Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Situation: Sunday evening I locked both my sets of keys in my RV. Pop-A-Lock got out to Lake Pleasant within 35 minutes. It took only a few minutes to get the door unlocked. EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Very happy with the service and the amount of time involved in getting the door opened and my two dogs out.

I contacted Levi after hours and he responded immediately the next morning. He arrived at our house the next day and diagnosed the problem with the lock on our front door immediately. We have a metal door and an unusual metal lock that had not been working for sometime. He replaced the mechanism in short order and provided us with keys, which we had never received for the initial lock done by the original installer. He was very courteous, extremely professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

When you lock yourself out of your house THREE times in five weeks, you can be qualified as enough of an expert to know a good locksmith when you find one. He showed up when he said he would and quickly unlocked my door for a reasonable price... what more could you want from a locksmith?!

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

I contacted A 1 because I lost the key to my condo mailbox, and the HOA said I needed to have it opened by a locksmith.  Scheduling was easy. Jeff arrived on time and completed the job in 15 minutes tops.  My cost for the service call, one key hole, two keys plus tax was $89.00.  Great experience and I highly recommend them.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...
