WOW! I wish all people did business like Corey. The fob-key for my Honda Ridgeline broke when I dropped it in a parking lot. Subsequently I could not start the vehicle. He answered on the first call, arranged to meet me and we had a miscommunication on the exact time to meet. I called him and he had waited for me patiently but had to leave when I couldn't answer my phone. When I called him he had left BUT he politely agreed to come back. He was professional, quick and very fair with his price. The other quote I had received was nearly 6 times more than what he charged! Thanks Corey!

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

My dumb car locked the keys inside (totally the cars fault...) and of course I was in a rush to get somewhere. I found American Patriot Lock and Key here on Yelp and, to be fair, I called them as well as 3 others in the area to compare price and availability. American Patriot not only had the best price, they had the quickest response time by far! The gentleman who showed up was very professional and efficient and I was on my way in no time. Thanks! I'll be bookmarking you on my favorites :)

After a different safe mover flaked on me two days before our move, I contacted Arizona Lock and Safe and hoped they would be able to squeeze in our job.  

I sent a (rather panicked) email at 9pm and received a response almost immediately.  I was directed to call Scott in the morning to see if they could help.  Scott got me scheduled for the next day.  I couldn't believe it!

John and Brady arrived on time, explained everything, and got to work.  They were quick, efficient, and super-careful moving a very large safe.  

The price was reasonable, as well.  The fee is by the hour, and these guys wasted no time.  Great job!  I would definitely use Arizona Lock and Safe again and highly recommend them.

I ordered cabinet pulls after sales helped me for over an hour! We had a wonderful experience in your store.  On my way back for more hardware for closet rebuild.  We have referred both contractors to your store!

I unfortunately used this service twice- a complete waste of money and time. When you call they say starting at $29. It was early (4:45am) and I called two other places that didn't pick up so I felt there was no other option (I was calling for my work and people were waiting). They claim 25 minutes and someone is on their way. The first time it took 45 minutes. The second time it took over an hour. When I called asking where someone was they told me "hmmm they should be there I will call them and ask." Ten minutes later still no one. So I called again and was told "oh they're just a minute away." At this point I am very frustrated- then add to the  fact that the total cost both times were over $100 dollars for a two minute service. A rip off. Avoid these guys at all costs unless you have absolutely NO other option.

This is a great company. I called and spoke to Seth, the owner, and told him that our safe wasn't opening properly. Rather than charging me to send somebody out, he asked if we had changed the batteries on our safe. Sure enough, that was the cause of the problem and it was so refreshing to talk to an honest person!

Horrible!!  my daughters car wouldnt start because the key was too worn out to work anymore.  my daughter called and they could come out to make her a new key.  the key didnt work, then he said the ignition was the problem and told her to go get a new ignition at auto zone by where she was stranded.  the tech, his name is Chris, said he would replace the ignition off the record for $50.  she is 18 and doesnt know any better and trusted him to fix the car.  he was there over 5 hours and left it unfixed, wires hanging out, not all the way assembled, and car still didnt work.  he left saying he would finish the job the next day, never heard from him.  he took my daughters money and still left the job unfinished.  had me or my husband not been working, this is not a place we would have called.  she is a college student, makes min wage working, and he took all her money, $195 for nothing, had the car towed to a shop the next day and now she has to pay $230 to fix his screwup.  tried calling the customer service number on the invoice and no answer and no voicemail, no address, there is no way to get a hold of them.  tried to call the tech and he is not responding.  these people are crooks and take advantage.  my next move is better business bureau.  so angry!!!
