An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

I purchased lighting from here for an exclusive company they are distributors for. They were great, I will use them in the future.

We called PhoeNIXlocksmith yesterday at 480-470-8110 and was told to rekey a car (keys were lost) would be $120 which didn't seem too bad.  Was going to take about 20 minutes to arrive.  Well we received another call saying a different person would be there at 3:00.  That was a three hour wait because there was some confusion about the address.  When the person arrived he was driving a white van with CallOrange.com on it.  Not sure what that had to do with NixLocksmith.  Anyway, he arrived and started writing up a ticket and the total was $385 for just a key !!!!!!!!!    We told him that was too much and still had to pay $29 for his service call (RIP OFF)   called back today and talked to some person who transferred me to someone else without telling me and he said he would try to see if they could do it for less. HE NEVER CALLED BACK -  AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST EVER -  People answering phone do not have a glue as to what is going on.......
Not sure if this is the company responsible but the guy driving did have callorrange.com on the van....We called another service today and can get a key and remote opener for way less than what he was going to charge for just a key.  For Sure PhoeNIXlocksmith or whoever they are is a rip off.  DO NOT CALL 480-470-8110 FOR ANY KEY SERVICE    THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They came to my house hours after they said they would be there and then charged me 150.00 to rekey one lock. Like an idiot I didnt look at the receipt until after he left cause I couldn't read his chicken scratch, only to realize I was charged 144.99, not 44.99! I was told over the phone this would cost 15.00 for the service call and 19.00 per lock. What a fucking surprise when I realized my receipt indicated 144.99. These people are crooked. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM
