Been using poor boy for years! They are always friendly, do a thorough job, and I'm always satisfied after they have come to treat my home. They are the only termite company I would recommend, and I do often!

I am very happy so far with the service at Open Range. I walked the yard today after record breaking heat expecting to see scorpions all over the place and did not see 1. We had been seeing dozens every night outside and a few inside each week before Open Range came out. Our worst invaders were the almost microscopic baby scorpions that were crawling out of the cracks literally. We have grass, trees and a pool so I was just hoping for a little better but Open Range has exceeded my expectations. Whatever they use for scorpions is a miracle working secret weapon. We were trapped in a 2 year contract when we first moved in with a company that charged over $200 a quarter and we were still seeing scorpions and all kinds of bugs with them spraying twice a month. Open Range is very affordable and easy to work with. Tim is our bug guy and he is great. He is friendly and knowledgeable and is not afraid to tell it like it is. I am keeping this company for my pest control needs. I just wish we had found them two years ago!

I am not a fan at bugs at all. My Bug Man Logan is very good at answering all my questions and getting rid of those pesky scorpions!

I changed pest control companies about  6 months ago to Complete Pest Management.  We have been extremely happy with the service. They have reduced our scorpion problems.  They are professional and on time.  Complete Pest Management notifies you the day before they come and billing is so easy.   Art is such a professional and so knowledgeable on pest control.  A big Thank you to all the team at Complete Pest Management.

Once again this company is out in our neighborhood. We live in a gated community and it clearly states at all entrances 'No Soliciting'. He uses tactics like 'we service your neighbor so and so across the street'. This guy wasn't as rude as the first one but if I see any of these guys in our neighborhood again the police and security company will be notified...AGAIN.

I have ant problem. A little worried about in/outside cats, but they assured me chemicals are pet safe. Josh was nice & on time. We'll see if it works, but when I peeked outside a few times, he was going to town with the power sprayer everywhere, so I feel good they were very thorough. Thanks a lot.

They got rid of our termites! They had great customer service. They took a little longer because their drill broke? But everything was done they were friendly! I would recommend them!

We had an ant issue and called APS after calling two other Pest Control companies.  One company never answered their number and the other never showed for the scheduled appointment.  APS came, APS sprayed the house and the next day the ants are gone.

I have used Excel for my monthly pest control and recently discovered termites on my foundation.  The owner is very professional.  He came out to my home, gave me an estimate and guarantee that could not be beat.  He comforted me with his assurance that everything would be ok as termites can be a stressful situation.  He performed the work and was extremely neat and thorough.  His equipment is maintained and neat...so I am not embarrassed to have his work truck parked in front of my home like other pest control/work trucks you might see throughout your neighborhood.  I highly recommend Excel.

This gentleman was honest and I explain my situation to him and he informed me that he was not equipped to handle that situation and he referred me to someone that is very honest straightforward and helpful I highly recommend him

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been using ant eater for the past eight years and have never had a problem with their service. They are punctual,reliable, knowledgeable , caring, and courteous. When we had an issue with bees they addressed it the next day. We highly recommend ant eater. OK

Had Arizona Professional Pest Control out to take care of some bees. Process was quick and effective. 100% recommend them and will use again. The guys that came out were exceedingly nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe having them take care of a dangerous situation. Thanks!

I can't say enough about Alex and Anthony.  We live in a world where it is difficult to trust that anyone is not trying to profit from your misery.  Phoenix Bed Bug Experts, to the rescue.  Not just once, but twice.  My husband I returned from an extended trip out of the country.  Three days after our return, I awoke to no less than 40 or 50 bites.  I won't get into the details of how bad this situation is on a psyche; horrific, in a word.  I wrote it off to a mosquito attack, although I had felt NOTHING bite, which is typically not the case.  Three days in and it's clear these are not mosquito bites...something clicks and my husband says I wonder if those could be bed bug bites.  Within 48 hours, Alex arrived and did a complete and thorough inspection of our home -- the good news, NO BB were found.  Honestly, they offered us a solution of fumigation if it would provide peace of mind, but didn't think that our situation warranted it.  How rare is it to find a company that will give you the straight scoop and not try to make a dollar off you, just because they can?  Well, these guys do!  The consensus was after much online research that I was probably bitten in the last hotel we stayed at in Ireland.  
Several days later, my daughter in law (probably due to my panic and that I had been to her house and even sat on the bed and furniture) believes she has found bed bugs in her home.  She called right away; Anthony arrived today to perform the home inspection.  Not only did he not find any bed bugs, but offered a simple DIY solution to resolving the carpet beetle issue he found.  Again, name me a company that not once, but twice in one week in separate incidents chose to be honest and helpful, likely at their own expense?  Without question, they could have made $$ of each one of us if they chose to operate their business in that fashion and we would have never known the difference.  These guys are the real deal......I highly recommend them.  They actually gave me faith that there are honest contractors out there.

I called this company and was pleasently surprised a man named Phil replied so fast . He's a super nice guy with alot of knowledge ! I hired him and the jobs were done . He did my weeds and also my pests . I have pack rats going under my house ! Eeeww ! I would call him again for either problem , he is very prompt and does the best job . Prices aren't bad either ! Thanks Phil ! Ps I'm also having him do my sprinkler system , it's screwed up !

I like their product however the whole scheduling thing has been a mess. In the past I was not notified that they were servicing my house. The way we figured out that green mango was here was from the paper they left at the back door. Stepping in my backyard without my permission was not acceptable . I have 2 dogs and their service guy could have been hurt if they got out. After I called, the operator said we will make sure it doesn't happen again and we will call you before showing up. This happened again a few months ago!!!!! Today I was told that tech couldn't reach me, so I was rescheduled. No one called me and for sure my cameras did not notice anyone ringing my doorbell. Also,  my last appointment which is supposed to be monthly was just skipped without me knowing. I hope they get it together and take customer complaints more seriously else they will no longer have my business.

Signed up for full house termite treatment. Completed within a week. Great. A little messy on clean-up after work done. Gary sales man said I would get charged 1/2 bill before (Paid) and two equal payments, 30 days each , after with 6 week reinspect of house by himself. I received a FINAL NOTICE OF PAYMENT 45 days later for balance due, followed by a regular payment due in full a week after FINAL NOTICE. Sent in 1 payment with concerns of service and disappointment in billing. Looks like they cashed the check, but no phone call, no reinspect. Typical No Customer Service move. Would not recommend to anyone, but will tell everyone of poor experience.
