywhere in my garage. I was totally clueless what my first step should be. He sensed the panic in my voice over the phone. He was at a customers home, lucky for me it was not far from my residence. He explained to his customer that he needed to take care of an emergency not far and would return as quickly as possible. Ameer's main concern was to shut the water. After that he explained what needed to be done and that he would come back the following day to replace the water heater. He was very professional, courteous, punctual and cleaned up the area. I had a slab leak repaired by another company and right before the technician left, I noticed the faucet in the bathtub was leaking a constant stream and mentioned it to him. The technician did not want to have anything to do with it and suggested I found another plumber to fix it. Ameer answered my call at 6:30pm and was nice enough to suggest the other company should be responsible for fixing the leak. I made an appointment with Ameer anyway just wanted to get it done. I left a message with the other company and made it known that I was very unhappy with the issue and they replied that they would take care of it. I cancelled my appointment with Ameer on short notice and he was again very nice to say that he did not want to take advantage of the situation and cost me more money. It is rare these days to find a honest person to do business with. Even though this time I did not use Absolute Pro Plumbing but definitely will call them for my future plumbing problems.

I searched yelp for professional plumbers to fix my leaking shower head (I tried Amazon service and the guy worked for 2 hours but cannot fix it and advised me to find a professional plumber and he said based on his experience the wall needs to be opened and the valve needs to be changed and it will cost about 1500 dollars, he still charged me 62 for the unfinished work, never try Amazon service again!!!). The shower leaking was getting worse after that, so I texted and called several companies on yelp and chose Absolute Pro Plumbing as Ameer was the only one can come by the same day. Ameer came within 2 hours after I called him and quickly fixed it for just 10 minutes without opening the wall and help me saved more than thousand dollars. So I decided to ask him if he can do the copper re-pipe and change the water heater for my house which I have been thinking about it for several months. He again quickly gave me a quote with a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the work within three days. Ameer and his crew came on time that day and finished the work within a day. The next day I asked Ameer if he can do the isolation for all the hot water pipes as I'd like to save energy (which I didn't mentioned before). He said yes without hesitation and came and did all the isolation in two days without any extra charges. More than that Ameer also helped to fix my toilet in guest bathroom which I found leaking the other day, again without any extra charges.

Ameer is very communicative, professional, quick response and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Ameer and Absolute Pro Plumbing!!!

Jason, the primary proprietor of Absolute Pro Plumbing, is a knowledgeable and fair professional. He was highly recommended by a colleague for whom Jason had modified and renovated her residence's plumbing system without cutting any corners and in a timely fashion for a very reasonable fee.
His work at our offices (located in Fremont, CA) , where septic fumes was preventing normal operations, was exemplary. We recently hired Jason to do several jobs in our new home, including copper piping, fixing various leaks, installing a new vanity/sink, and more. I had water coming from under my washer and wasn't sure where it was coming from. Called Sears where the machine is from and they suggested I call a plumber since they thought it was my drains, well, it was. I call Jason and he came out the next day and, yes, my drains were very clogged. Both the kitchen and washing machine. He used the snake and cleared everything up within an hour. Jason was a pleasure to work with and is everything a homeowner can hope for in a contractor. He was responsive, knowledgeable, fair in his pricing and dependable. He installed a new gas line to my kitchen as part of a kitchen remodel. He asked more questions and did more research on the project than any of the other contractors who gave me bids so I was confident that the job would be done correctly. On the day of the installation he showed up on time and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. He was courteous and friendly and even swept the floor before he left. Outstanding all around!

Jason came by on his day off to give me a quote on replacing the shut off valve for the house. He was able to schedule the repair within a few days and got it done quickly and at a fair price!

He also gave me some sound advice on our concerns about our bathroom plumbing and our water heater. He's very down to earth and trustworthy. I'm definitely calling him if anything comes up in the future.

I had to do an emergency re-piping of the house, so I called a few plumbers to come take a look and give me an estimate. They came on time, and then took their time to look at the job. Their quote was fair (neither the cheapest nor the most expensive).

I saw them work, and while I'm no plumber I've done/seen enough reno to spot somebody who takes pride in a work well done. They took their time to do the job right (went about 1.5 day longer than anticipated), and were courteous and clean throughout.

I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants a trustworthy plumber who knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.

We've had Jason and his team work on a few projects since we bought our house last year. I've always felt like they provided balanced/trustworthy advice and they take the time to understand a project. Recently, we got a quote on a gas line for a new cooktop that was about $800 from a different company, but Jason did it for less than half because he took the time to look up the specific requirements and recommended using flexible piping that was more expensive but saved way more on labor because it was easier to work with. It seems unusually hard to find really good, yet affordable, service providers in the Bay Area so we're happy have found Absolute Pro Plumbing.

It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain.
I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk.
They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price.

I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that.

I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy.

I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too.

The arrived on time for the schedule appointment. of cousre, they offered resonable prices not like others supplier. We care about safty issue not, only cost.

Jason and Tony have done a great job replacing our old sewer lines. When they came over for the estimate, they were very courteous and spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem and answering all our questions. Jason was very knowledgeable and honest. Although their quote was higher than others, we still decided to choose them and it turned out their work quality was great! It was a five-day job. They worked very hard and cleaned up every day before leaving. Jason also offered help and advice on getting us a permit. We are very happy about the work! It's our best experience with a contractor. Jason and his assistant Tony are awesome! Their work ethic is superb and Jason's knowledge of the plumbing trade is vast; making the customer feel good about their decision in hiring Absolute Pro Plumbing! In addition to their professional plumbing standards, their customer service approach is top notch! While most plumbers fix only the contractual plumbing issues-Jason took initiative to repair and reinforce pipes, cabinets, a lamp I had broke, and their clean up standard is quality...so good that I was inclined to inquire if I could hire them for house cleaning. I feel it's also important to point out that unlike other plumbers, Jason makes sure that the job is completely done with the best work out there-he doesn't leave you with holes and exposed pipe and your home will look better than before they arrived: plumbing, rerouting, sheet rock, stucco, texturing, painting! Not to mention that they clear out cabinets and closets and are more than willing to put all of the items back! When Jason and Tony wrapped up their 6 days of work at our home (major reroute) we were so impressed that we sent them on over to our parent's home for a very minor kitchen leak! I have a leak in my hot water pipe under the concrete slab inside my home, I am waiting for the insurance company to stop lagging and get in here to tell me what they will cover..... In the mean time the leak was getting worse and gallons and gallons of water was being wasted not to mention my water bill going sky high! I called Absolute Plumbing this morning and Jason came out right away, he also showed up exactly the time he said he would. He is very knowledgable, polite and thorough! He capped my hot water line for the kitchen so it wouldn't leak anymore, and he made sure that we still have hot water for showers in the bathrooms. Jason was amazing and extremly helpful, he knows exactly what he is doing! He is a great plumber, honest, thorough, does not cut corners and price was so reasonable! Once my Insurance company finalizes their decision, I still have plumbing work to be done, I will for sure have Jason do the work. I just can't express how great he was! I highly recomment Jason and his company Absolute Plumbing you will get great, honest and dependable service from Jason. I am a truly happy and relieved customer for sure!

Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend his company. He repaired a slab leak in our kitchen on a Saturday because he didn't want us to be without hot water! He tented the area, kept concrete debris vacuumed, used silver to solder the new copper pipe for added strength, used the heavest pipe wrap available and then did a beautiful job with the concrete patch and returned after the concrete cured to replace the vinyl flooring! He cleaned all the aerators and checked all the faucets for water flow before leaving. He arrived on time and returned phone calls very quickly. We had him come back to replace all the frozen water shut off valves in the house, and he will be returning to replace the main incoming shut off valve.
Jason delivers on the promise of his company name Absolute Pro! We highly recommend this company and are very pleased to have found an honest, reliable, professional plumber in Fremont.
