Great service every time, friendly & reasonable. They came out for the normal spraying around the house. A few days later we found a spider in our garage & the owner (who is amazing) made a special trip out to spray the garage. Higley recommend.

All I can say is WOW! My house was infested and i had lost all hope! I didn't even want to go home because my pest problem had become so unmanageable. We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.

Bob's bug is a family owned and operated company. We started using Bob's in the 90's when I was a child. He and his techs are always on time and very polite, their knowledge of the bugs in the valley is outstanding! Now that my siblings are home owners, Bob, is still who we call!

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

Highly recommend Cimex Control! I had an ant problem that I couldn't resolve on my own. Cimex quickly solved it and the ants were gone the same day. Very professional, friendly and efficient! Will be calling on them for any future pest issues.

Evergreen has been treating our home for almost two years now and they have been great. We were new to the area originally and they definitely helped educate us on what to look for. They have always been courteous and we have had very good results because of the treatments. The one time I did see a scorpion between appointments, they came out a day or two later and re-treated the area. We are happy with the service and price.

We've been hiring Quell to keep pests at bay for almost a year now, and we have always been happy with the results. Love this company!! I just moved into my new house and found I had a black widow issue. Just moved into the copper basin area of San tan valley and knew of no pest people in the area. So I looked on yelp and found affordable pest. Called hoping they could come same day and they were happy to oblige. Prices super reasonable. And I believe spayed was named Mike. Super professional. Will definitely call again.

I was walking through a parking lot when the owner of this company almost hit me. He didn't seem to be paying any attention to where he was or what he was doing.  If he drives like he is confused I could only imagine what the quality of his work would be.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

I cannot say anything good about the services this company supposed provided.  Bed bug service was supposed to eliminate problem within 2 weeks, yet almost a month later the bedroom is still infested.  I have called the company too many times with no response or simply no answer.  I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
