I have to echo all of the other stellar reviews and give Levi two big thumbs up! I contacted him to get my condo rekeyed and he said he would try and get to my place in the next half hour (I was thinking I was a day or 2 out!). His van ended up being in the shop longer than anticipated but he called back right away and let me know that he could come the following day and I agreed. The following day arrived, something came up on my end and I called him to apologize and asked to reschedule. He was beyond understanding and extremely polite which I greatly appreciated. He made it out here today, took a look at the lock, and highly recommended we get a new lock instead of rekeying. I knew he was being genuine when he said he didn't like the previous lock that we had and when it comes to safety, it doesn't take much to convince me. I bought the Yelp deal, he deducted it from the total, swiped my car on his Square and off he went.

I highly recommend Levi for his professionalism, passion (you can tell he loves what he does and he told us as much), and his expertise!

Needed to get a car key made asap and Arthur came through for us. He was very fast at responding and giving us the up front cost to make a chip key for our car. Will use them again in the future for any locksmith needs. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

I walked into A1 Minute Key Service during the covid pandemic looking to replicate an exact, specific key, down to the color. Unfortunately, I was looking for something too specific, and they didn't have the color I was looking for. However, the gentleman behind the counter was super nice and gracious even after I apologized and said I wished I could give him my business during these "uncertain times". He pointed out another locksmith (likely a competitor) that would likely have what I was looking for. I just really appreciated the gesture of him being so kind and giving business to another locksmith. If I hadn't been looking for something super specific, I would have absolutely given him my business and would highly recommend, as they seemed like good people!  And by the way, his suggestion was great and I now have  the exact key I needed. Thank you!

Our family is so thankful that Alon answered and showed up for us! We had just gotten the keys to our rental home, and didn't know the doors locked automatically, so after throwing out trash from painting, we came back and we're locked out! When we looked for help, his company was well reviewed and he ANSWERED our call! You will not be disappointed with his services, he has solid experience and came through for us!

So my mom had locked herself out of our house and we were in NY at the time so our only option was to get a locksmith to come out. I can't tell you how many I called before landing on Budget Lock & Key. They were all too busy, they gave numbers to other locksmiths, they didn't have anyone available or I had to make an appt. Which only added to my stress especially being 2,000 miles away. Well I am so glad to have come across this company I called, and the man that answered asked for my address said he could be there in 30min. I was so relieved to hear this. I confirmed with my mom and yep he was there in 30min and was able to unlock the door and let her in. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service!!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Great service - polite, professional and fast.  I called and set up a same-day appt, requested a specific time and they were very accommodating.  Joshua came out, explained all my options, re-keyed the locks in my new home purchase in a very short time. Very reasonable pricing. All locks working great.  Highly recommend.

I had to wait a bit for him to arrive. Business must be good though soo just had to be patient. He opened my car up pretty fast. Saved me!

Jeff and the entire crew are awesome! Jeff replaced a lockset and rekeyed the locks on my park model a year ago. My deadbolt jammed recently and I could not turn it to open the door.  Jeff was here within 90 minutes, solved the problem, plus checked the door alignment and tightened all the screws- at no charge! Everyone I have dealt with at The Lock Shop has been courteous and professional. They treat their customers like family- such a refreshing experience!

C. J. was able to fit me in and arrived within 1 1/2 hours of the call for help. We had a key stuck in the lock. He extracted the key and repaired the lock in about 25 minutes total. Thanks so much C. J. for your great service!
