Best Locksmiths in United States
I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Al believes in old school service! He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed. However, he put me in contact with a company who could. He did not even need to respond to my yelp request. But, he wants to help people. Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions. He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith. Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? Al does! Thank you for you time and care, sir.

My son lost his key fob to his 2002 Mercedes. It was a Sunday, and they were able to be at our house in a couple of hours to get us a new key. On top of it, the old key had never worked to lock/unlock the doors, but the tech who came out had it working in about 5 minutes! He was awesome!
I highly recommend them. We called around- most people won't even touch a Mercedes for whatever reason but they didn't hesitate, got us a new key quickly, and didn't jack up the price on us either!

I locked myself out of my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia in Eloy Arizona when I went into truck stop for a shower. I forgot owner's name but he was only locksmith willing to come help me, nobody wanted to help me out!!! Lazy azz, sorry excuse for lock pickers around the Eloy, Casa Grade AZ area,, except for this dude!!! Then he gives me the bill and I almost kissed the dude! I didn't though, instead gave him a $20 tip...

I called them for service and they never returned my call. They said someone would call me right back with a service time. I never heard back from them. The person who answered the phone sounded like I was an inconvenience.

Wish there was a less than a star rating, maybe a toilet bowl symbol instead. The technician was not rude but somewhat condescending, Walked into my house as if he owned it. Did not inform me that one of the locks could not be keyed as the others. Completely wasted trip. Waste of money. Will never use them again.

A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! If I ever have the need again I will definitely be sure to return.

I was quoted "about $45" to unlock my car. After it took the guy 25 minutes longer than estimated to finally arrive, I was charged $180 for the most simple way to unlock a car. $29 for the service call and $35 for labor - understandable. But then another $120 charge to actually unlock the car?! And not only was I delayed and overpriced, I advised the man I was in a rush and had to be somewhere and he would not stop talking to me. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. Use pop-a-lock instead, they may take longer to be there be at least they won't try to rip you off.

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

They really know what they are doing when it comes to locks, seem like nice people.
Unfortunately, their storefront hours aren't listed anywhere. Calling their number says open at 8am on Saturdays and to call back if you're calling during business hours. Went by at 9am, not open. Went back at 10 am and still not open. Still nobody answering phone. What going on guys? I'm trying to give you business here geez.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.
Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.
I agreed because they had me by the balls.
After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".
He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...
So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.
I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".
So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.
Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...
If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.
Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
