My lock change went just as planned.  Installer, Warren, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Brian from Pop-a-lock was super helpful and very timely. I called for a stubborn door and lock to make it fire hazard safe and he came thru.

Scheduled us as early as he could and quickly adjusted/fixed our door and lock.

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Levi arrived on time and not only completed installing my new deadbolts, he helped fixed some of the other issues I was having with my doors as well! I asked him to come out and install new handles for my existing doors after the first appointment and he arrived and finished on time. I'm extremely happy with the service Levi provided.

Arthur came on time and was very professional! He responded fast on Yelp, and the replacement key he gave was of good quality.

Had a wonderful experience with this company and working with Nathan. He provided us with great information, ordered us a new key, and programmed everything for our push start Kia Optima. Would definitely recommend going with these guys! Way better price than the dealership and fast!!

AMAZING JOB,  quick responsive and super helpfull.  Terry looked up the keys I needed and fobs I wanted, ordered them and programed them very quickly.  And the best part us he came to my house to do it.  He was professional and informative.  I would recommend him any time.

I had the misfortune of having a bike thief using his bike lock to lock my road bike down to a bike post. And i did not have the tools to yank it open. And Jeff came by and get it out for me. He is such a friendly guy. Gave me a good price too. Thank you Jeff.

Alon showed up on time just like he said he would. He gave me choices for the lock on my gate & was understanding even though I chose to replace the gate. I'd definitely call & use this company agin. Great friendly customer service & very professional.

Tom Console, owner showed up at our house one hour after calling. As well as being extremely nice and courteous, Tom did excellent  work fixing the lock on our security door and replacing / re-keying our front door lock.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Called to ask about programming my car fob after changing the battery. The gentleman who answered the phone helped by suggesting things I could try before needing to pay someone. What he suggested worked and GMC was going to charge me $100 instead of helping me like this place did. Very professional and not in it for the money or to rip me off.

This company was helpful, professional and responsive. He helped my son who locked himself out of his car and needed to get to work ASAP on a Saturday. Great job and I would highly recommend!

Friday, June 29 I place a call to The Lock Shop and requested to have
someone to come to my home and take care the lock of my security
door since I had problem and I couldn't lock it correctly.
I made the appointment for Monday July the 2nd. between 9.00 and
11.00 in the morning and a few minutes later I received The Lock Shop
confirmation, but to surprise nobody show up for the appointment on
Monday, no explanation, no courtesy call, just didn't show up, period.
Bad servise, bad customer care. Shame on you people of The Lock Shop.
