Arizona Termite Specialist is the right company for your Termite issues. Robert Robles was very professional, courteous and informative. If you end up hiring ATS ask for Robert to do your job. The owner Jeremy came out and gave me a very fair and honest quote. I felt very comfortable with Jeremy and Robert and the way they carried themselves. Why go with another company that offers you a lot of extra services. My choice was to go with a company that specialize in just one thing, Termites!!

House doctor is the company you love to tell everyone about! They take a personal interest in your house and truly care about making sure it's pest-free. I know they have a million customers but they always make me feel like I'm their only customer, working around my schedule and making sure they come at a convenient time every month. I can't recommend them enough!

This company is so amazing.. I am not only give them this excellent review but I am also hoping other people take this comment and recommendation for their needs... my parents were thrilled with there work, quality of work, and the kind hearted people they have on there team! Amazing team, amazing work, and great customer service!

Where do I start?  With Bret, Jeremy, John, the awesome phone/customer service!  
They are what this company is about.  Giving the best customer service possible while at the same time making sure we are free of those desert critters we all seem to run from!  We have seen only 2 scorpions in 7 years.....and they were outside. We have had very few bugs, spiders, etc. inside our home.  All the spraying is done outside!

Bret, his family and crew have been servicing our home since 2007.  I would not have anyone else.  Bret is always quick to respond to my SOS calls.  Bret or one of the crew members always gets the job done.  Jeremy is amazing.  Always at my home on schedule, professional and eager to help.  

I have had bee problems.  One call and Bret has someone to my home within an hour or two.  John was amazing when he came recently.  

I cannot say enough about this company.  There is no finer people....and no desert critters,  bugs or bees. At my house.  Who could ask for more!

When I bought my house, my realtor recommended these guys for the termite inspection.  They found a couple shelter tubes (old & inactive), so I paid them to treat the house and bought a 2 year warranty.  Included in the warranty is a free annual inspection and any follow-up treatments necessary.  Sounded good.

First, the good part: the treatment appears to have worked just fine as I have not seen any new evidence of creepy crawlies munching mi casa.  That's good for three stars, I suppose.  

But here's where I have a gripe.  Last fall (1 yr in to the new house), it occurred to me in passing that I'd been here a year and that I should be expecting some sort of contact from the termite people to schedule the annual inspection.  A call.  A letter.  Something saying 'Hey, you're due.'  

(I don't think this is unreasonable to expect from a service-oriented company.  Shoot, it's been well over a decade since I bought my car, and the original dealership still sends me letters saying 'Hey, you're due for your 150k service!')

I hear... nothing.  And pretty much forget about it.  Until...

Another year goes by.  I receive a letter from them, Hey! Your warranty is up for renewal! I don't recall if the first letter contains (paraphrased) By the way, we'd love to schedule your free annual inspection! or if that came in the 2nd letter... or the 1st or 2nd call.  Or maybe it was the 3rd letter and the 3rd call...

It certainly was in the 'Hey, your warranty lapsed but if you respond right away we'll re-instate it for you AND schedule your free annual inspection' letter, though.

Which, frankly, irritates me.  A lot.  

I will not be renewing my warranty with this company as my experience has shown that I'd be paying for nothing.  

Summary:

Treatment? Fine. It was effective.  I have no more signs of bugs.  
Service? Awful.  They'll ignore you unless they want money from you.
Warranty? I'm not saying it's a scam, but... um.... I certainly did not receive ANY value for the money I paid them.

Scott W. was great and set me up for regular service. I had several problems with previous pest control companies and needed a company who would ensure that my house would be bug free! After having Truforce service my property, the only bugs I see now are dead ones!!  Couldn't be happier.  Thanks Scott and Trueforce for taking such good care of me!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

Thought I'd give them another shot...don't bother! They have so much business they don't need yours. Save your time and call another company. There are so many needing your business right now.

After 2 weeks of calling (Since May 27th) no returned calls. I just had to keep calling and told someone would call me back. The people running this place, simply do not care at all. Clearly they have enough customers.

Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. The bottom line...Run very poorly. Will tell you one thing and then change it because the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. Employees can't get a hold of the the person in charge. Mike doesn't return calls to his OWN employees because he's traveling so much. Weak excuse in my opinion. There is this thing now a days called a cell phone, use it!

Why in the world did I think I'd get better service the second time around? Zero customer service. Do not spend one penny here. Pick up the phone and call a competitor. Lots of businesses are in need of the support and would welcome your money right now---call them!

By the way, your welcome. Had a balanced owed which I was not aware of because I gave my credit card last year--never charged my card. Had I not called to schedule an appointment you would never have known it! The guy in the credit department, one word---terrible. Obviously not doing his job effectively. I called you don't forget and yet I did the research to discover you never charged my card. Poorly managed. Sad people don't care about customers anymore. Businesses are run from the top down--if the top isn't good, neither are the ones under them.

So after a very rough patch, they have definitely stepped up their communication. The techs call, confirm what I have asked both to be done and not be done, and we still have no pest issues. Kudos to this company for making it right.

Watts is the best pest prevention company in town, hands down.  Their customer service is incredible and their reliability and integrity are unmatched.  You will love your experience with them whether it's with the office staff or any one of their awesome and friendly techs.  Add on top of that their ability to eradicate pests and you'll have nothing but praises for them.  Just set up your service already.  You won't regret it. I've been a very happy customer since 2013.

Fantastic and prompt service. I called 3 different places to get a consultation and Moon Valley, because they're local was able to come over the same day to get the process started. The others were 2 to 4 days just to get a consult. Moon Valley did a thorough inspection inside and out and determined the best procedure to treat for termites that had showed up on a couple of my exterior walls and in garage. Chris did the initial consultation and scheduled treatment for a couple days later.  His brother Tim, showed up promptly on time for the treatment and got to work right away. When completed, he walked my property and showed me all that had been done, plus he took extra time so show me a couple of areas to pay attention to and possibly adjust how my shrubs got watered to keep the areas near my foundation drier.  Price came in exactly as quoted and absolutely no hidden or extra charges and price was very reasonable when compared to one of my neighbors who had a different company do the same thing to his house (which is same size as mine). I highly recommend Moon Valley Pest Control.

All of the tech are great but Harrison Taylor is top notch. Communication on spot even though I was at work.

We have used Defense Pest Control for several years and have always had excellent service.

Scott came out to treat a pest problem we had in our kitchen.  The treatment did not work.  I called Scott to come out again, and he never came, or follow up.  I would not recommend this company.

Still awesome....sprayed for weeds and then for ants/bugs at our Chandler house. Will continue to do business with them!

We have been with them for 4 years now and have been very pleased. Excellent customer service and all the bugs are dead if we do find a bug in the house it's usually dead. They have given us discounts and kept very good notes and still pay attention to requests made 4 years ago. I would recommend them.
