I appreciated the courtesy, professionalism & customer service of this company. They personally took my call to schedule the appointment. They described their product used and how it works. They agreed to avoid my garden. They advised me of where the discovered 14 scorpions using their black light (and they explained the high season for scorpions is June & July, so this was a lot of scorpions)!

Their prices are reasonable for their excellent service, their proven results (14 scorpions & that is just the ones they saw that they killed, not the ones the product will continue to kill), and their availability.

I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends and family!!

This company is amazing! I called on Monday, and had an appointment set for the same week, and worked with me on my schedule. Trevor, the technician in my area, was on time and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very confident in their services and was very friendly. He understood I was concerned about spiders in my baby's room and really focused on making sure no more spiders are going to be bothering her. Being a new customer, he walked me through the process and informed me of when he will be back and when I should expect each service. I cannot recommend this company enough. I called around to a few different companies and this one was the only one that had a decent customer service representative who answered the phone. I'm so glad I went with this company. They are so great!

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

I chose this company due to the overwhelming positive reviews, and that was my biggest mistake. The customer service is lacking. It is very complicated getting in touch with someone and there were several calls never returned. I let that slide though. The service was severely lacking. Generally rude and unpleasant, but I also let that slide. I was told that I would be called monthly to see if I needed any service. I wasn't. After services, there was a lot of whining and complaining. (ie They couldn't spray the backyard because they couldn't get into it, which I told them to let me know beforehand so I could let them in. Instead, they did half a job for the price of a full one.) The coup de grace was when I called them recently to come out. I had to call twice to get a call back in 2 weeks! That's not abnormal though. The resulting conversation was to find someone else... sent to me through text message... in response to my voicemail! How unprofessional!!! I'm SO glad they don't do a contract. That is about the only benefit, and they aren't the only company that doesn't. Prices are par with other locally owned businesses. They will charge the card you leave on file, with permission, which is fine; however, it's taken up to 2 weeks after services for them to process payment. Although I monitor to make sure everything is posted and cleared, not everyone does, so it could be an issue to some people. Most would assume payment is pretty instant. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Services provided are lacking. Ultimately, it seems they don't want to do the job. I'm cutting my losses with them, and hopefully this will serve as a warning to other potential customers. Look elsewhere.

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

Have used AZ Best Cpice for over a year now.  Our service rep, Dave, consistently sprays each and every month, inside and out and offers us the best customer service we have ever had.  All pests have been eliminated and we thank them for a job well done.  Very professional and always here!  We appreciate Dave very much!

These guys are awesome!  We found a small bird's nest right above our roller shade in our backyard and we were too scared to pull the shade down because we didn't want to hurt the bird.  We called around to see if anyone would be willing to come out today and Goldshot replied right back and had a guy who was willing to come out.  

When he came bit earlier than his appointment time I wasn't home, but he took the time to take a look around the house to assess the situation and when I came home, he was ready to tell me what needed to be done.  Keaton was not only professional and very explanatory, he gave suggestions on what to do in case of what if's.  He also explained how pigeons are attracted to solar panels and when we notice pigeons on our solar panels we can call our solar company instead of calling them or other pest/bird control because our solar company will take care of that.  How honest and trustworthy can he be to tell me that we don't need to call them?  

Although at first I called for someone to just come and simply remove the nest, after listening to him, I decided to have him install screens to prevent future nests, so he's coming back tomorrow to do that.  So even though technically the job isn't completely done yet, I was so excited to have found a great, trustworthy company that I wanted to leave a good review right away to tell everyone if you need help with bird control, or other pests, give these guys a shot.  I'm sure you'll love them!

I had the unfortunate experience of seeing a rat disappear behind my refrigerator so I started setting traps back there myself.. Over the next few days, I realized I needed professional extermination.  These rats were primarily in my outside laundry room but had worked their way into my kitchen. Gross.  I called a few exterminators and even got a quote from a large local chain. They wanted a small fortune.  So I turned to Yelp for help... That's where I found Critter Ridder. I am so glad I did. Jason came out to the house immediately and looked at what I had done so far and helped me set some traps.  HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR HIS VISIT. After a few days of watching - and emptying - the traps, I realized I needed to bring Jason's guys out to the house again to do a smoke test on my pipes and have them professionally seal my home. Jake and his crew came out a few days later, did the smoke test and set some more traps.  They were nice enough to let me check the traps myself, rather than sending their guys out, and gave me a huge discount for taking care of that part of the extermination myself.  After a few weeks of rat catching, the traps remained empty. Then Jake and his guys came out again a sealed up my house so no more rats could get in. I really liked working with this company. They were professional, on time, and did a great job helping me with my infestation.  Everyone from the first visit with Jason, to the subsequent visits from Jake, phone time with Scott or Jennifer was always a pleasant experience. When I got the final invoice along with a two year warranty, I noticed that CR had given me another discount. These guys are GREAT.  I will use them from now on for all my extermination needs.

Just had James come and take care of a bee issue that I spotted just yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly about the bees. He handled himself well and in a professional manner. I was impressed with how it was all handled.  He was able to give me many options and recommendations on what our next game plan is for total removal.  I am thankful that he was able to come out promptly so we can get a handle on everything that needs to happen.

I have lived in Maricopa for 7 months and have yet to see a scorpion! Maricopa bug busters is an awesome small business. I highly recommend this company to anyone asking about pest control. The staff is very friendly and always quick to respond. The technicians-- or whatever they're called do a very thorough job. I only have the outside and in my garage sprayed as I have an infant. They also spray inside the shed. They remove webs from windows and surfaces. Absolutely use the company for your pest control prevention and needs!!!

These guys ROCK! They controlled my scorpion problem in Vistancia when I thought I was going to have to just move! Aaron and James are terrific ! Small, family owned business that really know what the term customer service means. I would and have referred them in an instant

Our house in Phoenix is old and sits atop a crawl space.
Our crawl space had become the gathering spot for the local
feral cats in the neighborhood.  And, there are a LOT of feral cats
in our neighborhood!  They rule.
In addition to a nice place to stay cool in the heat, one kitty decided
it would also be a nice place to have her new baby kittens.  
Sadly, the mother cat died under the house. The smell,
seeping up into the house, was horrendous.  
The situation was awful.  We could not locate the dead
cat by looking in with a flashlight. Small kittens were stuck
under the house, and would not come out.  And, again, that smell!!
After a half dozen calls (and a half dozen sorry - we don't do that ), one company recommended Joe at Lonewolf Wildlife & Pest Specialists.  
  We called Joe.  He came that day.  He could not find the dead cat with
the first visual inspection.  I was in a panic that we were going to need
to start ripping up flooring from above to locate the carcass.
But, he was very confident and reassuring.  He said I WILL get that cat.
  He came back with what I call the haz-mat suit.  He suited and gloved up,
with mask, and with flashlight and rake bellied into our crawl space.
You can only get around the space by crawling on your belly, like a soldier.
He had to go far into the crawl space, but he located the kitty carcass (covered with flies and other insects), bagged it, and removed it.  He then sprayed the area with a disinfectant. This was one VERY NASTY job.
After that, he set up a one-way chute-type thing (kittens can get out, but not back in) at the crawl space entrance for the kittens to get out.  They are slowly coming out.
  Joe did a job that no one else would do, and one that would make a lot of people sick.
He was very competent and professional.  
   My husband, in talking to Joe, was so impressed with his knowledge of pesticides that we have now hired him as our regular pest control guy.  Good guy, honest, knowledgeable, and good prices.  I highly recommend this business and Joe.

We had responsible Pest Control come out today to do our initial. We are pleased to see how professional their technician is and would definitely be using them for a monthly service.

After having a contract with another company for several years we were disappointed to find that the earliest they could do to tackle our termite problem was 5 weeks out. We decided to look around and settled on Terminix. Paul came out and we discussed what was needed and were pleased with the quote and conditions. We were even more pleased when he said he could have a technician out later the same day and it was New Years Eve. Justin arrived on time and got everything taken care of right then and there. Baits installed all round outside the house and a small problem area inside treated successfully. Paul and Justin were both very pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend.

Cummings took over the company that we originally used, and since they have taken over we have had nothing but problems.

I haven't seen a single bug in years in my house and as soon as we started using Cummings we've found a bug almost every single day and not just 'bugs' but cockroaches. I called Cummings to ask them about why this was happening and the receptionist was extremely rude saying they didn't do anything wrong. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Needless to say I will be finding a new pest control company today.

We just discovered we had termites, luckily only a small area. Environmental came out right away to help us out. Our tech, Gabriel, was super nice and very informative. He answered all of our questions and best of all he didn't shy away from our overly excitable dog. Super service with a great guarantee. I hope my neighbors saw them out here so I can send them some referrals! Thanks Environmental!

Okay,the update after speaking with the owner.,....very very satisfied with owners real concern for his customers  Apologized for girl being rude and readily fixed the problem will continue to use this service and would recommend it to anyone.  Sony for nice owners when employees cause them problems.

Called for bee removal and was charged 495.00 for five minute treatment on June 2nd with no guarantee but they wanted 4000.00 to remove hive?????
They seem to be so busy that they don't need to take care of the customer.
