Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

Iconic Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
Jimmy and Mason went above and beyond to gain me as a customer.  I first had the pleasure of dealing with Mason over the phone (who has merged All Around Home Services with Jimmy at Iconic Plumbing to form a super customer focused, affordable and detail oriented plumbing company.) It was Jimmy who showed up on a Saturday to install my complicated faucet, garbage disposal, cook top and dishwasher. He started with the 6 burner cook top...then on his own, he gifted us with a gas leak alarm to give me extra piece of mind since I have four children and a gas leak is something I fear.  I had ordered a part from Amazon on my own that wasn't here yet so he actually left and came back a few hours later to finish the job after my part showed up.  He even ran to Home Depot to get parts that I thought I had available for him but didn't.  These are very honest guys and I am so grateful to have found them.  They have a customer for life and I highly recommend this company.

Josco Plumbing Supply Plumbing Service
My plumber suggested I go down Industrial Blvd and check out the toilet options in the plumbing supply stores.  Based on some reviews, I figured I may be met with some attitude from the staff going in as a mere lady homeowner instead of either being
A) An actual plumber or B) A man.

I went to two places. Joscos and Moore Supply. Both places were places I'd go again. Neither of them gave me attitude for being a lady who had some questions.  If anything, they were quite polite, friendly and even humorous.:)

I purchased from Joscos because they had the brand I was looking for. However, If I needed a supplier from Moore I'd readily purchase from them as well.

Back to Joscos:
I talked to a few folks in the store, they were welcoming and helpful. Talked me through all the brands/ prices / features that I was looking for in the toilet. (Full disclosure - I did come in having done some research, so I wasn't expecting them to give me a full plumbing 101 class or anything.)

Jonathan helped me select the commodes I wanted, gave me some good pricing (I compared, so I know.) and then even was helpful when I had to call back to double check features such as the rough in dimension.

The Plumber Plumbing Service
Knowledgable, courteous, honest and not one to scam you.

We had an urgent need and they were responsive and competent.

Only downside is that they typically do not answer the phone but leave a message and they will back with you soon.

We asked for help with some stuff that we just couldn't fix on our own.
Came out when he said he would, was right on time.  Professional and courteous gentleman.  Helped us get our water system back on line after some serious freeze damage from URI 2021.  He knows how to fix stuff.  We would use his services again if needed.

Blue Lion Plumbing Plumbing Service
I am very pleased with the service provided by Blue Lion.  They replaced our 50 gal electric water heater, and plumbed it right, with a good attitude, and without complaint (nor additional charges) for non-standard items that I didn't mention beforehand.  Without agreeing to specifics before starting, they also installed a new expansion tank and put in a draining (to the outside) leak pan, and removed the piping that was in the way from a water softener.  They worked quickly and well, and it all looks great.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this: cost, quality, communication and on-time arrival, and going the extra mile to do it all the right way!

Blackburn Plumbing & Backflow Plumbing Service
Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

Gold Star Leak and Repair Plumbing Service
These folks were fantastic!
We are getting ready to sell our house, and of course the pool started leaking.
Contacted Gold Star via their website, and they got right back to me via text.
Came out the next day, with a text beforehand. Had the leaks detected in a half day!
Had a full report with pictures, videos and descriptions of the exact issues.
Came out the next week and repaired everything in a day - including a whole new skimmer install, two light repairs, and fountain stone repair.
These folks are really great - I highly recommend them.

Ken Dixon Plumbing Co Plumbing Service
No-call, no-show the night before Thanksgiving.
My appointment window was 3-5pm. I had some turkey prepping to do, and I needed my faucet to work.
I called the office at 4:45 because I sought an update on my plumber's ETA. The recorded message said that their offices closed at 4:30 and won't re-open until Monday (or was it Tuesday?) Now, I don't hold a nice long holiday weekend against anyone. But who am I supposed to call when my appointment window goes beyond your office hours? Your assigned plumber who had my work order could have at least called me. I do hope he is safe out there.

I gave two stars because your team may be truly wonderful, but I will never know.

Chambliss Plumbing Plumbing Service
I needed a water heater replaced, so I called around for several estimates and would also discuss other potential work I needed. It was good opportunity to get to know a little about a few companies, their responsiveness and customer service.

I was impressed with everyone at Chambliss from the office, to the owner who called me back and had some insightful & honest advice, to the guys who came out to do the job. The workmen were courteous, efficient, on-time, and skilled.

I come from a DIY family so I was a little shocked at prices I was getting from several plumbers but Chambliss was reasonable, didn't try to thrown in unnecessary extras and honored the coupons on their website.

I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Superior Irrigation & Lawn Plumbing Service
Excellent work.  Manny came out and replaced a couple of clogged sprinkler heads with ones that covered the area better.  He checked out and adjusted all zones and made very good sprinkler head change recommendations which worked much better than those originally installed.  All in all, very professional, helpful and easy to work with, I'll definitely call Superior Irrigation out again with my future sprinkler plans.  Thanks

Mike The Plumber Plumbing Service
We were needing our water heater to be replaced and since it was under warranty, Mike removed it and took it to Home Depot to be replaced. Then he installed our new one. Very nice guy and was very fair in his pricing. I had received estimates that were quadruple his own. He didn't take advantage of us and even told us he might have to charge us more if one of the other pieces needed to be replaced. When everything was done, he said the piece didn't need to be replaced. He could have easily said it did and we wouldn't have known any better. Fair and honest.

Hambone Plumbing Plumbing Service
Well I got the number through a friend of mine, which is a good way to get a skilled professional when something is beyond me or it's cheaper for me to higher out because I don't have time. This was an instance of both. I had changed out the thermopile assembly, checked the thermal switch, and tested the valves and found the pilot valve not clicking, leading me to believe the gas control needed to be replaced. I called Radiant who could book until November then got these guys number. I called on a Tuesday and I explained everything to the call taker hoping to give enough information for a plumber to either call me or have an idea what the issue was before coming to minimize time for getting parts, because we were already on day 4 of cold showers. She set up an appointment for Thursday. Thursday comes and 2 plumbers show up, I take them upstairs and ask if they had gotten the jnfo I gave. Nope. Nothing was on the ticket. Nothing. This visit was their assessment. Guess what. He concluded the gas control valve and that I needed a new door gasket, which I also knew and had ordered the previous Friday from Morrisons when I bought the thermopile assembly. He said he would need to order the part or see if they had it and he would call me later in the day. Friday morning rolls around (no call Thursday) and I get a call from another employee who says they have my gas control at just over $350 and $200 in labor. I ask him if that includes the door gasket. He asks me, what are you talking about? Briefly explain that the water heater needs that gasket to operate safely. We go back and forth for about a minute and he says he will call me back. So he calls back and says, that part only comes on a burner assembly and that's gonna run $177, plumbers price from Morrisons. I tell him that I already ordered the part, $77 from the same Morrison's, and I'll call about the part. He says, ok, ill put your name on the part and to call him when I was ready for the job to get done. Well guess what- it's now Friday afternoon and it won't be till Monday when these guys will come out again. My issues: 1) my info didn't get passed on, which MAY have mitigated having to find parts on Thursday afternoon. 2) not getting a call back on Thursday about the part 3) a whole different employee calling me and what I perceive as trying to up ahead me a part assembly I may not need and then 4) trying to make my water heater sound like it needed replacing you've already replaced the termipile, now the gas valve and gasket,  well...its your money you might want to get a new water heater. OH and 5) I was so turned off by the experience and wanted to get my kids hot water for showering, that I went upstairs to inspect and get measurements so I could do the work myself (I know stuff, but just don't have time) but my simple inspection found a corroding and sweating hot water pressure pipe coming off the top of the water heater! This was the only reason why I opted not to do the job myself was that pipe. So yeah, were they prompt, sure.  But I was not happy with the rest of the experience.

B B Lewis Plumbing Plumbing Service
Jason is a scam artist whom I was assigned Jason through AHS.  I had to call and text multiple times for 4 days to get a call back even though I was to receive communication within 24 hours.   Once he came to my house he told me to my face that my tankless hot water damage was caused by age and not the winter storm.  He stated I would have a replacement installed in 2-3 days.  The following day I was notified by AHS that he stated my issue was 100% weather related and would not covered.  I spoke with him on the phone and Jason told me the rules changed and he couldn't risk an audit and hung up.  I have no idea what that meant.  I tried to deal with AHS and they were not helpful.  I canceled them because I feel like every time I used them I got a scam artist like Jason of BB Lewis plumbing.  He assured me to my face that my issue was covered and told me that my problem would be fixed promptly.  Because I waited about a week trying to get him out to my house then telling AHS the opposite of what he told me I had to order a new tankless hot water heater that was on backorder everywhere.  My pregnant wife and I went 3 weeks without hot water and I blame Jason and AHS.  Based on so many terrible reviews there's a clear pattern that Jason takes these calls then says whatever he needs to say to AHS so they don't have to pay for a repair.  He then pockets the $100 service fee from multiple people per day and AHS doesn't have to pay for the repair.  I feel it's an all around scam.  I even angrier because Jason acted so friendly helpful to me with no actual intention of helping me.  Moving forward I will just pay more out of pocket for quality work than deal with AHS and their rolodex or poorly rated repairmen who are looking to pocket your service fee.  Please avoid BB Lewis and Jason who's the owner at all costs.  He and his company do not want anything other than your $100 service charge then will move onto the person to take advantage of.

L&M Plumbing and Remodeling Plumbing Service
After dealing with Lucy Moreno and her business I think I have a pretty good idea of what it is like to go through a terrible divorce: I trusted the wrong person who repeatedly broke their promises to me and ultimately I spent a lot of money and needed legal counsel to make an awful person leave my life while praying they don't destroy my house in the process.
I contracted with this business to remodel my kitchen. In the beginning the initial project manager (Tom Estes) warned me that I would have to get tough with Lucy and basically kiss her butt if I was going to get her to perform all the stuff she promised to do. That was insane to me, I was baffled that her own sub was undermining his boss, and I shouldn't have to get tough with anyone who I was paying to provide services they enthusiastically agreed to do.  Tom also said that the comment Lucy hears most often from her clients is You lied to me! Lucy assured me that there would be no cost overruns, they wouldn't do anything we didn't agree to do in writing, I'd be happy with their quality work, etc.
It turns out this business wrote the book on dirty contractor tricks. Every other day I was getting messages that work was cancelled and they'd have to start up another day. My favorite excuse was that when work couldn't start on a Monday for whatever reason, she claimed that it was easier to work a full five day week then to get started mid-week and only work a couple of days in a row so progress was pushed off until the following Monday. Sure, her crew totally isn't sitting around not making any money on another smaller project she didn't want to turn down in favor of my project because working a 3 or 4 day week is so complicated.
Even though our contract was fixed-price Lucy constantly hit me up for the cost of items she either forgot to include in the price or she didn't want to pay for.  Seemed like it was always a pushy, high-pressure sell to get me to agree to something now now now, the guy is here he can do it or he'll have to come back later type of thing. I always said no, and when I'd ask her why she doesn't think the contract means she has to cover it she'd throw up her hands and say hey, I won't  fight you on this one. I didn't want to fight either, I just wanted my contractor to do what they said they would do!
When I found substandard work in progress and complained I was told to relax and stop bringing these things to her attention because they're not finished and there's nothing to worry about. When I called her attention to inferior work upon completion I was blamed for not catching the poor quality work in progress and directing the sub to fix it (which under agreement I could not even do, the homeowner cannot direct subs). Everything was blame the homeowner, including the fact that I was trying to turn an old carport into a kitchen, something that was abundantly clear to this business when they bid on the project.
The previous reviewer totally nailed it: Lucy is a bully, and with a volatile combination of arrogance and stubbornness to the point of being surreal.  While standing in my kitchen as her subs ripped up parts of my new wood floor to redo it for the second time (and only after bitter complaining on my part) she refused to acknowledge that there had been any problems on my job and that we do quality work, we get nothing but compliments. Say what?!?  I had to hear that's the best that can be done until I argued, and argued, and argued, and argued to get things fixed. The project suffered from lack of oversight and management, with Lucy and much of her subs apparently incapable of applying logic or common sense to the work.  I spent more than one evening surveying what was supposed to be my fabulous new kitchen completely in tears trying to comprehend the insane mind that could think this kind of work was acceptable.  I must admit that a couple of her subs were honest, hardworking guys who obviously cared more about quality and customer service than Lucy did.
When the project failed to pass the electrical inspection Lucy doubled-down and refused to do any more work until I gave her the final payment, which clearly is not due by contract until all the work is done and the liabilities are cleared.  Lucy literally stated she did not care about the terms of our contract, she just wanted to be paid (greatest email ever, got it in writing, thank you!). Never mind the fact that it didn't pass the city inspection or that a sub (who had been fired early in the project before demo even started) had attempted to file an invalid lien on my property. She makes up the rules as she goes along and I don't think she ever even actually read the contract that we signed.  Her work ethic reminds me of a drug-addict: lie and do whatever it takes to get the money and always deny any problems exist.

Rick's Plumbing Plumbing Service
Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
