This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Charlie gave excellent customer service today for rodent exclusion work.  He was prompt, precise, professional and friendly.  He astutely figured out exactly where we needed work done with eagle's eye and completed the work thoroughly and explained everything he did.  Thank you, Charlie!

If I was able to, I'd give it a 4.5 star review only because they don't seem to stick to a routine with service every 4 weeks. Sometimes they come every 3 weeks and sometimes it's 6 weeks or anywhere in between. With that being said, they do always call me 2 days before they are going to come out. Ever since they started coming my scorpion problem has drastically decreased. I do get the occasional scorpion and at times a giant hairy desert scorpion but that's only when the service exceeds 5 weeks from the previous visit. They are very good about spraying inside my home when I request it. Also, their customer service, both the technicians and office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Now if only they had a treatment to keep the birds and flys away!!!!

Ryan is top notch! I have been using Elite Pest Pros for over a year and during that time, I have not seen one spider or one scorpion.  The best thing about Ryan and Elite Pest Pros is that they do not require a contract! When I feel like we need service, I call and schedule my appointment. Ryan does his thing and that's it. No-nonsense, great service and that's it!

I waited exactly one full spring, summer and winter before I sat down to write this review.  I wanted to go through a full season before I made my recommendation.  Let me tell you Seal Out Scorpions was worth every penny I spent!!  We lived in our home 3 years and never saw a scorpion let alone have a problem with them.  Then our 4th summer we were invaded.  Out of the blue we started finding them inside.  3 in one day!  Then we took a black light and went outside and there were so many we lost count.  We were absolutely terrified.  We have 2 small children and did not want them to get stung.  I have always had regular pest control every month and obviously it was not doing the job.  I then called Seal Out Scorpions.  Georgia was patient and understanding and dealt with my hysteria with empathy and professionalism.  They sealed our house.  Gave me a pest control regimen (we hired ScorpionTech) and I have been diligent about using the repellent products around my home and doorways.  Last summer we had none in our house and only one dead one outside.  I have not seen any this fall or winter and I will continue to follow the control regime.  I agree with other customers.  There is no quick fix on scorpion control but if you use Seal Out Scorpions and listen to what they tell you to do you will significantly reduce or eliminate your scorpion problem all together.  If you are on the fence HIRE THEM.  You will not regret it!!  Thank you SOS!  You gave me peace of mind in my home again.

Precision Pest Control provides amazing service. We have been customers for well over a decade and have been extremely happy and bug free! They are very prompt and always give a courtesy call days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our exterminator (George) is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At the end of each service call he lets us know if he has any concerns.  To be honest, we can't remember the last time we saw bugs in or around our house!

I am so grateful for everything this company did to help me and my family get rid of the horrible bed bugs we had in our apartment. We moved in a couple months ago and we had no idea the previous tenants had moved out because of the same problem, but instead of letting the manager know they just packed up and left. We had no idea what to do, we didn't know it was bed bugs so by the time we figured out what was going on, we had gotten rid of our beds, clothes, the kids stuffed animals, anything that could be carrying these nasty bugs. I received a few quotes for Pigeon proofing my solar and other roof areas and they were square in the middle of the pack, but still extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the service I received. Joe and his team did a fantastic job. It's been nearly a month with no Pigeon problems and I am thrilled. I would highly recommend their services!!

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. Daniel Guerra has been doing the spraying of my property in Casa Grande and he is always friendly, on time, and willing to give advice if needed. Have not had an insect problem inside or outside the property since using this business. I recommend them highly!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Salesman knocked on my door despite my conspicuous and unambiguous No Solicitors sign and he proceeded to solicit Greenleaf's services. Even after I asked him if had seen the sign, to which he said he did, he kept going on about Greenleaf's service. I offered him a water and sent him on his disrespectful way.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

I am updating my review because Budget Brothers contacted me to discuss my situation and was very customer service oriented in resolving it. I appreciated how quickly they contacted me and were wanting to make things right.
