Our Front door hardware is perfect! Communication was excellent, arrived early and did an efficient and perfect job. He was able to replace our front hardware, to  match, the old hardware,  therefore avoiding repainting the front door. Also, Fixed and rekeyed other locks and was able to  make  additional requested keys on site. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Victor is awesome. I called him on a weekend when he was closed, and he still took my call and he was at my house on that Monday. Excellent work, and fixed all my locks that needed repair. Very courteous and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. Our new front door lock wasn't working ("installer" to remain unnamed).....the cylinder wouldn't stay in place.  I called Levi because of his ratings and he was great.  On time, personable & professional.  The lock set up was missing some important parts (hmmmmmm....how did that happen?!).   Levi luckily had them in his van and our lock works as it should.  He took time to walk us through what was wrong.  When we need a locksmith I will call Levi.

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

Jeff is the Michael Jordan of locksmiths.   He has masterful moves, super "lock-vision", and my hero.

After my many agonizing trips to Home Depot to re-key the locks, Jeff obliterated the opposition (the lock?).  It just took a phone call and he was at my house 30 minutes later.  He was thorough, friendly and knew what he was doing.

He takes cash, checks or credit cards and a "lock" for the locksmith Hall of Fame.

Needed to have my home's door knob & deadbolt rekeyed due to tenant default (as they still had a key). Best locksmith experience I've had.  Todd was personable, easy to get a hold of, and knew what he was doing.  Pricing was more than fair and he'll likely be the only guy I go to for locksmithing from here on out.

If your usual experience is what mine used to be, I'd recommend calling Todd.  On a completely random note: if you YouTube "koala bear noises" you'll find videos of the typical locksmith.

Wow, the guy gets customer service in a day and age when no one gives a rats about the customer. So my story starts with a panic phone call that we're locked out of the condo and it's a Sunday, UGHHHH. I won't name who locked the screen door but let's say it wasn't me.

My options were limited to either heading to the hardware store and buying a drill or calling a locksmith. So I open my YELP app and locate Cory. I dialed and wow he answered ASAP. A live human answered phone I was in shock on a Sunday morning . I explained my issue And he said "No Problem I'll be there in 45 mins"! I was stunned. Told me the price of $85 and I agreed. Really like I was gonna shop around come on.

So 45 minutes later CJ texts me saying he's at the gate. Punctual I love it! I greet him and show him the lock. CJ opens he bag of safe cracking tools and in 5 minutes he's opened the screen door, THANK GOD. $85 then exchanges hands, I'm happy and he's happy and his job is done just like he said it would be Iin less than 1 hour from my initial call.

I'm 100% satisfied with his service. This man is worthy of a 5 Star review and I recommend you make sure you use his service if your ever in a jam. Thank you so much for assisting us in our time of need, your the best!

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.

Our tech, Mordy, was excellent, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend!

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
