We have known Isaac for so many years we lost track. He is prompt, friendly, VERY thorough, loves animals which is good since we have a mini-zoo, and he has a good sense of humor too!   His chemicals are fairly safe for our household and that says a lot! Whatever he does - I don't know - but I have no pests at home aside from the ones I want!

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

We called Jason to check our house for rodents. He did a free inspection, and although found droppings, he said everything he saw was old. He didn't leave a trap, but showed us what to look for to see if the rodents return. He told us if they return, he would happily leave some traps, but didn't want to waste our money on treating critters that have already left. We appreciated his honesty, concern for us, his positive attitude and professionalism. We will definitely call him again if we see more issues.

Talked to Mike Monday evening, Tuesday afternoon the bees were eliminated. Mike clearly knows his bee stuff, called when he was running a little late from an earlier job, and gave me good advice for making sure the bees stay gone. I couldn't ask for more!

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

Great guys, on time, reasonable prices and honest! Had multiple other quotes for termites with a lot of pressure from the higher priced companies. These guys told me what the problem is, that is normal and simple to take care of. No scare tactics or pressure. Being from minnesota wasn't familiar with termites. I am now.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

The owner, Irish, actually came and provided the service. He is very thorough and professional. He is also very knowledgeable about how the services his company provides, will work, what is needed. Everything they do comes with a warranty. There was an area I thought that was damaged by termites. It turns out it was water damage. He could have told me that it was termites and I don't have a lot of experience with the little buggers. He showed me at the base of my palm tree what the entrance to tunnels look like. Then I was shown a queen that came out of the hole when he sprayed. That one was near my house. So I ended up getting the weed control, termite treatment, and pest control. Like I said it is all warrantied. I will be using this company.

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

I've been around the block a few times with pest companies. It really irked me that I had a no soliciting sign on my door. I knew I needed service badly, So I deceided to talk with Mitch (sales guy). He wasn't pushy, He new what he was talking about, and I knew what I needed. Gordon and Jesse came out (Techs) very polite and respectful. They did a good job of cleaning all the eves,lawn furniture that had spider webs.They let me know what  they were putting down in my yard and what I could expect in the coming days. Jesse came inside to spray, he actually put on booties (impressed me). Service was great I'll give 5 STARS. But the initial sales meeting 2 STARS, Only because Mitch didn't respect my no soliciting sign on the door.Everything worked out. We'll see how the up and coming services go.  P.S    MOXIE needs to train their sales staff on repescting consumers NO Soliciting signs they have on their properties. Consumers know what they need and want, We have cell phones and internet.

I've read many of the unfavorable reviews for Sexton.  I don't get it.  I have been using Sexton for about 10 years in my house in the San Tan area.  I would reccommend Sexton to anyone.  We have had different technicians over the past 10 years and each and everyone of them have been professional, courteous, and on time. We always get a call from the service center the day before our appointment to remind us that our tech is coming.  During our last routine bug spraying, our tech discovered termites.  Sure enough, we have them.  Due to his vigilance the problem is not too advance.  Sexton sent out Steve, their termite specialist, to bid our job.  Before he arrived I did a little online investigation about the process.  Steve was right on the money as what needs to be done. Steve was professional and there was no pressure selling. My husband and I were pleasantly pleased with the bid and decided to let Sexton do the job.
