I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Excellent attention to detail and very professional.

Super helpful and friendly. I love this place , quick easy in and out , no long lines and uneducated staff the big box places have . Selection of safes is pretty good too . I had keys made and they were a great fit. I'll definitely be back here for all my keys and lock needs from now on.

Nick was referred to me by a friend.  I had locked my keys in the car and did not have access to my spare.  I called Nick he arrived within half hour, was able to get in my car with minimal effort.  I also had make another set of keys for my car.  The cost was reasonable and his attitude and efficiency was worth every penny.  I would definitely recommend and refer his company.

Very friendly and excellent customer service. He came to my house and made the extra key for my pickup right there. Price was way less then what the Toyota dealership wanted.

We had just moved to Mesa and needed a lock rekeyed, I searched yelp and was wanting a locksmith close by, I called and spoke to Laura at 9am this morning and she was at my door by 11am, I thought wow, excellent service, Laura was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done, the quality of work was outstanding and my overall experience was great

Extremely reasonably priced! Frankie was extremely helpful and met me at my car within 20 minutes of me calling. He got me into my car and had a new key made just as fast as he came. Way better than Triple A

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

Kid was nice but had to call for backup help  3 or 4 times, finally more experienced dude showed up 30 minutes later. Total time 1 hour 30 minutes from time kid showed up to getting a key that will open car but won't start it!!!
It isn't cheap and they wont tell you the up front costs no matter what. The fees just keep getting piled on... $$$ I'd day expect 80% to 100% more than whatever little cost info they will provide over the phone.
Honestly, in this crazy world, the upfront truth would be nice.
Job done and it's over with. Kid was nice and allows for extra star.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

When the technician finally arrived he jacked the price up from $35 to $189, saying it depends on the lock.  This lock was in a door handle, and it took him 5 minutes to pick it.

This company goes by several names.  The ones I caught were Coyote Lock and Key and Speedy Lock.  I needed them  to open a lock located in the handle of a residential door.  I was quoted $35 plus $19 for the house call.  I agreed and asked them to come in 2 hours since I was leaving for a meeting.  She said to be sure and leave my phone on as the technician would be calling when he was on his way.   They mistakenly sent two technicians on the same job and it took 8 calls to straighten it all out (so much for my meeting).

The technician didn't arrive when scheduled and that took a couple more calls.  By this time they were beginning to speak politely to me.  Prior to this I was yelled at a couple of times.

The technician wanted to charge me $189 plus $19 for the house call.  I told him I'd break a window before I would pay that kind of money.  We finally agreed on a price of $41 plus $19 for the house call.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCKSMITH.

BTW apparently they are nationwide and scam people everywhere
