Very disappointed. Lady who initially scheduled said 9am. Then guy who is owner I'm guessing said 9 to 10. At 1030 I called to find out where my locksmith was and no one could get in touch with him. Poor customer service

Called VC Lock and Key to re-key a lock.  He came when promised, did the job quickly and was reasonably priced. He gave me two extra keys at no charge.  Highly recommend.

Locked out of my car, Pop-A-Lock came within 30 min as promised.  Wanted $125 for a weekday car lock out!  I declined.  Next call, $75.  Called one more, and got it done for $50 with Phoenix Towing Service!  No haggling required either!! So why so many stellar reviews for Pop, praising their fair, reasonable pricing?!  Hmmm... Well, you can guess!  Good luck all :)

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.
I recommend him.

Ahhh. Levi was a total life saver today! Locked my keys in my car at the Costco gas pumps. He said he'd be here in 20 minutes and he was perfectly on time. Very nice. Very helpful and made me feel a lot better about my mistake! Definitely will be calling him next time I need him!

Look. If you are looking for a locksmith to rekey your house....STOP. You found them. Not only was the quote to price on spot, but the professionalism and honesty was unexpected to say the least. In, out, not problem. Even gave me a pros analysis to my locks. Thank you. I'm now safe. You guys rock.

My key broke into two pieces and I didn't have a spare. Went to the shop and within 5 minutes, I had a new key and a couple back ups. Friendly service and a really cool shop. Lots of fun antiques and any kind of key you could imagine. There was even a carousel of vintage luggage keys.

Called Alon. Price was very reasonable, arrival time was perfect. If I ever get locked out of the house, Alon's there to help!

Right on time. Very communicative before the appointment. Found a cost effective way to repair my lock and corrected the cause of its malfunction (cylinder was rubbing against door jamb). Would highly recommend.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd personally came out to service my vehicle. Couldn't have been more accommodating and gracious. Very knowledgeable in his trade. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for ANY Locksmith work that you need done. His pricing is VERY RESONABLE! :)

I had to wait a bit for him to arrive. Business must be good though soo just had to be patient. He opened my car up pretty fast. Saved me!

Jeff and the entire crew are awesome! Jeff replaced a lockset and rekeyed the locks on my park model a year ago. My deadbolt jammed recently and I could not turn it to open the door.  Jeff was here within 90 minutes, solved the problem, plus checked the door alignment and tightened all the screws- at no charge! Everyone I have dealt with at The Lock Shop has been courteous and professional. They treat their customers like family- such a refreshing experience!

CJ was able to unlock an interior door on a holiday which was also on a Sunday. He was able to arrive asap and opened the door quickly. He was professional and also took safety precautions by wearing a mask. His pricing is competitive and was able to give an upfront pricing before booking the appointment. Would definitely use his company again in the future!

Locked myself out My car but The locksmith that came by was super nice and arrived very quickly. Appreciated how fast it was to get the door open and how friendly the guy was. Great service.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
