Allow me to join the five star bandwagon.
I found out that I had a termite problem when I noticed that the little guys were munching away at the hardwood floor in my master bedroom.  In total they damaged five boards.

I called two termite companies.  The first did a walk around, shrugged his shoulders and gave me a verbal estimate that included a three year warranty.  Red flags were flying all over the place with this guy.

Found this company here on yelp and called. Jeremy came out within a few days and did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the house.  I received a detailed estimate that included a map of my house and the areas where they'd need to drill (patio, walkway, driveway) and areas where they'd trench.  Because they were eating the floor he also wanted to drill into the slab in that area.  Although his price was higher than the other guy I felt like I was hiring a professional.

The day before we were scheduled for service we got a lot of rain with even more in the forecast.  Jeremy called and said they couldn't treat the outside if it was wet but they could come out and drill the slab.  That was great because I had a floor repair guy coming out two days later.  

On schedule, Robert (who may be the nicest human being on the planet) came, explained what he was going to do and did it.  The next week Robert showed up to treat the outside of the house.  He was very considerate and did a great job of respecting the property.

I suppose I won't know if any of this worked but Jeremy said they'd be happy to come out once a year to inspect the property and re-treat as necessary (I purchased a five year warranty).

The House Doctor team have been our exterminators for the last 2+ years based on the recommendation of friends.  They are hands down the best pest team I have dealt with in my 20 years here in Valley.

Got a prompt rough quote online & quick schedule after an online inquiry. The gentleman was here when he said he would be & was a sweetheart to work with. Quick & clean service and I'm already scheduled for the next bi-monthly service. It's amazing how hard all this was for a  couple other companies.

A review from another visit today. Pilipo came down today for our recurring pest control service. He not only answered all our questions but also educated about the few scorpion sightings that we have had. He took time to spray both interior and exterior, removed any spider webs and also checked for any entry points for the pests. Amazing service.

We moved into our home three years ago, and soon found that the whole neighborhood is infested with scorpions. Our neighbors told us that bug spray doesn't work on them and it's just something you have to learn to live with in AZ. This was totally unacceptable to me. Fortunately, someone recommended TruForce for dealing with scorpions, so we tried them. The results have been impressive.

In over three years, we have only seen a handful of those filthy creatures in our house. My neighbors, on the other hand, are still infested. Bug spray may not be able to seal the scorpions out completely, but TruForce has made our house livable. On the rare occasion that I have seen a scorpion, I call their office and they are at my property within a day or two. You can't ask for better service.

They consistently do a thorough treatment of the exterior, and they'll spray inside on request at no extra charge. I have never met a technician I didn't like, and every time they come, they ask me if I have any special requests for service. Nice people.

Their customer service is great too. They text and call me the day before coming so I can keep my dog inside while the technician takes care of the outside. Any issues I have ever had were taken care of quickly and professionally.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

Radni, Rusty and Adam have been fantastic!! Very professional and funny. The experience was scary and unnerving but these guys really calmed us down and educated us on what was happening and what to expect. I found green home pest control on Groupon and thought I would give them a call.  They far exceeded my expectations.  Very reasonable prices, punctual and easy to work with.  Brendan who came to our home did a great job and was very friendly.  I can't say enough about this company, oh and also, they don't use harsh chemicals that scorch the earth another plus in my book. Great job!

Watts is fantastic.  Austin is polite and helpful (even when I forget to leave the gate unlocked - sorry again!), and I haven't had any pest issues since starting regular service.  I recommend them to friends and acquaintances whenever I can.

Nathan M is fantastic. Not only does he do a good job with pest control, but he is very courteous. He does extra things like move in the recycle bin and he sends us pictures of our locked gates once he's done, since we have dogs. That is above and beyond. Highly recommend Nathan M!!!

Called because we thought we had termites in our eaves. Glenn came out and explained it was a fungus, not termites.  I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and for taking the time to explain things to me.  I even ended up switching my regular scorpion/bug treatment due to this first impression. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Blue Sky Pest Control from a friend who has used them for a while now. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as hers has been. Our next door neighbor's vacated their house, and left behind a horrible infestation of mice which are now coming to my house looking for food. I spend 25 minutes on the initial phone call with Blue Sky explaining the rodent problem being our top priority, insects have never been an issue. After being assured they would assess the situation and take action on the very first visit, I signed the contract. The tech came out within 3 days, did the usual spraying for insects inside and out. When I asked what the plan was for the mice he stated he doesn't specialize in rodents, someone else will have to come out. He said he would call his manager and let him know the situation and we should get a call back shortly. After 8 days of waiting, I called Blue Sky again, the woman on the phone assured me a manager would be calling me first thing Monday morning.  Well.... once again, no call. Clearly the BS in Blue Sky stands for something else. I called to cancel and was told there is a $45 cancelation fee.  I will gladly pay it, however why should I pay something to someone who never finished the job to begin with?
