Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service.  I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism.  As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success.  Mike was great.  He not only fixed the problem within a few minutes but was also able to quickly install the new handle I had purchased and re-key it.  He stuck with his originally quoted price and he was friendly.

Had to use them the other night.  I have a problem with locking the bottom lock as soon as I walk out of the door.  Went out to check the mail and oops I did it again Brittany spears.  Luckily I had my cell phone on me and they were came up when I googled em.  They had good ratings so I called up and they told me give it 30 minutes.  40 minutes later their tech arrived and bam I was back inside poorer and feeling dumber than ever.  Next time I'm not reaching for that lock

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. I had scheduled a technician to come by my house to check up on some locks that needed to be replaced. The bad part was that they came in 2.5 hours late when I wasn't even available anymore. They had the gall to blame this on me.

I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

Called Jeff after locking my keys in the car at church . Super friendly, easy service, knowledgable about his trade. Jeff was to us in under 25 minutes and had us in our car within 3 minutes of arrival. In the future I'll make sure my first call is to Jeff (hopefully I don't need to ). 10/10 recommend this amazing company

This guy REALLY saved me. I was flying in from Miami and was locked out of my house. He coordinated with me while I was in my Lyft ride home to make sure he was there at the same time I got home. I'm so grateful I didn't have to stand in front of my house with all of my luggage waiting in front of all of my neighbors. I got right in. And he had keypads in stock with him already, so I got a new keypad installed as well. Thanks!!!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Awesome customer service. Scheduled the appointment and the technician Stephen showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and took great care in doing a nine lock re-key for us. I had spoken to Jeff prior to making the appointment and all the details including the procedure and the price (very reasonable) was exactly what he told me. I would highly recommend The Lock Shop.

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
