Very happy with the service I received. Mike's son arrived on time and had chosen a lock that matched the color of the previous lock.  Quick install and it was all done, even offered to key the lock to a different key if desired.  Easy Peasy.

We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

Prompt courteous service in replacing a lock that had broken and locked us out of our garage! They advised us to first purchase a replacement lock and came out the next morning.

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. How can one business have so many 5-star reviews?  I now know why.  Levi was great!  Not only did he help solve my immediate problem, but he also laid out a few options on how to proceed, gave me the pricing for each, and let me decide.  More importantly, there was no pressure at all.  He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I wish I had found him sooner.  Great experience.

I'm not sure if this is good or not but I do know you can save some money if you go to the hardware store but then you have to hassle with taking the locks off and putting them back on.  Normally I would do it myself but time was a factor.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

If you know about BMW cars; then you know about locksmiths.  Read on my friends, this is the best you can get.

Found Alcatraz Locksmith online; described my BMW nightmare.  Made appointment for Sat. 2/20/16 for 2 new blank key-fobs(Amazon) with internal circuit board + remote chip board inside the fobs.  

This locksmith has probably $10 - 20K in equipment for any job.  My BMW keys were mated to the original key fob and electronically cut in one of his machines.  Then, the on-board chip hardware in the BMW was removed, re-programmed to the new keys, and re-installed.  After that, the remote door locks were reset to the new fobs.  

My appointment was at his residence and well worth it.  There's no Israeli Mossad agents coming to your house to re-key your wife; and God knows what else.  :)

I first choose Ace because it was in Sun City. I sent a request for price opening my trailer and making a key. They ask for a picture. I sent a picture and never heard back. To me that is poor customer relations .
