Owner Eric Papadeas cares about his customers and makes sure he and his team do an excellent job. I have had Pest'R Us Exterminating spray regularly for bugs since I moved into my house in 1995. The monthly service consists of spraying the exterior of the house, the perimeters of my garage and the landscaping area. I have nothing but good things to say about Eric and Pest'R Us Exterminating. SOLD! Original Bryant Pest Control was SOLD in 2021 to a Large Company that owns other pest service companies.  It is NO longer the original family owned business that personally knew its long time customers. When I called recently for service I was told my price was increased and also since it was several months since my last service I had to pay an additional fee on top of the increased price.

I have had houses in the past that were overrun with scorpions! Through much research and trial and error with companies that water down products and run scams, I finally found ALL CLEAR PEST CONTROL! They are AMAZING!! They're the ONLY company that was able to fully rid our homes of scorpions and ALL bugs! We love them SO much! They're like family! Also their online billing system is incredibly easy to use and super fast! I simply could not say enough nice things about this company! If you're looking for honesty and REAL pest elimination, ALL CLEAR PEST CONTROL is the place to go!!!

We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.

Bob's bug is a family owned and operated company. We started using Bob's in the 90's when I was a child. He and his techs are always on time and very polite, their knowledge of the bugs in the valley is outstanding! Now that my siblings are home owners, Bob, is still who we call!

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

I have had their service for a least 10 years, if I did have a complaint they came right out to try and make it right and they do take care of it.  As far as their rates I think they are very good.   The owner Candy is usually the person I deal with and she is very courteous and answers my questions when they come up.  

I do not have a problem with them at all and when they spray the next day I will always find dead bugs outside of my home which they spray has taken care of.

Good luck getting a hold of this company by phone! I call and call and call. EVERYDAY. The phone just rings and rings and finally hangs up on you. I've been calling for days, all hours of the day and night. No answer, no answer, no answer. No answering machine, no message to what the problem is. Truly LOUSY customer service!!!!!!

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

Terrible.  Rip off pigeon control.  Dishonest and won't call you back.  This guy clearly isn't in this business for the long haul...he doesn't care.  Do not call them!
