He replied to my text messages very quickly and we had the appointment set up in no time . He showed up to my apartment, did his job and left . A job well done Mike . Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.

Amazing!  My dog was locked in my running car w/the ac on.  It's a new vehicle to me and I had no idea the vehicle would automatically lock when I got out of it. Pop-A-Lock came out and opened up the vehicle for me.  They were timely and friendly.  Hopefully I will never need them again, but they will be my first phone call if I do and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. Johnny with Johnny Locks was professional, fast, and did good work. He was able come out quickly and had the entire house rekeyed in under an hour.  I would use his service again if the need a came up.

I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

These guys solve problems for there customers! You need a new key fob. Need a door knob for a non standard size door, they got you! Have keys that are filled and don't open your lock on the first try? They'll cut you a factory key. Outstanding, knowledgeable and nice guys!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

The lock shop has a customer for life. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work fast and I love that they have reasonable time slots for service!! With most companies you'll get an outrageous 4 hour time frame for service but The Lock Shop gave me an hour window and were right on time. No waiting, no jacked up unreasonable prices. You won't regret using them!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
