The locksmith was nice but he was so expensive. He gave me a quote and was a lot higher in person than requested.

We had Deric come out & help us today & he was terrific, super friendly & a pleasure to be around!

So I must admit, we (boyfriend & I) are idiots & thought our lock was broken on our door & called to have him fix it (was a Sunday afternoon, felt really bad wasting his time), but he came super fast, I mean maybe 15-20 minutes and we live on 59th ave & 101. He asked to see our keys & realized we were using the wrong ones. (Yes, I know, we are stupid). My boyfriend broke part of the lock & he broke the key he thought was for this door, when Deric figured out that one was broken, he asked if we wanted him to make another one so he could have the one he broke. He also replaced the lock that was on the door & gave us new keys for that too. Super fast & friendly. Wasn't annoyed or aggravated by our stupidly at all. I would definitely recommend these guys, and if I ever need them again, they have my business. :)

Eric was great.   Quick, efficient and willing to work with me (even on a Sunday) to help me get me keys programmed.  Price was fair and reasonable.   Highly recommend!!!

Ron saved the day today and I have to give my thanks to him. My husband was boarding a 3 hr flight this morning when I returned from dropping him off at the airport and realized I didn't have my house key. In a panic, I called Levi, who promised to call me right back with an estimated time that someone would be available to come and help me. Sure enough, Levi called right back, gave me a quote over the phone, and Ron was at my house about 45 minutes later. He was kind, professional, and had my door unlocked in less than a minute. Equally important is that he charged what I was quoted. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them (they honored the $20 for $45 of services as well so it was very reasonable). I will use them again if I ever need them (although I now have two spare keys, thanks to Ron)! :)

I couldn't have possibly hand picked a better company.  They responded right away, had the best price out of anyone and were there within an hour and a half.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Had my chipped keys and fobs in no tome at all.  I'll definitely use them again. Thank you again

Called at 8am and they said they could have a technician let me back in my house by 9am. 9am rolls around then they tell me the technician is unable to do the job. You couldn't have told me that an hour ago???Now I have to find another company and probably wait another hour. How is this place even in business?

Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! Not only did he adjust his arrival time to meet our needs and do a great job re-keying our new home, but he provided additional trouble-shooting that went above and beyond! Great price too, I highly recommend and will certainly use Agent Lock and Key in the future!

My wife and I wish all service people were like Jeff.  We live in another state and have a home in Phoenix that we had some problems with (tenant).  Jeff met my wife's sister at the house after-hours and then when the tenant surprised them by being there (she had abandoned the house a few days earlier), Jeff stayed with my sister-in-law to make certain she was safe, and then he returned the next day to meet her to change out the locks.  He was professional, friendly, and really went beyond the call of duty to help us.  His fees are fair and he certainly deserves the excellent reputation he has developed. We can only give him our highest rating.  He is a rare find in the service industry.

Call locksmith was professional when upgrading my front door lock and handle. They were responsive , came to my house right on the time they said they were. I love my new locks and I would highly recommend them !

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Great guy. Helped us out by having us on a sunday when hes suppose to be closed. I would recommend this veteran owned company to anyone who needs a locksmith.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

The technician arrived and assist sit in getting my door open. He was great to work with and even installed a new biometric lock on my door.

Needed to have a few locks rekeyed.  John was quick to respond and came on time as promised three next day. Work was completed quickly and at a very fair price. John is our new locksmith for sure! Highly recommended.

Contact Kwikpick lock and safe or anywhere but here... it's a scam. Called this locksmith on a Sunday and let them know what type of lock I had. Guy over the phone told me it'd be 95 flat. "Locksmith" shows up and turns out he's a private contractor which wasn't disclosed over the phone and he's now charging 165? I have a smart lock with security plates and this guy tried to use a crowbar after I told him I wanted it picked (I know alot of guys prefer to drill it but I've had someone pick it before and if he couldn't pick it he should have just told me he wasn't the guy for the job.) It's been difficult to open my door for the past day and now it just straight out won't open. He caused damage to both my door frame and my lock. This company tells me they will call me back but won't call me back about any issues I'm having/had 1. The price change and not disclosing they hired another person to do the job and 2. The damage the person they contracted has done to my lock which I now have to contact someone else to replace.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
