Very happy with the service I received. Mike's son arrived on time and had chosen a lock that matched the color of the previous lock.  Quick install and it was all done, even offered to key the lock to a different key if desired.  Easy Peasy.

Victor came by our house and replaced three locks to match our new front door lock. He was punctual, super friendly and brainstormed options with us. When we redo our fence in the winter I'll definitely be reaching back out to this company!

Pop-a-lock was amazing. There was a very short wait for them to arrive to my location. I had already asked security to help me open my car door and they couldn't get it. Mendel got the door unlocked within minutes and on first try. He was very nice and very helpful!! Will be saving their number for future needs.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

Arthur was a pleasure to work with. Made me 3 keys in about 10 minutes, including a key fob. He also gave me some advice on a soon-to-be dead battery in my car while also giving me a jump so I could make it to O'Reilly. Overall a great service, thanks for everything!

Great friendly service, reasonable price for same day! Very helpful! Will call again if I need locksmith. They were courteous and in fact able to fix my deadbolt rather than installing a new one, which saved me money!

Outstanding company!!!! Terry came to my house and re-keyed every exterior door at our new home. He was on time and very respectful. He was so much cheaper than the other crooks I had called. His prices are better than fair. Terry cares about his customers and his work is top notch.

I had expected the worst when I asked for their services but honestly I received the best service I have ever had. I just can't say enough about Terry and his company. They advertise that they are a veteran owned business and they sure conduct business like they are. I am a veteran and I try to give all my business to veteran owned businesses.

Man, these reviews didn't lie! My husband and I just bought our 1st home and needed to get the locks changed. I went onto Yelp and couldn't believe Jeff and A 1 Minute key's reviews! We called him and he came that day to change all of our locks. He was awesome! Such a normal guy and way cool. He did everything so quickly, even fixed a door that wasn't aligned right. He also gave us some free security clips to put on our windows because we hadn't established our Security System yet and wanted us to have peace of mind.  SO NICE! Will definitely be using Jeff and A 1 Minute Key Service again!!! :)

They were wanting to make their retirement on one call. They are not reasonable at all for the service I needed.

Tom responded very quickly and answered all my questions.  Came on time and was so professional and friendly. I am in my 70's and am very careful about whom I invite to my home.  Tom had great reviews and very good pricing.  I would suggest you hire him for all your key and lock smith needs. I'm pretty surprised that I'm the first to leave a review. The battery for my BMW key died & what seemed like no one in the valley could help, Jay at Luke Locksmith was great. Very communicative and took care of me with ease. I definitely recommend . Thanks jay!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

We just moved from California and we didn't feel safe with the current locks in our rental home.  Because of the great reviews from Yelp I decided to give them a call.  After putting a quote request online late in the evening, I received a response first thing in the morning.  I was able to schedule a date and time for them to come in.

I appreciate they are family owned because they  definitely make you feel like a part of their family with great customer service and sincere care.  They are very knowledgable and I am grateful to Kathy for saving us from having to spend extra $$'s to change all of our locks when it wasn't even necessary.

Jeff came out to fix our current locks and install a night lock.  I explained my concerns and he right away was able to examine and fix the problem.  Also I recently had a Hello Kitty key copied at Loews and he was generous to rekey it to match our locks without me asking.  He did an amazing job in fixing our locks and adjusting our door so that the locks would latch on securely.  I feel so much better now and I can sleep better knowing our doors are secured.

Horrible and unprofessional. They had me waiting for three hours to unlock my vehicle.Kept saying someone is on there way.  When they finally show up. The guy shows up in a regular unmarked car (sedan), without a uniform on. I didn't know who he was?? By then i had already called another company who showed up within 40 minutes of the original time i called them. What a difference. And shows up, uniformed, and in a work vehicle (company logo van)  to identify who he is. And did the job correctly.  That's professionalism! Not this 24/7 company. Beware!!!!

Ari is excellent technician spectacular job efficient and friendly. 5:45pm and he arrived in 20 minutes after I locked keys in van. Highly recommend
