UPDATE on 8/1/13 :
After I left a 1 star review yesterday , Alex , the owner , saw the situation and immediately contact me via messages and phone calls to apologize and want to do whatever it takes to gain my business back . This was an incident that he hired the wrong guy , Philip , and luckily he has left the company . I now feel sorry for Alex that he has to clean up all the mess that Philip caused to his customers . Anyhow , Alex personally finished the job for me today and even did extra that worth $210 for free . He refund my $450 as well and even gave us a $50 Texas roadhouse gift card as an apology . I told him I prefer paying what I need to pay and do not want to take advantage of him but he insisted !! Alex has proved me that he cares about his customer's satisfaction not just $$ . I am giving him 5+ stars to his professional problem solving attitude and his cares and services . Thank you again Alex , I will tell everyone about you and your company and will definately call you for our future needs .

I was excitd to finally find one that is reputable and had a great review here on Yelp to fix a leak on our sprinkler . Called Alex up to schedule an appointment . The Phillip guy showed up on time and gave us a quote of $450 to replace the two valves and the control circut board after his examation . Because of the review I have read here , we went ahead have him do it without thinking twice . He changed the control circut board and claimed he did not have the kind of the valve available so he would come back on Tuesday to fix it . However , he showed up on Monday instead of Tuesday ( good thing I was home ) , then he found there was a cover missing on where the electric wires are and suggested we take care of it right away . At that time , he asked me how much he quoted us .. that is kind of weird question .. so I told him $450 . Then he realized he did not spot the missing cover problem at the beginning so he is going to honor it and fix it at the cost he original quoted us . However , things go sour from here ..... He susposed to replace two new valves as he originally quoted us , instead , he cut corners to save his loss by re-building one of the valves instead of replacing it , and he did not tell us upfront until we found out ourselves after we paid him in full . He claimed again , he did not have that missing cover in his truck so he would come back to fix it . But guess what , after he got all our payment , he never came back to fix it . I called him up at least 5 times by now , and every time he gave me a date he would come finish the job but he never showed up and did not even call either !!!! Then he started changing his words saying he did not charge us for that cover and it does not have immediate danger without that electric wire cover . And then kept telling me how busy he is .. got many customers to take care , etc... But HELLO , HE DID NOT FINISH HIS JOB TO HIS PRIOR CUSTOMER AFTER WE PAID HIM IN FULL ON 7/22/13 !!! It's been about a week and half , he promised he would show up today as I told him this is HIS last chance . My phone calls now got ignored . We are very disappointed with this kind of service we received . Will I recommand anyone to this company ? The answer is HELL NO !
