Gave me tips and replied quickly and were reasonable. Fast response and actually showed up (novel concept - sarcasm).

THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

Needed a storeroom lock opened that had been wrongfully locked. Came ontime, great service, fair price, and then rekeyed to match our other locks.

What more can I ask for?

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

Levi at Arizona Keys Locksmith is by far the best! We had our car broken into and our house keys were stolen. I called Arizona Keys Locksmith based on reading other Yelp reviews. Levi answered right away and came to our home within the hour. Not only did he change all eight locks, he made extra copies of our key right in his van as we waited. He is very reasonably priced and super friendly. He even has a great sense of humor! He called the next day just to follow-up and make sure all of the locks and keys were working properly. Overall, both technically excellent and above and beyond customer service. I give Levi my highest recommendation!

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. As if it couldn't get any better he even gave us a key to the door free of charge. If you're looking for a reliable and FAST locksmith Rapid Response is it!

Called and received same day service, which was great (no other company answered the phone or called back yesterday). The tech was about 2 hours late, but it's Sunday. I was home anyway, not a big deal to me.

He fixed my front door lock and also smoothed out the deadbolt. I definitely appreciate the fast service!

Terry was professional and friendly. He worked as quickly as he could to get me into my house after I locked myself out. His prices were reasonable too. Would definitely use him again.

I guess I'm giving them 10 stars since this is the second time I've given A 1Minute Key a 5 star review!  I was just as pleased with the service this time as I was before.  Not only is the quality of the work and customer service A 1 but Jeff and Michael are both wonderful people.  I highly recommend this company.

Alon has helped me out twice now with rekeying locks and reprogramming my garage door when I needed it done in a hurry. He is responsive, reliable and trustworthy. If you need a locksmith I highly recommend you call him first. He's great!!

Reached out to Thomas to get several doors rekeyed and to install a keypad at a 'new to us' home. We made an appointment for later that day and Thomas showed up right on time. He does exceptionally good work, he's courteous, and he absolutely knows his business. Highly recommended.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd is great. I needed him to be prompt for changing the locks for an eviction. Todd was very good at communication and was prompt for the appointment. Great service. Highly recommend.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

Awesome customer service. Scheduled the appointment and the technician Stephen showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and took great care in doing a nine lock re-key for us. I had spoken to Jeff prior to making the appointment and all the details including the procedure and the price (very reasonable) was exactly what he told me. I would highly recommend The Lock Shop.

I recently moved into a townhouse complex and the landlord did not provide a mailbox key. I was told I would have to contact a locksmith to get a new lock and key. I contacted Ace Locksmith in Phoenix and they came out the same day. The tech was courteous and kind but told me it would cost over $200 to get a new lock and key. For a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I respectfully declined but still had to pay the $29 service fee for the technician coming out which I am very unhappy about. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Super friendly, quick, really reasonably priced, open on weekends and easy walk in service!
