I needed to rekey a deadbolt to match an existing lock. I met with the manager (a very nice lady) and I was in and out with my deadbolt rekeyed and two additional keys in less than five minutes. If you are looking for a security solution for your home, hobby shed, or etc. this shop is the place to go.

Mr Lockout wasn't able to help me in my particular quirky lockout scenario, but they were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to find someone who could. That's the real test for a company: how they treat you even if they aren't going to make money off of you.

Showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained to us what type of locks we had and was very informative. RJ is very friendly and just overall a very amazing human being. His prices are very fair and he is very responsive so I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a Locksmith!

Another glowing review -- and satisfied customer. Initial response and estimate was fast, scheduling easy and convenient. My original request was for a keypad deadbolt installation, but I ended up needing a second lock installed and two locks re-keyed -- no problem. Friendly, gracious service. I'm sure I'll use Sutton again, and enthusiastically recommend them.

Called these guys to get my key fobs programmed. Was given an estimate and an estimate of time of arrival of 45min. Ron arrived early and was very friendly. He programmed my keys within minutes! Great service and very prompt response. Highly recommend!

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

United Lock Service is the most honest, dependable, and reasonably priced locksmith in the area. Nathan was ontime and he even called me to let me know he was on the way so I didn't have to sit around and guess what time he was coming. He was professional, efficient, and didn't try to up sell me. I highly recommend him for all your lock smith needs.

After having my vehicle towed from Needles, Ca to Glendale Arizona because of overheating and fluid draining out , I decided to try On The Go Auto Repair. So glad I did. The same day I contacted them Steve came to my house to assess my problem. It did not take him but a couple minutes to determine that my radiator had decided to rupture. He provided me with a written quote and his next availability to replace the radiator, which was the next day. I scheduled it and he arrived as promised. 113 degrees outside and he was ready to work. The work was done cleanly. He came with everything that he needed and completely the job. I have never used a mobile repair service before but I have to tell you this was a great experience. Steve was the best. Thanks for getting me back up and running in such a short period of time.

People like this give real locksmith companies a bad rep. Comes out and makes whatever price he feels fit to the situation and says whatever comes to mind for justification of that price. GET A FLAT PRICE FOR WORK OVER THE PHONE OR DONT USE.

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.

I needed to change the locks in a new house and called Old Glory. They did a fantastic job with the service and also provided some very helpful guidance for the old lock hardware that is unique to Sun City. Top notch, friendly, and very helpful.

They were prompt and knowledgeable. Rekeyed all our locks for the same key. 5 stars from us.
