I had a problem with my front door lock, Gili came in no time and fix the lock he was really efficient and change a reasonable price. I definitely going to use him in my future locksmith needs.

Wow!  All I can say is wow.  I had to do a re-key of to security doors. It wasn't a crisis/emergency situation , but wanted to get er done.  After calling several locksmiths and being quoted "weekend rates" because of my request falling on a Saturday, I was getting discouraged that it would actually get done that same day.

I call Mike and not only did I get reasonable quote, he was fast and professional.  I am so glad I made that extra call.  If you are in north Phoenix and need a friendly, fair priced locksmith, Mike is your man.

Mario's locksmith employees are courteous, professional and all around customer service oriented. Twice called upon and prompt service as usual. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was impressed by how quickly Hunter responded to my Yelp request for a quote.   Within 24 hours he was at our home rekeying six doors.  I always like working with companies that are honest upfront and don't try to gouge you onsite.  Hunter was honest, professional, and fair. He presented options without creating the stress of a high pressure upsell.  As it turned out, we mutually agreed to scale back the job (from 13 locks to 8 locks).  He made a fair adjustment to the price which I appreciated.  Should we need locksmith services in the future, I'll be certain to call Hunter at Golden Lock & Key.

Tom saved me from a horrible situation. I locked the keys of my rental car in my trunk on a Saturday. I called Hertz and they do not keep a spare key. They wanted to tow the car at ny expense and they could get a new key on Monday. Half our luggage was still in the trunk! Super Tom came to my rescue! I had a 2017 Hyundai and Tom didn't have the codes yet, he was on the phone with several different people to figure out what to do. He made a key and it worked! Saved our vacation!

I bought my daughter a used car with only one key.   I bought a replacement key fob online.  It is necessary for it to be programmed and the key to be grinded.  I went to another locksmith in Tempe who assessed that my key fob couldn't be used but offered me one for $250 which I said "no way" and he lowered to $175.  I called the key fob seller who just offered a refund.  
Told him I'd like another opinion. They referred to me a website of reputable locksmiths.  I called one who said they don't not program Volkswagen key fobs and referred me to Al's.  I called and it came to Bob's.  Bottom line they programmed the key fob and ground the key for $85 in about 10 minutes! Very happy and I highly recommend.

My home was burglarized while I was at work. My worst fear was that a set of house keys was among the missing items.  I called Avid and a very professional Zach came out even though it was after hours.  He re-keyed my entire house (11 locks), fixed the security door, secured my garage door.  And because I was more than a little traumatized that strangers had been in my home, he graciously checked the crawl spaces in the attic. I felt more secure after he left than after the police left.  I give Avid my highest review for exceptional work at an exceptional price at a time I needed it most. Thank you, Avid, for having it together when I needed someone to trust.

I had them cut a 2nd flip key for me and the technician couldn't program both keys to open my car. He could only get one or the other to work. He tried saying that my car had a lock on being able to have both. Told me I would have to go to the dealership to have them clear it ( did not have to do this).  This was on a Friday and they said they would call me on Monday and have someone else come out and try it and they will give me a call but they never called and when I tried to call them I got no answer. I wound up having to program it myself. To top the whole thing off they said they use manufacture keys but the one they gave me was an aftermarket key.

I needed a new key fob programmed for my 2014 Lexus.  They were professional and responsive.  Their mobile service took about 15 minutes and was well below the price quoted at the dealership.  Ask for Dana!

Great job and Bobby was awesome! He was prompt and efficient. He replaced two doorknobs and completely perfect! I would call these guys again! Also, the guy on the phone was nice too!

Let's just share a little about the aggressive attitude from this owner. Driving on the 101 and 7th avenue in his company vehicle. I was on my way to pick up my son from preschool. He refused to let me in with my blinker on safely (Even though I still made it in the lane I needed to be in despite his rude behavior). He then tried to run me off the road 3 times in response to his anger. I can only imagine what he does with his business. Do not hire this hot head. I then called the number, only to have him hang up on me. No apology.

BEWARE!!!  My elderly friend locked herself out of her home. She was quoted $29 plus cost of labor. A man {and his dog} from A1 Dependable lock and Key arrived and, using an inflatable wedge, opened the door to her home. It took less than 2 minutes. He charged her $104. When I objected, he said  "everybody has their price".   He proceeded to enter her home {with his dog!!} to wait for his payment. Please beware and do not let this happen to you!

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

THIS IS A BAIT N SWITCH SCAM,!! Con men! Do not call Peoria Locksmith mobile Service, or any other service on website locksmithpeoriaaz.com. Or phone# 623-207-9226. They quoted $50 on the phone, then "imprisoned" me by blocking my car until I paid $179! Note that there is no business address on their website, so they can "disappear" if you call to complain. I've filed a police report and complaint with BEtter Business Bureau.
