Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

I hired Larry to keep scorpions away and so far I have seen less of them. I think after a few more treatments I  hopefully won't see anymore.  I think Larry truly cares about his customers and keeping pests away.  I would recommend Larry.  Mike

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Scott came to our rescue over the weekend. Several bees had collected in a bathroom ceiling. I called Scott, based on positive Yelp reviews. He came right out and figured out what was going on with the bees. He is smart, trustworthy and reliable. I give him the highest recommendation.

We have been using Deserts Best Pest Solutions now for the past 3 years and we have been pest free ever since.  I'm a freak when it comes to bugs and terrified at the thought of a Scorpion coming in. Steve and his crew are friendly and very thorough which gives me peace of mind. We'd totally recommend them!

911 Pest Defense is the best exterminator service I've ever had. We've been with them since 2010. Always courteous, always on time, and we have NO bugs! Garry (the owner) is the best! He knows all the bugs, snakes, spiders, etc in the area. I've called him up before describing a bug or a snake I've found and he can tell me what I'm seeing and if it's good or bad, harmless, whatever. And if it's something that needs to be exterminated he sends someone out right away to take care of it. I even called him one night at around dinner time freaking out because there was a snake in my garage, right by the door to the house. He was so kind to take my call after hours and told me exactly what to do. Crisis averted!

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

I really think that David did a great job explaining to me all of what he was doing and why. Also, he took the time to show me all of his work and was very thorough. He was very professional and did a nice job sealing up my home. I live in an area prone to scorpions, so I am hopeful that his work will keep us as close to scorpion free as we can be. I also like that if later down the road I have questions or have an issue, he said to give him a call and they will come out. I would absolutely recommend them.

Been a customer for almost 5 years...Convenient and effective service!

While the technicians were friendly enough, the customer service and the head office leaves a great deal to be desired. They were inconsistent in scheduling, failed to show up for multiple appointments, showed up on the wrong day or at the wrong time, sprayed half the yard and charged us full price, and after 2 years of treatments we still have a roach problem. My wife and I were more than patient, but after the last time we cleaned out our cabinets and waited all day for a technician to show up, only to have him show up unannounced 2 days later, we have had enough. I am not a difficult customer to please, but Blue Sky failed in every phase of our business interaction except the part where they took our money.

Regan Y. and Stephan are the best guys and have a lot of knowledge and information about your pest control as well as rodents. We really appreciated how kind and informative they were even though they had to deliver bad news regarding critters that were TRYING to make their home in our property. We feel like we have the best company and people handling the problem. They will get the job done right, professionally, and honestly. THANKS TRULY NOLAN for running such a wonderful company and hiring these two great individuals.

They not only do great job on pest control. They have more than once came to the top of the customer service to meet my needs. One of the best in customer service. Been with them since 2013. Would never consider changing. Their prices are very competitive.  Give them a try.

man, this company is awful.  If I wasn't already locked into a contract, I definitely would be heading elsewhere.  Bunch of morons is putting it nicely.   They will do anything NOT to help if you are under contract.

GOD I HATE THIS PLACE

They are too slow. I called for an appointment three times before anyone called me back. Then I was given a day and was told between 8am-4pm. So I am supposed to sit home all day waiting for these people to show up.   This might be our last time using this company
