I discovered a termite tube on the outside of the house - the first in 25 years. After seeing the many positive reviews on Yelp I called and had Brad (owner) do an inspection. He suggested a limited treatment in the affected area and wasn't greatly concerned about a more extensive infestation. He gave me a reasonable price for the limited treatment and didn't attempt to upsell to the full house treatment. The next day Matthew (technician) did the service work in a timely, clean and professional manner. I was completely satisfied my encounter with both gentlemen and would recommend Urban Desert Pest Control to a friend or neighbor.

I called this company based on the reviews here and was very satisfied with my service. I was able to get a $30 off coupon on Yelp for $15 which was a really nice perk.  I had used another pest control company a few years ago who charged me twice as much as this company for the same service.

Gerrit arrived at exactly the time scheduled for the appointment. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will definitely call this company first for any future pest control needs.

We love Simply Green! We have been using their pest control services for more than a year now, and they do such a great job, we recommend them to all our local friends. Today Konner came by to spray inside and outside our home, and just like the other technicians we've worked with, he was very friendly and professional.  Great company!

I called West Coast because we have seen lots of spiders, crickets, and few roaches. Last week I found a black widow and knew it was time to get treated. I called on Thursday and they came out the next day! Wes was extremely friendly and professional. He is owner the of the business and you can really tell how much he cares. He spent extra time and went above and beyond spraying inside the house, outside around the foundation, and even took extra time to spray around edge of the yard/fence. I now have peace of mind that we will have less critters around, thanks to Wes.

Excellent service, top notch. I would recommend West Coast to anyone in a heartbeat.

Merril Pest has tons of 5 star reviews and I definitely see why now. The buyers of my home are using a VA loan and there was record of previous termites. I sent Nick and his team the inspection done by the buyers and he had me on the schedule for treatment the next day. His tech came out and was done in about 3 hours. I needed a 2 year warranty for the termite treatment as well, and their price was extremely competitive. Basically the same price as every other company that was offering a 1 year warranty. I will definitely use this company again.

Bill's Pest & Termite Control (BPTC) are wonderful. I assumed annual termite inspections after purchasing my home from the developer. When I spotted termite signs, BP&T sent out a technician ASAP. Wayne Perry, the technician, bore into my garage floor so the pesticide would be delivered under the slab. Afterwards, Wayne patched the small bore holes. Around the base of the home, Wayne dug a narrow trench to ensure the pesticide would penetrate deep enough into the soil. For these reasons, I recommend BPTC.

I have spent a lot of time with what appeared to be a thorough conversation with a Bulwark representative only to find out that my requests, scheduling & needs were not inputted correctly while waiting around for a no show or a technician who only does one service & isn't certified to handle everything...back on the phone dread so now I just text DAMIAN to verify my schedule, accurate  arrival times ect.

I moved to Arizona last October and had Green Magic Pest Control come out before we moved into our house (it was vacant.) We have since had them come out regularly and we are completely happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

We've been with Bulwark for over a year now and just renewed our contract. Great company, flawless customer service. Seriously, they pick up their calls within a few rings and the rep is always very professional and helpful. They also care enough to follow a few days later up in asking how the service went.

Our old technician was great  and the new one for our new house, James Holman is even better. He was friendly, on time and definitely knows his stuff.

Since we've been with Bulwark, I've not seen a single scorpion or fly in our yard or house, well worth every penny, especially when you have young kids. Keep up the good work.

I used this company twice during the bugpocalypse in Arizona last fall. They were the most affordable and the tech who came by was knowledgable and patient with my questions and set realistic expectations. We were impressed with the results. I've also set up a monthly exterior spray in my new home going forward. Highly recommend this team!

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

Yup the hype is justified.  They rock.  I've gone round and round with landscapers... Had that weird stressful expectations not being met and needing to ask them to fix their work or switch to another company thing -- all while paying 100 a month or so and...

No more monthly landscapers.  No more communication issues.  Just a biannual pre-emergent blast and I'm good to go.  SOOO very good to go.

Great service! We used Copper State Pest Management, and are so happy we did. Alex was our service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided detailed services at a great price. We will definitely be using the company in the future.

This company does door to door sales. As a general rule of thumb, we don't hire anyone who has to knock on doors for business. Unfortunately, this company ignored posted signs in our neighborhood and chose to still solicit. The salesperson was not as aggressive as some companies, but we still do not appreciate strangers knocking on our door.

We HIGHLY recommend Tyler and Orange Pest Control.  Having just moved here from the East Coast, I was freaking out about a couple scorpions we found in our garage/boxes.  I saw the good reviews on Yelp for Orange Pest Control, and I am so glad I called them.  Tyler first very calmly talked me off the ceiling with such patience and professional knowledge.  After spending probably a half hour on the phone, he came personally to our home a day or two later and did an extremely professional job, all the while explaining to me everything he was doing, and reassuring us.  Tyler also told us what to look for the next morning (a couple dead scorpions and a few dead cockroaches), and also reassured us of the safety of his products in our home for humans.  Orange Pest Control totally deserves 5 stars!

After an ant infestation, I reached out to Pro Active. Sawyer was great and very clear about how their service works, and he got me set up for an appointment the next day. I was very happy with my first inspection and treatment. Damian and Joseph explained everything in detail before they started and were professional yet friendly. I was very comfortable with the whole process, and since I decided to sign up for bi-monthly service, I'm grateful to feel my home will be in good hands with Pro Active going forward.
