I found evidence of termites and Urban Pest Control came out and did the treatment. These three young men were very professional and polite! I highly recommend them! Thank you Urban Pest Control, I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

Nick was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.  Our ant problem was gone before the day was over.

Derek had been amazing every time he comes out.  He is so considerate, I have an infant and a dog that loves to bark.  Instead of ringing the doorbell, he just texts me when he's here to make sure he doesn't wake the baby.  He's also easy to talk to whenever you are having issues with a particular bug. He's also so nice to the dog, even letting him just follow him around when he's inside (and he's a big dog so that's a big deal! ) I could not ask for better service

The dudes at West Coast were great! My home had a recurring ant problem but these guys took care of it with efficiency and professionalism. We haven't seen a single ant since these guys did their work. Awesome. I appreciated their kindness, and I highly recommend their services.

Merrill was so quick in getting back to me as was able to come out that very day and fix my roach problem! I had a great experience!!!

This company was great from start to finish in a situation I wasn't overly happy with. No body like those tubes or vent holes but you have to deal with them. I highly recommend this company over Terminex or Orkin who gave me twice the price quote for equal service. You can also choose to go cheap, which I did a few years ago until I called the right people. Thanks Bill and professional team.

When they show up, Bulwark does their job just fine. My challenge is that they rarely show up as scheduled.  They have inconsistent scheduling, do not keep their planned appointments and when trying to resolve the missed appointments, they lack the ability to make contact with their technicians (this past time, they couldn't contact Jacob for over 5 hours - yet boast global GPS on all trucks) and can't seem to provide answers.  
How many times do we have to miss work and not get serviced?
I was so hopeful we'd have the same experience as most seem to have with Bulwark but this was definitely NOT my experience.

Jordan's always professional and kind! Enjoy that we have the same tech bimonthly! Love that the company texts reminders and also is proactive about potential issues (termites).

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

I noticed some Termite Tunnels around my house and I reached out to Arizona Pest Solutions.  They were able to schedule an appointment soon and come out to give me an estimate.  Jon was very helpful.  They came out the same week and treated my home.

ABSOLUTELY APPALED BY THIS SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF. I live in apartments My unit was suppose to been sprayed 3 weeks ago nothing was moved So I know noone did anything to prevent bed bugs from coming to my unit when 2 others were heated needlees to say 1 week later my 2 year old son was attacked on my couch thats next to the wall closest to the next unit Cris came out and exclaimed that my couch were my son was sleeping was not the problem but one in my room refused to believe that bites were occuring before its arrival and told my complex manager it was the couch in my room thats the problem not the one that actually is!!! He quoted my manager $600 ( im expected to pay )to spray a couch  that isnt the problem ARE U KIDDING ME THIS SERVICE IS A DAM JOKE.....THAT THE BUGS THAT MOVED TO MY UNIT AFTER OTHERS WERE TREATED ARE MY PROBLEM THANKS AZ HEAT 4 BEINGS A BUNCH OF DICKS!!!!

I used Custom Weed and Pest Control about six years ago at a rental.  I needed their services again at the same rental.  For $110 they sprayed the small weeds in the front and back yard.  Within a few days, all were dead.  I asked them to come a respray about a week later due to new weeds.  They said the growth was grass and they could not prevent it's growth.  However they resprayed anyway.   Customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Great service! We used Copper State Pest Management, and are so happy we did. Alex was our service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided detailed services at a great price. We will definitely be using the company in the future.

I was so glad they stopped in to see if I needed help with pest control.I recently moved in and had discovered that I had wasps building a nest in my eaves. I also knew that I wanted to have them spray for bugs and scorpions. They were able to take care of all my pest problems.Nick was very helpful and so was his partner. Thank you so much.

We HIGHLY recommend Tyler and Orange Pest Control.  Having just moved here from the East Coast, I was freaking out about a couple scorpions we found in our garage/boxes.  I saw the good reviews on Yelp for Orange Pest Control, and I am so glad I called them.  Tyler first very calmly talked me off the ceiling with such patience and professional knowledge.  After spending probably a half hour on the phone, he came personally to our home a day or two later and did an extremely professional job, all the while explaining to me everything he was doing, and reassuring us.  Tyler also told us what to look for the next morning (a couple dead scorpions and a few dead cockroaches), and also reassured us of the safety of his products in our home for humans.  Orange Pest Control totally deserves 5 stars!
