I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.

THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

Levi was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with the lock at the storage unit. He also helped me to put in a few of the items as I was worried they would not fit. He explained everything to me that he was doing before he did it. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other locksmiths I had contacted. Levi arrived in a very timely fashion and got the job done quickly. If ever I need a lock smith again I will certainly call Levi. Honest and hardworking.

My wife and I locked ourselves out of our house and called for some help. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was incredibly nice and up front, giving us the time it would take for him to get to us and letting us know that if we decided to go with someone else who could get there sooner that it'd be okay, while giving us tips on what to look out for to avoid being overcharged. We ended up being able to finagle our way back in but he still called a while later to check on if we made it in okay. Although we didn't end up actually using his service I could tell he was a really genuine and honest guy. Give him your business!

Needed to have my home's door knob & deadbolt rekeyed due to tenant default (as they still had a key). Alon was super fast to respond, and was at my house within a couple hours, and swiftly rectified my issue! Had it rekeyed in minutes! I highly recommend Alon for any lock needs. Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I had used this locksmith awhile ago, and just realized I never wrote a review for the amazing service. I had lost a key to an 05 VW new Beetle. Going through the VW Dealership is a HUGE hassle and cost....around $350 +, that's not even including having to tow the car to the dealership. I had called Alcatraz Locksmith, and they were able to easily come to me and make me a new key in waaay under an hour, for under 250$...actually...I think it was under 200! Amazing!!!!!!!! I most definitely recommend!

I have never left a review before but I feel compelled after the fantastic service Jeff and team provided tonight. I had so many questions around getting new key/ignition for my vehicle and Taylor was patient and knowledgeable through them all over the phone.  Jeff had to come out and rekey my Jeep and was quick and efficient, even in the dark with minimal lighting!  Thank you for making a somewhat difficult event fairly simple and providing such professional yet friendly service. A friend's vehicle auto locked his keys inside, and he didn't have a spare. We searched Yelp for nearby locksmiths that did auto work in the Sun City area and Ace Locksmith came up. They were pleasant on the phone, told us they'd be here within twenty minutes and were here in ten! The service was performed quickly and by a pleasant young man. We received our Yelp discount, but even without the discount it was a bargain in this summer heat. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the Sun City area (and any other areas they serve).

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
