Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

OMG....my car was running, and locked.
It was after 5:00p.m. I thought it would take him an hour to come.  To my surprise it was 5 min.  Very nice man, didn't make me feel stupid for my stupid mistake.  I highly recommend this business.

A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. He arrived within 20 minutes and was literally a lifesaver. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The tech was nice enough and got my car unlocked fast, but $200 for the service (no spare key) during business hours at a location about 15 mins away from their stated office is a hefty charge. I am female and was desperate, so I didn't shop around, but not cool.

Got off work early Friday 5/10 and dropped into A Professional Locks to look at a safe I was interested in purchasing. Spoke with a staff member who was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me the information and pricing that I needed. I was in and out very quickly. I told him I would be back the following Friday to purchase the safe.

Walked into the business today Friday 5/17 to order/pay for the safe and set up a delivery date. Staff member remembered me from the week before, was again friendly and helpful.  He called to find out if they had the safe I wanted in stock. Turns out they did not, however they had an upgraded "loaded" model in stock in the model I wanted. The owner worked with me without any haggling and gave me the "loaded" model he had in stock for the price of the basic model (I actually came in to get). He told me he would rather have me get a safe now than wait the month it would take to order the one I originally wanted.

I am one happy and satisfied customer with a great deal on a safe with extra features I was not expecting to get for the price paid.  A+ for A Professional Locks staff and owner for service and taking care of me - a first time customer. HIGHLY recommended!

They came out and change my locks on my house. And when I needed a new key program for my Chevy they told me how for free when the Chevy dealership wanted 125 for the same thing!

I am a retired litigation examiner for a major insurance company, so I know a lot about people and customer service.  I have no idea what Gage was expecting, but I have dealt with a multitude of people during my career, and it has been a long time since I have run into such a nice gentleman willing to go that extra mile for you like Brian.  He is very knowledgeable and helped me with my lock problem quickly and efficiently.  I take my hat off to you Brian.  In this world of " go go go" it was refreshing to have a one on one business dealing with you.  I will recommend all of my friends to you for their lock and key needs.

Ethan totally helped us tonight! He arrived super quick and found out the problem right away! Also he's super funny and has great jokes. Made us feel comfortable with him considering it was an after hours call and late at night.

Person on the phone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the service call $25 for the labor and after that would not even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it would cost for a rekey or making a new key for a house lock. She kept saying it depended on the lock. Of course I get that but I'm not going to send out their service person without some sort of ballpark figure and they lost my business because of the vagueness of the possibility of what that price could be. Are we talking $50? $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a regular house Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She did offer to have her service person call me on their way out to give me some sort of ballpark figure but I don't want a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to know the ballpark figure to decide whether or not I want them to come out.

Key broke in two months when I had it in my pocket. Dealer key lasted 7 years before, when I told owner what happened he says he would make me another one and charge me 145.00$ there are other businesses out there that warranty there keys for a year. I had a locksmith come out and they told me the 35th ave keys look like they were bought on amazon.

I took my weed eater to Bobs Lock and Cycle in July of this year. Since then I have returned it 3 times for the same problem. I have encountered rude employees, the prices are high and quality of repair below standard. I RECOMMEND ANY REPAIR SHOP BUT THIS ONE!!!!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
