I had a persistent pigeon problem that I repeatedly tried to take care of myself to no avail. I finally decided it was time to call in a pro. I found Don's Bees on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on his reviews. I called him and asked if he could give me a ballpark estimate based on some approximate measurements and pictures I texted to him. Don gave me what I considered to be a very fair estimate range. He showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the area that was a problem, he took care of another area that was a potential problem at no additional cost. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend Don.

Just moved here and have been using Sonoran for a few months now.  Really like this company.  Bret is great and makes it clear that customer service is a top priority (after making sure that the bugs are taken care of).  Our regular service tech, Jeremy, is great too. Very nice and always explains the product he is using. (i.e. In the summer months, the concentrations of the products are higher since the bugs tend to be more active.)  They tend to stick to spraying the exterior of your home, unless you have an issue with the interior, and then they will take care of the inside too. We are currently renting a house and had Sonoran come out the day after we moved in.  Two weeks later, I encountered some scorpions outside on our patio.  I called, and they came back out that morning to spray again - no hassle, no extra charges - they just took care of it.  Haven't seen any critters since and I hope that it stays that way.  Great company that we will continue to use!

Great bunch of guys..always professional..they pay attention to details. We had a scorpion problem for a long time. After first visit the numbers dropped fast. We have them come once a month now and the numbers have dropped to about nothing. Thanks..

I was in the restaurant biz for 30 years in Florida; home of huge palmetto bugs, termites and German roaches. Talk about a nightmare.  So I went through many pest control companies over the years. My main complaint was I would call them Pest Out of Control Companies.
You just can't go around spraying cracks and crevices and think you're controlling the pest.
I FOUND TRUFORCE. This is a company that yes sprays but also talks to you. Why are you having infestation? What is different that now you have vermin? They checked my home for entry ways. Yes I'd like to spray Agent Orange but I've got grandkids and pets.  They are not controlling my pest. They are managing my home AGAINST infestation.
And that my friends is what I found when I found TruForce.

This is a company that must have a HANDS ON OWNER. You don't get that when the home office is in Minnesota. Great company. And thank you Raymond my tech. One for remembering I have two homes and for taking the TIME with me. To HELP ME resolve and keep my home safe.  If you're not using this company you may have issues building and I would at least call this company to not only get a quote but to have them look at your home for practical resolutions to pest infestation. Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Just because I have to put a star I will put one. I will never use them again. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years. Paid for the years in full. But recently they have not been showing up when scheduled. I have had to call them. What is more frustrating is they reschedule for the following week. So I have to get my house ready for them again all over and just to waste another 3 hours of my day in hopes they will show up.

The tech was very nice and THOROUGH!  Great Company to work with over these past 3 years or so.

This place had good reviews. I called and had them come out and spray my house because I was having problems with house ants. The gentleman told me to give it about 7 days for them to be eliminated completely and I have still had issues to call and they would come back and follow up. A week passed and I still had these ants, I call Thursday afternoon, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. I wait till Monday when I get a call back from a lady and let her know my issue. I gave her my name, address and date of service and she proceeds to tell me she has no record of me and proceeds to be less than pleasant. She tells me that she isn't sure how they are suppose to help my problem with ants if I don't know where the ant hill is (wait a hot minute, isn't that what I hired you for) She states she will call the technician and will send him back out Thursday (a week from my first call) between such and such time.
No one ever showed up. No one ever called back.
I am so disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I honestly think these people must have just picked up a spray can and store bought bug spray and call themselves and exterminating company. You pay, no results, then all of a sudden these people have no clue who you are.
If I could leave zero stars I would.

James was very friendly and made sure to walk me through everything that he was going to do. He was very professional and courteous and made sure I understood everything he was doing to get rid of our ant problem. I would recommend Bulwark due to their customer service and prompt attention to need. Very pleased with their service.

David did a great job as usual. However, this visit he noticed two of our doors were open. Since we were not at home, he called us to let us know we might be at risk. While the doors were locked, I was more than pleased with this extra effort on his part. This is a great value added to an already excellent service. Thank you David and Defense Pest Control!!

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

I found John after calling several other places and not getting a call back. John was prompt, super friendly, honest and knew his stuff about the bugs plaguing my house. He not only treated my termite issue but also my Bermuda grass problem, both at a very competitive price. He's a busy guy and that's because he runs a great business. I'd recommend him to anyone with a termite, pest or weed problem.

George Schureman from your Gilbert location came to my home this morning for a termite treatment which is something that has really been stressing us out as first time home owners. George was so incredibly nice and super professional, we will DEFINITELY be bringing our business back to Blue Sky if and when we need them. I wish all businesses practiced the way you guys do.
