Mike responded promptly to my request for estimate . Their price for mailbox rekey was very good compared to other companies offering the same service . He replied to my text messages very quickly and we had the appointment set up in no time . He showed up to my apartment, did his job and left . A job well done Mike . Victor was great.  The situation involved rekeying some locks, a distraught widow in her 80's, some care givers and a couple of attorneys.  He simply came and was professional, fast and reasonable.  I will be using his service again.  Great experience.

Had broken my key off in my lock on the front door. Called the locksmith they came out right away and not only fixed that lock but replaced the top lock so both locks are now on the same key.  Very good prompt service and reasonable prices.  The locksmith Gabriel was also very respectful and honest. We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Just moved into a new house, and used Yelp to find a trusted locksmith.  The reviews are correct!  Jeff was fantastic.  He called twice to let me know his exact arrival time, was quick and worked to save me money.  And he even mentioned the 10% off discount!  It was truly a pleasure, and I know not only will I go to him in the future, but I will recommend him to friends and family.  Thank you Jeff!!!

Quick and affordable! He arrived within 15 minutes and was extremely patient and helpful. Affordable compared to other locations I googled. Hopefully I won't need his services again, but if I do I'll know who to call!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

You won't find a better guy or service than with Todd. Reached out thru text because we lost our car keys while traveling. Even though Todd had a scheduling conflict he went out of his way to help me find someone who could would be able to help us. This is no easy job. And it was time consuming. But he found someone and coordinated everything. What's even crazier, he expected nothing in return!  Truly a godsend in what could've been a horrible beginning to our holidays.

Exceeded my expectations!

I lost a key fob to my jeep and ordered replacements on Amazon. These guys came to me, showed up on time, communicated well and copied/programmed my key for a very nice price. They did just what they said they were going to do and did it for the price that i was quoted. Very professional.
