Urban Desert came to my house this morning to spray for bugs, and Jeremy was so great! He was super friendly, and took time to chat and explain what all he was going to do before he got started.

Spraying our house didn't take long at all, and Jeremy was very quick, efficient, and quiet, as he knew I was doing some work. He did all areas where there was access to water (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), but was careful not to spray on our wood floors in case it stained, and also did the garage, the back and front yard, and all along our fence line. He even did the back alley to help keep our yard safe!

Since he just came this morning, I'll have to update my review to say how the job was for actually keeping pests out lol. But as far as service, definitely five stars. Jeremy took the time to get to know me a little bit (which is nice since we'll see him every few months), and he even took his shoes off to come inside which was so kind!

Thank you Gerrit!! He arrived on time, smiling, friendly, explained the work he would be doing. 6 STARS!!

These people really care and appreciate in helping their customers by getting the job done. They did determine that we had termites. Checking walls and spotting the signs of infestation. They also tried looking up on the AZ website when the last time our house was treated for termites and the previous company failed to list this on their report. They sent the estimator the following day on a time we could definitely be accommodated too. They don't believe in windows or blocks of time wasting the customers entire day like many of their competitors do. They answered all my questions and explained the procedures.  They cleaned up and cared to keep our house in great condition. They even wear show booties in our house!

Offered us a great warranty. My wife and I are going to give them our pest control service as soon as we can get out of our previous contract. It is also convent to have a local family business helping us.

Give these guys six stars if I could.  Wes and team are super professional, timely and reasonably priced.   Wes completed the job and just for good measure came by again to make sure I was all squared away.  Use these guys for anything pest control related!

I have been using TruForce since before the pandemic and honestly I have zero concerns. we had a scorpion problem and we haven't had any issues since they started treating our house. Tony has been our technician since 2020 and he's so kind and professional. He lets us know when he's here and what he's here for and asks if there's anything else that we need treated. We recently started seeing ants around our plants and he treated the issue without harming the plants.

I can't recommend them enough. They're honestly so great to work with and very responsive.

They responded quickly and fit me in the same day!! They were very communicative and friendly and explained their products thoroughly to allay my concerns about my kids and animals. I'll absolutely call them again (but I hope I won't have to!!)

I found a tunnel in my garage and FREAKED out... (this was last year)...

Many of my friends had termite problems too, and also had problems with having to be treated again and such...

I called Terminex for a quote.. and that was an interesting experience.. The guy asked me if he could come at 6am, instead of our scheduled 4pm, because he had to take his personal truck to the shop... im understanding, but maybe you shouldn't tell people that..

ANYWAYS! The woman came out (sorry, i forgot her name).. but she was friendly and knowledgeable.  A guy came out soon after and put the chemicals down..

They were cheaper than all the other quotes i received and I was super pleased with all of the people I worked with!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I haven't seen anymore signs of them, but am going to call and have them come check again, since im paranoid.. and im thinking about calling them to help w/ crickets and scorpions and such!

We had a terrible experience w another company, Aptive. I saw that Green Magic had a five star rating on Yelp so we gave them a call. The excellent service we received on the phone from Matt let me know that we found the right company. Jordan came the next day and again we got excellent service! Looking forward to working with Green Magic for our pest control services!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We have used Bulwark Exterminating for over 10 years, and recently had to get call back service due to scorpion activity from the monsoon rains.  Casey is always prompt, and professional, and we appreciate his service.  He actually found a dead scorpion while he was here, so the service is working!!!  Thanks Bulwark

In and out quickly and seems to have done a great job.  I haven't seen any bugs or especially scorpions.  The price was reasonable as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Heat Pest Services.  So professional, efficient, timely, and caring, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.  Alex K. was at my home the day I called, gave us a free estimate after confirming a very mild bed bug infestation, and was out three days later to treat (spray) our home.  He gave us detailed instructions on how to treat the problem as well as help us prevent them from coming again.  Well worth the money to pay the extra for a guarantee as we needed a re-treat after 2 weeks (they really are resilient little things!).  Our routines are much different now, but I'm so grateful to Alex K. for helping us be bug free.  Please call them at the first sign of a problem, you'll be glad you did!!

When I moved to Phoenix a few years ago, a friend recommended this company for weed prevention. They came out each spring and sprayed my yard and I never saw a single weed the entire time I lived in my rental property. This year I purchased a home and Custom Weed & Pest Control came out and sprayed the yard about six weeks ago. The gentleman that came out was so efficient that I couldn't believe he sprayed the entire yard. Well, while there's an abundance of weeds in my neighbor's yard, but not a single weed in mine. These guys are exceptional!!!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Great service! We used Copper State Pest Management, and are so happy we did. Alex was our service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided detailed services at a great price. We will definitely be using the company in the future.

This company contacted me via my Yelp request and On Saturday I  schedule a visit for Monday at 8am.  I took off work and no one showed up and when I called they couldn't locate anyone to discuss the no show with except the scheduling girl.  Still no one showed up and then called me at 11am to tell me they never had me on the schedule!  Very disorganized and clearly unprofessional.  I do not recommend unless you want to miss a day or work and still have pet control issues.

I called Orange Pest Control after the first company that came to get rid of scorpions in our Gilbert home only resulted in us finding nearly 50 more each week. Tyler T. came out the next day and not only sprayed thoroughly inside and out, but also set sticky traps and used a pesticide dust around the exterior. He followed up frequently and I felt so much better seeing fewer scorpions immediately. Within a month they were extremely scarce, if any. I have since had Orange treat my rental home in San Tan Valley for spiders with the same great results. Their prices are the best I've found and they guarantee their work. They are a small business and the pride in their work shows, and I feel comfortable having them in and around my home and kids when they are working.

Joey was punctual, very pleasant and professional.  He kept us informed on what to expect after this initial treatment. Very knowledgeable!
