This locksmith helped me out of a jam I had with a replacement key fob I bought off of Ebay. The job was a little trickier than expected, but he stuck with it, even contacting the Caddy dealership at one time during the kludgy process. I highly recommend this business!

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

We had some outdoor storage locks that were quite old, but had always worked, and now we couldn't get them open.  

Called Robert and he came over within the hour, opened one lock, but we decided that the other 2 had to be cut off, which he did.  Since we had 4 other storage locks, and needed to have one 'matched' set, he was very helpful in guiding us at the local hardware store to get two sets of 4 master lock padlocks with one key for each set of 4.  This was a fine solution, and quite reasonably priced.

We also had a sticky deadbolt lock on one of the house doors, and Robert was able to re-install it so it worked properly, all within the minimum charge for a house visit.

Delighted to work with him, and he'll be the one we call if we ever had another lock problem.

Great service from a locally owned company! They were able to make spare keys for my pool fence gate lock.

Our front deadbolt lock was sticking and Irv was able to quickly come out and solve the problem.

I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients.  
I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad.  Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home.  The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days.  My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know "when" the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients.  

To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive.  

After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done.  JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!!
The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house.  

Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home.  To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!!  Their price was beyond reasonable.

These guys saved the day AND saved me a ton of $$$ money.
I broke my car key in my ignition and after fishing the key out I called these guys and they told me to bring it over.

After less than 5 minutes the gentleman working was able to make a new key and told me to come back if there was any issues. As well gave me referrals to someone if the issue persisted.

Luckily after taking the key to my car it worked perfectly!!!

These guy are the best!!  Jimbo always comes same day for what ever problem we have with either my safe or push-code door lock or rekeying.  He always has the answer to my problem and does it with a smile on his face.  Support your local business and they will take care of you.

I'll keep this short. Nice young lady came out and changed out my mail key. She showed up on time and did a great job. I'd use them again.

After locking myself out on the porch they made it to me in less than an hour and had me in my house within 5 minutes. I will use them again!! Fair prices and great service!

Yeah, these guys know what they're doing.  I had a very expensive, old Russwin front door set..lost the keys..pain in the ass to rekey.  Came up with solution that looks better than I expected. Kudos

Gonna put a solid in for these folks. Way better service than you'll get at Home Depot or elsewhere, and an impossibly complete supply of key blanks of all kinds. Got at duplicate made for my boat and another odd one done later for the motorcycle.

Expertise, selection, and shelves full of stuff you didn't know you needed to check out while you wait.
