I have been meaning to write this before the Holidays but got caught up in the celebrations. I asked to have a BMW motorcycle key duplicated for bags on a 2015. Looking at the key it seems virtually impossible that anyone could ever replicate the interior groove design of an advanced technology key - however these guys did it flawlessly. I was in disbelief at the level of skill.  Each of these keys cost around $300 to replace and I purchased two replacements which saved me over $500.  Their customer service is exceptional and their skills for duplicating keys is even better. I want to thank them for giving me such a great price on such a difficult key to replicate. You can't go wrong using this locksmith as I give them my highest recommendation.

I called these guys at the last minute after not being able to fix what turned out to be a frustrating issue with a door handle/bolt. Terry was able to come to the house within 2 hours, he was professional, helpful, answered my "layman" questions and fixed the issue within a 1/2 hr, all for a very reasonable cost. Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Came here for my 2008 MS3. I needed two keys and a remote. They had the keys in stock and they were cut and programmed in under ten minutes. The remote was another story, but after hours of research and a second replacement remote ordered by them it was found out that the car had an issue with the BCM. They gave me a full refund. I highly recommend.

I locked myself out of my house this morning and other places I had called told me they couldn't get to me for an hour or more. Lucky for me Tyrone, who is the owner, happened to be nearby and was able to get to me very quickly. When he arrived, he got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very professional and easy to talk to which is always nice. I had a difficult case other locksmiths could not handle.  I had scooter battery lock with no key.  B's Lock and Key showed up exactly when he said he would and was able to make me two keys so I could access the batteries and charge them.  So professional kind and reasonably priced.   He had to hand make the key using an old motorcycle key blank.   So relieved to not have to ditch the scooter because couldn't unlock battery.  Thank you!

I took a key in to be copied. Little Jim did the work for $3. However, he pointed out that the cuts on the key weren't very deep. He said a burglar using a special key could easily manipulate the tumblers and defeat the lock.

At his suggestion, I removed the lock from the door and brought it to him. He hoped to re-key it, but the cylinder was old and shot. So he dug out a used cylinder from his collection and re-keyed that. Cost: $10, including two new keys. He did the work while I waited.

Little Jim is very pleasant, and he knows his business. You won't do any better!

After several calls and visits to other locksmiths, Ed correctly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle -- without seeing it. (It was two hours away and unstartable.) He  told me how to fix it myself with the proper tools, and patiently guided me through the process. Why would anyone go to a different locksmith? These guys are professionals, the real deal.
