I moved to the Tempe area in 2013 from downtown Phoenix and wasn't ready for the scorpion issue after settling in. It started with a scorpion once every several days then developed into a daily problem. There's nothing like turning on your bathroom light at night just to find a Yellow Bark Scorpion walking away with its pincers snapping away in the air. I finally broke down and called Pest 'R Us and never looked back. Their staff are courteous, great at what they do, and a pleasure to work with. My home has been scorpion free for 9 months. I've been using Bryant Pest Control for several months now and been very pleased. It is quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled. Bob Sr. Has been treating my parents' house in Glendale since I was a kid. Now Bob Jr. does my house and my brothers' houses in Arcadia and Old Town. Always friendly, professional and thorough. My wife loves the monthly reminder call a couple days before the appt. and how easy to deal with on scheduling.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. We have used Denny's for several years and Jerome Portee is an amazing technician. He is extremely professional and very thorough. We live next to the desert and Jerome is attentive to any bug issues we may mention to him. He even helped chase a snake from a backyard tree. We trust Jerome completely and know he will do an outstanding job with the service both inside and out. Our unwelcome critters are now non-existent due to his diligence. Jerome is a definite asset to Denny's and they are very lucky to have such a competent employee.

Highly recommend Cimex Control! I had an ant problem that I couldn't resolve on my own. Cimex quickly solved it and the ants were gone the same day. Very professional, friendly and efficient! Will be calling on them for any future pest issues.

How many times is enough for ONE company to come to your door!? We haven't even been in our new home for one month and have already had your salesmen at our door 7 times. SEVEN. Your company is the reason we put up a no soliciting sign, which has been ignored repeatedly by your employees! I made the mistake of opening the door the first time thinking it was a schedule appointment we had for home care, but was met by your rep. He tried to use scare tactics with scorpions to have me sign for your service. When I wouldn't budge with an immediate yes, he asked me for a schedule of when my husband would be home to try and talk to him! That is unacceptable. I did fill out the stuff as we had initially considered your service, but after text messages from your reps personal phone asking when my husband would be home and if we had made a choice yet - I will NEVER use your service. Pushy behaviors, blatantly ignoring wishes on our personal property, etc., that's a big NOPE from us.

We had Keenan at our house and he was the best! Answered any questions, helped me move my tortoise lol and was very thorough, definitely recommend them! :))

I arrived at my winter house in Queen Creek after being gone for a couple of months. While unpacking I noticed a couple of little fuzzy beetles on a bedspread and upon further investigation I found more on the carpet. Checked on google and suspected they were carpet beetles. I did an internet search for pest control companies and being that it was Sunday afternoon all I got were answering machines. When I called Affordable Pest, I was shocked that Mike answered and actually asked when do you want me there? I called his bluff and said now is good, he was at my door 20 minutes later. Mike confirmed they were varied carpet beetles, treated the inside and out, and I signed up for bi-monthly service and haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend using Affordable Pest Control for any pest issues. Thanks again Mike.

Jim is great. He is a no-nonsense man there to get the job done. He does our large backyard/front and interior and gets all the nooks and crannies. We never have bugs after. He price is insanely low and if you have ants or flies he will leave you with some spray, if needed. On a side note, I always chat with Jim when he comes to spray our house, he is a wealth of knowledge!

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

This Kendall Torrejos guy also goes by Desert Sky Pest Control.  Same story...quick spray and left. Bees remained after a week but he wouldn't come back out because he didn't get paid to check for a hive.
