THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

Best locksmith around! I called Jeff because I saw Anthony P's review. My mom misplaced her keys and was locked out of her car and he was very understanding of the situation. He also took the time to help us search her car for them. He also called his buddy who makes keys to get us a quote. Jeff went above and beyond. I hope we wont ever need his services again, but if we do, I wont hesitate to call Jeff again. You should too! You wont be sorry!! Fast, friendly, professional! What more could you ask for??

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Called Julian this morning keys locked in car.  Set time for him to come over at 11:00.  He showed up right on time.  Job done quickly.

My friend lost her Toyota Camry key and searched about 8 hours for it.  I placed a call to The Lock Shop and when they showed up had the car running within 45 minutes.
He was courteous & professional AND I highly recommend them.

The back door on my food truck broke late at night and I called several locksmiths that were unable to help me. One of them told me outright that they did not carry the part that was broken. Luckily I called CJ and he stated he carried the part and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was very professional and fix the door within 15 minutes. I would recommend this business for anyone. Been  while since I've been stiffed. Congratulations ACE LOCKSMITH you got me. I had an appt with you for this morning. You never called or showed up. I took off 3 hrs of work to accommodate this appt. You were a no show. One of the best things about living in the Phx area is you can always find somebody else. And I did. I find it hard to believe you have a reputable business yet are incompetent at the same time. Its safe to say, I nor any members of my family here in AZ will be utilizing your services in our lifetime. Again Thanks for the no-show.
