Mike responded promptly to my request for estimate . Their price for mailbox rekey was very good compared to other companies offering the same service . He replied to my text messages very quickly and we had the appointment set up in no time . He showed up to my apartment, did his job and left . A job well done Mike . Called VC Lock and Key to re-key a lock.  He came when promised, did the job quickly and was reasonably priced. He gave me two extra keys at no charge.  Highly recommend.

Pop-a-lock was amazing. There was a very short wait for them to arrive to my location. I had already asked security to help me open my car door and they couldn't get it. Mendel got the door unlocked within minutes and on first try. He was very nice and very helpful!! Will be saving their number for future needs.

I found Levi on Yelp and as all the other yelpers attest to, he provides an efficient, knowledgeable, and great service. I messaged him on Yelp on Sunday afternoon. He responded immediately. I needed an entire house re-keyed after buying it. After texting him pictures of the locks, he was able to quote me a price over the phone. He told me he would be there to start working in 30 min and arrived promptly.  Unlike a previous locksmith I had used for another property, he came with all the locks and materials he needed based on the conversation we had on the phone and the pictures of the locks I had sent.  When he got to my place, he quickly took a look at all the locks and made suggestions that I think will make my life a lot easier. All five locks to all the entrances and doors were changed as well as the mailbox in a little over an hour.

The new lock looks beautiful and the handles he installed match the door! Plus, I really wanted a keypad lock door as I am trying to go completely keyless. He not only put one in but also walked me through how to set the code, put in additional codes, and how to delete codes. He really understands customer service!

There was no extra charge for coming on Sunday and he vacuumed and cleaned up after himself which was a nice surprise. Although not cut-throat cheap in terms of price, it is one those experiences where the quality of work is worth more than what he charged. If you want your locks done correctly and without a fuss, Levi is the guy to call!

This guy is great. I called a day earlier to see if I could get a key cut. Unfortunately, he didn't have the key on him that day.  Just 10 hours later he found the key and texted me he found them. He communicated clearly and we met up at my place of business to get the key cut. He didn't even want to charge me. This guy is a class act and a pleasure to do business with. We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Our family is so thankful that Alon answered and showed up for us! We had just gotten the keys to our rental home, and didn't know the doors locked automatically, so after throwing out trash from painting, we came back and we're locked out! Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

We had our keys stolen along with an ID that listed our address, so needless to say, we were worried. Todd from Alcatraz Locksmith came quickly and not only re-keyed our door, he fixed the sticky deadbolt that had been giving us trouble for years! I would recommend this company for anyone looking for quick, friendly service.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

So I locked myself out of the house today. I was freaking out. The only thing I had was my phone.. I had no water, no car keys.. nothing. I was starting to panic as my husband I'm driving home from LA and won't be back until tonight. I called the Lock shop.. I felt stupid and worried all at the same time.. they got someone to my house in 15 minutes and it took the tech about 30 seconds to open the door leading to the garage! Thank you so much to the Lock shop for being fast, friendly, affordable and most of all getting me back in my house!!!

CJ came out within a couple hours and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. My deadbolt broke in the locked position. He was able to fix with no damage and installed a new lock and door handle. Awesome service, thank you! I chose him based on his good Yelp reviews.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
