My Plumbing Company

During kitchen installation we found a non-working valve. They were able to come and replaced the valves in the time needed.

Brandon put my worries and stress to rest! I can not believe the level of professionalism the the young man has. Spoke in simple terms that made sense to someone like me who does not have plumbing knowledge.

I had a service call that was processed through my rental company. I was ultimately responsible for the invoice, and I contacted Mike to see what the charges were for. He was rude and talked down on me, because I didn't understand why I was charged $89 twice. To which he replied service calls can be anywhere from $89-$400. I just don't think it's fair to be charged $89 for a young kid to come out, and then $89 for the 'diagnostic slab leak test'. Turns out someone had entered my yard and turned my water hose on. So i was charged $178 for this young boy to turn off the water hose.

I thought his customer service was lacking, and his employee was unskilled. I don't recommend this company all in all.

I contacted my father, who is a realtor and also has three rental houses himself. He is use to dealing with different plumbing companies, and even he thought the charges were outrageous.

Before you use this company, I strongly urge you to do your research!!!! I'll share my experience here and you can learn from my sister's misfortune of dealing with this company. I recently visited my sister because I was getting married. Since we had a house full, I asked to use her shower. Not even midway through the shower, the water pressure deteriorated from a flow to a poor stream and ended at barely a trickle! I was furious and so was she as this was a matter she has been dealing with for over a week. She called Mike, who claimed he had properly repaired the water issue but I bare witness, he hadn't repaired anything!!! He doesn't carry warranty for he work on purpose so you, the consumer, has no choice but to call on his mediocre services again. I dare say his services cause more damages than you had upon his arrival!! Again I urge you to do your own research as this company is lackluster and waste of your time, energy and money!

I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.

Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.

5 's for a job well done, pricing, professionalism, and time management. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service call? A+

I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one  wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.

I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

Sunday morning we needed immediate help, so we search and called around for the emergency on duty plumbers. Everyone was too busy to help, but one (not MY) said they could be out in an hour and 11 hours later they still hadn't come - they just kept calling back and saying 2 more hours. :(   My daughter told me earlier in the day to try MY, and at this point, I wished I would Of listened to my daughter and Called/Text My Plumbers when she told me about them.

Anyway I'm glad we ended up calling them! Their response time was less than 30 minutes and Brandon came out and got the job done in about 20 minutes or less!

Immediate service! Wow! Knew what they were doing, professional, and courteous. Price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but when you need a pro, you get what you pay for!

Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. If you want a good contractor, someone you can trust, call Mike, you won't regret it.

I have called Mike for all of the plumbing needs at my daughter's house and he has never disappointed. Last time I called him on a Friday morning to see about setting up a time to do a major job he had quoted for me a few months prior and he was at the house in about an hour and had the job done within a couple more hours. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and very fair on his pricing. He's the only one I call if I need a plumber. I highly recommend him!

My husband had an issue with our water heater and since Mike could not make it out that day he gave him some recommendations which fixed the problem. I called this guy at 830 am. He came out and gave me a free estimate, completed the work, and I had the ticket paid, all by noon.  I had to be at work so he even went as far as sending me pics once the work was complete. He was professional over the phone and this was really just a convenient transaction.

Definitely worth writing a second review due to the great service Mike provides. We are new to the area and one of the joys of home ownership is all the repairs that come with it.  Our water heater was leaking water all over and a quick call to Mike was all it took to get it fixed.  He came in on a Saturday, on time and was so fast in replacing the whole water heater I was stunned!!  He also took the old one and was so courteous and made us feel at ease.

We hired My Plumbing to connect a water line on some property of ours. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mike almost always answered the phone and his communication with us was unmatched. He did so many services (driving to our house to receive payment, obligation-free assessment, etc.) out of courtesy and was really flexible with our crazy schedule! I will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend!

City of Killeen replaced my shut off valve a couple of months ago. This month I go to pay my water bill and noticed that I have used 3X my normal water usage. I checked the main valve and it's under water. I call the city. Of course the water leak is on my side of the meter and could not be caused by them replacing the shut off valve. Called A to Z plumbing. Was quoted 450.00 to repair. Got the impression the guy didn't really want the job. Called My Plumbing.  He showed me where the new shut off valve sat higher than my water line and was connected in a downward slant which cause the stress and subsequent leak in the water line. He replaced and raised my water line connection so that is level again. Total cost 285.00. Same day service and more reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I contacted this plumbing company in order to fix my backflow issue. He came and not only fixed the problem, but explained to me what the issue is and if it was worth replacing. I highly appreciate the knowledgeable service with a smile. He followed up with me when an HONEST assessment and ensured he would call back and he did. In a world where trust is a sacred word I would definitely trust this young men to assist in any plumbing or septic issues. Two thumbs up!!!

Called Mike to install a new Roman Style Faucets and hot water side wasn't working and he tried for hours and just told me to get a new one from the Manufacturer. When the new one came in called him up and was hear ASAP. Stands behind his work and isn't done until the job is done right! Will definitely use him for future installs.
