Been using poor boy for years! They are always friendly, do a thorough job, and I'm always satisfied after they have come to treat my home. They are the only termite company I would recommend, and I do often!

Found my 2nd Scorpion in about a month. Along with the good reviews here, it was actually a post they had on their websites about the bathroom fan being an access point. Since both times I found them in my masterbath, I wanted to go with a company that seemed to know what they were doing and the pests they were controlling. Donny came out today, really friendly and helpful. We talked about the bathroom fan and some possible future fixes and changes in my house that would cause me to find Scorpions after 3 years of nothing (newly installed landscaping and irrigation). He went to work, quickly and professionally. Was very happy with him and his work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.

The very best pest control service, if you live in the Prescott area.  In Los Angeles its easy to find a good and reasonably priced exterminator to treat termites.  That's not the case in Prescott.  I contacted several and found most to be unprofessional and incredibly expensive.

If you want to lose a pet, this is the place to call.  The technician that serviced our home had only been with the company a week and had already received a complaint of having lost a pet of one if their customers.  The same technician managed to lose our pet as well (albeit accidentally on purpose) and only after a great deal of tribulation was she miraculously found in a distant neighbors yard.  Long story short,I deeply question their hiring and background checks of employees and feel that the security of my home and that of my family has been compromised for having chosen Titan for service

My wife and I have used Tony since we moved to Scottsdale two years ago. He is without a doubt not only excellent professional but just a super guy as well. I first heard about Arizona Pest Squad from a girl at work, they were able to get rid of the Scorpions in her house.  I bought a new house that had been vacant for a couple months so decided to get an initial spray done.  David and his team came to the house and sprayed indoors and out and everything has been great! That was almost a year ago and no major bug issues to report!

Last week I noticed a bee problem in my front yard so I called today to see if this was something they do, and it is.  Due to the severity of the problem David sent someone over within two hours of my call.....usually you have to wait a couple days to a week for an appointment, but not with Arizona Pest Squad!  I am working today so they called when they arrived and text me to let me know they were done.  They're coming back tomorrow to check their work and will report back to me.

It's almost too easy, usually I need to rearrange my work schedule to meet someone, but they were able to take care of it!  Thanks David and Team!

If You Have Termites, Just Call Neil!!!

I had one bid much higher and he did not find the actual source of the termites, then I got a phone bid for less money and did not trust them, and then Neil with Excel called me back, came out and found the source and bid.  He won, and I will refer everyone to him.  Plus, he's a firefighter and EMT, so it is nice to support your first responders !!!

About 3 months ago I was doing yard work when I stumbled upon termite mud tubes on the side of my home. We decided to immediately seek professional service. Lamont came out next day, he was professional and very knowledgable. Not only did he eliminate the problem he educated us on do's and don'ts of pest control. Often you use a company and they come and go, but Lamont stayed around to let us know what he did and what he plans on doing for future treatments. Transparent and honest we couldn't ask for a better company.

We had scheduled service yesterday and without even realizing it was Memorial Day Lamont showed up bright and early.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I highly recommend Anteater Exterminating. They showed up on time each week and provided a thorough extermination for both inside and outside my home. A special shoutout to Scott who took care of my house with great care. His personal touch made the experience with Anteater even better.

I had a swarm of bees on my compost bin. I specifically asked if they will take the bees, not kill them. The gentleman that answered said they would try but not if they are African bees. I said I understood. They came out very fast and were done just as fast. They killed the bees. I am so upset right now because we need bees for our environment. **** This company reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication. There were not as many bees as I was told, which makes my heart feel better. I will say again, they arrived at my home soon after I called and were very professional while speaking to me.

This company is amazing. The first time we called, DiDi answered and was extremely knowledgeable. As nervous as I was to call given the situation he definitely calmed my nerves. It was almost as though he dropped what he was doing at that very moment to answer the call. He set an appointment for inspection a couple days out when we were available. The day before and morning of he called to confirm appointment time. He was extremely helpful and professional. Amazing service is hard to find now. After inspection he gave us our options and what he would recommend. Once we decided he gave us a list of things to do prior to the spray and took the time to answer all of our questions. The day of spray he called to confirm. When he arrived he addressed all of our concerns. We left him a house key for when he was done spraying. He locked up and called when he completed the job. He also set up a 30 day inspection appointment with us at that time. If you are looking for excellent, trustworthy and peace of mind service this is the company. I would recommend DiDi and the company to anyon.

My husband does our pest spraying because it's hard to find a honest pest control guy! But, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Christopher!

He came out to our new (20 year old) home in McDowell Mountain Ranch to give the best advice on sealing out snakes and lizards from entering inside. This is after getting in touch with two other well known scorpion sealing businesses. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell.

He also was knowledgeable on termites. I highly recommend him.

Contacted Green Mango on 9/8 received a call probably 5 minutes after I requested a quote. Edgar came out this morning (9/10) sprayed the whole exterior/interior AND got rid of spider webs/dust build up. Just used them for an initial spray and Edgar always kept me informed of what he was spraying/where he was spraying it. Ignore the reviews of people who complain about contracts. If you don't wanna be in a contract then don't enter one.

I cancelled service with the office, yet they still billed me.  I called the office twice, yet they never removed the bill or returned the call; rather they turned in the past due bill to a credit reporting agency.  Terrible service!
