Mike answered his phone, made a time commitment and kept it. He knew his products and was in and out in short order.
Was he cheap? No. But not expensive, either. I post this info to respond to the other posters who complain about price. When you need a skilled service, and someone is going to COME TO YOUR HOME to provide that service, there will be a cost.
I thought the cost and service were very fair. I'd use Cactus Lock & Key again.

I didn't end up using this company but wanted to comment on the responsiveness. They got back to me quickly and were very willing to fit me in.

I hired Pop-A-Lock to re-key and change the locks in our new home.  Deric responded almost immediately.  The price was reasonable and the service was great.  I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!

I needed help with putting a new set of locks. He was so accommodating and polite. He was organized and very clean. I hope more people use his services as I want him him to succeed.

I have a busy schedule and almost never have a spare second. After my initial contact with Levi, he was able to schedule a good time to come to rekey my mailbox. He actually contacted me 2 days earlier when there was an opening on the day that was most convenient for me. There was some misunderstanding about what I needed done so the actual price of the service was a lot more than what I was quoted. However, Levi honored the price and set out to quickly and efficiently do the job. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain the invoice and what I was actually being charged/billed for so there was never a second of confusion. He also reminded me of the actual price for future purposes. I will definitely be going to Levi for any future locksmith needs.

I couldn't have possibly hand picked a better company.  They responded right away, had the best price out of anyone and were there within an hour and a half.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Had my chipped keys and fobs in no tome at all.  I'll definitely use them again. Thank you again

I need a duplicate key for my jeep patriot since it broke. I called Johnny locksmith and they got one of their technicians to come out within half an hour. Louis was able to solve my problem in real time and give me the keys I needed. Awesome!

Great service and price! They re-keyed three locks and adjusted the doors to ensure the locks worked properly.

Alon showed up on time and was able to fix a door latch that was stuck inside the door frame.  He was efficient and offered a fair price.  Would recommend to others.

If you ever need a locksmith Tom is your guy. He did more than we asked for and did a great job. I will use him again and hope others know about him now!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Called them at 6:30 AM.  They called back at 7:20, 10 minutes before they opened. They said they would have a technician at my house between 8A and 10A.  Called at 9 and said 20 minutes.  Arrived 18 minutes later.  Changed the locks in 30 minutes. Gave me a $5.00 discount because I mentioned Yelp.Two locks, 4 keys, 30 minutes; $80.00. From call to done 3.5 hours.  Courteous, prompt, stayed in touch.  Nothing but the highest praise.  And the locks work just fine. Thank you!

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

I recently locked myself out of my house (don't ask). I called several places on Yelp to get some assistance and every business was too busy or didn't answer their phone. I then noticed the ad on Yelp for The Lock Shop so I called hoping I wouldn't get the run around like the other places I called. To my surprise, a very pleasant lady answered promptly and got Jeff dispatched to my house right away. Even though she said he would be there in 30 minutes, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Jeff was professional, friendly, and just my kind of personality that makes me want to support this business 100%. I also received a follow-up call from Taylor and a 10% discount and thank you letter in the mail. The Lock Shop is great and I will definitely use them again for keys, lock outs, etc.

My mom locked her keys in the car and Cj was at our house extremely quick to help. The whole process from the time we called to the door being unlocked was less than 45 minutes!! 10/10 recommend this company.

A friend's vehicle auto locked his keys inside, and he didn't have a spare. We searched Yelp for nearby locksmiths that did auto work in the Sun City area and Ace Locksmith came up. They were pleasant on the phone, told us they'd be here within twenty minutes and were here in ten! The service was performed quickly and by a pleasant young man. We received our Yelp discount, but even without the discount it was a bargain in this summer heat. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the Sun City area (and any other areas they serve).

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
