I didn't actually use this service company but the way that they took time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions was very pleasant. If I have any more concerns or need help I will definitely call this company just for the way they treated me on the phone.

I made the dumb mistake of locking my family out of the house. I called Call Locksmith AZ and they came within 15 minutes and had us back in our home in about 10 minutes. Alon Avital, the locksmith, was very friendly, professional, competent, and quick. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again if the need arises. I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I just purchased a car for my son and needed another key. I was able to obtain a generic FOB. I called several locksmiths in the area that had good reviews. Most wanted over $200 to cut and program the FOB and nevermind what the dealerships want. I found Alcatraz Locksmith on Yelp and reached out to the owner Todd. Well, in a nutshell, Todd was awesome and had a flat fee of $40 for cutting the key and $50 for standard programming, if you can meet at his place of business. I highly recommend Todd for all your locksmith needs.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

The doorknob on the side garage door turned, but the internal mechanism would not retract the latch. So, for the next two weeks, I began a journey of sweat, toil, and anger.

I searched the Internet and YouTube for answers and tried several hopeful remedies. Removing the door hinges was first, but after viewing their configuration, it was not possible. I won't go into everything. I tried hoping tomorrow I would win.

On my last day trying, the thought of destroying the door came to mind but faded after some rest. I searched the Internet and saw a conversation post about others with the same problem at their wit's end. A person replied with a simple solution, "You may have to call a locksmith."

A month prior, a family member had all their locks rekeyed. They gave me the name of this company, and I called the next day within minutes of them opening. They scheduled me the same day and within a few hours of our availability.

The technician immediately retracted the latch and opened the door. I felt dumb, although I was told there was nothing I could have done since these situations occur. Instead, a new internal mechanism was installed with the same knob.

Expect a service fee and other related costs. In this case, I should have called earlier. It was worth it.

Showed up on time and  worked quickly. absolutely no complaints. rekeyed all the doors... fixed a security door lock and reprogrammed the electric locks.  very good service, good personality,  no complaints, price was fair

Called them up and they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  Mordi helped me with a security door that didn't have a key when I purchased the home.  Would definitely recommend!
