I looked at Lowes, Home Depot and Ace to get a duplicate key made.  None of them could match.  Walked right into Mercury and in less than 5 minutes I had my key!!!

This company is a life saver! My cousin locked my keys in my car on Easter morning, horrible timing! I called this place and spoke with Scott he had someone out in about a hour.. ON EASTER! If that's not awesome customer service I don't know what is. Thank you so much for the help!

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

I contacted ACME Locksmith to get some help getting a key made for an outdoor shed. The shed had a locking handle on it, but was there when I bought the house and I never got a key from the previous owners. So, the shed has just been unlocked for years. Unfortunately, someone decided to jump my wall and steal my bike from the shed recently. So I needed a solution.

The process was so simple. Drew asked me to send over a pic of the lock I needed a key for and within minutes I got a reply that he could cut a key. The Phoenix shop is pretty close to my house and I drive over and had my new keys in less than 5 mins.

If you ever have any lock and key issues, go to this guy, you won't regret it. I had to take my mom's car to work (because she took mine) and accidentally locked her keys in the car. Although the car was off the keys were in the ignition and the car just automatically locked. My mom didn't have a spare and while stuck at work, I couldn't figure out what to do. My sister had posted online about my situation and she immediately got a response. Not only did he call me, but when I refused his services due to financial restraints,. he came anyway on his way home from work. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I got home okay. He was very quick and efficient and brought the keys back into work for me because I was so busy. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help, but any future key business I have will belong to him. FYI, if you guys ever need help with your computer, his son in law can definitely help you out as well, just give him a call!

Bill at Pinnacle was great in getting an appointment set up and then being able to reschedule for me at the last minute.   Chris came on time to the appointment, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job on the deadbolt install.  They are keepers!!

I had a set screw in a door handle that was stripped out and I did not want to have to buy a complete KwikSet door handle. These guys were referred to me by another locksmith (it's nice to see they all work together - I like that).
Anyway, I brought my door handle in hoping for the best. It took these folks about 10 minutes to remove the stripped set screw and replace it for me for a super small minimal fee. I'm sure they had better things to do than to take the time to take care of my small issue, but they did. And for that I am very grateful. Their customer service was extraordinary. I can't say enough about this business. I put the door handle back on my residential door and it's as good as new. Thank you guys for being there.

I'll keep this short. Nice young lady came out and changed out my mail key. She showed up on time and did a great job. I'd use them again.

I had a situation where everything on this day wasn't going my way. I lost my wallet, misplaced my phone, and on top of it all, I locked my house keys in my car...You name it, everything went wrong on this day until I called these guys.

My friend had a similar situation a couple of days prior where she locked her keys inside of Buttercup (her old school VW trailer). She was very happy with their service and price, so she recommended I give them. I called them from her phone and explained my situation. They asked me a few questions and then they were at my place in no time.

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

B's Lock and Key have made some rather unique keys for some unusual locks. The keys work perfectly every time!  The prices are more than fair.  B's Lock and Key was punctual, professional and knowledgeable!  I have refereed quite a few to B's Lock and Key and have heard nothing but positives!

Yeah, these guys know what they're doing.  I had a very expensive, old Russwin front door set..lost the keys..pain in the ass to rekey.  Came up with solution that looks better than I expected. Kudos

We were all set to go camping for a few day with our Travel Trailer and I went to put one more item in it and found that the dead bolt lock would not open.   We called Pro-Lock and they said to come bring it over and they would take care of it right away.   He was able to use some tools to pull the lock out and discover that 2 screws had backed out.   So there was no need for a new lock.  One hour and $28 later we were on the road.   We are happy customers due to fast service and being honest about not needing to replace the lock.
