Great company and family owned. Everyone are so professional and nice. I never see a bug in my house. They also remove bees. I highly recommend this company.

I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

The product works great!
The scheduling is horrible.  If you can sit home and wait for Snyder's to call you randomly at their leasure then great.  I have tried for 2 years to be put on the same day with the others in my neighborhood but for some reason that's just a bit to diffucult for them.  I have never heard of such a poor scheduling system.

I've been a customer of Alpha Pest Control for the past six years or so, at my last two houses. I'm OCD about noises, and the sound of crickets chirping in my otherwise quiet home drives me absolutely nuts. Thankfully, since finding Alpha that has ceased to be a problem; now all the crickets have died or moved on to the neighbors' properties.  

As other reviews have stated, Jeff is very friendly and professional, and you can tell he really cares about providing great customer service. (A nice touch is that he sends reminder texts the day before his monthly visits, letting you know the approximate time he'll be there.)

Oh, and even though noisy crickets are the main reason I use Alpha every month, an added benefit is that critters like this (see picture) die on the doormat before sneaking into the house!

I'm not sure they are in business anymore. I've had them out a couple times in the past and they were great but I've call 2 or 3 times and they don't pick up or return my calls.

We used Cabana for birds roosting in our eaves. They were quick to come out to see our problem areas and gave us a decent quote. We took the first available date which was a bit away. The scheduled morning they called and had to reschedule due to a medical emergency.
The birds have flown the coop after hanging around for a few days after the grids were put up. The grids are somewhat more noticeable than we originally thought, which is the only reason for not five stars. The birds are no longer nesting there and it was all cleaned up. We would recommend Cabana for your bird problems!

Since I posted the original review in 2019, we have used Invader Pest Management also in 2020 and for 2021 as well. The first 2 years, everything they sprayed for was handily dealt with to the point we were able to maneuver annual treatments (ants is primarily the only infestation we deal with). This year we called them because we had a new kind of ant crop up in our back yard that were making mounds underneath the earth. As such, it was creating lots of pits and holes in a decent sized area from how they were working from underneath. After both of the initial treatments and a follow up under the warranty, these ants were still active and damaging our yard. I submitted my concerns online explaining this and was promptly scheduled for a follow-up. Due to a conflicting appointment, I called to reschedule and was told that whoever made the appointment did so by mistake. The options given us were to cancel or pay for annual service. The change to a 3 Star review is twofold. One is the very problem we paid them to help us with was never resolved and then they withdrew on agreed service. The other is that this year (unlike the previous 2 years), everyone peddled the annual service at every turn which bordered on unwanted sales pressure. We have lived in this house for 15/yrs now and have never required annual treatment for anything. The way this has played out, it kind of felt like a long game to coerce us into signing a contract. All we wanted was our initial concern to be dealt with. Show us you can do something about it and then if these type ants recur every 2 or 3 months, then yes I could see the upside for potential long term treatment. Instead nothing was dealt with and they wanted more money. I am still giving the company 3 stars because they have otherwise been professional in the sense of their accessibility, punctuality, and quality of actual service technicians (not to mention the prior 2 years in which we felt like they were our go-to company to use). The hard selling aside, making appointments for an unresolved matter, saying we're there for you, and then reneging unless we sign a contract is not exactly award winning customer service. Going forward, we will be taking our pest business elsewhere.

Orkin came out to my home when I noticed that my dog had some ticks on him. They went right to work spraying the whole backyard and front yard. That was 4 years ago and have not seen a single tick or flea on any of my pets again. They are always very kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Attention Maricopa!  I have had the pleasure of using this company for several months now.  I'm so impressed with their service.  Dan is so quick to respond to any stupid question I have.  We moved here from the Midwest so we are so unfamiliar with the critters here in Arizona.  Thank you Loveall Pest Control for being so quick to respond, to any question I have.

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

Cheriton A, is of low character in this case. She put a bad review out of spite. She almost side swiped Vernon Pest Control's truck and he or like 50 or more yeaadmits to flipping her off so to defend herself she posted this nasty untrue review. Vernon Pest Control is one of the best companies in Arizona and has been here in the Valley for over 50 years. People lie.

Kudos to this family owned and operated business!!  We found ourselves in a pickle when our trusted exterminator had an unfortunate accident,  preventing him from working. We had been with him for over 10 yrs. and had to go out on the search. We interviewed a few of the corporate based businesses and knew that wasn't for us. A quick google search brought me to

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with Truly Nolen. Today I met our new technician, Wesley. I was initially concerned about getting a different technician, but Wes is professional, experienced, and super-conscientious.

   Our home had a new pest infestation, and after conferring with his manager, Josh, together Wes and Josh decided to do everything to remedy the problem right away. Wesley was extremely hard working and spent the next 2 hours in the July heat to take care of our home. It says a lot when a company really cares about their customer's pest control issues and will even go above and beyond normal service to take care of a problem. Thank you Josh and Wes!

Logan in Scottsdale, our pest/ mosquito guy was so patient with us the other day. We were getting windows installed the installers we're running behind. Logan, stopped by a few times to help us with pest/ mosquito issues but could not finish the visit , so he came back at a later date and completed the job. Great attitude and overall great worker.

As a Home Owner and Realtor for many years, I've worked with several pest company's in several states. None have been as thorough and responsive as Preventive Pest. I don't just hire just any pest company, without doing my research. There may be cheaper company's but you get what you pay for. Preventive Pest provides superb service for a very reasonable fee. They provide peace of mind as they always do what they say and always follow up. I have not worked with, nor had a better pest company provide service on my own home, than Preventive Pest.

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
