I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Advertised as 24 hour availability and automated answering service reiterates that claim.   Forwarded to an "operator " line 12 times over 30 minutes, so I'm seriously considering the claim to be false.

Car Key Replacement is second to none when it comes to customer service. The technician they sent showed up in a timely manner and was very professional. He quoted me a price that was actually cheaper then the other two quotes I got and was finished with the job before I knew it. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family or really to anyone looking for top notch service at a very reasonable price

We are in High Chapparal RV park in AZ City.  A lady locked her motorhome keys AND her phone in her motorhome.  It was dark & cold out and I lent her my phone to call J & T.  They answered immediately and were at the park in 45 minutes!  I heard the service call was $80 and it took a few minutes to open up the rig!  I would definitely call them again!!!

My hubbie contacted Ron who came out the next day. He was prompt , professional & knows his biz. We were so pleased & recommend him highly.

I had to have my dead bolt replaced on my front door.  I called to set up an appointment and received a quote from the man who answered the phone.  The next day the person doing the job was running a little late, but called me to let me know. He was excellent!  I wish I remembered his name.  He gave me options on what I could do to fix my lock problem and in the end I decided to replace it like I originally planned.  He did the job quickly and showed me what the problem was.  He was extremely friendly.  The reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because  my bill was higher than what I was quoted on the phone.  I will definitely use this company again if I have lock problems.

They came out and change my locks on my house. And when I needed a new key program for my Chevy they told me how for free when the Chevy dealership wanted 125 for the same thing!

Russ was very helpful and knew exactly what was wrong with our lock for the back security gate. We had another locksmith business look at it before going to Acme. They told us they would have to order a part from Europe. I would highly recommend using Acme. They saved us a ton of money!

I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith.  They ended up sending me these guys.  The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.  

They initially charged me $180 for a door that took 2 min to open.  I was not told ahead of time what the price would be.  They said the price depends on how complex the lock was... Initially Diamondback estimates it would be around $80.

Long story short, I ended up reaching out to their management for what I believed was an excessive charge. After several weeks they credited me back almost half back, which I think was fair and an appropriate way to handle it.  Giving a much higher review than normal due to managements willingness to make it right.

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

Wonderful guy! Very nice, respectful and very good at what he does. He even showed me exactly how my particular ignition switch worked with the new keys he had made. Also, if you get a chance ask to see Red, the resident shop cat.

The only complaint I have was that I was under the impression my three keys had already been made but they needed to be made when I got there, even after calling that I was on my way.

Likely an internal communication issue.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
