I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.

Overall, I recommend this company for their service and reasonable price. Thank you!

I hired Pop-A-Lock to re-key and change the locks in our new home.  Deric responded almost immediately.  The price was reasonable and the service was great.  I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

Skill and research on a very unusual problem - Subaru dealership had never heard of this ever happening

He had reached out to all dealerships and resale locations to find a new ignition (which was the likely outcome of this problem) and made a plan for the worst case scenario before arriving initially.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

We called Alcatraz after getting a $600 quote from 24/7 locksmith- Alcatraz was $185- he is helpful, friendly and very reasonable.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

Customer service is an absolute lost art these days. That said, the family at The Lock Shop definitely have a passion for perfecting that art and providing that to their customers.

To preface this review, I had been having car starting issues. I had a very old and janky remote/ chip key and the car would intermittently start.

I placed two calls into AAA the first of which sold me on a new battery. The second call when I continued to have issues assured me it wasn't my battery but was my key.

So when I finally placed a call into "the LOCK shop" I was clearly a bit exhausted with all the running around.

The LOCK Shop eased my frustrations from the very beginning of my experience. The representative on the phone was very knowledgeable, asked all sorts of questions and actually listened. Within 30 minutes I had a technician, Jeff, I think his name was, out to my house to swoop up the key and cut it at the shop. He was back to my  house within 30 minutes and programming my key.

Jeff was able to  diagnose the starting issues I was having to be an overlooked joint on my battery that was loose that he ended up tightening down for me which resulted in my car starting every time. So,  while I didn't necessarily NEED a new key right away, I got one as a result of AAA telling me it was my key and I was GLAD about it even though It was their overlooking the problem that caused me to spend an unexpected chunk of money on a new key.

Thanks to Jeff and the rest of The  Lock Shop, I now have a brand new  key which works amazing, my car starts every time, and I can rest assured knowing they gave me the best deal and the absolute best customer service.
