Turn Key Locksmith Locksmith
Came out to unlock my door on Christmas. Was at my place within 30 mins of calling him. Charged me what he quoted me over the phone. Very straight forward and didn't waste any time.

Garza Key Locksmith
An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Arizona Lock & Safe Locksmith
AZ Lock and Safe was the installer for a Socal Safe I ordered.  Had a tight fit for the install and the gents that came out to do the install did a great job. They made sure our travertine and wood flooring wasn't harmed with the install of a pretty heavy safe.  Cleaned up everything after the install, showed up on time, they took great care with the safe (not scratching it), and our home.   Doesn't get any better.

CallOrange Locksmith
We originally contacted them through their website on Jan 25 and we received no response. We then on February 6th we called and were hung up on twice. Finally we found their gmail address and emailed them that way. This has been ongoing for several months and we had hoped to resolve it but it has not happened so here is our review. They are also known as 247 Pro Locksmith based in Tempe.

This is the letter we wrote to them & their following correspondence.

"I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Ryan a locksmith who was recently sent out by CallOrange to help me get into my unit.

On Tuesday January 19, around 9pm, I contacted your call center and told them that I was locked out and needed a rekey at (my address) I told them I could not get into my unit.  I then received a call back from a locksmith named Ryan who told me he was about 15 minutes away and that it would be a $19 service call and about $20 to get me a new key. He asked me what kind of lock it was an I told him it was a Schlage keyless entry. When he arrived he told me that it was not a rekey and because I was locked out it would be more expensive.  He told me it would be $140 because it was the Schlage lock and it would be more work. It took him 5 minutes to unlock the door and and when I asked him if he would cut me a key he told me it would be $40 because it was more difficult to deal with. I do not understand how it went from $39 to over $180 to deal with this lock. I was very clear that I was locked out, I was very clear that it was a Schlage lock and he even asked me identifying questions about the lock so he knew what he would be dealing with. I have a Home Warranty and I could have called them for $69 to deal with this lock but when Ryan told me it would be $39 I decided to save myself $30 and go with Ryan.

I find this to be deplorable service and I feel taken advantage of.  If he knew that Schlage locks were more expensive to work with he should have said so on the phone as he did ask me what type of a lock it was. I also said that I was locked out. How did a key being cut go from $20 to $40? How did letting me in all of a sudden turn into $120? This was a five minute job.

I would like the bill to be adjusted to what was originally described to me on the phone. I feel that Ryan saw that I was in a desperate situation and up-charged me and was untruthful with me or withheld information from me."

Their response was to request a copy of the receipt and when we sent it in, they replied with:

"It seems as the customer agreed to the price in writing as indicated by the
customer's signature on the invoice.  Thanks."

Our response (My Assistant):
"She did agree to it at the time because she had no other choice but we
do feel we've been seriously overcharged if you reread what happened
in the first email."

Their response:
"The fee that was paid is a fair fee for this type of service. If the
customer felt he was over charged, he could have called another
company. Thanks."

We have tried to move this up the ladder but our messages are being ignored. We have called, emailed and sent messages to their Facebook page. The person with whom we were communicating never signed their name to their emails so we don't even know who was responding. The Call Orange website claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If I had read the reviews on these guys I would have never used them.

Hicks Safe & Locks Locksmith
I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

Locksmiths Pro Locksmith
BEWARE!! These people are dishonest. Daughter was locked out of her apt. Called these guys from their ad in Google (They were at the top of the page in a search for locksmith in my neighborhood). Their add falsely advertised $15 locksmith. I asked the the guy with the foreigner accent how much it would be to send a locksmith and he said $29.99

Some individual showed up at my daughter's place, unlocked the back door and charged her $400 (Yes, four hundred dollars). She thought the charge was going to be $29.99. The company tried to put through a Visa charge for $400, and my daughter received a text from her credit card informing her of this fraud. We put a stop to the payment and the credit card company will investigate. Good luck with that, these people have no physical place of business, no address, and their 'customer service' number 480-550-8874 never answers.

The guy who answers their main business number advertised online claims 'he knows nothing,' he's just a 'mobile service' and he is not responsible for anything, yet, he's the one who sent us his 'technician.'

These people appear to be a fraud, and their behavior seems to confirm it, beware!
They advertise themselves online as 'Locksmiths Pro' in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Their second number they advertise is: 888-883-3088
