I don't usually write reviews, but Urban Desert Pest is the best.  I had an issue with termites and Chad made the proposal and Tino and Matt came to do the service.  Tino and Matt were on time and we have a large patio that recently had tile installed.  We were concerned about ruining the tile.  Tino and Matt came up with solutions to get rid of the termites without ruining our tile.  They did the rest of the job and afterwards cleaned up and you would never have known they were at our house.  Great job.  The overall team are the most knowledgeable in the pest industry and the customer service staff is outstanding as well.  Best pest control in the country.

I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and I love working with Insectek. Their service guys are terrific and always friendly. My regular guy Wayne is especially awesome.

About 3 days before your appointment you get an email reminder letting you know when they will be there. I've found them to be quite punctual. They have a green product option which is safe for pets. I don't have any pets but I'm always a fan of less harsh chemicals so I always get that sprayed. You can have them do just the outside or also the inside of your home, the price is the same.

It's rare, but sometimes I've found bugs in between visits. All I do is call them, they usually come the next day and do another spray for free.

I've had virtually no bugs indoors or outdoors and it's been a joy working with them. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I just moved down to AZ from WA in June. We bought a house and soon found out about our scorpion issue. We called Simply Green Pest Control and honestly received the BEST service from Christian! He's very professional and taught us so much about how the product works and all the things we can do inside the house to help fix the problem! Christian is so knowledgeable and we are lucky he's the one that will be treating our area from here on out! He's reassured us after a few treatments and after we seal up some plumbing we will have no issues! If you live in the Red Mountain, Las Sendas area I highly recommend you call Simply Green and request Christian!!

Just had my first spray treatment with West Coast and they were awesome! Easy to set everything up via email with Wes and he fit us in their schedule in two days once I explained the severity of our bugs. Danny came out and sprayed inside and outside. He was super nice and took his time going over what the plan of attack was.
I probably contacted 10 pest control companies and I'm quite confident I made the right choice. They made everything super easy for me and the price was incredible. Definitely recommend

I had then put some bird netting about a year ago and the birds pushed it a side. I called them twice to have them repair it and both times they said  they would schedule me but never heard from them. I hired some one else and they called me back in less the 24 hours and scheduled me and texted when they were on there way and when they were done. Also, this other company was half the price.

Great Service , they paid way more attention to the detail portion of the service.  They showed up on time and completed the service in a timely manner.    Great Job

I seldom write reviews -- in any medium, but my experience with Bulwark and a technician named Jason deserves special recognition. Jason has serviced my home on several occasions -- and I've always been very pleased with his performance. (Please note -- I'm not easily impressed.) He is thorough when treating my home and surrounding area -- and is patient when explaining the process. Yes, Jason is that good -- and I highly recommend him and Bulwark.

These guys are always prompt and courteous. Since we've been using their service we've had no issues with pests. Nathan recently serviced our house and did a great job. We've been super happy with Green Magic Pest Control and would definitely recommend.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Figuring out you have termites on a Tuesday night at 8pm can make you go into a panic. I sent 3 requests for quotes on Yelp and to my surprise kelly responded which helped my anxiety. Made an appointment for consultation the next day and john came out he professional and explained the whole process.  His price was the best out of the 3 I received.  He was very nice and even called to follow up. I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went

I just want to say that Chris is professional and patient. he is very easy to deal with and informative. I recommend this company highly and ask for Chris!

This service did not work at all, my back yard continues to look like a jungle, despite being sprayed 2x. The weeds were back within a week both times thus voiding their 6month guarantee of no weeds. I gave them 2 stars only because the small amount of weeds in my front yard did die.

Update: the business contacted me we had some miscommunication on the spraying and it was cleared up. They came out and resprayed and everything is fine.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

After one of my son's friends caught West Nile and ended up at children's for two weeks with meningitis caused by west nile we decided to fog for mosquitos.  After Alex was out there were significantly less mosquitos in the yard!

I've always had a good experience with Frontino. The owners are super involved and have been great to me. I always know when they are coming and the guys that do the service are super professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend them. Had a big scorpion issue before and so far so good!

Orange Pest Control has been great.  They come every other month, $70 per visit.  We switched to them from KY-KO for two main reasons:

1. When we had a major box elder bug issue on a Saturday, KY-KO was not available, but Orange came right out and took care of it.

2. If needed, their spray is safe for indoors, so for example if you have a scorpion in your kitchen, let them know and they'll spray inside too.

They seem very modern with their communication and payment methods too.  Everything is easy.  They follow up with an email that explains who was at your house and what they did that day (specifically), automatically charge my card and email me a receipt, they email me in advance of an appointment to tell me what day/time they will be by, and lastly, the technicians have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Maybe best of all, we have had zero pests since they started.  All in all, above and beyond what I've come to expect in service.

Love this company and everything it stands for.
