This is a long review, so I'll summarize my experience with URBAN DESERT PEST CONTROL up front. This company is devoted to its mission of controlling pests in the home (or elsewhere) and does so in the most professional, efficient and cordial manner. Other companies, regardless of size, could take a lesson from URBAN DESERT PEST CONTROL in how to effectively run a business and provide the level of personal customer satisfaction that is so sorely missing from many, if not most businesses today. The specifics of my experience follow:

I purchased my home in Feb 2021. I am writing this review in late June 2021. About 2 weeks ago, during my pest control company's (URBAN DESERT PEST CONTROL) bi-monthly treatment, termites were discovered in my garage. I searched through the closing documents from the purchase of my home and found a certification that the home was termite free. I don't know if this was determined merely by inspection or if the home was treated during the escrow period.

The prior owner of my home seemed to have used, in almost every respect, the low(est) cost, sub-par equipment, products and workers whenever making any improvements to the property. Though I don't know this to be the case with pest control companies, it was my assumption that a sub-standard company was employed in this regard.  

The technicians sent by URBAN DESERT PEST CONTROL for the bi-monthly treatments arrived on time and all seemed pleasant, efficient and truly interested in keeping my home and property pest free. I therefore decided to pursue the termite treatment with URBAN DESERT. The owner, Brad, made a formal termite inspection and confirmed that the area noted by the prior representative was indeed an active infestation. He was quick to assure us that the area in question was not a serious problem and could be treated quickly and effectively and that there would be no property damage. We agreed to a full termite treatment which includes an initial 5-year, transferrable warranty which is extendable on a yearly basis for years 6 thru 15!!!

The technicians who performed the termite treatment, Matt and Hyrum, arrived promptly at the appointed time, and took the time to inform me and my wife of exactly how they'd treat the property. A question arose as to whether we wanted them to drill into our pool deck. Matt explained the pros and cons and explained that whether we had them drill in the area in question or not, the warranty would still cover the entire property. I could not have been more pleased or surprised.

We have been using Simply Green for over a year and are very pleased with the quality of service. Controlling the scorpion population in our area is a constant challenge but Simply Green is the best company we have used. Art just performed a very thorough black light service on our property and removed several scorpions. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

I searched for a reputable pest control company that provided quality work at comparable prices and I found Westcoast Pest Control. Wes is the owner and both he and his crew were very professional, provided thorough services, genuine care for the quality of their work, and they were all reliable. At many pest companies you get basic inspection services during the inspection. However, Wes not only inspected our entire house top to bottom, including the attic, but he also sprayed inside and outside of the house, and set up several pest catching traps as a preventative measure all at the same prices you'd pay elsewhere! The best part is Wes saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle due to his persistence in identify the exact pest problem we were having which given our circumstance, was a bit challenging. I can't say enough about having our issues being handled so adequately and promptly with Westcoast Pest Control. Check them out and let them save you time and money;

These guys are super honest. We thought we had a bee problem.  Other pest companies wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to take care of it.  Merrill told us that they would be moving on shortly and not to be concerned. They did not charge us and They were right. In a few hours they all took off.  
Amazing to have such an honest and professional business.

David Y came out today to help us deal with numerous issues with scorpions, spiders, rodents and even snakes. He was courteous, early, helpful and made us feel confident in the service we were receiving. I would highly recommend David Y again.

It was a beautiful day when I woke up and heard a buzzing coming from behind my reading chair. Insert creepy flying critter. Green Magic Pest Control to the rescue and for the last year Atleast, they've kept the creepy critters away. I highly recommend this company. Their response time is phenomenal, they have worked with any rescheduling I've needed and are compassionate. I reached out to them to assist one of my patients as a hospice volunteer and they came to the rescue for her. This is a company whose professionalism is backed by compassion, heart and kindness. Their product is quality as are there people. Major thank you to Jordan especially who has made my pups look forward to our appointments and who makes it feel as though a friend is here. There is a level of trust with this company that is seldom found. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the team at Green Magic....in an effort to sound completely pun intended: you are simply magical.

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I used several pest control companies to address the ant problem before I found Bulwark.  With all the other companies, the ants usually came back after one to two months.  I used Bulwark for the first time four months ago.  Tyler showed up right on time and did a wonderful job.  He was professional, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  After locating the ant trails, He not only treated the surface areas but also did treatment inside the walls.  That was what did the trick!  I am so happy with the results that I have dedcided to sign on the regular service with Bulwark.

We just moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago and we saw some activity of pest and reached out for support. The Arizona pest team was patient with answering questions and sent a tech out the next day. Vincent was truly courteous and respectful when completing service. Awesome!!!!

Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

Great customer service and their pre-emergent absolutely works. Hired them after we moved into our new place in Feb of 2020, not one weed for an entire year and just had them treat again in April. Great value and will be hiring every year.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

FINALLY in the West Valley! While I've used pest control or pest management companies for years, I always felt that they were there more for the money they'd collect from me than to protect my home from pests. Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!

I have pigeon dropping issues on the front side of my rental home in Laveen. Brandin & team helped to clean up and put up spikes within 2 days. Due to access driveway issues, Brandin & team came back to complete the job later without extra charge & share pic for completed work. Thanks for the excellent work done timely at a reasonable price - highly recommended!

We had our first appointment with Orange Pest control last Saturday morning and it was better than expected. Brad Bliss arrived as promised and explained the whole process before starting the work.
The best part was that he wasn't just able to explain the whole process and answer various questions in English, he also did so in Spanish!(this was not expected)
Brad was very friendly, didn't matter whether we were speaking English or Spanish, he was just as friendly and respectful. Personally, it means a lot when companies are able to provide the same excellent service in your native language. Helps build a better relationship, and of course it invites more people to use your service!  
So far my experience with Orange Pest Control has been extraordinary and recommend them 110%. I for sure will be requesting Brad for our next visit in a couple months.

Joey was punctual, very pleasant and professional.  He kept us informed on what to expect after this initial treatment. Very knowledgeable!
