I initially had a 5 star rating of this company. I was a previous customer of this company and was very happy until last night! They claim to be 24-7! That is complete BS now! I've been calling them sense shortly after 1am because I was locked out of my house!

I left them messages to call me as soon as they get my messages that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!
I have no idea what happened to this company from over a year ago but it's sad to see it has deteriorated! This is so disheartening to me!

I needed a key to Toyota Camry to be cut and programmed. Nathan (the owner) was the first to reply to my quote request. His pricing was 30% lower than the local most popular and highly rated locksmith. I decided to give him a chance - and I do not regret it! He was patient in replying to my questions (both through messages and in-person), and his work was quick and well-executed. He will be my go-to locksmith from now on, that's for sure!

These guys saved the day! I had locked my sports card collection in a heavy duty safe only to realize that I had lost the code to the safe. This was the day I was selling them. They came out immediately and handled the situation. Very professional and affordable. Would definitely call them again.

We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.
I highly recommend this company for all lock or key issues.

My former roommate has got to be one of the most scattered, forgetful, dipsticks I have ever met. She went on vacation and returned without any of her keys. She was able to let herself into the house using the garage code, but had no keys for her car. Somehow, this became my problem. While I was on vacation (and dead asleep I might add) she called me and asked for help. Considering I wasn't there and she was safely in the house, what exactly did she want me to do? Apparently, she had already called the company that helped her when she locked herself out of the house 3 weeks before this current disaster (seeing a pattern here?). When she called them, told them the situation, and how much cash she had on her, they pretended to lose reception and hung up on her (I kind of envied their approach and wished I had thought of it).  She called me in the middle of the night because she figured that since I had found a good locksmith the last time, I should have no problem finding an even better one . . . in the middle of the night.  How this was my problem, I have no idea, but I'm an enabler and I was desperate to go back to sleep, so I agreed to call around for her.  However, after I found out how much cash she had on her, I wanted to hang up on her myself. Normally, a new car key with a chip costs between $175 and $200, but if you really negotiate and act completely pathetic, you can get it down to $165 or $160 (she definitely had less than that).  On top of which, it was 11 pm and she had to leave for work at 7:30 am the next morning, so this had to be done that night. So, after calling a few places and being laughed off the phone multiple times, I found Eagle Locksmith.  I'm not going to lie; if I ever meet the man I spoke to on the phone, I'm going to have to hug him!  Not only did he agree to the paltry amount of cash that she had on her, but he said that he would have the technician out in 30 minutes or less!  Remember, this is the middle of the night; most places charge you extra if they have to come out after a certain time.  They even called to confirm that they were on their way.  When the tech got there, he realized that the genius had told me the wrong car model. Despite this setback, he still managed to get her into her car and program a new key.  It doesn't end there! Somehow, while he was breaking into her car and making a new key, that ninny locked herself out of her room!  She had the audacity to ask the poor technician to unlock the door for her, and he did--AT NO CHARGE!  These guys are saints!! I would have run in the other direction with all her nonsense.  They acted professionally, worked with the budget she had, and were beyond accommodating.  It's very possible they took a loss on the transaction, since those keys are so expensive, but they made it work.  And I got to go back to sleep--I can't thank them enough!! I will never, ever use another locksmith, PERIOD!

We were referred to Guy's Lock & Key by our local hardware store, and for a good reason. Guy came to our house on time, was nice and polite, did a fabulous job rekeying the locks and resetting the garage door openers, and charged a very reasonable price  I will definitely be recommending Guy to anyone who needs a locksmith!

Peter did an awesome job! Considering the fact that it was 12 in the morning he was very professional, and showed up in the exact time I was quoted. Managed to get my car unlocked and retrieved my keys for me in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

Recently my car key broke in half and I could not start my car. Called Locksmith Express and she was there promptly with a device that was able to pull up my key code and create a new one in minutes. She was so responsive and friendly, plus did it for a very fair price - lower than I was expecting! If I ever need a locksmith again it will be Locksmith Express. Thank you for saving me that day!!

Excellent and prompt service!! I needed 6 cylinders changed on a rental property and Daniel did a great job and provided quick service when requested!! No additional charge for a Saturday!! Awesome work!! Would highly recommend!!

They are not very good at their "Art".  They only cut three out of four keys correctly.  The person who helped me was smug and curt and never apologized for ruining an expensive blank.

We had our new home rekeyed by Ron and were 100% satisfied with his work and his attitude. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. We highly recommend AA Locksmith!

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
