We have been using Pest R Us for at least six or seven years. Great service, always friendly and I never have to worry about bugs. I like that I have had the same person servicing  my home for since I started as a customer.Thank you!!

I have never used your company or even heard of it until tonight. But after tonight, if/when I do need pest control I will be calling Bryant Pest Control. Simply because your employees are genuinely sweet.

I went to grab a pizza after a long day and one of your employees waited for me, held the door open, and let me order first stating ladies first. It's nice to have genuinely kind people working for you. I wish I had gotten his name; but I did get the logo on his shirt. Anyways, he'll know who he is. Thank you!

They are amazing, did not think I could be this happy with a pest control company they are really helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable. They don't try to upswell you on a bunch of things, they come in, do a great job, and are available if you ever have questions. Highly recommended! Unfortunately we are moving out of state but we're definitely signing up for their service if we move back to AZ.

All I can say is WOW! My house was infested and i had lost all hope! I didn't even want to go home because my pest problem had become so unmanageable. I had several other companies come out to provide services, but in a matter of days those relentless pests were back! That's when I called Justin, the owner, who took a real interest in my pest problem and assured me he would take on the challenge and succeed where other companies had failed. I immediately felt relieved! Not only did he completely eradicate my pest problem with a SINGLE treatment, he also proved to be someone who actually cared about helping me! We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

I've used quite a few places and Bug Off Pest Control has by far been my favorite! Corey was honest/fair with his quote, on time, and professional. I had an extremely tight schedule due to selling my home and they accommodated me more than they should have had to! They got the paperwork I needed and did a great job on the house. We won't use anyone else again!

I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait,  placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity.  Thank you again.

We have Denny's spraying our house for bugs for years now and I wouldn't change a thing!! We had a major cricket outbreak and they took care of it. We haven't seen nearly as many scorpions or anything else for that matter. We only have them spray the outside and occasionally the garage and that works perfectly for us. The technicians are polite and thorough.

We moved to the N. Phoenix area in late 2013 from So Cal. Evergreen came recommended by our daughter who uses them at her house in Desert Ridge. I called and talked to Robin and she was incredibly friendly and informative. Set up the initial service and the follow up a month later. The bug spray dudes were awesome. Had me walk with them on the first spray / treatment and explained everything they were doing and why. Came back today for our third service and again were awesome. Bottom line is we don't know much about bugs and scorpions and don't want to. Thanks to Evergreen and their most excellent service, we don't have to. Highly recommend!

My mother recently signed up for service thru Quell. They told her they would be out every month to spray and then bill monthly. They send an email saying a technician stopped by and sprayed with date and time they were there. However, there was no one that actually stopped by. My mother was at home all day both months in which that happened and no one came out. No one knocked on the door or spoke with her or even left a written notice on the door. My mother feels deceived by this business and would not recommend.

I need to update my previous review.  

I wanted to let my fellow yelper's know how this situation turned out;  the owner actually came by our house to apologize,  to me that is total class.  If I'd really thought about it as opposed to reacting at the time of our service, I would have realized that this was just an error and not a normal way this company does business.  I should have called the owner as instead of just posting a negative review.  

Now I understand all the 5 star reviews.  I do recommend doing business with this company, they go out of their way for customer service.

If you are looking for a good pest control guy to keep those bugs and scorpions at bay, Jim Eiles is the guy for you. We have used his services for a number of years and seldom have any scorpions or other pests. He will do inside your house and he covers the entire yard. Jim is a Certified Technician, is licensed and insured, and is very responsive. Leave a message if he is out of the office which he is most of the day, He will return your call and schedule an appointment time for you. I heartily recommend him.

Adrian always does a great job for us and is very thorough and considerate.  Takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.

Very, very bad experience. They did show up quickly - but it appears that their intent was to quickly scam us and take our money. No price was quoted - they proceeded to do work. Then tried to charge me twice what they charged for a kill last year. I should never have called them out as I had a funny feeling after using them last year - but was panicked when I saw the swarm and had their number. They cut right into my roof last time - I've since had to re-roof. I didn't know there was any other option - I since have heard that there are other methods. This time, I refused to pay any more than what I had paid last year. Michael said his boss quoted me on the phone. He did not. Told me that they needed to dismantle a stucco column to remove honeycomb. Told me that he drilled a hole and the bit came out covered in honey. When I asked to see it, Michael said he had wiped it off. Then told me it would be $1000 to remove the honeycomb from the CMU blocks inside the column and that did not include repairing it. I told him to leave - that I would pay him the same as last year for a kill ($170) and that was it. He said they didn't accept checks (mind you, their pre-printed invoice forms have a space for check #). I told him take it or leave it and that I had no credit card to give him. He would not leave my property for some time. Said he had to call his boss - the person I initially spoke to on the phone - who told me that this loser was his brother-in-law. He eventually accepted the check - cashed within hours of leaving my home. I called another company who I WOULD recommend (ASAP Bee Removal - great and honest guy) only to learn that the CMU or slump blocks inside the column on my house are filled with concrete and there's no way that there was a honeycomb inside. ASAP filled the holes that Michael left, filled another entry point that was as big as a fist that Michael should have seen and filled, charged $100 (yes, ten times less than what the scammers wanted) and gave me a three year guaranty. DO NOT CALL VALLEY PRO. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
