Took apart my waterline that I had replaced recently without telling me and is unwilling to come back and put it the way it was went from having a leak wanting a bid to having a leak and no hot water and no bid. I did not authorize this work and now have no hot water buyer beware

I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! I would consider the single star Make it Drain received an anomaly.  All of these contractors are busy and I would take into consideration that around the time of that one gentleman's unfortunate problem, every plumber was up to their knees in fixing pipes for the next two months due to February's winter storm.
I just had my home remodeled and am so glad that David was on the job.  He has done some amazing work here.  Any photos I post are just of fixture installations, but the real photos would have been the dirty stuff before all this pretty stuff went in. Cutting out concrete, laying concrete to create a flush shower pan, running a gas line, then having to cut the gas line out of the wall because the drywall crew covered it up. And now it's 9:45 PM and he is working late to finish up because he knows I just want to have a kitchen again.
Make it Drain is my plumber for life guys, I could not recommend David more.  A genuine and honest guy who has been plumbing since he was 18...yeah, we shot the shit a little and had a beer too tonight.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. I will always recommend this company and will continue to use them for years! Polite, reliable, professional - can't beat that.

Our sewer lateral  was backed up and Harry from this company was able to come over within a few hours after my call.  The issue was promptly fixed at a reasonable price and Harry took the time to walk me through the options should it happen again, which I appreciated. These guys will be my first call for plumbing needs from now on.

They get one star for showing up.

They lose 4 stars for leaving without even starting the job, and never calling me back.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a  warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.

he does great work. never fails to call before arrival. keeps his area clean when working. very polite and knows what he is doing.

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

A friend of mine recommended this company. I called and made an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet. I used to do this myself, but getting under the sink is a job for younger people.

I got a call a little before the appointed time to see if I was available and I was. Larry and Thomas showed up and were just great!

One of the shut-offs under my sink wasn't working properly and they replaced it quickly and easily. They made short work of my new faucet as well, and it's a nice improvement.

These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Price was reasonable and fair. I'll definitely use this excellent company again.

Our water heater went out a few days ago.  We got five estimates because we couldn't believe how much higher the estimates were from contractors compared to Home Depot and Lowes.  Home Depot and Lowes both admitted that it's their basic estimate, and they won't give a real estimate until they come out, but instead of coming out and quoting you for free, they charge you a $60 service fee.  I thought to check Yelp and saw Grayson had used Confidence Plumbing, so I gave them a try.

Our last appointment was Confidence Plumbing.  Confidence Plumbing is a contractor with Service Magic, who I plan on calling again for any household repairs.  They screen all their contractors, and put me in touch with Confidence Plumbing.  I spoke with Wallene, who was really pleasant.  She understood we needed it fixed and quick.  She sent Paul out first thing in the morning- he was the only plumber who arrived right on time.  Paul's been a master plumber for 19 years.  He looked over our other written estimates, and adjusted his rate so he could provide the best deal for us. He and his assistant moved our washer and dryer, and the motorcycle in the garage, to get them out of the way.  He installed a drip pan to get up to code, and drilled a new hole so the drip pan can drain.  He replaced the water heater and put everything back in its place.  He did a great job, and was really good about explaining it in plain English so I understood everything he was doing.  He's really friendly and professional.
