I was recently licked out of my house and called Cactus Lock and Key.  They came pretty quickly and had me back in my house in no time!  The owner is great and I highly recommend them.

Was at my house in 15min and had my car open in less than 5 min. Fast and efficient and competitively priced.

Brian from Pop-a-lock was super helpful and very timely. I called for a stubborn door and lock to make it fire hazard safe and he came thru.

Scheduled us as early as he could and quickly adjusted/fixed our door and lock.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

Customer service is an absolute lost art these days. That said, the family at The Lock Shop definitely have a passion for perfecting that art and providing that to their customers.

To preface this review, I had been having car starting issues. I had a very old and janky remote/ chip key and the car would intermittently start.

I placed two calls into AAA the first of which sold me on a new battery. The second call when I continued to have issues assured me it wasn't my battery but was my key.

So when I finally placed a call into "the LOCK shop" I was clearly a bit exhausted with all the running around.

The LOCK Shop eased my frustrations from the very beginning of my experience. The representative on the phone was very knowledgeable, asked all sorts of questions and actually listened. Within 30 minutes I had a technician, Jeff, I think his name was, out to my house to swoop up the key and cut it at the shop. He was back to my  house within 30 minutes and programming my key.

Jeff was able to  diagnose the starting issues I was having to be an overlooked joint on my battery that was loose that he ended up tightening down for me which resulted in my car starting every time. So,  while I didn't necessarily NEED a new key right away, I got one as a result of AAA telling me it was my key and I was GLAD about it even though It was their overlooking the problem that caused me to spend an unexpected chunk of money on a new key.

Thanks to Jeff and the rest of The  Lock Shop, I now have a brand new  key which works amazing, my car starts every time, and I can rest assured knowing they gave me the best deal and the absolute best customer service.

I got locked out of my car. My dog was inside and the car was running while I ran to an outdoor bank kiosk. Somehow my dog locked me out. This company too my call immediately and had someone out within 15 mins. They unlocked the car in about 2 mins. They were nice and respectful. I appreciated their speedy service! If my dog locks out me again, I will definitely call them!

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
