I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.  
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.

Had a urgent situation that required a new deadbolt. Within hours, David was at my house and installed the lock within 20 minutes. He maintained social distancing, he wore a mask and gloves and never entered the house. We were very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

My primary residence had at least three different keys for the various lockable doors. There are literally dozens and dozens of locksmiths in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The challenge was to select a locksmith that I could rely on. I read about A 1 Minute Key Service on Yelp and was impressed with the many positive reviews. I contacted Jeff, described the costs and services involved and I  set up an appointment. Jeff was on time for the appointment and went straight to work. He completely re-keyed 15 locks, made new keys and replaced a broken door knob/lock in less than three hours. Jeff was very professional; the cost to re-key the entire house was very reasonable. So my mom had locked herself out of our house and we were in NY at the time so our only option was to get a locksmith to come out. I can't tell you how many I called before landing on Budget Lock & Key. They were all too busy, they gave numbers to other locksmiths, they didn't have anyone available or I had to make an appt. Which only added to my stress especially being 2,000 miles away. Well I am so glad to have come across this company I called, and the man that answered asked for my address said he could be there in 30min. I was so relieved to hear this. I confirmed with my mom and yep he was there in 30min and was able to unlock the door and let her in. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service!!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Called Julian this morning keys locked in car.  Set time for him to come over at 11:00.  He showed up right on time.  Job done quickly.
