I had Urban Desert come out for termite treatment of my house.  Tino was the technician who provided the service.  He was very polite and professional.  I think he was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards.  Great job!!

Insectek did a great job treating our house for insects. They were very knowledgeable when I called to book the service, and Cortland took the time to answer all of my questions during the service. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend using this company.

Christian T. is a friendly and knowledgeable technician. He always takes the time to answer our questions and goes the extra mile for us. Simply Green has surpassed our expectations and always sends someone out should we run into an unwelcome house pest between services (which has only happened once & we live right next to a dairy!). On Tuesday we had a giant swarm of Bees decide they wanted to take up residency in our home. My wife alerted me that we may have a problem and showed me the swarm in the front of our house. I heard it before I saw it! Thousands of bees!! I immediately called West Coast and told them the situation and they put the call out to their Techs. for help. 15 min. later Danny showed up ready and willing to take care of the issue. At one point he asked me to check that no bees had gotten into the house. The were not in the house but I could HEAR them in the wall!!
Well Danny worked his magic and with in minutes the problem was solved and a crisis averted.
I'm will NEVER call another pest control company! I'm a West Coast Pest Control guy for life!! Thanks Jeff and Danny for your rapid response and the solution to our problem!!

I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

Hired them to exterminate some termites. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Their price for treatment was the best that I found after shopping around.

I hope I never have any other pests but if I do I will be calling them again.

After much research (almost 2 weeks) , and having Termite Companies come out and do a home inspection. I finally decided to go with Bill's Pest & Termite Control. Jonathan (Sales Person) was very informative and answered ever question I asked. He also explained about different types termites. I just knew right there and than, this is the company I decided to go with. Price was also very reasonable. Two year warranty included in price.
Today is Nov 17, 2014, and the Tech (Dallas) showed up at 12:30 (Right on time). He inspected the house, and showed me what & how he was going to treat our home. Very nice guy. Bill should be proud to have good employees like Dallas.  He also explained to me to keep and eye out for 2 to 4 weeks for any mud trails. Any way.....bottom line.....Awesome customer service....and a thumbs up for Dallas....thank you.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Today we had a service fellow named Ciaran.  He's a new technician to our area and was very nice and also helpful.  Great customer service.

Messaged for a quote this morning about some possible rodents in the walls of my home. Jonathan came out by mid day and we discovered some birds had taken up residence in the rafters. He provided some tips on resolving the problem and was very helpful and friendly. Will certainly be contacting them again to set up bi monthly pest control soon. Thanks for the help Jon.

Do NOT waste your money here! I found a female bed bug in my covers and decided to give these guys a call. They assured me that since they couldn't find a nest or any other bed bugs, my infestation is very light and that one chemical treatment would be enough. They only sprayed my mattress and bed frame, some of the baseboards in my room, some of my couch,  bedroom dressers, and that's it. They didn't spray or use DE inside the outlets and they didn't get other areas like my bathroom, dining room, or inside the couch like they had promised. I payed $300 (no warranty included) for them to use Temprid SC insecticide on some of my furniture. I ended up getting bites for the next 3 weeks. They didn't even tell me to wash and dry all my clothing and bedding and to treat other items in my room, no wonder I kept getting bitten! They also didn't retreat every 10 days, like it says to on the Temprid SC bottles (which you can get for $10 ea at a bug and weed store). I decided to retreat everything myself (INSIDE and out) with Temprid and with another insecticide recommended by the bug and weed mart. I washed and dried all clothing in my room and stored it in trash bags so bugs would not hide in my clothing. I also decided to use mattress and box spring covers and squirted diatomaceous earth in all the outlets, over all my carpeting, inside the couch, by he base boards, and all over my bed frame and in between the mattress and Box. Since then the bites have been subsiding. I could've saved $300 and done this treatment myself. These guys are lazy and do a half ass job because they know they'll come back to charge you more.

2 years ago I bought a backpack sprayer to kill the weeds.  Unfortunately, I seemed to be out there (we have an acre) every weekend because in Arizona every time it rains even a tiny bit, weeds pop up.  Love the rain, hate the weeds.  I could not keep up.  I called Custom Weed, and in a few days the weeds were dead and disintegrating.  I call them every year now, and the results are fabulous.  I think they spray weeds for everyone on our street.  The techs are courteous, and they are careful around bushes and trees.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

FINALLY in the West Valley! While I've used pest control or pest management companies for years, I always felt that they were there more for the money they'd collect from me than to protect my home from pests. Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!

Listen - I hate pest control companies as a rule. Lots of them in this area are aggressively rude, coming to my door and basically yelling at me when I say I already have service I am happy with. Once guy even just let himself into my backyard, pointing at imaginary spiderwebs as he went.

Frontino is NOT one of those companies. Everyone I have talked to there is literally once of the nicest people I have ever met in any service industry. They are courteous and kind, they listen when I have questions, and provide an affordable service to boot. With two big dogs and a toddler, I especially I appreciate that I get an email reminder the day before, AND a text from the tech letting me know an exact ETA.

I've lived in my Ahwatukee home for three years and have only seen one scorpion (probably from my neighbor who doesn't skin his palm trees, but that's another story for another day). The fact that this is a veteran-owned company, and that they are planting trees, are all perks to what is a wonderful service, owned and staffed by the best people!

Very pleased with Orange Pest Control. From start to my first service, everything has been great! I called on Thursday last week and when I called I had spoken with Tyler. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to get me set up with an appointment as soon as Tuesday the next week. I received an email and phone confirmation the day before. Today was my first treatment and I had Kacy come treat my house. He was very polite and friendly and explained everywhere he would be spraying and went over what the spray will treat. Kacy did a great job and covered everywhere. From the first phone call to this first service I'm very pleased! I highly recommend Orange Pest Control for all your pest problems.
