I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Excellent attention to detail and very professional.

I love this place always use Norms! I locked myself out and they got me back in. I purchased a safe and always get my keys cut with them. I have used other locksmiths before on my rentals and big mistake. Will not make that mistake ever again. Highly Recommend if you want the job done right.

I didn't know what to do when I got out of work and didn't find my keys. I searched for locksmiths near me. I was skeptical and didn't have good experience with locksmiths. When I called Ben he answered and took my info down quickly. He found a technician that was 10 minutes away and called me right away. I was surprised that I received a call back so fast. Ben made sure that the technician called me and he did in less than 5 minutes to let me know where he was at. He was honest with his pricing. I am so relieved that I found a reliable locksmith! I recommend Ben whenever you get locked out, give them a call!

Nick was referred to me by a friend.  I had locked my keys in the car and did not have access to my spare.  I called Nick he arrived within half hour, was able to get in my car with minimal effort.  I also had make another set of keys for my car.  The cost was reasonable and his attitude and efficiency was worth every penny.  I would definitely recommend and refer his company.

Worst experience ever. 3 days of run around. Instead of just saying he cant handle the job, he just wasted my time with excuses why he couldnt.
Didnt return text explaining what was going on with project. Just left and went to next. No call. No text. No.email.

Very cool. Came out to Superior from Gold Canyon and the price is the same. Advised me on how to process refund for lost key with AAA. Told me ahead of time what cost would be and suggested alternative for one key that would be more costly if not done by the dealer. Would definitely recommend.

I called this company to get a key made for one of our properties.  I work for an REO company that works with banks to rehab foreclosed properties.  I explained that we needed a key made to a specific key code in order to access the property.  My request was totally legal and within the authority given to me by my client.  The Lock Lady rudely refused to assist me and even called my request "shady."  I don't usually write reviews, but felt it necessary due to her rude behavior.

I understand if that is your policy, but calling someone "shady" when they are requesting a service that is legal and authorized by the bank who owns the property is not professional.

Absolute ripoff Do not use.

I called them today to do a rekey for my 3 locks which are regular condo size locks. They said it would be 19$ per rekey.

I then purchased the 10$ for 20$ deal on Yelp. The locksmith comes out to my condo and then says it's going to be 35$ per rekey. What a ripoff trying to overcharge me for rekeys. I sent him away righ then and there. Do not use this company.

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Of course the service is a bit expensive because it's a mobile service, they all are.  The communication was really good. He showed up on time, got my ignition fixed in a timely manner.  I feel (still waiting for him to finish up) pretty comfortable with the whole deal.  You have to expect that someone driving to you and working out of their car and not in a shop is going to be a little pricey.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I called this locksmith on Tuesday morning, explained that I needed a mobile locksmith to pick my travel trailer lock and make replacement keys.  They said no problem, they would send out a locksmith.  Quoted me around $60...  Ok fine...  When the "locksmith" got to my house he looked confused, had to text his supervisor...  He then told me it was going to be $129!  Just to open the door!  He didn't have any capabilities to make keys!  He was not a mobile locksmith.  I told him I would absolutely not pay $129, that he should leave.  

He then demanded that I pay the service call fee...  Ok... But you came unprepared to do the thing that I asked you to do!  Make keys!   He couldn't cut a single house key if he wanted to...  Anyway I'm pretty ticked at this point.  Paid him to get him out of there, then called the company back.  They took my number said the manager would get back to me to resolve the fiasco the next day.  No call back yet.  So manager, if you are reading this, please call me...  Let's resolve this!  Service was on 7/28/15 at 3pm...
