I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Excellent attention to detail and very professional.

His cost is very reasonable and I would recommend Joseph for my mortgage clients as well.

Need a key for my car, went there many times to get it cut. After numerous times I finally left the blank and the key. When I went back to get the newly cut key it was cut wrong and it was so sad too bad and,Norm I assume is the owner,never saw him and they couldn't care less I would never use these people again

Alan did an excellent job for me.  I called him because I needed my entire front door hardware replaced on my home.  Within an hour, Alan was at my house and were were selecting hardware.  Within 24 hours the job was done.  Excellent service all the way around!

Locked my keys in my car, called Locksmith services for all, they were reasonably priced, clear, and efficient. Ben was so nice and calming in an anxious moment and very good at what he does. Overall he only took about 15 minutes once he arrived even though my car was burning hot and very difficult to break into. Would call them again even though I really hope I don't have to.

Nick is my go to guy!  Best in town!  He is quick to respond, honest and his quality of work is impeccable.  Keep his number handy and spread the word!!

Worst experience ever. 3 days of run around. Instead of just saying he cant handle the job, he just wasted my time with excuses why he couldnt.
Didnt return text explaining what was going on with project. Just left and went to next. No call. No text. No.email.

My husband got to a gas station to pump gas and the key snapped inside the gas tank. We called all around and every place couldn't do it or could come the next day. I looked on Yelp and looked up the locksmith open now and they was the first one that popped up! We called and they came out 50 mins later. He was very helpful, and even made an extra key! Thank you so much. Our Saturday got better after his help. I didn't catch his name but I'm sure all the employees are just as nice as him! I recommend this company if your in the area and need service fast!

What an unpleasant experience it was being cheated by this awful woman.  She obviously preys on senior women and charged $430 to key four locks.  This included $15 because I charged on a credit card.  I felt intimidated and vulnerable by her.  What a terrible experience.

Extremely reasonably priced! Frankie was extremely helpful and met me at my car within 20 minutes of me calling. He got me into my car and had a new key made just as fast as he came. Way better than Triple A

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

do not use under any circumstance.... even if your baby is locked in a car.

they price gouged my sister in gilbert when she accidentally locked her child in the car.... mom of the year ... i know right just kidding

literally for a normal $80 job they charged her $160 as they knew she wasnt going to wait.

i own a couple businesses here in the valley; we may not always bat 1000 but we always take care of people.

this was insanely disgusting and any attempt to contact them was met with rude banter on their end.

i wasnt even looking for a refund i was just dumb founded....

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.
