I went to Ace hardware to make two copies of a mail key for a property. Ace didn't have the key blanks and they forwarded me here to Mercury lock and safe.

Brian was nice and friendly, he made the two copies for me and sent me on my way. Inside the car I Realized I gave him the wrong key to make a copy of them and came back to get two more copies and he offered to replace them at no extra charge!!

I could not be more happier!!

I had a door slam after the wind unexpected blew it shut and the handle would no longer turn.  Attempted to remove the handle and found I could not work with the mechanism inside.
I called Scott and asked if he could come out on Saturday.  He agreed and came out in the morning.  Within minutes he had the problem fixed, changed the lock, and then keyed the new lock so that I still only needed one key for my home.  He was very reasonably priced and so helpful.  
If I have any other needs for a locksmith, I will definitely call again.

In my experience with this company Don't get these guys until you get the full cost of coming out to estimate charges, they charge a service call of $35 just to come out, however, I called first and asked if there's a estimate charge he replied NO, afterwards I called back after paying up I questioned the service call he says it's not on the recording but it was, I used the words "estimate" instead if "service call" so I got ripped off!  Call around there's other qualified locksmiths for half of what I ended up paying $100 just for one door rekey.  It was like an auction at my front door the lock guy started at $150 I told him no I can get someone else for half that to rekey.  But after I paid $100 for the one door rekey and two keys I caught the "service call" added for $35.  Btw he took a very long time to make two keys.  Look elsewhere for rekeying it's safer.

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

I have been doing business with this company for years.  The owner is a great and knowledgeable man.  He has helped me with all my lock and key problems.  I recommend him highly.

We brought the wrong key up to Tahoe for the weekend and found ourselves locked out on a Friday evening. Thank god for Rob! He got here fast and unlocked all the doors in no time!

Mike did a great job changing some locks at my business. He came out on a Fri afternoon and was done in about an hour. I was short a lock but luckily he had it on his truck. Thank you for the help. I'm always trying to support a local family company like Pennington Locksmith!

Brian did a great job adding a lock box to my security gate. He was very diligent and did not leave until the job was perfect.

We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him.  We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable .  Great home town locksmith , service like it used to be. Very Honest

One of the worst company's I have dealt with. A technician came out to rekey 4 locks. When he was finished, I was handed 3 new keys. I asked the tech at the time why I don't get 4. He stated, they only make 1 key per door (1 door had 2 locks). I said ok and moved on. A few months later, I needed a 4th key so I went and had one made at Lowe's. Now when that key is used 3 out of the 4 locks don't operate like they should.

I contacted AZ Rekey and told them issue and sent videos showing the issue. I was told they would only come back out if I paid a service fee... AND I was told on the phone that their system showed 4 copies of a key were made! That tells me the tech might have kept one which leads me to think the tech and company are not trustworthy. I hoped in good faith they would come out or at least explain what was going on and they failed.

Do yourself a favor and find another trustworthy locksmith in your area.

Very quick, professional, and efficient! I accidentally locked my son and I out of the house and called this locksmith. They were there in 20 minutes and were able to get us in our house in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend! Thank you!

It was nice that the serviceman could change our locks the same day we called for service, but a week later when our outside door would not latch properly, we were informed we would be charged for a service call. Bad decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered more for less. And they charged us more than the prices they advertised.

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

Prompt, courteous service at way better than dealer prices for automotive key fobs. In and out in less than ten minutes.

First time I've used this company, and called on Friday to have all the locks in my house re-keyed.  I left a message and got a call back within an hour (excellent #1).  I was then so pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the next morning, on Saturday yet (excellent #2) !  Showed up right on time, and so very friendly and efficient.  Got all the doors down, made a batch of keys for me, and all good to go (Excellent #3).  Could not have possibly asked for better service !!  I would certainly recommend these folks.

Rude and aggressive. Told me to get the fu@k out of his store for asking to get a key made. Was referred to him from Home Depot and he said "I don't want to hear your fu@king story. Get the fu@k out of my store". Ridiculous. Don't take your business here.
