Great man!  Told us he'd be at our house in an hour but showed up in about 40 mins...even after hours.  Went straight to work, gave us a smoking deal for our predicament.  By the time he left we felt like brothers.  Wonderful man and wonderful service!  Use this guy!

I had an emergency but luckily Jacob came to the rescue. 10/10 would recommend, professional job and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Decided it's time to get serious on home security. A friend recommended this company, so I set a free in home consultation. The owner, Roy, spent a full hour with me going over today's home security options. Let's just say I had it's been a while, and the smart technology just blew my mind!!
Garage, front door smart lock, MY AC!, and extremely sophisticated home alarm system are ALL at my fingertips :) I just love it!
I have left my house with the garage door open so many times, I almost judge my neighbors for not stealing stuff! Lol.  No more of that. The pre settings, and remote (and I mean different state remote) control of what's going on at the house is just such a mind and soul comfort. I even have a main water valve shot down sensor, in case I have a flood!

Called and scheduled service to replace door handle to garage, arrived same day, installed new handle, said could not replace exact handle, said don't make this type anymore. OK. Installed replacement, paid and thought all was well, next day, door would not close completely, called him, he came out and said he had to adjust striker, should fix problem. Next week, door locked/jammed and could not turn handle to open, pulled and put pressure on handle and door opened. I called Guy to report this problem, he said it was "humidity" it was June, so maybe?? Asked him to come out and see what issue was, he told me he had already come out second time for...FREE and said he wouldn't come out again. I asked him if this was how he stood behind his work.
Here it is,  December and having the same problem for the past six months!
No humidity now!!

AZ lockouts was a huge life saver! The dispatcher was very friendly and prices are lower than most of the locksmiths that I called for quotes. I locked my keys in my car and they helped me get into it quickly. They took less than 30 mins to get out to meet me. Do yourself a favor and go with them!

I ran out of gas and left my gas cap key home, which is 100 miles away (grabbed the wrong set of keys as I rushed out).

Three hours later, none of the locksmiths that my road-side-service contacted would come to help until they finally reached Christy, who was done for the day and replied: "I can't leave this woman stranded in this three-digit-degree weather."

What more can say... she is my hero.

Got locked out of my car and call Andrews he came out and found the key was wedged in the ignition. Not only did he get it out quickly with no damage he actually used his jump start kit to help me further he changed a garage and front door lock set too. Friendly and professional.

I purchased a spare key for my truck. Its an older truck, so it doesn't use one of those fancy transponder chip keys or anything like that.its not a laser cut key, either. Its not a DEALER ONLY key either. I bought this blank key from an online store and they shipped me the blank key for my specific vehicle. I took it to METRO LOCK and SAFE and asked the guy behind the counter if they cut keys, he said "yes" so i showed him my blank key and asked him to cut me a copy of the original key. "we don't do that here" , i asked what the problem was, and he said he wouldn't cut my key because i didn't purchase it from them. honestly, I understand that with any shop you take your own product to,they are not gonna warranty the parts the customer provided, so I'm not really sure why he said he wouldn't do it. Anyways, maybe he thinks he is "above" such a small task as making a copy of an existing key. There were no other customers inside the place,and there was one other guy behind the counter,they both seemed to be doing nothing except maybe browsing the web. I ended up driving up the street to 35th Ave Lock and Key Shop (602) 242-5429, the gentleman there was more than happy to cut my key. I also had explained to him the METRO LOCK AND SAFE wouldn't do it, and he laughed,grabbed my keys and in a minute or two, my key was cut. it cost me $4, the gentleman also explained that he gets a lot of customers that are turned away from METRO LOCK AND SAFE and that he always hears bad things about their shop. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO those clowns at METRO LOCK AND SAFE and will spread the word to all my friends and co-workers.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
