I had a contract with Bills Termite. They needed to come out during the times of high covid numbers and their person refused to wear a mask. That actually was a great thing because it let me to look for someone new and I found this company. Brad came out to do the estimate and Matt came out for the termite treatment. Wow. Great people, great service, and great results. Matt even made sure I have a way to call him directly if need be.

I highly recommend this company, you wont be sorry.

Insanely great customer service.  When I received a quote, Zach was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I knew what the process was to treat termites.  The owner of the home I rent decided to go with a different company based on pricing, but I would have chosen insectek.

My experience with Simply Green has been great thus far. I spoke with Elizabeth and Addison over the phone. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Addison even checked in on me to see if he could answer more questions and was able to get me on a more affordable maintenance plan.

My appointment window was between 11-2 and James was there by 12. He was polite and helpful. He was quick and thorough in his spraying, and even dusted away all of the cobwebs on the outside of our house. James answered all of my questions and was very kind to me, my kids, and the dog.

So far, I am highly impressed with this company. I look forward to being bug-free and will update my review once the products have started to work.

I had and appointment last Saturday with trueforce pest control nobody came,call nothing.they said they got my # wrong,they have my address.

Wish i could give them more but 5 will have to do. After an unfortunate bedbug problem due to roommates, my girlfriends house needed to be sprayed. I called on Thursday night to get a quote and spoke with Nick (the owner) about or our problem. He gave me a great quote and i asked if there was any chance he could get it done tomorrow. He told me he would make sure to get someone out. He said he would be there between 10-2, i assumed it would be closer to 2 as they were busy but right at 10 Nick himself showed up to take care of the house. He told me all his guys were busy but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can literally sleep calmly now knowing the problem was fixed. Thanks Nick for treating your customers right and we will be using him for all big related problems now.

Excellent company, very organized.

All details were worked out ahead of time via Yelp Chat.  Their rep. was on time, professionally dressed, and had a positive attitude.  I asked him several questions, and he did not mind me asking, he provided detailed answers. I don't think I ever saw him not working, and it was 110 Degrees out today.

Bottom line:  This company kept their commitment, showed up when they were supposed to and had great service.  I highly recommend.

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Carl came out on a Saturday morning in the pouring rain.  He was very polite and courteous and went the extra mile in the conditions that existed.

(This is an update) Ever since I switched to their monthly service, I no longer see any roaches in my apartment! They contact me every month to schedule an appointment in which they are very professional and efficient when they come and do the spraying. They spend no more than 10min here and it works great!

I waited a few months to make sure my problem was resolved. I contacted Arizona Heat Pest Services in March. My appointment was made in a timely manner and I was contacted when the tech was on his way. He was honest and explained my problem wasn't severe enough for the heat treatment. I was given all of the to do's and not to do's and was told I may see some for about a month. They were only concentrated in my son's room but they treated all 4 bedrooms as well as my loft and living room. After about a month we did see a few but AZ Heat Pest Services honored their warranty and came right back out. That was in May. Since then we haven't seen any and my son hasn't been getting bitten. WOOP WOOP AZ Heat Pest Services. THANK YOU!!!!!! I'm a person that DOESN'T  do bugs and you saved me from moving .. SERIOUSLY.

Very professional, easy to schedule, fair prices and great service!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex is great, when I called him for service he was responsive, and came out quickly. I had a pretty minor exterior cockroach infection.  After doing a small inspection, he explained how he was going to do his thing, gave me a very reasonable quote and a warranty. I said okay! And let him do his thing. I haven't noticed much cockroaches since, months later, but I did see one belly up yesterday.  Not only that, but I even text him with small things like pests in my garden and he gives me very helpful suggestions. I recommend him for sure!

We had the unfortunate experience of having a rat come up through the drains of our home. Gave the guys at Frontino a call, and they were able to accommodate the same day! They took care of our active rodent issue, and made sure to help prevent any future issues as well! Signed up for their regular service, and it's great! In addition to treating the area around your home they also dust off any current webs you may have. Haven't seen any bugs around the house since they started their treatments, they really do a thorough job! Love their contact free options of service and payment. I just wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation to this awesome company, from the first interaction with the individual who sent up my account all the way down to the services that was provided.
My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!
