I'll never use these guys again.  Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145!  I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75!  Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards.  I should not have paid.

A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere.

We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

Lost my key and I had no idea where it was. Phone was about to die and it was raining. Needless to say I needed someone as fast as possible. Called pop a lock and the guy said 30mins (actually got here in 30mins) and price was actually really great for opening and re-keying my place. I would recommend this for anyone who gets as unlucky as me and needs to get into their house quickly.

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

Wow, what exceptional service! Honest, fast and reliable. Called for a lockout and discovered he does mailbox keys as well!! I was always told you had to go to the post office, you don't! Call this guy.

I read a recent review that had the owners electronic keypad not responding, that's the owners fault not the locksmith. Levi did the same work for me and mine worked perfectly, I again, knew my code so no problem. Don't know what that owner is talking about, sounds like he is trying to blame his poor code memory on the service professional that he hired to help him. I'm in the service industry and have no tolerance for clients that take out their issues on us, but I digress.

Long story short, this guy knows his stuff, locks, keys, mailboxes, you name it. I've used him many times and have nothing but amazing, honest service and quality products. 10/10 recommend.

Ive had 2 different locksmith experiences by far this was the best. Guy was very friendly and helpful, had different options of keys for me and best part was it was very fast. Had 2 keys done in less than 30mins. Definitely will recommend!

Called for a lockout service and Eden swung by within 10 minutes.  The car was opened in less than 3 minutes. Good service and affordable rates!

Just and AMAZING experience! You need ANYTHING call Terry! Got a brand new FOB AND KEY cut and programed for about 100 less than ace and 3X less than dealership!  Hope I don't need a locksmith anytime soon but he will be FIRST CALL! And he COMES TO YOU!

I decided to call Jeff after seeing the reviews on yelp, and I must say-they are all well deserved.  He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable with the new set-up.  I even had him do a couple of last minute extra things, and he didn't even blink an eye.  Hiring a locksmith can be a little scary, and I was happy that I chose Jeff and his company.  I will be sure to call him again if I ever need a locksmith.  Thank you Jeff.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I could not even get a call back or return email. Maybe they didn't want the job. Would be nice to at least hear that.

Moved into a new place that has central mail boxes and didnt have a key to it, Julian was fast to reply and came out same day!  Very courteous and great customer service!

This place is phenomenal! My wife locked her keys in her car and I requested a quote online and received a response in 2 minutes. The guy got to her car in 5 minutes and another 2 minutes to uptown the door. Very reasonably priced and extremely speedy, and great communication. I highly recommend this place!
