AVOID. This store completely ripped me off. Needed a single part for a lock and was told I had to buy a "set" and charged me $60 for a parts set. Googled after I got home and it was a $2 piece, $8 for the same set. Completely took advantage of me.

I couldn't tell u if this company knows how to do their job, and the reason being he never called me back.  My key broke off in my ignition in an older vehicle so I called them to see if they could help and when I called I got a voice mail so I left a message.  He called me back in a few minutes and I explained my situation to which he said he would need to do some research and will call me back in a few minutes.  A couple hours later I hadn't heard back so I called, again got voice mail, and left a message.  Never heard from him again.  I guess business is so good that one customer just doesn't matter.  Sad really.

Jack was wonderful! After having any exhausting experience with another locksmith, I was so impressed with Diamondback's responsiveness. Jack arrived in less than 20 minutes and completed the job even quicker. Thank you for helping me in a pinch after a very stressful day. Did I say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Yes, it was superb!

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

Showed up with no mask. I don't know why at this point service providers would have any ambiguity about needing to have a mask. Completely unacceptable.

I needed rekey all our door.  Bobby came and provided estimates.  He also identified problem locks and helped me with all my lock issues and rekey.

I used ACME in Scottsdale back in 2015 and they did a great job too.

Extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. Misquoted me on the phone and instead of taking advantage of the misquote, I was informed of the misquote on arrival and the rate was reduced. Honest company and employees. Quick and efficient job. Great hours. Quick scheduling.

Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year.  They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait.  Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install.  The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed.  He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave.  Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service.  However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith.  A real business owner doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he should accept.  Additionally if you really don't want to do this kind of job I suggest a better customer service approach to the situation like a referral to another company.  That's how businesses grow customer loyalty, not by insulting them.  Found another locksmith who was more than able to come out to my office and do the install in person for a very fair rate.

Outstanding service and perseverance to get very unique keys hand cut and hand filed for 2 key safes. Worked perfectly!!

Due to various reasons we needed to rekey the house.  Gentleman was on time and very professional.  Last lock service was over 20 years ago.  Tech lubed all he locks and installed longer lockplate screws where needed.   Was reasonable priced and a pleasure to do business with.  Highly recommend.

Locked our keys in the car. Called this place, they were courteous and said a guy would be there in 20 minutes. The guy was there in 20 minutes, unlocked the car in 5 minutes, we were on our way. I would recommend this company if your girlfriend I mean if you guys lock your keys in the car.

Just bought a new home. Ernie was able to come out right away and change all the locks! He was on time, polite and reasonably priced! He will be our new locksmith. Cannot say enough positive things about him.

Tyrone was great! He was quick at setting up the locks and rekeying our house. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this locksmith!

Also 3 doors needed new bolts with locks. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also repaired the other problems with the doors without asking.

Local business with local employees. The gentleman at the counter was DEFINITELY hard of hearing, which made me laugh. I got 2 keys copied for just 4 bucks!!! He showed me their versions of my key, and was polite.... I just had to be super loud so he could hear... Again. COMICAL. But He did his job well.  I ordered special motorcycle keys online, and was referred here by North Valley Honda. I'll be back for any lock/key related needs for sure.
