Had a leak near the main water cuttoff. Sosa Services was very responsive, they sent a certified plumber over to estimate the next day. They also don't charge a dispatch fee!
Hunter was very transparent and helpful, he quickly dug up the ground and found the source of the issue. I gave approval for doing a fix right then and there. He started working and was done the same day. He showed me the result and proved to me that it was working by rechecking the meter flow.
The work is also covered for a full year warranty. We are so pleased with Sosa and Hunter's help.
Recently had foundation work done which required a separate engagement for plumbing services to preform a hydrostatic pressure test to warranty the work.
I had a great experience with Sosa Services. They provided transparency and where able to schedule the test next day. My technician, Gio, was prompt, professional, communicative, and extremely polite. Gio was very patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the work being done. All-in-all, I would recommend Sosa Services to my neighbors for plumbing needs
Sosa came out for the estimate as promised...then disappeared. They did a no show. I'm sure it was an honest mistake...but sorry only one star.

January 2022: We hired Sosa for some natural gas line repairs and installation. Their prices were competitive, and Alex was very communicative. Anthony and Isaiah did the work, and they were very professional. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and their quality was good. There was a small issue with needing to add a regulator to the line they installed, and they bought one and installed it without additional charge. Highly recommended.
8/4/22 update: our water heater started leaking last night, texted Sosa well after hours (like 10PM) and got a reply. They sent over Hunter at 11:00 this morning who confirmed its death and quoted to replace it same day. He left 4.5 hours later, with a new unit installed and tested.
Punctual, professional, friendly service.
They came out to fix my dripping faucet from my bathtub. After I checked to see if it all worked correctly, it doesn't because when the shower head is running, the water is also coming out of the faucet. The tech said it's another problem so another fee had to add on to the original $120 (by the way I provided the right part to fix the dripping faucet which took him less than 10 mins to swab it out).

Then he quickly covered the hole and left.
Hunter also provided an invoice and walked me through the process of using it to request to forgive the extra portion of the water bill caused by the leak. The invoice also provides a full warranty for the work done.

My faucet water pressure was very low so I called to see if they could replace the cartridge. Isaiah came out and replaced the cartridge. That helped some but the pressure was still low. Isaiah took the whole faucet apart and cleaned all of the parts. Unfortunately, the 20 year old faucet needs to be replaced. I was not charged for the cartridge or the extra time it took to take apart the faucet and clean it. Isaiah said he would not charge for the extra work because he could not fully resolve the problem. I am going to buy a new faucet and will definitely call Sosa Services to install it. I never thought I would find an honest and affordable plumber. I would highly recommend this company!

Almost a year ago, I hired (was the first, but not the last of several times) Sosa Services to replace a backflow stopper in my backyard.
About a week ago, I noticed the backflow stopper started leaking - messaged their office, and they promptly got me scheduled and got the unit replaced under warranty, no paperwork and no headaches. Another data point for me to keep them on my speed dial/text for anything plumbing.

Installed a dishwasher for me. Showed up on time and did a great job. Will definitely use them again in the future.
The Owner texted me over the holiday weekend when we had a leak and had to shut off water to the house at the meter. He Gave me a quote of $300 to $500 based on the photos I texted. I thought that was high, but he was the only plumber I communicated with who'd give me an appointment day and time.
The owner called that morning to confirm the appointment, and the young man called when 30 minutes away, was respectful, cleaned up after himself, etc. I liked the work the young man from Sosa Services did yesterday. But he had to go to the supply store two different times, which took hours.
But then, when the work was completed, I was asked for $575. I thought that was exorbitant. I paid $500 but thought that was still too high.
I would recommend them if you're in a situation where you've just got to get something fixed ASAP, but I am going to keep looking for someone more affordable.
A great experience with every facet of the job they did replacing my hot water heater in the hectic bad weather week around Christmas. They kept me informed and were on time and on quote. I'd definitely use them again.

They did a complete re-pipe of our 1930 farmhouse. Alex is an excellent communicator, as are the guys that work for him! They were timely, professional, did excellent quality work! Excellent customer service. They were the first to respond to my request to have a kitchen faucet replaced and they included a quote, which made it about as easy as it can be. Did I mention that the quote was extremely reasonable? It was.
We hired them and were able to schedule within 2 days. They came on time, we're wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. Not to mention, their work is guaranteed for a year. I highly recommend Sosa for all your plumbing needs.
Sosa answered the call quickly and had someone out within 24 hours. Their service technician did not leave until we solved the perplexing issues I had. There was a genuine interest in leaving with a satisfied customer. Fair price and would recommend.
I requested a quote via Yelp to replace a broken main shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve on a Friday afternoon Alejandro from Sosa Services reached out to me within 15 mins and was able to come out the same day to give me an in person quote after assessing the scope of work. Upon request, he scheduled a follow up appointment to come out on the following Monday morning to repair my water pressure issue and replace my broken water main. Always on time and communicated to be honestly what needed to be done and the price was beyond reasonable!
They've earned a loyal customer and I will be sure to call for any future plumbing needs!
Fixed up my water softener loop to accommodate easy changing out of any water softener with universal connections. Fair price, friendly, professional, punctual, quick, and great work. Would certainly recommend to others.
The guys were super nice, quick, efficient and left absolutely no mess behind. I highly recommend Sosa. They installed 3 toilets in under 2 hours and took the old ones out.
Although their contractor for the sink install didn't wear a mask, the plumber, Jordan, specifically with Sosa Services, wore a mask and was very friendly. He let me know what he was going to do and kept me informed. Very happy with my brand new sink and faucet!
We have now used Sosa Services twice in two months. We needed two ancient toilets replaced and Sosa Services replied quickly and with the best quote by far, out of many other quotes I had received through Yelp. They provided quick, friendly service all while I was on a work meeting in my dining room. Then last week our garbage disposal decided it was no longer for this world. Sosa Services came out the next day and had the thing replaced in under 45 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Quick response and service appointment, honest upfront pricing, friendly, professional.
Really appreciate the hustle to repair a hose bib that broke clean off. After contacting Alex he promptly provided pricing (which was less that the other 5 I talked to) and was available within an hour and a half to do the work!
He re-directed a tech (John) who was in the area to swing by and complete the work. John was polite, informative and crazy efficient. He even provided me with ideas for fixing some brick around the hose bib!
I would highly recommend Sosa Services!
John Sosa and his associate Stephen came to my house to move the gas line for a new range placement in my kitchen remodel. Great communication, texted to let me know the previous job was going to have them arriving about 30 minutes late. They were very professional, there were several electrician's in the small space where they needed to work and they got in there, worked around them and got it done quickly! He communicated when they left the property as well. He also have me great advice on a couple of plumbing items I asked about. Great prices as well. Will hire again.

I am using SOSA services Second time for gas connection for outdoor grill. They were quick to respond and easy to get their schedule. Isaiah had to come twice as we were missing one part for burner. But he did fantastic job connecting grill and burner to gas. I would recommend them. Thank you for your service!

Great Fast Reliable Service! Will definitely call again. Sosa did a shutoff valve and toilet install for a great price.
Performed multiple services to my satisfaction, but there were errors along the way that I feel would be avoided with more communication among crews and more training.
Replaced water softener (perfect service) and replaced two shower cartridges. Hot and cold water were left inverted, which I fixed by rotating the shower handles.
During softener installation, I found leak in the pressure reducing valve (PRV) next to water meter. Hired Sosa again and crew fixed, but stated that PRV were installed on wrong side (between meter and private shut-off: should be installed after shut-off).
Hired Sosa to replace PRV and install it after private shut-off. Crew first dug neighbor's pipe and luckily I alerted them on time before cutting neighbor's installation. Crew was going to install new PRV before private shut-off (the very goal of the service, to install the PRV after the private shut-off); I also alerted on time to fix position.
Again, these were errors that could have been avoided with more attention and communication. Nevertheless, services were completed, price is competitive and response is fast.

I was taking bids to have my gas lines tested. Sosa Services quoted an additional charge of $200 for the permit alone. I know for a fact, because I was told by the City permit office, that the permit cost $35. I'm cool with a small markup, but charging $200 on top of the $325 for the rest of the work, (so a total of $525) seems excessive. That's their call, though. Needless to say, I won't be using Sosa Services for this or any of my properties. That's MY call.
I had a problem with my water softener, called and spoke to them about my issue. They said that I didn't need the expensive ones they sell and recommended one I could buy at Lowes/Home Depot and they would install it. Thank you very much for your honesty, and for saving me from buying something I did not need.
