This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

We've been using Truly Nolen for years along with my parents and grandparents, so we obviously trust Truly Nolen with our pest control needs. We recently moved and had a new technician come to our house named Tammy Schwertfager and she is absolutely fantastic.  Thorough, honest and personable; just what I like. After finding two scorpions inside my new house I panicked! I found Responsible Pest Control, and booked online which was extremely easy to do and convenient. Garrett came yesterday- his service and knowledge is remarkable! He was so kind and tentative! But you felt the need to put a positive spin on any shortcomings you have whether realized or not. You're misconceptions of reality will follow you until you finally figure out what you told me and the techs working for you numerous times we don't know anything about pest control Thank you for your well wishes. I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

I called to make an appointment and they came the next day! I was so busy I even forgot they were coming and was not home when they showed up. Luckily they were extremely patient and stayed until they reached me. I gave them our lock box code to get in and they did a very thorough job! I kept apologizing that I completely forgot to make sure I was home and they were so nice and understanding about it!   I was carrying in groceries as they were finishing up and the gentleman even asked if I needed help carrying stuff in. I look forward to giving these guys my business and telling my family and friends about them too!

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for pest control company. We just moved into our home and wanted it sprayed. Joaquin responded to me very quickly with an estimate and he was willing to travel all the way to Gilbert. He sent Martin on a Sunday who was on time, and very detailed and sprayed around our moving mess. Nice guys and very affordable. The inside and outside was done for $45.00 along with brushing and cob webs from the walls.

I LOVE Naturzone!!!!

The company I used prior wouldn't come when they promised.  I don't mean late...I mean they never came that day.  I asked that they put me on an automatic schedule but that was too difficult for them.  Floors me how unmotivated some people can be.

One day a Naturzone sales rep knocked my door.  I was totally skeptical, but had nothing to lose.  Turned out to be a great decision.

Naturzone always kept their word and the people I spoke with on the phone were fantastic.  They always contacted me a few days before my next automatic appointment to confirm.  Their staff that did the servicing were great too.  Immediately after the work was complete they would email me.

I have nothing but good things to say about Naturzone.  The one time we had bug issues (a few weeks after they sprayed), they re-sprayed at no additional cost.

Having recently installer solar panels on our Surprise 2 story home, we were dismayed to realize how attractive they were to the local pigeon population. Searching Yelp review revealed 2 local companies, both of which came out with estimates, however Joe and Professional Pigeon Control stood out as the better alternative. His team provided a free estimate and flexible scheduling and on the day of install, they completed a thorough roof cleaning and installation with no damage to our panels or roof. We are completely satisfied and love working with locally owned and operated businesses.

This guy is very inappropriate in dealing with veterans and conducting inspections for VA home loans. A VA loan makes it the sellers responsibility to pay for the inspection. Once   Joe Funnell couldn't get payments from the sellers he harassed me and threatened me with collections. I'll be glad to send anyone a copy of Joes correspondence with me about his actions. I will be seeking legal counsel for his actions.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

We used Eco-Logic Mgmt for termites and they were a great company to work with. Straight-forward, honest and competitive pricing when it comes to other termite companies. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

This company has spent the last several days harassing households in our neighborhood (a post in our neighborhood group on FB had over 110 responses related to this company's activities in our community). They ignore no solicitation signs, use high pressure sales tactics, refuse to take no for an answer, get combative and rude with homeowners who *repeatedly* say no thank you.

I was specifically visited by someone who identified himself as Devin on a small scooter. He stated he represented Greenleaf and had signed up a boat load of my neighbors, to which I thanked him and politely said not interested. He went on about how he could save me money and wouldn't it be great to support a local business (he hadn't asked who we used nor what we paid, so not sure how he could have made this statement). I told him that I was happy with my current provider and wasn't interested in making a change.

After about my fourth no thank you, I explained I needed to get back to work, he rolled his eyes and then said well I guess you're just not smart enough to see how much money I can save you.  Not sure why he chose to insult me as his next sales tactic, because as you can imagine, I wasn't impressed nor suddenly swayed to sign up with him. At this point, I explained that I had been patient and polite, and had told him *no* at least four times, that our conversation was over and that he needed to leave my property immediately. I then closed the door in his face. He jumped on his scooter and moved on down the street.

Devin has visited several of my neighbors over the past several days and those I talked to mentioned very similar experiences - high pressure sales tactics, *repeatedly* refused to take no for an answer, and became rude and disrespectful. Nobody that I talked to in my neighborhood that was unfortunate to meet him signed up for his service.

Based on my personal interaction with Devin, I would never do business with this company.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

Office staff isn't polite. They call to remind you of your appt a day before but don't give a time. Then when they show up, if your not home they won't service back yard because if you have animals. Had Terminex for the past 10 years in CA and this was ever an issue with a 4lb Yorkie that's afraid of everything.
