We have used Nusense pest control for the past 7 months. They did a very thorough treatment prior to us moving into our home. I have not had a single living bug inside my home. I am very thankful, especially living near homes that have scorpions and black widows. My family does not have respiratory problems after treatments like they have from other companies' treatments. The owner, Brian, provides above and beyond customer service. Great prices. Great communication. I couldn't be happier.

I have been using AZ's Best for 2 years now at my home every month and my work every month, they are affordable, polite, and on time. Aaron is our Tech and he has been our tech this entire time so it shows he must like working for this company as well. I feel like they do a great job and listen to my concerns and requests. I just had service provided by them, overall I am happy with communication, quality of service and the price. I will re-evaluate if the results of termite treatment are as promised, but so far can't complain.

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

I've had this company taking care of my property since 2017 (it's 2020). They sealed my house for me because I bought this place and immediately started seeing scorpions inside the house!!! Eeek!!

They gave a free estimate and came out and sealed the house for half of what other scorpion sealing companies charge!!

They provide reduced fees for monthly service if you seal your home with them. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't seen one scorpion in my home or in my yard since they sealed it and started coming here once a month.

Although I did not receive service from them, they were willing to refer me to another company that was a better fit for my budget. That's awesome. Good customer service.

I called and requested Critter Tech to come out and help me seal up my house to keep mice out. Within a week Jason came ON TIME and walked inside and out searching for entrances. He was very knowledgeable and completely honest on what needed to be done. I really appreciated his tips and tutorial on the safe way to set a trap. I will absolutely call on Critter Tech when the need arises.

If you have a bee issue, there is only one call to make.  I called around 5pm and within 20 minutes Marino Cliffton had arrived and was ready to get to work.  He explained what kind of behavior the bees were exhibiting, explaining my old nesting problem was hopefully not what was going on, they were just checking things out.  Prices were very reasonable. I think it was $165 to come out, which by far was better then the last call I had to make.  Also, just to know, Terminex will not deal with bees with your pest control service, they suggested The Beekeeper, and I am glad I made the call.  Thanks Marino.

Prompt reliable service that was extremely thorough in applying the product. The technician was very informative and quite helpful....In fact there was a scorpion that tried to come in the house as  the technician left and it was dead on the spot... wow!! He came back and got rid of it, thank you thank you thank you. I will always use them, I am extremely allergic to certain bugs and scorpions and spiders are at the top of my list.

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

I had another company come the following week that took care of the problem AND will do a follow up without charging me $50.00 for a followup.

I called ECOGuard to schedule an inspection for removing pigeons from under our solar panels and to inspect around our house for any rodent issues. I spoke with Tanner, and he was so professional, courteous, and helpful with answering my questions and getting me scheduled for my inspection.  Technician Brandon P. came to do our inspection and was very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of our property and discussed what needed to be done to fix all of the issues, and answered all my questions. I received an email that same day with the price of the services I wanted, and was scheduled for the following Monday. Our technician, Brandon P., completed all of the work for us, and I am so impressed with ECOGuard's exceptional customer service, knowledge,  professionalism,  and service!! I  will use this outstanding company for all of my pest control needs!

Our technician has always been on time, courteous, through, and very educated on the wide selection of bugs that we have in the desert.  We also use Terminix for termite prevention and treatment.  We have even used them to keep the pigeons away.   I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control.

Staff not well trained.  Took alternatives that really tore up household and broke their own drills.  Geez....

This is a follow up review.  Initially I was having difficulty reaching them.  No call backs it replies to texts.  This past Sunday Colin texted me with a day and time, which was today and at 11. Gabriel hour here early, treated the house and also remembered to bring a gc for a referral I had given them months ago.  All in all, they did what I paid them to do.  It took longer than I expected.  Have faith people

Very let down.  Preventative has been my pest control company for over 6 years.  They have done my weed control on and off for 3 years.  In the last 6 months their quality has been terrible. The first 5 1/2 years I had no issues, NEVER needed a respray or had any problems. Now it's not only constant issues,  but their customer service is suffering.  I called and asked to have Tyler call me back (suppose to be a manager). Never got a call.  Called again and had them personally leave him a note, and have him call me back. No call. Finally called them and told them I was dropping their Pest service and would be dropping their weed service too when the contract was up, because they refused to get back to me and try and resolve some issues. THey didn't seem to mind and said okay, sounds good.  
  This sucks, because I really liked the guy that normally sprayed (owners son, not the creepy guy that asks personal questions and shows up unannounced), and now have to hire another company I know nothing about to start the process over and fix the issues that Preventative has neglected.  I hope you all have a better ending than I do.

I usually read reviews before I contract anyone but was in a hurry. Contacted Mountain View Pest Control and they promptly responded. I asked for a quote before they started work and was told they first had to assess the problem and then let me know. the guy put on his bee suit and starting spraying some kind of white powder on where the bees were entering the house. After about a minute he comes over to me and tells me it will be $495 to kill the bees and $950 to open the ceiling and remove the honey comb. I balked at the price and said I needed to get a couple more quotes before I would decide. He said that he had already treated the nest and killed the bees so I already owed him the $495.00 To make a long story short, I refused to pay him anything because I had asked for and was expecting a quote up front. Instead they tried to shake me down and strong arm me into paying for something I never agreed to. It's clear these guys use this tactic all the time which is a deceptive, disgusting, and unethical practice. After a bit of discussion, he said he would take $95.00 which I finally agreed to pay just to get these guys off my property.
