They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! Definitely come here for all your needs!

This week I lost the only key fob for my car and was completely locked out of it.  My entire family turned the whole house upside down looking for it, to no avail.  Called the Lexus dealership to see what a replacement fob would cost and they quoted me a small fortune, plus towing fees.  Rather than skip a mortgage payment, I called Ran and his price was a fraction of Lexus's highway robbery.  He showed up promptly the next morning and had a new programmed key fob ready in about 40 minutes.  Here's the frustrating epilogue: my lost key fob was found tonight in a very unlikely place, just eight hours after Ran handed me the new fob.  I'll definitely be calling him to reprogram it so I can keep it as a spare.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

We called at 8:30am the owner (older gentlemen) was able to come 2 hours later at 10:30am we had an urgent matter to change out the locks to our business door. Very fast and efficient and friendly! Couldn't ask for a better company and person. Definitely go with this company. Thank you!!

Bo came to our office to replace a lock for our company. He arrived with an hour as promised, let me know the price before he got started, finished in about 15 minutes, and most importantly we don't have a key getting stuck in lock anymore. Steve was very prompt in getting back to my online request.  I had a key fob that was not communicating with my vehicle and he was great in explaining the options and providing me with pricing.  Steve came by the same day and was able to quickly reprogram my fob.  It saved me a ton of money compared with going to a dealer for programming or a new fob.  I highly recommend Steve... prompt, professional, and very reasonable prices.

I have a home warranty, and Copperstar was given the opportunity to re-key my doors.  The work was completed.  Unfortunately, the locks do not turn without pulling up on the handle, which wasn't an issue prior to their work.  Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Timely, experienced and fairly priced.  In the past Bell Lock and Safe have helped me out of more then one jam due to lost keys or having to change locks at my rental properties.  I also use them for my personal residence as the work is always done quick and right the first time.
