I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.

So I must admit, we (boyfriend & I) are idiots & thought our lock was broken on our door & called to have him fix it (was a Sunday afternoon, felt really bad wasting his time), but he came super fast, I mean maybe 15-20 minutes and we live on 59th ave & 101. He asked to see our keys & realized we were using the wrong ones. (Yes, I know, we are stupid). My boyfriend broke part of the lock & he broke the key he thought was for this door, when Deric figured out that one was broken, he asked if we wanted him to make another one so he could have the one he broke. He also replaced the lock that was on the door & gave us new keys for that too. Super fast & friendly. Wasn't annoyed or aggravated by our stupidly at all. I would definitely recommend these guys, and if I ever need them again, they have my business. :)

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

I had Levi come out to my house to re-key 4 doors.  He did an awesome job, was available to come out right away, and had the job done super quickly.  He made a suggestion on changing out a lock that will make my daily life way easier.  He was very reasonable on the price and super friendly. Would highly recommend.

very professional and his van is set up to do probably anything locksmith related. We called for a lock out house from former tenant and realized we needed more than that in eluding rekey and extra as well as a front gate lock. I need a duplicate key for my jeep patriot since it broke. I called Johnny locksmith and they got one of their technicians to come out within half an hour. Louis was able to solve my problem in real time and give me the keys I needed. Awesome!

This review is way over due but Jeff provided me with such good service (after normal business hours!) I had to come back over a year later to give him a good review. Having Jeff around is like having a 'guy'. You know, like when someone asks if you know a locksmith. You say, 'yeah, I got a guy'. Or whatever. He re keyed, on-site, in his van several locks to my new home because I did not want to replace them.

Alon came quickly and unlocked my door when I was locked out after hours at my apartment. Very much appreciate his help! Highly recommend. Anything you need, you can call him and he'll get it done for you!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. He came out and fixed my home lock issues in a matter of no time. I read a post that gave him a 1 Star and was disappointed. He is busy for a reason, he's good, be patient and it will be worth the wait. I recommend him for any locksmith needs, and I also found that he responds to texts as well.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

Fast and friendly. I needed to have a couple fobs for my new car programmed. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Prices are fair as well. Don't hesitate to use these guys.

Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. He came out on Saturday within an hour of so if calling.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
