Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Bill is the bomb!  I've been using Bill with Pop-A-Lock for years to rekey properties.  I'm in the real estate business and Bill provides a flat-rate for realtors.  He always provides great customer service, super fast response and turn-around, plus he is always the best priced.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.
I recommend him.

What a truly great experience. Needed to rekey the front door so I called the day before I was hoping to have it done. Levi answered right away and was able to come after I got off work on my selected day. He called about a half an hour before he arrived and immediately introduced himself.

Once he checked out the front door, he also inquired about any other locks in the condo and made the recommendation that we rekey another lock on the patio that I never would have thought about. He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely offering helpful advice and his personal recommendation. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He was able to rekey our locks in record time providing great service. Prices were reasonable as well.

We were also working on another project in the kitchen while he was there and he overheard us having issues with a new drill. He offered to take a look and helped us get it working, something he absolutely did not have to do! It was super nice and appreciated.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

It's a Saturday, and the lock to my house wont open.  I called Alcatraz who was open.  They arrived 30 minutes early, and quickly fix my problem, for what I consider a reasonable rate. I recommend this company for on-call situations, and I am very satisfied.

First, I telephoned after 3 PM and spoke to Taylor.  She made me feel secure and the pricing she gave felt honest, as well as excellent.  It is a family owned business and so her brother, Jeff, came to my home.  And...it was the same day, about 20 minutes later!  Unheard of!!!  I was so happy with the excellent work Jeff did, very thorough, very kind, very personable, just an overall excellent experience!
