I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.  
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.

Victor came by our house and replaced three locks to match our new front door lock. He was punctual, super friendly and brainstormed options with us. When we redo our fence in the winter I'll definitely be reaching back out to this company!

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. Needed to get a car key made asap and Arthur came through for us. He was very fast at responding and giving us the up front cost to make a chip key for our car. Will use them again in the future for any locksmith needs. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

Totally recommend this locksmith.  Did service the same day. After another company tried but failed to open the doors to my Honda crv  with a dead battery.  This company came and had the doors open within 5 minutes. Wonderful and highly recommend.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was awesome!  I had called someone else on YELP who referred me to Todd.  Todd was so responsive, showed up when he said he would and communicated in between and most of all had notes on what he quoted me and charged me exactly what he quoted.  I will be using him for whenever I need a locksmith and I have already told all my friends that if they need a locksmith, that he is the guy to go to.  
Customer service is so important to me in this day and age and it just seems to be lost.  Todd is someone who prides himself on running his business with integrity and putting his customers first.  His phone rings off the hook and I heard him on the phone treating every customer exactly the same - with honestly and respect and kindness.

Called Julian this morning keys locked in car.  Set time for him to come over at 11:00.  He showed up right on time.  Job done quickly.

These guys are awesome, came out same day to rekey all our office locks. They made us several copies and made sure they all worked. Very professional family owned business and I just loved their customer service. They really go out of their way. We screwed up and my assistant left the wrong key for me and when I called at 5 am they were ready to help me out. Couldn't believe they answered that early so they handle emergencies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND theses guys.

Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. He came out on Saturday within an hour of so if calling.
