John was great! He installed a new smart lock,  explained all the features of it, and made sure the lock worked well before leaving. John arrived promptly, installed the lock quickly, and took time to answer all of my questions after the lock was installed. He even offered to answer follow up questions about the lock or help if the lock had issues in the future. You get full and reliable service from John and I'd highly recommend using him for you locksmith needs.

These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

I have never been in the actual store but I have used their service several times. Always friendly, timely and competitively priced.

Thomas is accommodating, polite, and very responsive.  He contacted me almost immediately after I contacted my Homeowner's Warranty company.  I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heartbeat!

I called Tim today and he resolved my problem with my safe within 30 minutes. He was very professional and prompt. He quoted me a price and that's what he charged.

This past weekend, we locked ourselves out of the house, in the garage. I looked up a local locksmith in the area and called Bill. He was there in 15 minutes and even apologized for taking so long! He was so super nice and knowledgeable and was able to get in the garage door lock in about 10 minutes! I'm hoping we are never in this situation again - but if we are - I'm going to call Bill!

Everything was so quick, easy and reasonably priced that we felt kind of silly putting off the task of duplicating vehicle keys for so long. Nathan responded to our quote request within 10 minutes. Then he gave us all pricing information up front and had us scheduled the same day at a time that was convenient for everyone. When we arrived, he was able to make a spare key and program two brand-new key fobs for both our vehicles in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend Nathan and Ace C&R Solutions without hesitation to anyone in need of lock and key services in the tri-city area.

We called Mike and he indicated he would be able to arrive within 30 minutes which was great. When he showed up later in the day as we did not have an exact time of arrival, our office manager had stepped out to get lunch one minute down the street.
According to my staff, he was verbally abusive and began demanding to know "how much his time was worth in comparison to hers."
He then left and returned at which time I advised my staff has to pay him for the trip out there.
Did not use his services and will not be using his services in the future. As a business owner I certainly understand the frustration and how important and valuable our time is, however becoming verbally aggressive and demanding is not professional nor appropriate.

Fantastic on every count - and we're picky!  If you want it done right and for a great price call Dave. He is the owner and he cares about every job and making sure it's done right. We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

Josh came and unlocked my car in 20 minutes. He was super nice and professional. If your in the downtown area, i would highly recommend!

Our new house came without a mailbox key. I requested a quote and immediately had Savannah responding. The rate quoted was super reasonable, and the service was spectacular. I offered to pay upfront and was told to pay once the job was done. Ricky communicated with me on his way to the job, and called me after it was done. And because we are not yet living at the new house he offered to mail our new keys to us. If you need a locksmith Castro's is your company! I'm keeping their phone number just Incase we need any further help. This was NOT an emergency situation but had it been I would have been extremely pleased.

The BEST Locksmith around. They have come out to help me twice now in an emergency. Literally dropped everything to come help. They were fast and professional and very reasonable prices...Especially considering they were so quick to get out to me. A GREAT family company. I highly recommend them!

Half the cost of the top two rated businesses when you search locksmith. Very fast response. Very professional. This locksmith has an actual location and is not part of the "we must drill" scam that plagues locksmiths. Definitely happy to know about them.

We have an older Volkswagen and needed a second key made after losing a set.  Got an excellent deal on the internet for two new flip keys.  Now, it is a bear to find someone to cut them.  Called Mickey at Anytime, and he said sure he could do them, and at a reasonable price.  We did have a bit of hit and miss at getting together to get them done, but once we were both available, he got the job done quickly and professionally.  I would use his services again!

I lost the key to my bay door. They told me it was going to be an hour but I informed the driver when he called that I had a delivery arriving in a half hour. He arrived at the same time as delivery. Impressive. And he was done with the whole thing in 20 min max. Will definitely use them again!! Guys name was CJ btw.
