Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

I have been with the owner since he founded the company,  and I will never use anyone else. Patrick is thorough, thoughtful, informative, and just a nice overall guy. He is also exceptionally responsive to urgent issues. We had roof rats when we moved into our new home, and Patrick was out every day for a week, catching them and removing them. When we hosted a wedding in our backyard, Patrick made sure to schedule our service at a time that would minimize the ants that inundate our large property every spring, thereby maximizing our guests' comfort. He always takes the time to make suggestions and answer questions about preventative measures and causation.

Everlong is a small business, and I'm proud to support local businesses. I've had other door-to-door pest control salespeople from large companies offer me free this and free that, trying to pry my business away from Everlong, but I've never even considered their offers. Patrick's great service is well worth my loyalty as a customer.

Jason has been servicing my house for almost 7 years. He is always prompt, courteous and offers customer service beyond any service provider I've ever worked with. He answers any questions I have and goes out of his way to make sure the bugs stay outside my house. Truth be told, he does such a good job that I can't remember finding a bug in my house. The reason there aren't more reviews here for him is that people like me take him for granted because he is always there for us, no matter what. Shame on us for not getting on here and telling the world how great he is so others who rely on online reviews can have the same great experience we've all had. Call him and thank me later!

Michael was very helpful and professional when I required his help a couple of weeks ago. We had a swarm of bees at our house. He took about 10-15 minutes to listen to my description of the situation and then guided me on what to do. He is extremely honest and recommended waiting for about 24 hours to see if the bees would leave on their own, which they did. I would highly recommend Michael and will definitely call him in the future If we ever encounter a problem with bees.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

We had a BIG scorpion infestation in the summer of 2015. We found Steve through Facebook with great reviews. He came out the NEXT day, sprayed inside and out, and almost two years later we've had ZERO scorpions since! He does more than just scorpions but here in Phx the scorpions are the biggest nuisance. We love their all natural approach. We feel confident when we get treated that our animals and kids are safe and it smells good! The smell of the natural stuff they use is pleasant. They really are nice and friendly and take the time to explain.

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

I had to have a service done between services because I was starting to see roaches, scorpions, and earwigs in my yard.  We had David M. as our tech and he was PERFECT!  Went above and beyond.  He even moved away some of the leaves in our back yard so that he could get the chemical under them.  He spent time to talk with me to find out my specific problem areas.  Thank you!

This is the worst company when it comes to setting up service and having the charge debit from your account! I had a rental property listed for termite service and when try to set up services at my primary home for pest they set it up for both properties. I got double charge for services when I didn't authorize both of them. Called in and was told I would get a month of service free due to inconvenience. The next month came and I got charge again. They have now debited my account two times without authorization. Do not give them credit cards for auto debit! You will have changes come out without your notice. Also tried their AC service which was a joke. They were suppose to change filter but didn't and within two weeks of them checking my AC it went out. I end up going with another company due to their poor service. I will say they have a decent termite service and I haven't had issues with that. But that is about all I will use them for.
