I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Did a re-key for a client who recently purchased a house in Sun Lakes. Ben was awesome... he came out right away and did a free estimate, then took care of everything for my homeowner in about a half hour:)

3-year-old grandson locked his bedroom door (thankfully he wasn't in the room) but the lock on it was not one that could be opened with a tool, knife, credit card, etc. Had to call a locksmith to get the door opened. Hubby did a google search and came up with a couple names to try. He called PickNick Locksmith on a Saturday morning and got Nick on the phone. Explained the problem to him and he said he could be there in about 20 minutes to get the door opened. It was actually closer to 40 minutes, but he arrived, did the various maneuvers he had to do to get the door opened, but got it done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price for an urgent situation like this. Whole thing was wrapped up in about 1 hour from start to finish from when hubby called him to the work being completed. Would definitely use him again if we needed any lock work done. (by the way, hubby switched out later the lock to a more kid friendly lock so that this situation wouldn't happen again).

The BEST!  If you need to get another set of keys for your car, go to Aardvark.  Charles is truly a professional having over 20 years experience working in the business.  It took him only 15 minutes to program 2 sets of keys and I was on my way.  Look no further if you need a Lock Smith.  Call Aardvark!

I had 06 Infiniti G35 coupe key made in 2009.  Tom, the owner, came right to my house in gilbert and programed the fob and the key in about 1 hour.  I purchased the fob and the key on eBay.  The fob worked but key did not.  Tom had the correct key on hand and it worked just fine.   Price was very reasonable and Tom was very  professional and nice. I kept his business card all this time in case I need another key made.

Laura is absolutely fantastic! She rekeyed and replaced locks in my whole home today. Laura is very professional and loves what she does. Her prices are reasonable and I will absolutely use her again.

These people will rip you off and block your number so you cant contact them, dont do buisness here you will be sorry!!!!!

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

I needed a key made because we misplaced our keys. It was so nice to talk to an actual person. I made an appointment that day and paid for the services. We ended up finding our keys and Austin Lock & Security refunded all of our money. He could have charged me for the service fee because I had an appointment and he did not. I'll never use another locksmith again. Thank you for being so kind in a very stressful situation.

I'm giving them three stars because they did what they needed to do, which was unlock my car, but when I called the dispatcher and asked how much it was going to cost, he told me, in very heavily accented English, that it was $15 to come out to my car, and $30 to unlock it. Since I had been quoted $55 and $65 from two other locksmiths before I called this guy, I told him to go ahead and come.

He showed up almost immediately, because apparently he lives right around the corner from my office parking garage. We drove down three levels of parking garage ramp, and when he got to my car, he looked in the window at my pushbutton locking mechanism and told me it would be $165 to unlock it. I told him there was no way I was paying that, especially when I've been quoted less than half that. He snorted at me when I told him how much the dispatcher had quoted me, which led me to believe that either A) I didn't understand the dispatcher's accent, or B) the spring pollen is really getting to him, too.

It wasn't until I told him that I would pay him $15 for coming out but I wasn't going to pay more than $55 for him to unlock the car that he agreed to do it. He inserted his little air expander thingies and his long bendy stick thingy, and had my door unlocked in less than 10 seconds.

Five minutes of travel time and 10 seconds of work for $165? BRB, going to buy some air expander thingies and a long bendy stick thingy.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.
