I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.  
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.

If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough. Picture three hot tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being put in a black BMW expecting to be driven home and instead they get locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of charge (I would have paid anything) and were super nice. I seriously can't say enough good things.  just ask my happy hounds!!

I came home from a week long trip to realize my house keys didn't make it home with me. After a few necessary obscenities I fired up my trusty yelp and located a locksmith. I called and Levi answered promptly, and told me he could be at my house in 20 min. (Cue angels singing). He showed up as promised and got me back in to my house fast. After a long day of travel it was so nice to be able to get in so quickly and Levi was so friendly it took the pain out of my mistake. I will definitely be using him again, and recommending him to my friends.

very professional and his van is set up to do probably anything locksmith related. We called for a lock out house from former tenant and realized we needed more than that in eluding rekey and extra as well as a front gate lock. He did it all, and extra keys even super super far pricing. Will definitely use again should an  occasion require another  locksmith. one very happy customer here

These guys rock.  They re-keyed 6 doors, my entire house, expertly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Even guaranteed their work. Tom was very friendly and efficient. He answered a few specific questions I had over the phone, and we then made an appointment for a few days later. He arrived on time and quickly installed 3 new locks/handles, which we wanted for 'aesthetics' upgrades. Everything looks very nice!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

Moved into a new place that has central mail boxes and didnt have a key to it, Julian was fast to reply and came out same day!  Very courteous and great customer service!

I would like to praise CJ from 24/7 lock smith. He wasn't able to come out but he was texting me and helping me find someone reputable to come out to my business cause we got broken into at 1 am and needed a lock replaced. He didn't stop at all until he found me one. Amazing service from the gentleman. This will mmake me do business with this company even though they were not able to be of service tonight.

I recently moved into a townhouse complex and the landlord did not provide a mailbox key. I was told I would have to contact a locksmith to get a new lock and key. I contacted Ace Locksmith in Phoenix and they came out the same day. The tech was courteous and kind but told me it would cost over $200 to get a new lock and key. For a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I respectfully declined but still had to pay the $29 service fee for the technician coming out which I am very unhappy about. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
