They did a great job! Had an ant problem come out of nowhere! After hosing my patio down with three different bug sprays, ants were still all over the place.  I called on Monday wanting someone today and the owner of the company came to my house same day and waited for me as I ran a little late from work.  I will surely use them again!

We have used Bryant for about a year, until last month. I have to say that the first 4 months or so were fantastic. The technicians were great and they were diligent in their service. Spraying both inside and out, placing glue traps in appropriate places, dusting certain entry points, clearing webs outside, etc.
However, after those initial four months I began to see the service slip. I believe it may have been because I wasn't home for most of the services after that and someone else handled the interaction for me. However, I shouldn't have to monitor service for it to be done well. I started to see more bugs, the glue traps were left without being changed and had massive cobwebs on our back patio. I did not want to assume these services were standard offering every time. I emailed Bryant to ask what the tech responsibilities are when servicing a home. Received a response that stated that there isn't a set list so to speak, we customize the service to the customer needs. Which I found odd, as I cannot think of a service or product that is paid for without knowing what those services are by default. And since I had never discussed specific services with Bryant or the techs, how would Technicians know what to do without a default list? Is each Technician left to their own discretion on how to service? I then gave a detailed list in a reply email. Expressing my concerns with how service had went down hill. However, I received no response/reply. Really disappointed with how poorly such a promising service ended.
For those considering Bryant, I would suggest mutually agreeing on the services to be rendered. Hopefully it will allow you to avoid disappointment based on missed expectations.

I was recommended to All Clear by a co-worker.  I have only had the initial treatment last month but I have not seen a scorpion since.  Yesterday I received a thank you letter from Darren, the owner, for choosing All Clear and he included his cell number if I ever need anything.  VERY impressed, I don't see this kind of customer service much any more.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. Terrible!  They came out less than 2 weeks ago due to me seeing a lot of spiders.  Over the weekend I've killed 2 big wolf spiders!!  I called them to ask them to send someone out and they told me no because I'm not a monthly customer!!  If you did your job right I wouldn't have to have you come out once a month!!!  Won't do business with them anymore and will let everyone I've referred to them know What happened.

I contacted them because of a recommendation from my HOA. After asking a bunch of questions, I was confident in setting up a monthly service with them. The first time they came out, the guy knocked on the door to let me know he would be spraying. He was very friendly but was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Still crickets everywhere, and new ant hills. I thought it may have been a fluke and decided to let them come out again the following month. I timed from the time he left my front door to the time he got back in his truck, 6 minutes. You can't even walk the perimeter of my front and back yard in that time. I can see that several people have been happy with them, and it may just be the guy that was assigned to my house, but I will not recommend them to anyone.

Have had them for 3 years and they are always prompt and courteous. The inside of our house has been scorpion free.

I didn't like the way my property way sprayed - cameras show they didn't spray much.  Still have a cricket problem.

If you are looking for a good pest control guy to keep those bugs and scorpions at bay, Jim Eiles is the guy for you. We have used his services for a number of years and seldom have any scorpions or other pests. He will do inside your house and he covers the entire yard. Jim is a Certified Technician, is licensed and insured, and is very responsive. Leave a message if he is out of the office which he is most of the day, He will return your call and schedule an appointment time for you. I heartily recommend him.

Adrian always does a great job for us and is very thorough and considerate.  Takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.

calleed about a bee problem was told it would be $90 to spray . They charged me 170 told me they would kill the bees but $550 to remove the hive . Bees still alive .Called back said the bees were still alive and they said it would take 3 to 5 days to kill the bees . They never really checked to see how big the hive was .I was told if they killed the bees i could remove the hive . I am out 170 and now i have to call some one else .
