I signed up with Ky-Ko based on a recommendation from a real estate agent.  They have been consistently excellent.  The guy shows up monthly and really seems to care that we don't get and bugs or scorpions, etc.  We are really pleased with their communication and service levels.

When I first moved here (AZ) I looked around for a reasonably priced pest control company ( Terminix, Orkin, SOS to name a few) but couldn't find anyone that I could afford and I didn't want to be locked into a contract as I rent a home monthly. A neighbor convinced my husband that he could do it himself with chemical bought at the local hardware store and a sprayer. After many weekends spent in the hot sun crawling around with a sprayer and enough poison to make Jim Jones look like an amateur, I found piles of dead insects which resembled a large flea all around the perimeter of my den. Being the squeamish type ( I skeeve insects!) I HAD to get a professional. Upon checking YELP! (my go-to source) and finding Hopper highly recommended I called and they were able to come out the same day .The Yelp!s were true, they are extremely professional, courteous and reasonably priced with no enforced contracts. We were spending more on the chemicals at the hardware store . Ty and Michael (yup, got TWO exterminators!) were  very knowledgeable about the pests native to our area and were interested in listening to us and finding the root cause of our problem..not selling us services and contracts we didn't want or need. They investigated the house and yard and explained what the problem was and how to take care of it and then went to work on the home and yard...all for under $30.00. They also insisted we wait a few days and see if the problem was solved and if there was any issues to call them promptly so they could come back out. They even have savings programs for referrals and for return visits. Hopper doesn't have to lock you into a contract to force you to stay with them. They do it the old fashioned way...with excellent customer service and professionals who perform a valued service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

Hiring a pure-play weed management company was the best homeowner decision I've made in a while. Don knows his stuff far better than your typical landscaper does. He takes the time to explain things to you, guarantees his work, and most of all it's effective!

Don't mess around with the chemicals yourself. Stop the endless pulling. Give up on your landscaper's half-hearted treatments. Hire the pros.

So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

Reasonably priced and you get quality work!

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

I freaked out when I found bed bugs. The first place I called wanted to charge me almost $4000. I called Alex. He checked out my house, calmed me down, told me he could help me for much less, and then laid out a game plan. I asked a million questions that day and in the following month. He was always polite, always helpful. We are bedbug free, I've regained my sanity, and I would recommend East Valley Pest Service to anyone.

Ezequiel was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable! Respectful, flexible and very insightful. Very thorough and patient with his inspection and explanations!! Answered all over our questions, made great suggestions and clarified any misunderstandings we had, definitely will be using him again in the future!! Thank you, Ezequiel!!

David was prompt and courteous.
He offered explanations about the weed murdering process making certain I was clear on expectations and timelines. He was thorough and quick.  I would definitely use this company again.

Eric was excellent. He was prompt, friendly, and efficient, and nothing was a bother to him. I won't hesitate to call him again the next time we need the yard or house sprayed. And I would recommend him to anyone else without hesitation.

I can highly recommend Dan and Arizona Organic Pest Control. I've been using them for many years and Dan is dependable and friendly and I rarely see any kinds of bugs in the house. I feel good that what he uses to treat my yard is safe for my dog and was safe around my kids when they were young. I appreciate that Dan takes my concerns seriously and responds when I text him with questions and will come out a second time if he thinks he can help.

They did a phenomenal job at my home getting rid of my pigeon nest as well as sealing off any additional areas they could get to. I couldn't be happier and they really took their time to do it right. Highly recommend!!

Way overpriced! $1000 for a week of service with no guarantee.  Any followup would be additional.  These guys are a ripoff
