This company really cared about my concern of having my home destroyed by termites. They were able to effectively treat the problem. It's been almost a year and no signs of infestation. Highly recommend.

When we moved to Gold Canyon we fell in love with the beauty of the Superstition Mountains and Tonto National Forest. We soon learned the Sonoran Desert is full of critters we were unfamiliar with. After searching for a professional and reliable Pest Control service, we were lucky to have found Overson. Shelby and all of the technicians have done a great job, and the office staff is very friendly.  We have used Overson Pest Control for the past several years and highly recommend them!

We have been using CPM now for a few years and these guys know their stuff.  Termites, Rodents, mosquitos, crickets, weeds- we have had them all- and they have taken care of our house and gotten results. Customer focused and friendly, willing to work with my schedule- I can't recommend them enough!

We had them scheduled for service every 60 days.  The last time the tech simply rang, when there was not answer walked to the back yard and urinated, then left. (We have cameras).   They charged us for this,Service.

I own a little rental house in Prescott. Tenants said they were hearing something in the walls. I figured it was nice or rats and I started calling around. The first company said they'd go out for a free inspection and send me a bid. I told them I didn't want a damned bid, I wanted to know what was in there and what it would cost to get rid of them. This isn't rocket science. I want bids for construction not little jobs. I also know that when people write up contracts for little things, I'm going to be paying more than the job warrants. Fool me once... Got the stupid bid. A ridiculous amount. Called patriot and Steve went out that day and did the same job for a third the amount. He's the guy you want. No marketing fluff, and a good job for a good price. Highly recommend.

I have used titan for about 6 years and they are very reliable and trustworthy. I had our house scorpion sealed and have not seen one since. They always work with me on scheduling.

We used Premier Pest control for bugs control and Cummings for termix for years, both excelent services. After each spray, Premier called us to check if everything was good. I had a big yard with my old house and I never had any problems. This year, we moved in a new house and decided to try Sam the Bug Man. When we called in June, we were told if we purchase the higher cost POWER Spray, they garanty for 90 days. We did. A month after the spray, ants were all over and we caught two scorpins. So we called, they came and sprayed again. Now, it is August, we found scorpin again. When we called to let them know, Susan, a very unfriendly lady answered. Instead of apologizing for the inconvience customer had to go through, she said that a lot of customers purchased power spray every month. And then went on lecturing us about desert living. AND, she said power spray only guaranty for 30 days. When I explaned to her I was told 90 days. You didnt say 30 days. She raised her voice I AM TELLING YOU NOW! I understand this is a family owned business. But it is still a business! It is bound by ethics and rules. Advertising one thing and delivering another is called Bait and Switch, isn't it? Fortunately, we have choices. We will never use their services again. Just hope other people don't have to go through this kind of unpleasant experiences.

By far Arizona Pest Squad is the best service I have received! From the start the customer service provided was excellent. Very reasonable fees. You can tell they know what they are taking about. They were able to get rid of my problem in a timely manner. Communication through out the process was great! Very responsive. Thank you!

We have been using Excel Termite and Pest Control for many years now! Being on a monthly schedule helps us be at ease with toddlers in the home while living in the desert with scorpions. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

Excellent experience with Lamont.  He responded quickly and was right on time when he came to my home.  Lamont is very personable and friendly, and his information was very valuable.  All questions were answered and he gave me suggestions on how to keep my home clear from bugs.  He was very honest and his price was beyond reasonable.  I will call Lamont again when the need arises and would recommend him for any of your pest control needs.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

Had Arizona Professional Pest Control out to take care of some bees. Process was quick and effective. 100% recommend them and will use again. The guys that came out were exceedingly nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe having them take care of a dangerous situation. Thanks!

Is this guy even in business? Did not answer any of my calls. (Tried five times) and did not respond to my emails. Went with Arizona heat pest services because they actually respond to their customers.

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

Called after I saw a cockroach and was worried about rodents after purchasing a second home in north Scottsdale. I was leaving that day to go back home in a few hours and he was able to be to me in 30 min! That was really quick and responsive and helped ease my mind since I was leaving and someone wouldn't be back until the following week. We signed up for the monthly service. Good customer service.

I recently had my first treatment with Green Mango and so far so good. My sister referred them to me because she had a terrible German cockroach infestation when she moved into her house. She said it's been all cleared since they started coming out on a regular basis. So, that being said, I took her up on her referral card and gave them a call! Free initial flush at a $199 value. I'm ok with that! Who doesn't like to save money??

The only thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was they didn't knock down the wasp nest or spider webs around the front door. I called and left a message letting them know and I got a call the next day letting me know they noted it for the next time they come out. The wasp nest is not active so, I wasn't too concerned about it. The spider webs are daddy long legs so, I'm cool with them hanging around. If they were black widows, I'd be a little upset! Ain't nobody got time for venomous spiders.

Overall I think the quality is pretty good. I like that the chemicals are safe for our pets and effective because I found a dead roach on our back patio! Better out there than in our house! Thankfully the activity of insects hasn't increased like they said it possibly could. We found a baby scorpion in the bathroom one day prior to our first treatment so, it was perfect timing! I can deal with roaches, but I cannot deal with scorpions! So far no more roaches or scorpions in the house! Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Their technician, Jeff, is a nice guy.  However, the ant treatment he provided didn't work.  I still had lots of tiny ants crawling around the interior of my kitchen.

Furthermore he called to solicit more business while my phone number was listed on the national do-not-call list.  There are any number of other ways to solicit business.  Jeff insisted I buy a longer contract for a product I already told him did not work.  

I received an auto-generated follow-up e-mail from Brandon Ross, Quality Assurance Manager, so I responded.  Apparantly, Brandon doesn't respond to e-mails he originally sent because I received an e-mail, instead, from Christine Himel insulting that I responded to the wrong e-mail and penalized me that I would lose-out on special offers, then told me the technician would call me again..  You know, the one who already contacted me without my permission, for the product that doesn't work, that they want me to buy more.

This is not isolated to a single person.  These are problems of people responding to an internal bureaucracy (calling back without solicitation, telling the customer they're communicating wrong, handing-off to people who don't know what's going on, apologizing after getting caught in the crime, repeating mistakes) rather than serving their customers.
