Got my key fixed by Corey in October 2015. Not only was he an hour late to the appointment I set, he super glued my key fob together. This left my key stuck out and not retracting in like it was meant to. To make matters worst my key battery died in December. So now I am out the 160 bucks I was charged to fix the key and the nice remote features don't work and I can't change the battery because it is super glued shut. So now I am faced with the choice of getting a whole new vw key programmed and being out the 500 bucks that will cost, or hacking my key apart now trying to Frankenstein it together. Paid for a new fob and got a massive head ace.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Good availability.  Right on time for appt. Did what we needed done at a fair price.  Even helped me re-hang a mirror when he was done.  Recommended.

I called Arizona Lock and Safe to move and install a safe for me and got great service for an excellent price. They did a really great job and their prices are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends.

Horrific behavior. Sloppy and arrogant. First they didn't tell us the right thing so we got stuck with two sets of keys for our house. Then when we needed more keys made they were like, who us? Um, yeah, didn't you keep a record? "No." Really... fugget-a-bout-it. Run away, far away.

Called orange.Sent someone out named Adam from discountlocksmith. Needed a rekey and new fob. Agreed upon a price of 220.After he was working in my truck for 45 mins. He knocks on my door and proceeds to tell me he couldn't do for the agreed price. Is much harder than he expected. Said he would have to charge 250 and that would only include the key. He had already put everything back together and said he had to leave to get code for truck .When he left I noticed damages to my ignition. Snapped my cylinder in half!!!!Mind you this is 2014 with 40000 miles.When I called back he told me he did not break anything. Called orange and they told me they won't do anything for me because I refused to pay their tech the $250 he was trying to charge me. I called another locksmith out for 2nd opinion on damages. Turns out I have to tow my truck to dealership and damages done by Adam from discount locksmith are over $800 to repair.These Israeli guys are scam

Poor customer service, don't use this place they are rude and not helpful. They need to learn how to treat people

If you were also scammed by this business please submit a complaint to the attorney general at azag.gov/complaints/cons…, we were quoted $14.99 service call fee plus labor to unlock the doors of a 2002 Yukon with NO ALARM, and ended up paying $298.02 which they did not tell us until after the car was unlocked.  I was told by other locksmith's this is a known issue.  Please submit a complaint to stop other people from suffering the same fate.
