This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I have to give a shout out to Truly Nolan and especially Tammy, the technician that came out to diagnose my problem. I can't say enough about Tammy!  She is personable, pleasant, and humorous along with being very knowledgeable in her craft!!  She knows everything and anything about rodent and pest control!!!  I just moved to Scottsdale and discovered that I had some unwanted critters and bugs!  I called Truly Nolan to make an appointment.  They sent Tammy out right away.  Tammy asked me a few questions and went right to work.  When she finished her exploration of my roof and yard she told me that I had roof rats!  I was shocked!  OMG!  Tammy said Don't worry, I will take care of it and went to work right away!  Needless to say she put my mind at ease and I trust here to the hilt!  Truly Nolan and Tammy are my go to people for pest problems forever!  I give them my highest recommendation!  Kudos to all of them but especially Tammy who works in the trenches!  Thank you Tammy!  I appreciate you and all that you do!!

I've been a loyal Bullock customer for years & have 2 accounts. Today Anthony Gonzales sprayed outside all over my yard for my regular spray. He also reminded me he wanted to spray my Arizona Room because it was locked! Thank you Anthony! I have 4 entrance/exit doors leading to my upper & lower levels in my home, plus the door to my Arizona Room. Little buggies sneak in the door cracks of course. However, it's been months since I've seen even 1 little critter thanks to Bullock being on the ball. I get an email & txt days prior to my services from whoever is coming to my home detailing the date and time they will arrive. I don't need the indoors done except a few times a year due to their dedication. I really like one of Bullock's policies; they will come back free of charge between my regular sprays as many times as I need! That has come in handy several times, even if I only see 2 bugs; that's more than enough for me! I have a large dog that they all know and pet. I don't have to shut him in a room or tie him up. I also like that my payments are set up on auto pay! Their prices are great, & the employees are super! Someone almost always answers the phone, or gets right back to me. I've moved several times & Bullock has accommodated me each time taking 1 stresser off my plate. Last summer I cleaned a neighbors weeds and realized I had a spider bite. It just happened to be the day my house was set to be serviced by Bullock. The employee looked at my finger & told me to go to a medical facility asap because it was a Black Widow bite! OMG! I went to my Urgent care, was taken straight to a room for immediate help. My Dr gave me a shot, 2 perscriptions, & vital care instructions! He was also grateful to Bullock, as I'm a Kidney patient and anything & everything can be life concerning. As far as I feel about Bullock; they saved me from complications or worse.  Talk about 1 on 1 personal customer service! I'm truly grateful & there's so much more I would love to write complimenting Anthony and the entire Bullock crew. If you're in the market for ANY type of pest control; look no further!

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and  a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained every part of the process and chemicals in detail. I would totally recommend Elite Pest Pros to my friends and neighbors any time. The world could use more honest contractors like that.

Don't know what else to say other than THANK YOU!   We were getting 2-3 scorpions in the house per DAY.    Two years later and we're luck if we get 3 per year.   Completely changed our life.  With 3 little kids, it's provided a feeling I'm not sure we thought we could ever have.   The only other option was selling the house that we loved.   We don't have to do that now thanks to this team!!!!!!!!!!!

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

I am a dog groomer and had a client come in and drop a flea bomb on me! Three dogs totally infested with fleas. On a normal day I will let the dogs out in my runs so they can get plenty of exercise and wind down before we get started on their groom. These dogs had been in my runs all morning long and when I started on the first one, that was when I discovered the fleas. I brought in the other two and sure enough all three were so heavily infested with fleas that they were jumping onto my arms as I carried them to the tub. I immediately called guaranteed pest control and Trey was here within 45 minutes of my call! He not only saturated my runs, he did my house, my shop, my yard, and all around the perimeter of my location. I could have literally lost hundreds of dollars if I would have had to shut down to wait to have this taken care of. A loss like that would cripple my small business! Understanding the urgency of the matter, Trey handled it as if I was his only and most important customer! The peace of mind alone was a comfort that I sorely needed but Trey's attitude, professionalism, and kindness were priceless! Without hesitation, I will refer this company to any and everyone that I meet :-)

Called in for an estimate on monthly pest control service and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a new pest control service!

They were very fast with replies and all communication. Two guys spent three hours here putting up mesh wiring...replacing our old stuff that didn't work... Removing debris... And even cleaning the bird crap off the side of the house. One year warranty. Price was about half of what we were previously quoted by another company.  We were very pleased and would highly recommend them!!!

We found a bed bug in a bedroom on a Sunday, called Naturzone at 7:00AM (right at opening) on Monday and Bill was at our place an hour later. He inspected our home, and didn't find any problems or signs of bed bugs. He did not recommend any treatments, but offered services if that made us feel better. In addition, he made sure to give us a lot of suggestions and advice on how to prevent future bed bug issues. He spent a lot of time educating us bed bugs, and it made us feel a lot better about finding one. We are definitely going to recommend Naturzone to anyone we know that experiences issues with pests.

We recently used Joseph to take care of serious pigeon problem we have had under our solar panels for years. His team was professional, friendly, clean and thorough. They cleaned up  the terrible mess and installed proofing for prevention of roosting in the future. We could not have been happier with his pricing, included services and his trustworthiness.  We highly recommend this business!

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

I have been trying to get in touch with Eco Logic Management but have not received a response. First I wrote an email to them and got an automatic response saying they would contact me in 48 hours.  When they did not get back to me I called and got a message saying they would return my call in 24 hours. Again, no response. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

This Tech was more thourough than any other tech.
NOT once have any of the other techs given us Sticky Rodant Traps, this 1 did. So baisically we were paying for a product we never recieved. Hmmmmm. Thank youto this Tech for being thourough at what he does.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

This company advertises that they have Valley wide, Same day service.  However, their response time is usually around 3-5 weeks.  They always have an excuse for not being able to come out and perform the treatment when I find termites.  The usual excuse is rain has caused an increased workload.  It hasn't rained for months and they are still using the summer monsoons excuse (December 9th).  
So my appointment is 5 weeks from now, to get the treatment done.  I asked to speak with a manager to see about getting a better response time.  The manager was too busy and the phone attendant said she will call back.  No call.
Budget Brothers is consistently very poor to work with.  And, they do not do an effective job of treating termites.  Find another, higher rated service with whom to work.
UPDATE: Dec. 10.  The manager called back and offered to move up the appointment from 5 weeks to 11 days from now.  That amount of time is acceptable but it should not take this much effort to get acceptable results.
