I was recently licked out of my house and called Cactus Lock and Key.  They came pretty quickly and had me back in my house in no time!  The owner is great and I highly recommend them.

Called VC Lock and Key to re-key a lock.  He came when promised, did the job quickly and was reasonably priced. He gave me two extra keys at no charge.  Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! The person I worked with was upfront with prices and very flexible with the time to perform the task.

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Levi was fantastic to work with! He got the job done quick and efficiently. He answered my call right away and was also very friendly!

I was in need of a key and was in a hurry. A lot of the places I called were over priced or the calls had you type in a number to wait for an agent. But he picked up right away and his service was quick and easy. Super friendly at competitive pricing. I am definitely going to recommend his services to friends and family!

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

I didn't actually use this service company but the way that they took time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions was very pleasant. If I have any more concerns or need help I will definitely call this company just for the way they treated me on the phone.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Fantastic locksmith, incredibly helpful and reasonably priced.  Alcatraz Locksmith went out of their way to help me in a very difficult situation and get me back on the road! Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, kind, honest.  This is just an awesome business.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

I called The Lock Shop to have several locks changed in my business and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The locksmith were on time, affordable and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions I had and were able to give me a quote for my request over the phone at the time of scheduling so I knew what I was to expect!! Wouldn't choose another company if I had to!!

Cj was responsive and speedy. Fair priced and very helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a locksmith. Placed a request at 11pm on a Friday and Cj made it out 13 hours after! Call him, you won't regret it.

Bo was great. He arrived same day and completed the service also the same day. He answered all of my questions and performed the service faster than what I expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fast, fair and speedy locksmith service. This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
