This locksmith helped me out of a jam I had with a replacement key fob I bought off of Ebay. The job was a little trickier than expected, but he stuck with it, even contacting the Caddy dealership at one time during the kludgy process. I highly recommend this business!

A+ Experience. Called on Thursday and got a Friday morning appointment to change locks at our new house.
Was advised they would call when they were in route.  Down to business on arrival. Very pleasant and professional, and priced reasonably. No complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to recommend. Found our new locksmith!  Many thanks Scott and Terry for a job done right.

The customer service was great i even spoke with the owner himself. They are very quick! When i originally called for a quote they could be out to rekey my house as soon as an hour but i instead set up an appointment. The service tech called 40 mins prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. I'm knocking one star off as i wasn't aware there is labor costs on top of the quote i was given which only included the parts and the fee to have the service technician come out, i wish i would have been made aware of the full cost upfront.

Peter does a fantastic job for us at a senior retirement community here in Surprise with all of our door lock and key needs! Incredibly friendly and professional.

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

I had a great experience with Rob. I locked myself out of my condo on a Saturday morning. I googled a couple locksmiths and they weren't available. When I called Rob, he left me know he'd be there as soon as he could. He was finishing a job on the other side of the lake, but would get to me ASAP. He texted me updates as he was en route. Ironically, only minutes before he arrived, I managed to get myself in. I called him and we had a good laugh over the phone. He didn't make me feel bad that he was on his way, he was happy I found a way inside. I offered to pay him something for his drive and he declined. That's old school service!

I called last min bc I had locked myself out of my house. I was with my 2 young children and a my phone on 5% (just enough to make the call) they were at my service in 5 mins! The man was nice enough to make a pit stop to me before his other appt, I really appreciate them.

Loved this place, my safes batteries died and I had lost the key. I brought it in and Andrew had my safe open in literally 2 minutes and replaced my batteries and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Andrew was super helpful and extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and in were in las Vegas when the kids locked themselves out of the house. One call to JT and he had them in a flash. Took payment remotely and everyone was happy. This dude rocks!!!!!

We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him.  We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable .  Great home town locksmith , service like it used to be. Very Honest

These folks made two keys for me:  one for a wooden surveyor's transit box dating back to the late 19th or early 20th Century, and another more mundane one for a Craftsman toolbox.  They only took a couple of days, despite being pretty busy after being closed for a week after the owner passed.  The price was quite reasonable and the service was friendly, competent, and timely.

Good service, prompt service and very good technician.

And his suggestion to contact my insurance company for possible reimbursement - brilliant! Because I have roadside assistance, my service call and car lock out fee is reimbursable.

He made sure to give me an itemized receipt for just this reason, and my insurance company is cutting me a check tomorrow. That eases the sting of losing my only set of car keys.

Ernie was absolutely fantastic! Very prompt and professional. I had all the locks (8) re-keyed in my new home. The price was great and I feel extremely satisfied with his work. I will surely recommend Keys Please to friends and family!

Phenomenal job and done in less than an hour. My key was stuck in my ignition and not able to turnover. He was able to fix it quick and did an excellent job. Thank you so much.

I have had good service at this lock shop for my keys and a few miscellaneous locks I have purchased for my business. They always seem to have the right part and good advice. Dan and Ed have been helpful anytime I have questions on locks.
