Best Pest Control Services in United States

We have been using Urban Desert for a few months now, and have been very impressed both with the quality of the treatment and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.  We recently had Matt, Codie, and Keegan come out to do a termite treatment (which was quite a bit more involved than I realized) but they were quick, clean, and professional, all wearing masks (thank you!).

We also love that we can text you for scheduling! So convenient! Appointments start on time and it's easy to communicate with the technician.

Haven't had any issues since getting service with Insectek. They are very quick to send someone out if we notice anything outside of our normally scheduled service. Parker has been a great tech and have them service multiple properties with great results.

Marshall did a fantastic job not only with treating the entire home and yard, but also explaining what he was using and why he was using it. He is very personable and I feel comfortable with him visiting my home when I am not here to take care of my pest needs.  He sprayed inside the home and within the garage to what he could get to considering we had quite a few boxes from just moving a couple days ago. He mentioned that he would be more than willing to respray any areas inside the home and garage that he wasn't able to get to because of our items when he returns in a month. Great service, I am very happy with my choice to use y'all.

About three months ago several pigeons decided to hang out on my roof line and enter a little nook on the second story. After about two and a half weeks I knew I could not tackle these on my own so I reached out and got a quick response from Wes. He agreed to come out and do an estimate and time permitting the work the same day.  I always like to have a courtesy call 1 hours in advance because there's been too many times somebody doesn't show and you waste your whole day but in my case I have a gated entry and prefer to give the code during the call.  He called prior to his arrival estimated the work and the materials that would be used. I live in an HOA community we're certain colors and things exposed on your house come with restrictions, he was happy to paint the material to match the color of the house so it would not be a issue.

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

Wish I could give them more stars!  I felt Nick, the owner, was totally honest and upfront about what it would cost me for termite control treatment and follow up visits.  Good price on termite renewals and regular monthly pest control.  Tech Talon (termite treatment) and Tech Blake (regular bug service) were both very professional and courteous.  I am looking forward to working with them again.

Called company to get more information on bug removal and spoke to a rude and uneducated woman that kept asking questions to another person. When asked to speak to the other woman she said well maybe you can talk to her but she maybe on the phone. Don't need to do service with a company that you can't get straight answers from your first phone call.

Very disappointed with the service we have been receiving.  We have been with the for over 16 years. When we moved locations they transft us to this one. Too many no shows to count always various excuses. Tired of being lied to just done with them. Don't tell me you stopped by and I wasn't home. After waiting 4 hours for them to show up. My husband watched them stop at the street and leave after a few minutes.  when I called they said they stopped and no one was home

Recently purchased a home in Queen Creek, and needed to start pest control.  Went by the great reviews here and the ones that mentioned how responsible they were being with COvid-19 safety.  I put in an inquiry and they were professional and responsive and able to get us scheduled quickly. Just had our first treatment today and am extremely pleased. Very grateful to see a company be respectful in  the time of COVID and take proper precautions (masks, gloved, distanced). The service itself was prompt, professional, and thorough.  Fantastic company.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Jon treated my home for termites this morning. He was professional, courteous and hard working. He worked quickly to schedule an inspection and get the work done. He was very thorough and double checked the interior of my home after he was done treating the outside. Luckily, he spotted some new termite activity and took care of it. I'm very pleased with the job and would definitely hire his company again! Thank you, Jon!!

These guys are AMAZING!! Same day service, very easy to get a hold of and asked detailed informed questions to really get to know our situation. Kevin came out to the house and was on time, courteous and super respectful. We had someone else come to the home earlier and weren't confident with their inspection, seemed rushed and like they were trying to sell products. Kevin literally checked EVERYTHING with special equipment, FREE INSPECTION and told us exactly why he was doing what he was doing and what he was looking for. He took his time, efficient but not rushed and checked every nook and cranny. It turns out we do not have bed bugs, and he was very honest that they only treat when there is an issue and do not take advantage of customers for money! I wish we could use this company for all our extermination's, but they are specialized in only bed bugs. It makes sense tho, this is THEIR THING. If you have or think you may have a bed bug problem- CALL THEM!!!

Great customer service and their pre-emergent absolutely works. Hired them after we moved into our new place in Feb of 2020, not one weed for an entire year and just had them treat again in April. Great value and will be hiring every year.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We just moved to Arizona from California. We heard that in Arizona we would possibly see scorpions in our home. We noticed a scorpion Sunday night inside our home. I was terrified and started looking for a pest control company. Many of which I called were either unavailable or overpriced. When I called Orange Pest Control Monday morning the representative there was very nice. She not only explained thoroughly what services would be included with the pest control but also was able to have someone come out to our home that same day. Ryan came out to our home and was very professional. He even gave us some advice on finding some great homes to buy in that area. As soon as Ryan finished and left we started noticing several bugs dying in the garage and inside our home. We are very happy with their service and price is supper affordable!
