The dudes at West Coast were great! My home had a recurring ant problem but these guys took care of it with efficiency and professionalism. We haven't seen a single ant since these guys did their work. Awesome. I appreciated their kindness, and I highly recommend their services.

We had a really good experience with Merrill today. We kept hearing scratching noises coming from our dryers vent in the laundry room. We didn't know what it was but didn't want to deal with whatever it would end up being. We called Merrill and they sent out Sean within the hour. Sean was patient and we eventually realized a bird had made its way through the dryer vents to inside the dryer. We got it out and released the bird unharmed. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend

LANCE is awesome!! We are new home owners and called Bulwark Exterminating since we are already Bulwark Security customers and really loved our experience so thought to keep it in the Bulwark family! Lance took on our last minute scheduling and covered for another tech that had called out sick. Even though it was dusk (and the appointment lasted until dark) he still made it and was courteous, friendly, and took time to look at the problem areas in the backyard. Lance was fantastic and we really appreciate him.

However, I cannot give a perfect 5-star rating because of some issues we encountered with the pricing/scope of work for the service call. The rep that set up the appointment (can't remember his name but it was unusual like Drogen or something) was a bit short on the phone but advised the pricing would be for a one time call, not an ongoing contract. He also did not explain some other details of what the service plan would entail, so when Lance showed up with a contract for us to sign I was a little caught off guard. Nonetheless, we did not want that to tarnish our experience with Lance and we hope we can figure something out with Bulwark Exterminating for the future of our contract.

Matt from Green Magic Pest Control responded to my inquiry for a quote here on Yelp almost immediately. He was one of the first companies to respond to me actually. He answered all of my questions quickly while I was in the midst of interviewing a couple of companies. With a dog in the house I am very careful about what kind of preventative pest services I use so I liked that this company is pet friendly. They were able to fit me in for my first service in the same week since I was doing renovation on my new house and had the baseboards pulled off. They laid down dust in the open voids there, sprayed, and then went through pretty thoroughly as well. I can't remember the tech's name but he was friendly, polite, and knew his stuff. He was able to explain exactly what the bi-monthly service included and how things would work moving forward.

So far I've just had a few little bugs come out from the voids under the baseboards, which the tech said might happen, and all have been dead or in the process of dying so the treatment is working.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

The company did a good job of getting out large weeds and stray grass that the regular gardener said was too difficult.  Not for this company &   their price was reasonable.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

We had a wasp problem, so I gave alex a call, and he was able to schedule me in the same day. He arrived on time after also texting me to let me know when he was en route. He did not just check the one bush i pointed out as problematic, but went around my entire property - front and back- to check if there were other nests. He ended up finding and taking care of 2 different nests. He left after warning me about what to expect (normal activity for first couple days), and when to contact him (persistent activity after).  

Unfortunately, the wasps moved to an adjacent bush and made a new home there. So I called alex again, and he came out to remove a nest- not once but twice more. Here's hoping 3rd time is the charm!

I met the owner, Brandon Bear, knocking on my door for my business. I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to work that hard. Especially when they are the owner! He was not only very kind and sincere but it's clear that he was willing to do what it takes to take care of my pest issues that my previous pest company was not taking care of. The prices were competitive and I absolutely LOVE that his company plants a tree every service. I fully support any company that gives back to the environment. Something that is beneficial to all of us. I don't want the bugs in my home and Frontino plants a new home for the critters! Solid service. Always on time. Great prices. Full guarantee. This is an outstanding company!  They've been providing pest control for us for three years now.  Before they started, I was spraying for scorpions.  Tons of scorpions before I started spraying; fewer after I started spraying; I haven't seen a single scorpion in the house or in the yard in the three years they've been spraying.  Can't ask for more than that.  Very reliable and service-oriented!  Thanks!

When I first reached out to pro active pest I was a little weary as I'd tried a different company before and they were very rude and not forthcoming about prices. Duane has gone above and beyond with our services! He lets us know know when someone will be coming out in a timely manner. Explains each treatment thoroughly, and actively listens to any concern we have and effectively preforms new treatments as needed. Safety is a priority i recently had a baby and Duane made sure to remove all and any webs he could find. And even swept my garage that had so many crickets, you have no clue how thoughtful and considerate that was! I can't thank him enough for what he's done for our home! Pricing is good and I know they are only a text or phone call away. Highly recommend this company!
