So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

I have been using Open Range for over 5 years. They have been consistent, reliable and professional. I went thru 3 companies that consistently disappointed me. Open Range always backs their service!!

Just updating my review. The price went up, it is now $89 a quarter...inside and outside. I thought about switching and called three different places. All of them are equal to, if not more expensive than, Overson so I'm sticking with Overson. The pests are always dead. Let's be real, we'll never exterminate them all, but as long as they stay in their places and don't make it alive inside my house, I'm satisfied. Alex did a fantastic job today and even dusted for scorpions as this wind, heat and storms are circumstances to see more.

I am in real estate and we refer Complete Pest Management all the time! They are professional, honest, reasonable, and effective. I personally had a scorpion infestation and they came out quickly and treated the problem, all while educating me on what I can do to help the issue. They also have a wonderful sister company, Complete Pool Care. Also a great service! I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reasonable cost with superb service. These guys are on top of their stuff!!

I am 70 years old and by far EcoShield is the one of the worst Companies I have ever had to deal with...started with a door to door sales person telling me lies...the treatment employees all with the Company employed less than 30 days with no experience...never had the same person twice, promises made with no follow up....after two treatment, because of my dissatisfaction, tried to cancel my contract, but they continue to hound me for money for treatments they haven't performed...constantly hounded by they're phone bank...I asked to talk to a manager but never had a senior manager return my call...now they turned my account over to a collection agency...be aware..

Patriot treated a house we bought for bats, wasps and pigeons.  The pigeons returned and they came out again with a more robust solution.  Total professionals, very pleased.  Highly recommended.

A trustworthy company.

I'm selling my home and needed a termite warranty.  (I had completely forgotten that I renewed my warranty last August.)  When I spoke to Lexy at Titan she not only reminded me that I was up-to-date, but was really understanding about my mistake.  

It took her only 5 minutes to email me a copy of my warranty and get me squared away.

They could have charged me twice and I wouldn't have even noticed.  It's a nice feeling to do business with a company you can trust.

My wife and I have used Tony since we moved to Scottsdale two years ago. He is without a doubt not only excellent professional but just a super guy as well. He took care of our problems quickly and did so at a very fair price. If you are looking for someone to do this kind of work you could not find anyone better. Thank you Tony.

I had a rental with a really bad roof rat problem.  The technician inspected the property and texted me pictures of his findings for where he though the rats were getting in.  He plugged all the holes and even cleared the weeds at the side of the house for a very reasonable price.

If You Have Termites, Just Call Neil!!!

I had one bid much higher and he did not find the actual source of the termites, then I got a phone bid for less money and did not trust them, and then Neil with Excel called me back, came out and found the source and bid.  He won, and I will refer everyone to him.  Plus, he's a firefighter and EMT, so it is nice to support your first responders !!!

I called today for service due to ants in the kitchen!! They were able to fit me in today! Absolutely wonder company!! Thank you!!!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

Thank you!   I had just moved into my new house and unbeknownst to me there was huge bee problem in my backyard shed.  AZ Professionals came out that same afternoon and took care of it.  They were polite and professional and I feel very reasonably priced for the work they did.

I am terrified at the idea of bed bugs and when I heard about a co-worker possible having it I instantly contacted Anthony Deslo to have him check my home. He check all the rooms top to bottom for over an hour inspecting baseboards, linens, mattress, box spring you name it. He was incredible thorough and verified to me that I was fine and gave me preventative measures and how to spot, how much to exterminate and promised a guarantee if I needed to call him back. He was the most professional, courteous and ideal bed bug exterminator. I will not call anyone else!Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

Christopher was great. Connected via yelp around 5 PM and he was out the next morning. Took care of the wasps and had him treat the whole property. Haven't heard a single cricket since.

My interaction started out great.  After calling 10 companies I choose Green Mango because they spent 20 minutes answering my questions.  In fact they sold me on a year service instead of just a one time time deal.  They assured me that they can come Friday or Saturday.  I was told they will call me back or texted me with my time slot.  I have read the other reviews and I questioned the women on the other line about the complaints of the company not returning calls making it difficult to schedule.  She stated it is not that way anymore that the company just grew too fast.  Well....guess what...no call back with my service slot.  And I am not surprised.  The scheduler seemed to be on a cellular phone and we were having difficulty hearing each other and she seemed distracted by her surroundings.   So after a day I went with another company.  The following Saturday I got a call that they were on their way.  I can't comment on their actual pest control service but if poor customer service begins at the first step of setting up service I would assume it is a reflection of the rest of the company.

I was a customer of Az Exterminating for a few years.  I had an issue with a bill-the tech didn't finish the job he was supposed to do.  We called to let them know.  Long story short, we went round and round with them about the billing of an unfinished job.  They basically called us liars about the service, even though they admitted they had record of our calls regarding the unfinished job.    They would say they took care of it, then we would get another bill.  We finally paid for the part of the service we got and cancelled the service.  I am still afraid that they will continue to bill us even though I have threatened my lawyer if they don't leave us alone.  I would never use them again.  The customer service is reprehensible!
