I'll never use these guys again.  Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145!  I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75!  Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards.  I should not have paid.

A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere.

Victor was very professional and extremely responsive (responded to my texts on the weekend and gave me a call while I was at Home Depot picking out locks). His prices were roughly what others were quoting, but he is well-spoken, knowledgeable and friendly so I went with him. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

Those days when you reach for something in the front counsel of your vehicle, grab it, turn around and your butt, coupled with a badly-timed gust of wind, helps the back door close and lock your keys in your car?

...with your child inside?

Well that was me yesterday. Definitely not one of my brightest moments.

After getting over the shock of what I did and calming down my nerves, I grabbed my phone and googled the nearest locksmith.

I called Pop-A-Lock and within minutes, a technician was there and literally within seconds, my vehicle was unlocked.

It's their company policy that emergency lockouts involving kids in cars are free. I was shocked.

At a time when i was so desperate to do anything, to pay anything- these guys were incredibly professional, respectful and caring.

I insisted the technician take the $10 cash I had, told him lunch was on me and asked for some business cards.

In this day and age of big-box retailers and conglomerates that treat customers like you're one of many, it's nice when a business goes out of their way to provide the care and professionalism that earns them a customer for life.

If you ever need a reliable, professional locksmith...or maybe run into someone requiring one...I'd suggest you give them a call at 1.800.POP.A.LOCK

Very efficient and courteous. You can tell Erez is a perfectionist just by seeing inside his van. $100 cheaper than the car dealership quote for the exact same thing. Highly recommended.

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. Arthur was prompt in answering my request on Yelp, provided a very reasonable and affordable quote for the product and labor/travel, and was at my house within 30 minutes of a phone call. I am a very happy customer and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jonathon helped us tremendously last night by getting our Grand Cherokee started. The key fob would not turn to start the vehicle.  He spent 2 hours in partial darkness working on the ignition to get it started and also to properly disengage the key.  Would've given 5 stars, but he wasn't certain that the cause of the ignition problem was completely repaired. Time will tell, and he did say he would order parts and continue to work on it if needed.

Our service guy was Craig - which is a subcontractor of Jeff- and he was amazing! He truly gave great customer support and helped us with every aspect we needed! I used this company based on everyone else's great reviews and had to, too share their recommendation with others! I recommend this company above any others!

They were wanting to make their retirement on one call. They are not reasonable at all for the service I needed.

Answered all my questions, fixed doors that didn't work, was kind, prompt, and efficient.  His price was incredible for what I needed. Great company!!

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
