This company is so wonderful! I am so glad I found them on Yelp! The owner is very friendly and he emailed  a diagram of the areas  he was going to treat for termites and the estimate.  I would highly recommend this company.

I sold my house and in the home inspection evidence of termites were found. So the buyers asked for a treatment before they bought - to which I agreed to. Since I don't have a termite person in my Rolodex, I turned to Yelp.

House Doctor came out and did their inspection and laid out the price. I agreed and it was done.

House Doctor was prompt in their times. Their initial inspection appointment window was 9-11, and they showed up at about 9:30. Perfect. Then for the treatment it was 9-11 also and they showed up at almost exactly 9. Storm came in and the technician worked hard to get the job done so they didn't have to come back and do it all over again.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting in 4 different area's on my roof. I called Don and came to my house that same day to look into my particular issue and give me an estimate.  After a very good price was given, I scheduled time the next day to have the work done.  Don was on time, very professional, explained all of the repairs to me, finished the work in the time frame given.  I am so happy with his work.  So happy that I had him come back a few days later to discuss another possible need for his work.  I would highly recommend Don to anyone who needs the services he provides.

I work as a vendor for this company and I can tell you that all the people talking about what a great guy Bret is....well they are absolutely right. Bret and his guys are top notch and their service shows it. You wont find better people to work with. They know their craft. They buy quality materials and then go out and do the excellent service.

The new technician barely spent same time treating the property.  Did not spray the block wall or the foundation as past technicians did.  I quit them immediately.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

I had another opportunity to have Burns Pest Control coming out to my home in Ahwatukee. Once again the gentleman was well trained, informed, professional and helpful besides treating my property.
As with the last visit, David from the east valley office who has been with Burns some eight years did an incredible job. After 27 years as a public servant in a federal program, I know what good customer service  is and David is a superstar. David is the type of employee who companies hope for and performance, professionalism and vast knowledge of the work he does. I suggest you recognize him as employee of the month or quarter as we do in our government offices. Perhaps a new Burns shirt, a new Van, a weekend in Cabo or just a nice dinner around town to support our local businesses. Thank you, once again a pleasure to work with you. Dapper

I don't know why anyone would ever use another company. Watts is truly the best. They're honest, courteous,effective. They respond immediately. Even if you are someone a lil high maintenance and low patience like myself. They've always worked around my schedule and i've been using them for over a year now. They do outside even if I'm not available and I don't have to worry about anything being broken (which did  happen to me with a different company I used before I found watts ) no worries about something not being completed. I'm not sure why it took me 35 years to write a review but that's how long we've been using Moon valley pest control. Every time they come they do a great job. Super reasonably priced and we see no bugs for about 6 months. Today Chris went above and beyond and took out a wasp nest that have been built in our bushes. Would definitely recommend this family owned neighborhood company!

Today Anthony Fernandes was my technician.  He was very good.  We specifically wanted inside garage and house today because we are usually not home when they come to treat and we had seen a pest or two inside.  We believe he was very thorough and also was polite.  He asked if he could open closets or go upstairs.  I appreciate that.

Now hopefully this will do the trick.

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

Called on Monday and experienced an Extremely responsive and helpful staff to help me schedule an inspection by Wednesday. Glenn came out, very much on time, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.  He reminded me of a 100% grade A American, trustful and professional energy that you just can't find these days in business owners. Fortunately the tunnels he discovered were all dried up and I got lucky! Thank you for your time AZ termite!

George Schureman from your Gilbert location came to my home this morning for a termite treatment which is something that has really been stressing us out as first time home owners. George was so incredibly nice and super professional, we will DEFINITELY be bringing our business back to Blue Sky if and when we need them. I wish all businesses practiced the way you guys do.
