We had a great experience with Cactus Lock & Key. We just moved into our new house and needed two doorknobs replaced and all locks rekeyed. The quality and speed of their work is exceptionally high. This is the only locksmith I'll use from here on out.

Victor couldn't have been more helpful and helped us when our lock was broken. He was very resourceful and fixed the issue.

I wish I could give more stars for his very pleasant disposition.

Professional, prompt, efficient, courteous, etc.  might be a bit on the expensive end....but you get what you pay for.

Called Levi based on his Yelp reviews and was not disappointed!  We moved into a new home and needed to change locks.  He came the next day, called 30 minutes before he arrived (as he said he would) and did a great job for a very fair price.  Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Jeff was great, he came out the day after I called him and did a great job. He was very clear about what he needed to do and the time he would need to do it. Also as a female I am always worried about having people come to my home for services, he made me feel very comfortable and safe...  I would recommend this company without a doubt.

The son, Jeff, is a "ZZ-Top-worthy" bearded young guy who was not only friendly, but very knowledgable, and customer focused. Jeff, Senior, should be proud because his son represented the business amazingly. I am a single mom who works from home, and my child is 16 months old. I have a 90-lb German Shepherd and I am so 2nd amendment strong here, BUT knowing that The Lock Shop reinforced my new home with new locks and keys, makes me feel that much more protected and safe. Locked myself out My car but The locksmith that came by was super nice and arrived very quickly. Appreciated how fast it was to get the door open and how friendly the guy was. Great service.
