Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

First locksmith I've ever used in Phoenix and I'm highly satisfied with their work. Super friendly with good work ethic. They even gave me an extra key because they wanted to make sure I felt satisfied, and both keys worked perfectly! Now that's what I call quality care! They put their customers first and made sure that I didn't feel the need to question their work inside and outside their shop. If your in Midtown and you need a key of any kind, then this is the place I recommend!

I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

WOW!!!! Great service!  I initially selected this company based on the sheer number of excellent reviews. I like most probably thought if even 1/3 of the reviews were accurate then this is the company I will call.
Michael, the tech kept me accurately informed of his arrival time which allowed me to have a leisurely lunch as I was a considerable distance
( 1hr) from the job site. There was no need to rush then sit at the job site!

When I arrived Michael was there on time! Nice! Then came the nightmare. I had the keys to the locks that needed to be re keyed . Unfortunately  the last person in the home had secured an indoor bolt latch across the front door therefore ensuring there was no access into the home even with the proper keys! That was when Michael dug in and went to work looking diligently for alternatives way to enter the property. Due to the wood dowels in the patio doors and not having a garage door opener it seemed hopeless.  I thought we were just finished! Possibly would have to call a company to remove a window? What a mess? Not to mention the expense that would be! Stucco repair, repaint,  a new window?
Michael gave it considerable thought and found a way (after numerous attempts in the scorching heat) to get the garage door to open!

And a very special THANK YOU for volunteering to lift that very heavy 8'x10' carpet and placing it in the back of my SUV. No need to call a handyman and I was able to cut additional time by returning it to Costco on my way home.

Highly recommend. I needed to have a lock set replaced on our security screen door because the locking mechanism broke. Alon was able to fit us in the schedule and within two hours replaced our dingy gold-looking set with a brand new brushed nickel set. In addition, he rekeyed the new set to our old one. Friendly, Fast and Professional.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

My house's front screen door deadbolt got jammed and I can usually jimmy it a bit and finally unlock it but this time I couldn't.  I called Alcatraz a little late in the evening and explained my situation.  At first I was a little put off by the service fee but it needed to be done so I went along with it.  I briefly remember calling a locksmith for my car one time and was left with a $200 bill, and then I called another time for a different house lock issue and the guy wouldn't even give me any pricing so I ended up not fixing whatever it was because I was afraid of the bill.  My home is currently on the market so I needed to get the front door opened obviously so I prepared myself for a nice little bill.  The total with the service fee was far less than I expected.  The people I worked with were extremely polite.  I am so glad to have found this company.  Definitely keeping their number in case I ever need a locksmith.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

Went out for a night of shopping only to return home at 11pm and discover we were locked out of the house.  CJ was the only service provider to answer the phone at that hour and was there to assist within 35 minutes- exactly when he estimated he'd arrive. He even texted to advise when he was 10 minutes away!  It only took him a few minutes to skillfully pick the door lock and we were back home.  Great service, fair price and very professional. A HUGE "thank you"!!
