Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

I use these guys for my pest contro and termite control until today.  I called up to see if they also take care of birds, and the answer was yes.  Will, my technician called me on Monday to set up an appointment to come out on Tuesday.  Will was very professionals and respectful.   The other technihians are also professional,  friendly, respectful and know what they are doing.

I just had service provided by them, overall I am happy with communication, quality of service and the price. I will re-evaluate if the results of termite treatment are as promised, but so far can't complain.

We love the whole team at Arizona Pest Prevention. The impeccable service can not to beat. We've had our share of scorpions, termites, and roof rats and through it all Arizona Pest Prevention prevailed for us. Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

Have used AZ Best Cpice for over a year now.  Our service rep, Dave, consistently sprays each and every month, inside and out and offers us the best customer service we have ever had.  All pests have been eliminated and we thank them for a job well done.  Very professional and always here!  We appreciate Dave very much!

Goldshot Exterminating provided a great service at our house. They arrived right on time, and took the time to walk around the property with me to make sure they understood the trouble areas we were having. They even inquired about other pests that I might not have been aware of because of their knowledge of the neighborhood and the troubles that other houses have had. Highly recommend using Goldshot Exterminating!

Critter Ridder did an excellent job for us on a tough problem.  A squirrel had gotten into one of our interiror walls and died there, causing an awful smell in the house.  We called Critter Ridder and they came out within hours.  They found the squirrel using a tiny video camera attached to a long scope and removed it quickly.  The smell immediately went away.  Critter Ridder then came back out and sealed up the house so that no more rodents could get in the walls.  They were fast, professional and very reasonably priced.  Critter Ridder is a great company.

These guys are pros!  Saw a few bees going in and out through the sprinkler valve cover in the ground in my backyard. I'm pretty observant and felt this activity could have only been going on for a day or two. Saw positive reviews on yelp and so I called The Beekeeper. Spoke to Richard at 4:30pm on a Friday and they would have had someone out within an hour if I wanted but I scheduled for the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Marino arrived the next morning right on time and quickly assessed the situation.  He could tell by the weight of the valve cover that they had already built the honeycomb on the underside of the cover.  He estimated they had probably been working there for a few weeks and that, by the time you notice them coming and going, they are probably already established. He quickly removed the honeycomb and treated the area. Unfortunately they could not be rescued but I felt confident in the natural solution used to eradicate them.  And Richard had already told me not to worry because, while bee populations may be declining elsewhere, there are literally billions of them in Arizona. I was just glad to have it dealt with and so deftly at that. Marino instructed me to leave the cover on for another week or so and then seal it up.  No more bees!  Charged the price quoted even though Marino had to work around and very close to some cactus in pretty tight quarters.  Very grateful to have the problem solved and would HIGHLY recommend these guys for your bee problems.

We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

I've used too Jimeny Kricket off and on for more than a decade. Always been awesome, super friendly family, full service.

My family and I returned home from lunch + movie on a Sunday afternoon.
Our daughter decided to play outside.  My wife and her immediately noticed an unusual number of bees flying outside.  They both looked up towards the roof and noticed a swarm of bees building the beginning of a hive.  We contacted Joe immediately.  He came over the next day and took care of the bee invasion.  At the end of the day, by the time we all came back home, the bees were gone.

The swarm of bees happened very suddenly.   When we first contacted Joe, he sounded very courteous and very professional.  If you need a pest specialist, we highly recommend you Lonewolf Wildlife.  Joe is available 24/7.  Very competent.  Fair price.

When I called to set up appointment the person was very patient and answered all my questions.
The 1st treatment guy was nice and knowledgeable.
2nd treatment guy was very thorough and even did the garage a 2nd time when I mentioned a worrisome area.

Very happy with Family First Pest Control!  Not only am I not seeing bugs anymore but they came out to my home right away.  All along they were courteous, respectful AND helpful.  I had an irrigation leak that Josh pointed out to me that I hadn't even noticed.  That leak could have been a disaster if let go and not caught early!  I was able to get a plumber out and fix it before it became a nightmare because Josh cared enough to bring it to my attention.  So thankful for Family First Pest Control looking out for me and my property.  Absolutely would recommend!!

I was with Bryant pest control but they were acquired by this company who have fraudulent unclear business practices. The customer service is abhorrent and they do not care to retain business they have a flippant dismissive response. They do not provide any advance notice of changes in the terms and conditions and try to place you in a position of vulnerability in order to upswell you. They also provide some shady techs (one nice one Brandon) do yourself a favor and find a different more reliable pest control company that provides value for the money you are paying. The promised to have a manager call me  after cancelling my policy and stating we don't provide any advance notice of our intent to cancel or non renew but we will sell you a new policy.

Do not use this company. Scheduled an appt. Which they changed and never let me know. Called back for manager Scott I believe
who never called back. Insisted on an appt for today which they confirmed last evening. Called me at 912am to say the tech was sick. The worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM.

They came out and treated. The cost was a little high and the problem still persisted.

After calling to request another visit we were told that the only time they could come was during the morning when we both aren't free...

If this was my business and I was coming out to correct a problem.....I would make it convenient for the customer. I guess this is not how Cummings Pest Control does things....

Colin and Gabe are excellent.  Very professional, and thorough.  Colin is very patient, and really wanted to make sure I was educated about what needed to be done.  I knew right away I was in good hands.

We have been using them ever since we moved to AZ. I appreciate that they always call as a reminder the day before scheduled service. The office staff & the techs are polite & accommodating. Terry was our technician today, he & helped us with our ant problem in the yard.

Total crooks.  Had a swarm of bees on the base of a little tree in our yard yesterday.   Called our HOA they gave me the number to Mountain View.  Didn't feel like I needed to check anything.  They came in 5 min. Said how dangerous it was. A guy started spraying something on the swarm on the base of the tree while another guy rang the doorbell.  Had us sign a paper then asked for address so he could fill out the sheet.  THEN he said it would be $495.   We were shocked and felt so very stupid.  We paid they left.  DONT EVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.  This kind of bee removal should cost no more than $150 - $200 at the most.  Call The Bee Man!   Get an honest quote and service.
