Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

Michael was very prompt in coming to check out our bee situation.  It appears that we had a colony of Africanized bees making a comb/nest in the front wall of our house.  Michael promptly took care of the situation and seemed very well versed in bee behavior.  I would definitely recommend him and he is fair priced.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

We had a BIG scorpion infestation in the summer of 2015. We found Steve through Facebook with great reviews. He came out the NEXT day, sprayed inside and out, and almost two years later we've had ZERO scorpions since! He does more than just scorpions but here in Phx the scorpions are the biggest nuisance. Great guys, on time, reasonable prices and honest! Had multiple other quotes for termites with a lot of pressure from the higher priced companies. These guys told me what the problem is, that is normal and simple to take care of. No scare tactics or pressure. Being from minnesota wasn't familiar with termites. I am now.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I just had to add to my first review. I recently had a pretty bad experience with another pest control service and remembered that when Irish came to do our weed treatment that he also did pest control.  I called to set up the pest service.  Wow, their customer service is outstanding! I had had an appointment set up with the other company to come treat today, but they cancelled due to weather. Irish offered to have someone out this afternoon to do my first treatment. No contracts to sign, no monthly billing, and their work is completely guaranteed.  Anyone in need of pest or weed control should give Irish a call. You will not be let down!

These guys came to my door the day after my regular peat service company had visited. I initially told them that and turned them away, but he very politely asked if he could show me something. There were three wasp nests in the overhang above my door that the other service never caught!  I hired them on the spot.  Bennet was our field expert this month and he did a great job.

John, a Prescott technician,  has provided service for us for several years. He is so personable-that's what I really like about him-very pleasant. John is very thorough, and I trust that he gives us the best attention possible. So glad he is our technician, so that we are bug and rodent free!
