I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Al believes in old school service!  He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed.  However, he put me in contact with a company who could.  He did not even need to respond to my yelp request.  But, he wants to help people.  Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions.  He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith.  Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? It is never a good day when you lock your keys in your car. Especially when that's where your purse, diapers and car seats are. I called a TON of places and the prices were crazy all over the place, I had people say "I will be there in 30," and 2 hours later no one comes still. I got in touch with Phillip and when he said "25 minutes" I didn't believe him. He showed up in 20 minutes, super polite, quick and efficient. He was very professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and was done in u def 5 minutes. I will definitely be using him in the future for any locksmith services I need. Excellent service, highly recommend.

My son lost his key fob to his 2002 Mercedes. It was a Sunday, and they were able to be at our house in a couple of hours to get us a new key. On top of it, the old key had never worked to lock/unlock the doors, but the tech who came out had it working in about 5 minutes! He was awesome!

I highly recommend them. We called around- most people won't even touch a Mercedes for whatever reason but they didn't hesitate, got us a new key quickly, and didn't jack up the price on us either!

Called them about a mailbox that would no longer open they responded quickly gave me a time, came out within that time frame and was fast friendly service.

My hubbie contacted Ron who came out the next day. He was prompt , professional & knows his biz. We were so pleased & recommend him highly.

I've used these guys several times for both home and work, and they're great.  The latest time was a need for new copies of my car key, which has been challenging in the past because copies work the ignition and trunk but often not in the door lock - only the original key works in the door lock.  I want the copy I use daily to work in case of problems with the remote openers.  Dunno why that one lock is finicky, maybe it's slightly off since it was manufactured, or maybe wear.  It took some tinkering, but A-Professional Locks ended up with copies that work smoothly in all three cylinders.  Great service and skill every time I've been in there.

Got them as a referral, as the company I was using no longer did locksmith services. Went to the office, met a manager and explained what I needed.
He actually dispatched the team to my house the same day.
All I needed was to rekey a lock so I just need to use on key to access all doors.
While I was there, they have a show room full of safes, fire extinguishers and other home safety measures.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any security measures for the home of business.

I bought my Kia Spectra FOB and Keys from here. Had some issues in ordering the keys online, but Robert responded quickly and ensured that my order went through and tracked the order through to me.
I went to the Phoenix store to get my FOB programmed and Keys cut. Mike was again very helpful. He cut the keys in no time, but we had issues in programming the FOB. Finally I had to get my keys programmed at the dealership. However, this was the cheapest I could get the keys from.
Despite the problem faced in FOB programming, I would rate this locksmith 5 star. Mike and Robert are both very friendly and helpful!

Pretty decent service level. They came pretty quick, and opened my vehicle super fast. The rep was chill and overall experience was good. Only qualm was the price point, but I guess you have to expect something a bit pricier if you need an emergency locksmith!

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

Good old fashioned key shop!! Professional and experienced. I needed some keys made for my office. The local hardware stores had no idea how to handle a commercial door key. I called several "locksmiths" who are nothing more than a guy with a truck. All wanted well over $150 for a service call just to make a couple keys. Finally I found 35th Ave Key shop and was delighted to find a business that was open on a Sunday. I was out the door in 5 mins with 5 new keys for less than $25.00. This place is great no nonsense...Just great service!!!

The guy I talked to on the phone about a warranty was unbelievably rude and totally unprofessional. Very condescending and poor communication; he wouldn't even listen to what my actual question was before barking out that it was impossible for him to know. You don't know if you can look up warranty info? Unfortunately, he is the only authorized warranty person near us. I will never use him again. I still can't get over how short and rude he was. I can't recall ever being treated this poorly by a company.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
