We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

We are HUGE fans of ORPC!  Tim is always professional, quite personable, and punctual.  DeLane emails us ahead of time to remind us of the visit, allowing us to reschedule or ask for additional services, if needed.  Open Range keeps the critters at bay for us, all year long.

When we moved to Gold Canyon we fell in love with the beauty of the Superstition Mountains and Tonto National Forest. We soon learned the Sonoran Desert is full of critters we were unfamiliar with. After searching for a professional and reliable Pest Control service, we were lucky to have found Overson. Shelby and all of the technicians have done a great job, and the office staff is very friendly.  We have used Overson Pest Control for the past several years and highly recommend them!

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

I own a little rental house in Prescott. Tenants said they were hearing something in the walls. I figured it was nice or rats and I started calling around. The first company said they'd go out for a free inspection and send me a bid. I told them I didn't want a damned bid, I wanted to know what was in there and what it would cost to get rid of them. This isn't rocket science. I want bids for construction not little jobs. I also know that when people write up contracts for little things, I'm going to be paying more than the job warrants. Fool me once... Got the stupid bid. A ridiculous amount. Called patriot and Steve went out that day and did the same job for a third the amount. He's the guy you want. No marketing fluff, and a good job for a good price. Highly recommend.

We had this company seal our first home and seemed to not have any problems. The owner seems like a nice guy but the techs hat came out to our brand new construction were terrible (one of them anyway), he over was kind and kept to himself and did pretty good. The main guy was condescending and rude and left a mess of drywall and whatever they used behind him in almost every room and didn't clean it up. They also damaged many door frames and ways w the ladder. For $1500 I expected consideration for my home. I would never recommend this to anyone!

I've used them since 1991 in all my homes and rentals. Great dependable service; very trustworthyOnly bugs I've found in between treatments we're dead ones. Never an upsell. I've recommended them to a number of friends who are also very pleased with results

Received a quote from Lamont, the owner of the company. He was prompt, extremely courteous, and provided a very competitive quote. Scheduling was super easy, and the work completed as promised. He was very thorough with the work and did an great job of educating me, teaching me things to watch out for and suggestions to avoid issues in the future. I have no hesitation recommending him whatsoever.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

I had bees and honeycomb removed by Arizona Professional pest control about a week ago. There were still bees buzzing around when they left, but they told me to give it 7 days for all the activity to cease. I wanted to wait until the bees were fully gone to write a review. It's been 4 days and all the bees are gone.

I have had bees removed from the same spot before but the last pest control guys never mentioned that there could be honeycomb in that that would attract back another hive. I really don't want to be over run by bees again so I was definitely ready to have it taken care of once and for all.

So, we had bed bugs. My wife maintains an immaculate house so it totally freaked us out. We kept getting bit at night but thought they were mosquitoes. We finally thought, we don't have bed bugs, do we?.  We searched Google so pretty much became experts and hunted for them. Nothing. We had friends stay with us too, and they got bit, and they looked, but none of us found anything. Finally my wife woke me up in the middle of the night, flipped on the light and held one up that was on her. We pulled back the sheets and bed skirt and find several more. Some unclean words were spoken.

We called Anthony at Phoenix Bed Bug Experts. Yelp said he opened at 6am and I called at 6:10...he answered and was out that morning. He is extremely thorough...spent two hours searching our house. And that wasn't to rack up a bill...inspections are free! He found the mother load that we couldn't and had his crew treating it two days later. No sign of infestations and we are finally waking up with no new bites.

These guys are professional, understanding, humble, courteous and very good at what they do. I'd give six stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Phil was servicing my neighbor for ants and was able to fit me in that day. His price was reasonable and he did a thorough job.
We had discussed him returning the next week to repair a sprinkler leak. He surprised me and looked at it while spraying and fixed it!
I truly appreciate his efforts and will continue to use his services!

I was looking for a good pest control company.  Based on reviews, I called Chris.  He quoted me over the phone. He serviced my home the first time which I feel was just a mediocre job based on the amount of insects we were still encountering. The following month, he text me that he was going service my home. Come to find out the following week, he didn't service my home. He never informed me that he did not service my home. After I found out and I text him, he tells me he did not have my gate code. He could've easily called or text me for the code.  I asked him when he will return to service the house. He then text me that he is no longer servicing my home. I text him back asking why and he never responded.  He did not have the decency to call me or answer my text.  Very very unprofessional and never informed that he will not sercice my home to give me time to find another pest control company.  Very strange experience. I don't recomment him. Not professional, not reliable and not friendly at all. No sense of human kindness or decency.

My family and I have been using green mango for years and have had zero complaints! I feel confident my little one will not run into any scorpions in or outside of our house while running around! The guys are always super nice and respectful.

Tony is our exterminator and has been for years. He has excellent knowledge and customer service. Anytime we have an issue with a critter he is quick to respond and help. He helps keep our home at its best! Highly recommend this company.
