Good experience. I needed several locks re-keyed on a property. They showed up on time, were courteous, and did the work quickly. The price was exactly as they quoted through Yelp. Would use again.

Victor couldn't have been more helpful and helped us when our lock was broken. He was very resourceful and fixed the issue.

Bill is the bomb!  I've been using Bill with Pop-A-Lock for years to rekey properties.  I'm in the real estate business and Bill provides a flat-rate for realtors.  He always provides great customer service, super fast response and turn-around, plus he is always the best priced.

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I needed new keys for my front security door. In addition, both my front and back doors were uneven due to heat/warp.

I went to Yelp. I first called a business that's since closed. Then I called A1. Jeff was busy, but took my number and called me back within a half-hour.

Since I wasn't in an emergency situation, he came the next day. As promised, he called a 1/2 hour before arrival. He charged me exactly what he told me to expect and the work was excellent.

I highly recommend this business.

Alon was great, had great communication before he arrived and during the whole process. Was fast to get to me and fast to do the job. If I ever have to use a locksmith again Alon will be first on my list to call.

If you ever need a locksmith Tom is your guy. He did more than we asked for and did a great job. I will use him again and hope others know about him now!

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

I've stopped in here probably 4 or 5 times now for various keys (I am a property manager). The best part for sure is that everyone is so friendly, and they have adorable keys. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get key copies as well as any re-keying you might need. Do be aware though that you need to purchase at least $10 worth of stuff to be able to use your card I always forget and end up with an extra key being made.  .

P.S. If you are getting a house key I really recommend going with a large base for the key, I got the largest one they had and now opening the house is a breeze while carrying everything from the car.
