Amazing!  My dog was locked in my running car w/the ac on.  It's a new vehicle to me and I had no idea the vehicle would automatically lock when I got out of it. Pop-A-Lock came out and opened up the vehicle for me.  They were timely and friendly.  Hopefully I will never need them again, but they will be my first phone call if I do and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed help with putting a new set of locks. He was so accommodating and polite. He was organized and very clean. I hope more people use his services as I want him him to succeed.

He arrived in 25 minutes, which was the estimate he gave me over the phone, navigated my tricky complex parking and gate access, and honored the $10 off any service (totaling $76 for one apartment door), all while being personable and professional. I lost my key fob to my car and did not have a backup. I got several quotes but there was no comparison. Rapid Response had the best rate by far and they were able to be at my home in 20 minutes. The owner was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Look. If you are looking for a locksmith to rekey your house....STOP. You found them. Not only was the quote to price on spot, but the professionalism and honesty was unexpected to say the least. Alon was great, had great communication before he arrived and during the whole process. Was fast to get to me and fast to do the job. If I ever have to use a locksmith again Alon will be first on my list to call.

As other reviews, happy to see the masks. They were prompt and very efficient, fixing a lock I didn't know was broken! Highly recommended.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I had misplaced my car keys to my work vehicle (take-home Police vehicle) and was running around frantic. I did  not find the keys which included a city gas key and remote. I got ahold of Todd Hogan who responded immediately. Todd was very professional and went right to work opening the Tahoe. Todd then re-keyed the vehicle and I was good-to-go. Todd was very polite and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend if you find a need for a locksmith, call Todd. His prices are more than reasonable. Looks like I have a new locksmith, just hope its not because I loose my keys again anytime soon!

Update:  Needed to have five locks rekeyed.  Because I had experienced great service from Jeff at The Lock Shop this past summer, wanted to give them repeat business.  
Dropped over to see the folks over @ The Lock Shop and spoke to Cathy and Taylor.  They were able to get me scheduled the same day which was great!  Jody was the tech who came over and did a great job.  Talk about efficient!  Way to go and a big thanks Jody.  You all over at @ the Lock Shop know how to take care of your customers!  Thanks Kathy, Taylor & Jody!

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
