Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else.

Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. Victor arrived on time and completed the job quicker than I expected. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Met me at the parking lot where my car was stranded within a couple hours after my call, then opened my car and replaced my lost FOB in a matter of minutes.

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

Response time was very fast from first call to problem solved including a 45 min commute - 10:06am to 12:35 key removed

Skill and research on a very unusual problem - Subaru dealership had never heard of this ever happening

He had reached out to all dealerships and resale locations to find a new ignition (which was the likely outcome of this problem) and made a plan for the worst case scenario before arriving initially.

Osher is fantastic. After losing my keys late at night on the 4th of July somewhere between a restaurant and home he met me at my place in about half an hour and had my front door open and a new remote start key made for my jeep an hour later. I needed important items inside my vehicle and of course my home before getting to work in the morning and he saved the day!! Highly recommend this service and appreciate their assistance on a holiday late at night. Thank you so so much!

AMAZING JOB,  quick responsive and super helpfull.  Terry looked up the keys I needed and fobs I wanted, ordered them and programed them very quickly.  And the best part us he came to my house to do it.  He was professional and informative.  I would recommend him any time.

After recommending A1 Minute Key Service to a co-worker today, I found that I had incorrectly posted my review last July to A1 Locksmith Service instead of A1 Minute Key Service!  My apologies.  I have since deleted the review I put there and wanted to make sure this got to the right place.  Side note:  apparently there are Jeff's a both places, but this is the RIGHT Jeff!

Jeff was great!  I called in the afternoon and he was able to come out and meet me at my house that evening at 6:30 with no extra charge!  He changed all of the locks in my house and even changed out a handle to make it match the rest.  Would definitely recommend!

Was accommodating with my schedule and came at the time we agreed on. He was very friendly and helpful in getting my locks changed.

Reached out to Thomas to get several doors rekeyed and to install a keypad at a 'new to us' home. We made an appointment for later that day and Thomas showed up right on time. He does exceptionally good work, he's courteous, and he absolutely knows his business. Highly recommended.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I was very bummed about having my wallet and key stolen.  Todd@Alcatraz came out and re-keyed my locks in just a few minutes, working around my schedule.  I appreciated their AAA+++ service.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

Jeff came to our house re-keyed five deadbolts all to a new key.  The Lock Shop was timely, professional, provided great value & personable service. Family-owned & local . . . Strongly recommended.

Horrible and unprofessional. They had me waiting for three hours to unlock my vehicle.Kept saying someone is on there way.  When they finally show up. The guy shows up in a regular unmarked car (sedan), without a uniform on. I didn't know who he was?? By then i had already called another company who showed up within 40 minutes of the original time i called them. What a difference. And shows up, uniformed, and in a work vehicle (company logo van)  to identify who he is. And did the job correctly.  That's professionalism! Not this 24/7 company. Beware!!!!

Great service. Bo came out within 10 minutes after I ran into an emergency with my new huis, where the old owners couldn't hand over the keys as they packed them. After Bo replaced all locks I felt secure in my new home. I am very happy that he came out so fast and was able to reduce my loving anxiety a lot less.
The pricing was very reasonable for this service as well.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
