Our technician got locked out during work.  We called and they came within their stated time frame, priced very reasonably and professional thru out.  Highly recommend!

Showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained to us what type of locks we had and was very informative. RJ is very friendly and just overall a very amazing human being. His prices are very fair and he is very responsive so I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a Locksmith!

I messaged Jon thru the Yelp app & he responded quickly. We made an appointment for the following day. He texted me when he was on his way and he arrived on time. Perfect.
I had kind of an odd job for him. I had special-ordered some fancy Emtek entry door hardware (deadbolt & locking knob, both w square backplates), and I couldn't get them to align cosmetically while functioning technically.
Jon dove into the problem and managed to figure it out & fix it.
He also re-keyed both pieces, one of which I had no key for.
Jon's mastered the art & science of locksmithing for sure! And he is a nice, normal, professional young guy, not a creep like lots of locksmiths out there!

I locked myself out of my workspace at 3pm on a Saturday. I immediately called Desert Locksmith - Ran was pleasant and friendly, said he should arrive in about 25 minutes. He arrived promptly and called me as he entered the parking lot. He inspected the lock and in less than 15 minutes he had the door unlocked! Ran saved my life. Courteous and professional, timely, friendly and for a fair price! Hopefully I won't have any future instances for his services, but if I do, I will call him immediately! I highly recommend his services - he deserves 10 stars! Thank you Ran!!

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

The deadbolt on my outside shed stopped working. I was unable unable to unlock it. I called Adams Locksmith on a hot Saturday around 3PM and within 25 minutes Tom arrived. He was able to get it open and replace the deadbolt and the door knob quickly for a reasonable rate. He was friendly and also made some very helpful suggestions.

Highly recommend this company! Aaron was absolutely kind and helpful! He came out immediately, not only got the keys out but helped jump my caregivers car and stayed until all was taken care of! Amazing customer service !! Also , reasonable pricing !!

My sec call was to west valley lock and key and they gave me a real price over the phone a technician came down with in 20 mins they were very professional and got the job done. like I said I would definitely recommend them, easy to deal with.

Nathan was very quick to respond, and was able to come out to rekey locks... twice for me.  He arrived on time, was very efficient, and his prices were reasonable compared to others I called.

Very prompt and courteous service. Technition was efficient and explained the services he provides clearly. Tech also was aware of my 2 yr old grandson, and was careful with small parts. He notified me when he needed to go out into his vehicle for parts. Excellent service.

I'm not sure how it happened, but I was getting my daughter out of the car. Got her inside and I turned around to get my purse, diaper bag, groceries.... the car was locked with everything in it Tried to call my significant other, no answer (his job doesn't let him answer his phone) sooooo I had no idea what to do! I googled of course and called some people but when they called me back they made me very uncomfortable, and to be coming to my house with just me and my baby girl I was panicked. Joe called me back, and I told him what was going on he actually made me feel at ease, I don't trust people very easily. He got to my house in 15min and it was all done in 5min! Thank u so much Joe!

I called Corey at 9p on a Sunday night. My roommate just moved out. He gave me an hour window and was on time, very professional, and would tell anyone to use him anytime they needed a locksmith. I originally called him because of his 5 star rating. And he IS worth a 5 star rating. He is now my locksmith!

David was a pleasure to do business with. He was a little late but he was in contact with me via text so it was not a surprise and I appreciated his diligent communication throughout the day leading up to his arrival. Pricing was very reasonable and he completed the work quickly and efficiently. He even gave me recommendations for other services that I might need for the new home I just purchased. If I need a locksmith in the future, North Valley Locksmith will be my first call.
