Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service.  I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism.  As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success.  Mike was great.  He not only fixed the problem within a few minutes but was also able to quickly install the new handle I had purchased and re-key it.  He stuck with his originally quoted price and he was friendly.

Victor couldn't have been more helpful and helped us when our lock was broken. He was very resourceful and fixed the issue.

I wish I could give more stars for his very pleasant disposition.

Locked out of my car, Pop-A-Lock came within 30 min as promised.  Wanted $125 for a weekday car lock out!  I declined.  Next call, $75.  Called one more, and got it done for $50 with Phoenix Towing Service!  No haggling required either!! So why so many stellar reviews for Pop, praising their fair, reasonable pricing?!  Hmmm... Well, you can guess!  Good luck all :)

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I had 2 car key replacements made today, one remote and one turn key.  Both worked great and the value was over 50% of the price of the local Toyota dealership.  Thanks again to Eric and this wonderful local business.

I stupidly managed to bend my only car key and found myself stranded at the dog park. I turned to Yelp and found Levi who was able to come to the rescue. He was friendly and very helpful in talking me through what needed to be done. He was busy with other jobs but managed to fit me in and arrived before he said he would. He took the time to make sure the key was just right and was willing to take the time to make me two keys despite it being fairly late at night. He even put my new key on my keyring for me to spare me a broken nail. Great service!! Definitely recommend:)

I inquired about a mailbox lock replacement on Tuesday. He communicated with me in minutes of my post. By Wednesday (the next day) Terry was out here replacing my lock. He's prompt, friendly and does the job quick. I found my new locksmith. I highly recommend him. A+ Service.

I somehow managed to lock myself out of my apartment tonight, without my phone, and without a shirt... luckily I had pants on! Long story short I have a security bar on my patio glass door and it fell back into position when I was outside... Anyway, with the help of an awesome neighbor, I was able to get on Yelp and get a hold of A 1 Minute Key Service. Other places wanted to charge me $90+. What a buncha crap. Jeff was busy at another job but took care of me and gave me an A+ price. He even had to drill out my lock (it was a wafer lock) and still charged me a very decent price, including the cost of a new lock.

Right on time. Very communicative before the appointment. Found a cost effective way to repair my lock and corrected the cause of its malfunction (cylinder was rubbing against door jamb). Would highly recommend.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

I had to wait a bit for him to arrive. Business must be good though soo just had to be patient. He opened my car up pretty fast. Saved me!

It was quite late in the afternoon when I realized I lost my key.  I had been highly recommended to The Lock Shop but figured it was too late to have someone come to issue me new keys for the new thingee they had changed for me.  At least I now knew if my lost keys were found, they wouldn't work on my old thingee ever again!!!  
Taylor handled my call and questions so, so kindly and pleasantly, and she advised that Stephen would be out to service my needs within 30 minutes...AND HE WAS!!!!!!  He arrived smiling and friendly and proceeded to do his job quite skillfully.    He quoted the same price Taylor had advised me.  I did thank him profusely with great sincerity for coming to help us on a Saturday evening .  It was a complete pleasure working with both Taylor and Stephen.  All's well... that ends well!!!  Thanx Guys.

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.
