My toilet stopped working and after trying multiple things to try to fix it I looked for professional help. The first plumber I called and arranged a appointment and never showed. ET's on the other hand confirmed they would be there right away. The plumbers were professional and quickly resolved the problem, they even gave me some steps to follow next time I had a issue.

Zero stars! I wish I'd read the 6/15/22 review from Stephen N. before calling ET plumbing. The owner is a wolf in sheep's clothing who appears so nice and friendly but as soon as you ask questions he gets very irritated.

ET plumbing came to assess my job on Friday 2/ 18/23 and promised a phone call with the estimate on Saturday. The purpose of the Saturday call was to discuss with Eric whether it was more cost efficient to repair the leaking pipes or rip the band aid off and re-pipe the old rusted galvanized pipes currently at the house. That phone call never came, so this morning when the technician arrived I still had questions. As I attempted to explain to Eric that I need to decide how to move forward he kept cutting me off and accusing me of complaining about the price. If I had been allowed to finish my sentence he would have known that I was looking for his professional guidance on how to move forward with repair vs re-pipe. I never mentioned the price! After repeated attempts to calm his increasing agitation I told him I would just find another plumber. He then continued the one-sided argument he was directing towards me and I told him at this point I'd rather pay someone else double his price rather than moving forward with his company given his rude behavior. Throughout, I sincerely tried to salvage the transaction because I didn't want to tell my tenant there would be a further delay in getting his hot water restored.
After the call I texted him and asked him for his email address (versus publicly shaming on YELP) so that I could explain what I was trying to say and let him know why he lost my business...it was not the price! I let him know I was disappointed in how I was treated. I was caught completely off guard after he'd displayed great customer service on Friday. He did not respond with an email address but he let me know in two separate texts that he was disappointed in me and that I lost ET's business also?????? I was not soliciting business from ET, I was soliciting a service to patronize HIS business. I'm not sure what that statement meant; maybe he shouldn't own a business if he doesn't know the difference between the business and the customer.

He has some good reviews (assuming they're real) but God help you if you have questions or catch him on a bad day and fall on his bad side...it's not a pretty sight.

We had a wonderful experience with this group. Bobby and Joe helped us figure out a drainage line issue in our rental home, and they tried a practical fix before attempting anything super expensive. They were super kind and helpful, and they did a great job explaining the issue and finding a fix. They also cleaned up after snaking the line, which we really appreciated. I'd be happy to work with them again.

My wife scheduled a bid with ET plumbing for gas line installation on our backyard grill. ET was responsive and came out within a few hours. Unfortunately, she also inadvertently scheduled a competing bid with another company for the same day. That's where the troubles began.

ET arrived first and the competition arrived shortly after (not in our control). Once the other company arrived, ET's employee left our home and phoned Eric in order to report our violation of their company policy. You read that right. ET's company policy is to abandon bids where competition is present.

No big loss. My wife didn't really like ET's rep in the first place. However, shortly after ET left the job site, Eric (the business owner) called my wife and left an unprofessional scolding voicemail. We ignored that unprofessional treatment. But when we woke up this morning we received a zero dollar invoice from Eric with yet another scolding message (attached).

The competition that showed up (Plumbing Outfitters) took this in stride. They were professional, sized up the work quickly, did the job, and got paid that afternoon. No muss no fuss.

ET's company policy is to leave job sites where competition is present and to harass potential customers for seeking multiple bids. This is shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I expect they have this policy because they can't compete fairly with other companies. The competing rep was more knowledgeable and much more helpful than ET's. How do they expect to stay in business when they shit on customers?

ET plumbing... where the business owner is so alien he doesn't understand how human customers work. I can't say strongly enough that you should take your business elsewhere.

P.S. To add to this confusion, ET gave us two timelines for coming to give an estimate. The first one was tomorrow followed up with a new time of in 30 minutes. My wife scheduled the competing bid for the day before ET said they could come out. We accommodated ETs new timeline, giving them the opportunity to compete. And they scolded us. Timing conversation attached.

P.P.S. In response to this review, the business owner called my wife twice this morning. We ignored the first call. I answered the second one and told him in no uncertain terms that his calls are not welcome. Now I'm considering involving the police. This is ridiculous.

P.P.P.S. Man this business owner won't quit. His retort ignores all of the data presented here. In typical narcissist fashion, he blames the customer. Never mind his harassing calls. Never mind his scolding voicemail and invoice. Never mind his confusion around timing. Never mind his broken website. Beware!

ET is extra-terrific! We've used ET several times and always been happy with the work but this time they provided truly exceptional service. In the middle of Austin's infrastructure meltdown, they got a crew to us despite power outages, downed trees, and traffic chaos. Bobby and Joe worked for hours to replace our dead water heater and save our floors from flooding. We live in an older house, so the jobs sometimes involve old iron pipe and decades of amateur plumbing, but ET always does the job with professionalism and quality. It doesn't hurt that they also have the coolest logo and website in the business. Absolutely recommend them.

I hired ET Plumbing to re-route a washer drain line for my new washer/dryer unit. Eric came out quickly and gave me a free estimate. Once his team got here to start the job (Bobby and Ace), there was thorough communication all along the way to make sure I knew where things stood. I also appreciated that Eric pulled the permit for the work when other plumbers told me they wouldn't -- or oddly, they'd pull a permit after the work was completed [insert side eye]. Today the inspector came out and commented on what a thorough job they did, so the guys came back out to close everything out.

Definitely recommend ET Plumbing and would use them again. Thanks, Eric, Bobby, Ace, Chris and Joe!

We had a water leak by the meter of the front yard and ET Plumbing was the most prompt and able to slot me in a much earlier appointment than everyone else. I love being notified via text and Christie and Chris were always communicative and kept me abreast. I eventually met Eric too and they seemed like a friendly, well-oiled operation. I don't look forward to any more plumbing issues in the future but they'll be the one I call if I do!

My garbage disposal broke and started leaking yesterday. This meant no using the sink, no running the dishwasher. I called ET around 4:30pm and they sent someone out at 10:30 am the next day. They verified it was the garbage disposal, quoted me and fixed it. Very happy with the prompt service. This was the second time I have used them and found them really good at communicating and getting the job done in a timely manner (first time was for a shower diverter valve). I recommend calling them!

Need a plumber that's quick and reliable? ET Plumbing are your guys! Mr. Smidgens had a faucet that was leaking underneath the cabinet in our kitchen. There are very few things that are worse than stepping in a huge puddle of water whilst wearing a fresh pair of socks. **SQUISHHHH**

I figured out it was a faulty part in the Delta faucet we had and a known issue with this particular model kitchen faucet. Unfortunately the warranty had expired and we needed to replace it. I bought the new faucet that would be a perfect fit and that would be asteticly pleasing to the eye! I searched for plumbers on Yelp and after reading reviews, I decided to reach out to ET Plumbing. They called back and we set up an appointment for 2 days later. Eric let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. He even took the time to let our fur baby Sir Winston say hello so he wouldn't be upset with the stranger in our house.

Eric was quick with the faucet replacement and made sure the work area was clean once he finished. Great job! I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

Today is my 2nd time using ET. Chris is the absolute best. I texted them yesterday saying I was dealing with a few issues but nothing that was an emergency and they said they could come out today! That is not the norm for plumbers around here. I was dealing with two toilets that would randomly run off and on and a sink that wasn't draining well. Chris showed me what was happening with the toilets. He's so nice and completely knows what he's doing. He needed to replace some things and he had everything in his truck. Thank you for being so smart and helpful, Chris.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced. I already knew what was wrong with my old one and knew ai needed a new one. I had multiple businesses tell me that I needed to have them come out, diagnose the issue (for a fee, of course), and then they would replace the disposal. I wasn't going to play that game.

When I contacted ET Please moving, they immediately said they could replace the disposal with a new one they bought for a fixed rate OR could come and do the work with a disposal I bought for a much lower charge. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty.

Not only that, they were able to come out and do the work earlier than anybody else I had contacted.

When they came out, the plumber was courteous and thoughtful. He did a great job in a timely manner. What else could one ask for? I would definitely recommend this business to others.

i don't recommend this company. they made a mistake and damaged my cabinets. when i asked them to return to repair it, they streamed F@$# you repeatedly and then threatened to sue me. that's right, even though i paid the. for their work and just asked them to have an original solid wood cabinet repaired, they had the nerve to say they would call their lawyer with a recoding if the conversation where they cursed at me!

i've been doing this for 25 years and have never had a worse experience with a contractor.

I hired ET Plumbing to replace a shower head in one my my daughter's bathrooms. While this was a relatively small job, I was very impressed with Christie & Eric's total professionalism and quick responsiveness, from the initial request for a quote to the final bill payment. Christie initially requested photos of the existing fixture and the desired replacement fixture, which I provided. When Eric and Joe arrived to do the work, they were well prepared and even had a replacement connector pipe just in case they needed the part (turned out they didn't), which would have saved an extra trip had it been needed, and they were able to complete the job in under an hour.

ET really understands the importance of great communication. I received text messages (my preference) to confirm the appointment as well as one to tell me they were running 30 minutes late. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of working with ET Plumbing and will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing work.

We just used ET Plumbing for the first time and will use them again. They came when they said they would and were fantastic to deal with. We had them come to give us a quote on fixing what we thought was a slow leak from a pipe. But after looking, they said it didn't look like there was a leak and suggested testing the system. We agreed to pay the hourly rate and they did the test and everything was great. Since we were still well within the hour, we asked them to also look at a pipe in the attic that our home inspection had tagged. They figured out that that was leaking and fixed the problem. Very satisfied.

My dad called at work to say that our garbage disposal had clogged (had happened about a year before, same issue). I called the original company that had helped us but they had no availability, and we didn't want to go without a working sink for x amount of days. Looking on Yelp I found ET Plumbing and was attracted because of its unique name/aesthetic. Messaged here on Yelp and got an answer back quickly, with an estimate when I asked and availability the very next day. Our technicians just left and fixed our unit and even pointed out that our garbage disposal was beginning to leak (decided to file a claim with home insurance instead of having the company fixed). But the men were kind, worked well, and most importantly, fixed the problem. I will definitely keep the company in mind for future problems and recommend them to any of our friends and coworkers.

My plumber that I used several times before has closed his business so, naturally, it took me months to locate another plumber. I got all kinds of quotes for a kitchen sink swap out, most just ludicrous for a job that would take less than 2 hours, or they didn't want to quote it over the phone, and they wanted to come out and try to charge you a quote fee. Umm, no...

Eric was referred to me by another plumber and he gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. The day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were running a little late, which was perfect for moi, who was having a rough time getting up and clearing the sink/under sink anyway. They were just 15 minutes after the appointment time so that worked out well.

They installed the new sink, re-did all the plumbing--making it a lot tighter and further recessed so I actually have room under there now, did thorough testing for leaks, were very friendly to my dog, cleaned up the whole area and took the old sink and the packaging for the new sink away, all in about an hour and a half!

I had some other odds and ends I needed them to do, but they didn't have the parts, so they promise to swing by between jobs next week to do those. Cannot be happier with these guys!

Love the folks at ET Plumbing and this review is way over due. From fixture and sink installs, tankless water heater services and annual flush, hardware fixes, propane gas tests and repairs to capping a fireplace- these folks have done it all for me and fixed $1000s of dollars of work by a previous Plumber. Eric and Team take the time to educate, show you how things work and offer you options to fit your budget. As a side note - I'm a father and husband. When you invite workers in your house you get to know them and most importantly you want to trust them in your house if you're not there or your wife is alone. I trust this Team- they are cordial, polite and don't talk down to a women which I'm sorry to say has happened in the past and I've let folks go on the spot.
This is an A+++ organization and one I'm proud to do business with!

Had to have our toilets pulled and resealed and decided to go with these guys because of their great reviews as well as awesome pricing! Seriously though the pricing at ET plumbing is very reasonable, please don't ever change it guys! First company I've used for home issues where I didn't feel as though they wanted to drain my bank account, so refreshing and honest!
Very personable and friendly crew! They even put the rugs and other bathroom items back in their place once they were done. I will definitely make them my new go to plumbers!

Recommended to us by our Son, we reached out to ET when a leak was detected at our propane meter. While it did take a couple of days to get someone to us, as it turned out ET could get to us the fastest of the various plumbers we reached out to.
Upon arrival at our home, ET was quick to start the work & promptly addressed the issue. Without asking, they quickly asked what gas devices (water heater and stove top in our home) we had and their location. Both were quickly reignited and tested to make sure they worked adequately.
The courtesy & professionalism provided was excellent...very very pleased with the work and the cost of the repair. Have no hesitation to use this company again.

Eric and Christie from ET were so wonderful. Our garbage disposal stopped working and all of a sudden we had fruit-flies in the kitchen it was horrible. Christie responded right away and she got us scheduled with Eric for the very next day. When he got here it was clear the disposal hadn't been serviced or changed out in 20 years (since before we bought the house). He identified the issues right away, talked us through the options and was able to replace it and get rid of the problem's source.

Eric was super cordial and acted with the utmost safety precautions given the coronavirus issues still abundant. We felt at ease the whole time. We will call them back for any other plumbing needs we have again in the future. Thank you ET Plumbing!

They lost a customer purely because of their customer service. I am an out of state landlord that sometimes need to hire people for repairs on a rental in Austin. I tried these guys after the previous plumber I had retired.
At first it seemed OK - expensive, but OK. I know plumbers are expensive, but $175 to replace a wax ring (It takes me about 10 minutes and costs less than $10) seems excessive. But, I take care of my renters. I also approved the $395 toilet replacement ($90 toilet from Lowe's) because it had to be done.
It would have been OK and this would have been a 4 or 5 star review, but they HOUNDED me for payment after the toilet replacement. Less than SIX HOURS after they completed the work they called me twice, texted me twice and emailed me all the while making a point that they wanted their payment today!
And this is after I paid their first invoice (for the new wax ring) within hours of them sending the invoice - without any need to hound me like they did this time - so they knew I pay my debts. I don't know what happened, but this is such a horrible experience that I am never using them again. Is this really the type of company you want to use, because it's not one I want to.

Our garbage disposal broke on Sunday and you don't realize how much you need something until it's broken right? Eric's team showed up right on time and had it all replaced in less than 30 minutes. Even took out the old and disposed of it. They also had the best price! I was not expecting to dig into my ER house fund so quickly after buying my house but didn't make a dent in it at all once we ran the transaction. I would totally use them again!

I am not sure how good ET is. I got their name from another company so they must be ok. I did the request for quote option on yelp where it shows they usually respond in 10 minutes. It was a Saturday. I never heard back from them. This occurred with another company as well...so it could be a YELP issue.... However, I did call them and they said they never go the request. Based on how quickly Chrity picked up the phone and was willing to help - I believe them. So they are responsive and are working hard to give customer service. Did I hire them? Not yet. We have our gas off and it is 55 degrees in our house. The job we have may be a big one... They are probably coming out for a bid.

ET plumbing is the only plumbing team I will call as long as I live in the Austin area. Eric and Bobby are considerate, friendly, and honest. Their pricing is fair and (much more importantly) their work is top notch!

Eric and his team have really helped us a lot - they've installed 3 bathroom sinks (including moving drain lines in the wall), completed a full tub to walk in shower conversion which included moving a drain in our concrete slab and adding 2 valves and 3 shower heads, and also removed and re-installed a new bathtub in another of our bathrooms.

ET plumbing is transparent with pricing and treats their customers with respect, taking the time to fully explain what work is required and why. I feel great about having the opportunity to support a company that treats people well and does top quality work. I trust them so much I referred my mother to them, and of course they fixed her up the very next day for a very fair price. Thank you ET plumbing!! You guys are awesome.

Look no further, ET Plumbing is amazing. Eric is professional, courteous, and responsive.

We first found ET Plumbing when we were in a bind and needed our new gas grill installed. After calling several plumbers, we were referred to ET Plumbing by another company. Eric came out, hooked up our grill and essentially saved the day!

When it came time to install a kitchen faucet, we called ET Plumbing again and again we were thrilled. When we found a leak in our bathroom, ET Plumbing to the rescue yet again! The issue was a drain pipe that wasn't properly installed. Eric and Bobby cut a small square under our sink, attached the drain pipe correctly and then patched the hole. It honestly looks like there was never a hole cut. It is amazing!

Next, we needed a new hot water heater and ET Plumbing was there again. Believe me when I say there is a difference in hot water heaters...and plumbers.

Most recently, Eric was out to install a recirculator to get hot water to our master bath quicker. Okay, this has been life-changing. No more running water as we wait for the hot water to flow.

Bottom line, if you are looking for a Plumber that is conscientious, ethical, and you want assurance that the job will be done right, look no further than ET Plumbing. Time and time again, Eric has helped us out and I would not hesitate to recommend ET Plumbing.

I recently contacted ET Plumbing due to a leaking fiberglass bathtub. Eric responded to my request immediately and then thoroughly explained the removal and replacement process while allowing me to ask any and all questions until I was knowledgeable about the whole procedure. My conversations with Eric not only made me feel confident in his adeptness but also in his work ethic. However, after much consideration, I switched directions and decided to have the bathtub repaired and refinished (which is outside of Eric's expertise) and although I didn't contract with ET Plumbing, I wanted to share my experience and praise his helpfulness and consideration. Just had a great experience with these guys and had to share...

I live in a '70s-era house, and the shower diverter in one of my bathrooms finally gave out. Got all YouTubed up to fix it myself, but couldn't even get the dang ol' knob off. Was in a bind 'cause I'm expecting out-of-town company. My regular plumber couldn't work me in soon enough, so he recommended ET. Twenty-four hours later...problem solved.

Eric and his staff were responsive and communicative before the service call, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He and his assistant Brian were both friendly and personable. He let me watch him work, showed me why I hadn't been able to get the knob off, and walked me through the steps of replacing the diverter. He didn't just show up with the right parts; he showed up with genuine manufacturer replacement parts. The job took him about 15 minutes from start to finish, and afterwards, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the parts & labor costs so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I would not hesitate to use Eric again, nor to recommend him highly to anyone looking for a straight-shooting, responsive, reasonable, and downright likable plumber.

Best experience ever! Good honest company and Eric and his co-worker were so nice. I called because I had been dumping coffee grinds down the garbage disposal. Oops..didn't realize that was no good. I thought I would need them to flush out the disposal and was quoted for that over phone. When they got there they fixed it and told me they didn't have to do that and that the charge was much low. You just don't get that type of honest these days. ET plumbing is my go to always!

They were referred by a friend so any company that makes it off referrals is reputable! Thank you Eric! Can't wait to have you back to hook up my outside fridge to the water so I can get water and ice outside! You guys are the best!!!

We were updating our condo in Austin and needed a trusted plumber to install our new faucet and vanity. Problem was we live in D.C. and needed to coordinate everything from a distance. After calling several well rated plumbers, we were relieved to work with ET Plumbing who gave us a quote with texted photos of our space and new vanity. I can not say enough amazing things about this business!!
Eric was great! He's friendly, well versed in the parts needed, as well as solving a problem relatively inexpensively compared to the other two companies who said it was a two day job and was estimated over $1000. (Took them 2 hours and less than 1/4 of the cost.)

Eric and team are hands down the best contractor we've used since buying our 1960s house full of questionable DIY. Eric was easy to get a hold of on the phone, took the time to understand what we needed, and gave a very competitive quote. The team that came out was professional and did the job better than we had hoped. After, we asked about getting a tankless water heater installed and Eric was happy to make a trip down here. Woke up to no hot water. A quick troubleshoot showed that our hot water heater had failed on us. We called around town to find someone to help us, but nearly everyone was booked. Except for ET Plumbing, who just happened to swing by between calls because they're that dedicated to their customers. And what makes it even better: they were able to quickly fix the problem. In and out, just like that. Absolutely terrific, top-rate customer service and plumbing skill.

And maybe best of all, I don't have to worry about finding a plumber in the future. I'll clearly be calling ET the next time I need something.

I was installing a bidet that required the hose to attach to t-valve under my wonderful seamless toilet (pain in the *#%*) I gave up and called around. I was given Eric's name and scheduled an appointment.
Eric started by replacing the fill valve because I had stripped the plastic threading....but after an hour of trying to get behind the toilet to install the t-valve he gave up. Long story short a few days later he calls and said he had a simple fix! He was bound and determined to get this thing connected. Eric came out and within 15-20 min he had the bidet connected! Great guy would totally recommend him and now we can say we have happy tushes!

Eric and his team were super responsive to my initial call. Eric came out, inspected my issue, diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and come back. While they had to reschedule this appointment he gave prompt notice, apologized profusely and worked with my schedule to come back. When the part didn't fix the problem, another repair was recommended and another appointment scheduled. This last repair seems to have done the trick. So, while it took three visits and some time, they got it done. All very professionally and not with a bunch of xtra visit charges. Reasonable, informative and honest. Willl use again for sure!

Neither toilet were flushing properly and had another well-rated plumber come to check if lines needed to be cleared or what needed to be done. They said that both toilets were not functioning and needed to be replaced. Their quote to install 2 toilets was quite substantial and felt I needed to obtain other bids. Contacted Eric and he and his apprentice came over and installed 2 toilets at a way more affordable cost. Highly recommend.

Had a leaky hose-bib (outside spigot) replaced, as well as some sewer / drain caps. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly, and communicated about the replacement parts, how they SHOULD have worked (i.e. an overflow cap that should have been spring loaded but was fixed in place), and so on. I found myself in a pinch... I got a call from the tenant at one of my rental properties a few weeks ago. He said his water bill had jumped almost $100 from one month to the next.

YIKES!

I turned to Yelp to find myself a plumber, but it happened to be the week of the first cold snap, and many of the top rated plumbers were booked for days on end. I stumbled into a referral to ET Plumbing from another reputable plumber who assured me that Eric would find a way to fit me in.

I called on a Saturday, left a message, and within 10 minutes Eric had called me back to make arrangements. I put him in contact with the tenant, and he was on the property by Monday. He quickly assessed the problem (silent leak in one of the toilets, which admittedly were old) and put together an INCREDIBLY reasonable quote to replace both toilets in the house.

The work was done quickly, my tenant is thrilled with his new low flow toilets, I feel like I didn't get ripped off, and Eric was the consummate professional throughout. He kept both me and the tenant in the loop and was happy to text rather than chat on the phone, which I greatly appreciated given my job keeps me tied up in meetings most days.

After working with Eric and ET Plumbing, I'll never go to anyone else.

As many others have said, Eric is TREMENDOUS! TLDR - If you have plumbing needs of ANY kind, don't hesitate to call Eric and ET Plumbing!

I had what I thought was a simple leak in our downstairs toilet. I thought all it would take was to re-set the toilet with a new wax ring, but discovered that there were roots (yes...that's *roots*!) growing around the flange -- it was virtually falling off! :-(

There was a very good chance they would have to jack-hammer the floor to replace the lead line and the flange. I have travertine floors; so, I was very concerned about this possibility. I was expecting to have part of the floor (around the flange) jack-hammered up to replace the lead line and the flange, have to call a tile guy (Gary -- Fix It By Design!), and have Eric come back to finally re-set the toilet. I was expecting to be without a toilet for several days...maybe even a *week*! (And this is the only toilet downstairs!)

Eric and his team were SUPERB. They did not have to jack-hammer any tile! They were able to surgically replace the lead line, fill the surrounding hole (which was *carefully* jacked-out) with concrete, and secure the new flange in a way that likely NOT move unless the house, itself, moves. :-)

And, to top it all off, Eric and his crew were SUPER nice!

As I said at the outset, if you have plumbing needs of ANY kind, don't hesitate to call Eric and ET Plumbing!

Great professional service on a low water pressure job! Eric offered a competitive rate and availability and strong expertise. ET uses a system to coordinate house calls and do invoicing that keeps clients very in touch with the process of diagnosing problems and making repairs. Since my job required external digging, he quoted me prices both for if his team did the digging or if I did much of it myself ahead of time. This saved me a fair percentage off the repair price and I appreciated that a lot. The team also took extra time to test my problems both with the PRV valve outside my house and with faucets inside my house: and I'm glad they did because they found that a large part of my problem was calcium buildup. SO--if Blue Dragon isn't available, definitely go with these guys.

I used ET Plumbing about two months ago for unclogging my sink. I live in Hallandale and have an older home. Eric was great!! He was on time and took time to explain to us the probable issues going on with our drain. And guess what? He had an opportunity to weigh in on some MAJOR work assessed by another plumber, and Eric said it likely wasn't needed. It's over a Now that some time has passed, I notice he was RIGHT!! Pricewise, these guys probably aren't the cheapest. HOWEVER, the service I received was worth paying for and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. As my husband says cheap is ultimately expensive and I have to agree. With ET Plumbing, you get what you pay for and we received excellent service at a reasonable price!!

After using Eric for about 10 jobs now (I have two rental properties in Austin and work with Eric on my parent's house), I have to say that he is still at the top of my list to call when I have an issue w plumbing at my rental houses which are on the older side (1940, 1960, 1980). The latest was a leak from upstairs (different house than previous review) and he fixed it. I waited a couple weeks to fix the dry wall. Today was the day. We opened the ceiling and the wall and guess what? We found another slow leak but from a different part of the ceiling that would not have been detected for many many years and had been slowly dripping down on a supporting beam, creating--you guessed it--rot. While Eric couldn't come out, his amazing partner Fabian did. Even tho he had multiple calls that day, Fabian did manage to squeeze me in and found the joint that was the culprit and fixed it in a jiffy. Thank God because a huge chunk of the ceiling was exposed and I only had the dry wall guys that day. Yes, they are busy. Yes, it can be hard to get back to people right away. I've called and left messages too. But the thing is, Austin plumbers (or at least the very good ones that really know what they are doing and are straight up) are very hard to pin down much less get them to come up much less get them to fix. Eric and Fabian are one of the very very best. I will wait on a plumbing issue if I can and go with Eric or Fabian every single time. They will be straight up, give you the time and work with you.

There's no emergency like a hot water heater emergency. And thanks to freezes in the area, ET Plumbing was busy. So while they were unable to fit me in or beat another competitor's price, they gladly spoke with me about the need for permits, recommendations on line replacement, and offered to be available for any questions when work was being done. Good customer service is not a given, so it's nice to encounter it even when you aren't a customer. Next time I have a need, I'll be phoning ET.

I'm a very satisfied customer. Eric responded in a timely manner to my call. He explained everything he was going to do. He kept us updated of his arrival time the day of his visit (and he was on time). He was very courteous on the phone and in person. I personally wasn't home when he stopped by and yet he sent me pictures of his work and called with details. Eric and his apprentice were quick and clean.

ET Plumbing was a life saver! We needed help quickly, and that is what we received. Eric answered his phone every time I called, called to confirm appointments, and then actually showed up when he said he would...how refreshing! He also brought a hard working crew with him and completed the job in a day. ET Plumbing dealt with all of the permit issues including getting the permit, setting up the inspection, contacting the City when the inspector didn't show and then again to clarify a question. He was kind and patient, keeping me informed all the way through the process. ET Plumbing represents professionalism in every way!

Eric was a recommendation from Gilbert at Blue Dragon. He came out within hours of me calling and quickly did a very thorough job, even fixing things like adjusting the water pressure on the sink so that water wouldn't spray everywhere. His pricing was very reasonable. He's my goto guy from now on.

We were very glad that we called ET plumbing (actually texted!). We had a problem with the washer drainage and these guys fixed very quickly. Fabian and Mike came right on time on a Saturday, were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and explained to us what happened. The price was also very reasonable. We recently got new counters installed in our kitchen which included a new sink and faucet. While I was able to install the new faucet, I quickly realized that the rest of the job (replacing the garbage disposal, re-piping beneath the sink, etc.) were above my paygrade. I gave Bluedragon plumbing a call, but they were all booked up for the next week. However, he referred me to Eric with ET Plumbing. I gave Eric a call that afternoon and he penciled me in for first thing the next morning. Sure enough, Eric and his apprentice Bobby showed up and quickly and efficiently got my sink up and running. Eric is a very sociable and friendly guy who genuinely cares about his customers, and is passionate about what he does. He thoroughly explained everything that he was going to work on and gave me a very fair quote. When all the work was done, he even mentioned that I could call or text him anytime if I ever had a plumbing question and he would give me free advice (even for items unrelated to the work he did on our kitchen sink) - that's fantastic service! In a world of businesses who only care about profits, it's a breath of fresh air to do business with someone like Eric. Eric is now my go to guy for any future plumbing needs I have. I HIGHLY recommend ET plumbing.

First off, I'm capable of doing most plumbing myself. Unfortunately, I hurt my back and had to outsource a toilet replacement. Eric was prompt, communicative, and effective, all rare qualities in contractors now-adays. Plus he did a fantastic job at connecting up the toilet. I'll definitely be using him in the future.

Five stars to E T Plumbing! Both Eric Tracey and his associate Bobby were great with resolving my plumbing issues. Contrary to what their yelp site says regarding their response time, all they took is about an hour to reply with a quote. They fit me in for the following day which was great!! They took care of a clogged sink, replaced parts of a toilet and got it working again, got a water connection started to my fridge in the garage, tested the water pressure for me and answered tons of questions I had related to plumbing without making me feel like I was taking up a lot of their time. They called ahead of time to give me a heads-up and cleaned up nicely after they finished with the work. I can think of lots of good adjectives here to describe their work. Professional, Honest, Reasonable, Polite, Friendly and Timely. As my 7 year old son put it- They seem like such nice people. Can they come again?

Gilbert at Blue Dragon recommended Eric. I called him on Wednesday morning and he was able to make it on Thursday AM. He was prompt on his schedule. He quickly did a very thorough job, and explained the issue with the clogged kitchen sink. His pricing was reasonable and I will definitely call him for any plumbing related issues.

We had a severely clogged kitchen sink in our old 1950's house without an external clearing drain. Roto-Rooter quoted us $450 and wanted to remove our toilet, so we started shopping around. We found ET Plumbing and with a recommendation from Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing we bit the bullet. Eric was very professional, showed up on time (even though we live in central Austin), isolated the issue quickly, and even helped find and fix a leak we didn't know about. Our total bill for parts and labor was very reasonable and blew the other quote away. We would definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Eric!

ET Plumbing was referred to us by another reputable local plumber who assured us that he would trust them with his own plumbing needs. Called Eric and since we are in Hays Co. he had us contact Fabian. Fabian was prompt with a call back and was able to fit us in the next day. He gave an approximate price range for our problem over the phone and he set an appointment time.The day of the appointment he came out exactly when he said he would, assessed the problem, discussed the action we could take and promptly fixed our leak. The cost was in the mid range of what was quoted over the phone. We thought we would have repairs to the siding of the house once the leak was fixed and to our surprise Fabian was able to put everything back together, saving added repair expense. All in all happy with the service and price for the repairs. We would call ET Plumbing for future work and would not hesitate to refer them to friends or family.
