This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Aaron is professional,responsive, gets the job done. I guess the six- and eight- legged might have problems with Truly Nolen, but I don't!

Brandon Humphreys has come out to our house to service a few times. We started having scorpions in back January and called bulwark. Brandon came out sprayed and was very informative, he is very knowledgeable and told us what to expect. Ever since he has been spraying we have not had a problem. Thank you Brandon!!!!

They correspond via text, which I thought was amazingly convenient... but I had to cancel my 2nd service appt bc we would not be home. I told the customer service person I would have to contact them at a later time to reschedule, as I didnt know when we would be home during the week next. The rep responded that they did not require us to be home; they could still service our property.  I made myself very clear when I responded that I did not want them coming when we weren't here. I live in a townhome, adjacent units on both sides.  I have 2 floors, 1400+ square feet, and a backyard- only accessible through the house.  Our pest problems come from an overgrown, adjacent backyard and water damage that resulted in missing drywall along the gap between units.  Publicly accessible (when we aren't home) is about 50 ft of perimeter.... most of which is the garage.  A few weeks later I came home to a notice on my door that they had treated that whole whopping garage wall and instructed me to pay the bill.  Furious, I did not. They sent a text a couple times reminding me to pay. The thing about text messages... they're alot less data to store than recorded voice converstions... it's there in black and white!   I eventually paid them, ONLY because I didnt want my credit score dinged over this if they sent it to collections... and that's NOT RIGHT.
I have a commercial account with Truly Nolen for my business, and yes, it's a little on the pricey side... but at least you are getting what you're paying for!

Elite Pest Pros...or Ryan, basically (he's a one-man show who owns EPP and does the service himself!), is all you need to take care of your termites! He has a CSR that helps him with scheduling, but otherwise, Ryan is the man!

For my quote, he arrived on time, nicely dressed and was super friendly while he pointed out the termite damage and the source (which other companies couldn't do!!).  He gave me a run-down of what he'd do to get it taken care of and his quote was actually much less than that of the other companies.  Sign me up!

Today he did the service, arriving early (but communicating this and asking my permission first).  He took care of everything, made sure I understand what he did and where, and gave me some tips for after-treatment.

Not that anyone wants to have termites (or really pay to have termites removed) but Elite Pest Pros took care of me fairly painlessly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their termites to be terminated! (Sorry, couldn't help myself)

This actually works!! We had one scorpion a month in our house and then one appeared in the baby's room, i called these guys - desperate to get the scorpions out of the house.

They started the business because they experienced the same thing and believed there had to be a solution. They sent a crew of 3 guys to our house, who spent 5 hours sealing the interior and the next time another crew spent several hours sealing the exterior. They also advised us on how to landscape the yard to detract scorpions from our house.

No kidding, the scorpions were gone!! This really works. And I believe in it so much, we recently moved so I had them come and sell the new house before we moved in. Worth every penny!

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Just completed my first pest control service from Guaranteed after switching from another company. Five Stars!!  Joseph did a thorough inspection and pest control service. Exceptional, professional and friendly service call. I plan to continue to schedule them for our pest control needs and highly recommend to others.

We contacted Joaquin and Thumbs Up Pest Management to assist with a pigeon nest and waste cleanup on the roof of our home.  Joaquin responded quickly and quoted us a price that was less than the other pest management companies we had contacted.  Thumbs Up was able to come out within two days to complete the cleanup project and did an outstanding job.  Joaquin was knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service.  I would highly recommend Thumbs Up to anyone having pest issues!

Reasonably priced and effective. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have very young children and cats, so it is important to us that the products used are safe for both, and that is what Naturzone specializes in. The invoice includes a detailed description of the service performed including amount of materials and where they were applied, so we know exactly what is being brought onto our property.

Daniel Guerra has been doing the spraying of my property in Casa Grande and he is always friendly, on time, and willing to give advice if needed. Have not had an insect problem inside or outside the property since using this business. I recommend them highly!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

We love the service they provide in AZ. The tech that's comes every 2 months keeps our home bug free. He addresses any concerns we have right away. If you live in the valley I strongly recommend Greenleaf Pest Control.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

Called these guys last week after seeing termite activity in my kitchen and scheduled an inspection. The inspector noted that there were no signs of termites on the stem walls, so said they must be coming from cracks in the foundation. He gave me a quote for standard termite treatment. I then had four other companies including Orkin, Terminix & Truly Nolen come out and do the same. They all agreed that there were no activity on the stem walls and were likely coming from the foundation. BUT they all also agreed that to treat the problem, it would be necessary to angle drill to treat the problem area, not simple the stem wall. After getting the opinions of the three big companies, I called a friend who owns a company in another state, and he to agreed that angle drilling in this case was the right way to do the job.

After receiving this information, I called Budget Bros and asked that my treatment be applied using angle drilling. At this time they said they would have to send another inspector out to confirm angle drilling could be done. The second inspector came and confirmed that angle drilling could be performed and agreed that angle drilling would be the best way to do the job right. He then said that angle drilling was harder and more risk involved and there would be an additional $250 fee. I agreed to the fee, also an additional fee of $100 to use Termidor. I was okay with paying more to get the job done right!

So today the driller was first to show up to my house and he immediately Says that he cannot angle drill because it's too much of a liability and he could hit water pipes. I told him the house was inspected twice by your company and I agreed to pay extra for angle drilling. He then said well if I do it, you will have to sign a liability damage waiver. I told him that was absurd and was never communicated to my by the inspector or the office. He then said I could wait to discuss with the tech that was actually doing the treatment and that he did not have the work order, he was just here to drill and prep the house.

Once the tech showed up and after holes were drilled in my concrete, the tech said the same thing. We will not angle drill unless you sign a damage waiver releasing us from all liability. Being a business owner myself, this was a red flag. I then explained to him that the whole point of the second inspection and paining more was to angle drill. He then called the owner and was told by the owner to not angle drill without a damage waiver signed.

After this, I called my buddy who owns a termite company in Texas and asked if this was standard. As I suspected he said it was not. He said if I cause damage, we pay for it. I then called Terminix, Orkin and Truly Nolen and asked them all if they were to treat my house as they proposed using angle drilling, would I have to sign any damage waivers. They all said no! One even laughed and apologized on behalf of Budget Bros for making all pest control companies look bad. After being told by 4 different companies that they don't require any damage liability waiver, I sent Budget Bros packing.

I scheduled the service with one of the big 3 companies. I'd rather pay a little more and have the job done right by professionals who will take the responsibility if they screw up. Not some amateurs like Budget Bros. What a joke
