John was super responsive, reliable, and had everything we needed.  I would recommend him to anyone.  If you're ever in a bind, he's the guy you should call!

This is a very professional owned company ran by the owner and his wife who handles most of the calls. They are both amazing people. I got locked out of my home shortly after midnight and this was literally the only company that answered their phone! I was locked out with my dog. They came so very fast and he worked extremely hard until I was able to get back in my home! They are the only reliable company in this area. Don't waste your time calling any other company! Save their number! They are local and are fantastic! Their rates are extremely reasonable! Thank you again for saving the day! I'm running on no sleep but had to thank them for their hard work via a great review because they deserved the positive feedback! I truly appreciate this company!

I have never been in the actual store but I have used their service several times. Always friendly, timely and competitively priced.

Update: as soon as review was posted business called to talk trash. Made threats.

Response to owner: 3rd party? Did I not place the call? Did I not say it was another person's car? Did I not say I'd be putting it on MY card? "Huge mistake"? Pretty sure I was standing next to the other person when he called you back to confirm vehicle and key type.

Called another shop. Did it for less than your initial quote. They said you must be inexperienced if this type of car was an issue.

They didn't threaten me if I write a negative review either.

Locked out of car. When I called I explained location, that we needed a chipped key, type of car,etc... Was told 90 minutes. Called back to confirm he had the right kind of key. Again told yes and fee would be $180. 3 hours later he shows up and says he doesn't have the right key. Says 2 days to order and $250. Still tried to get a fee for a service call. Uhhh no, you made me waste 3 hours for nothing.

Tom was very professional and polite he went through the whole house examined every lock and explained why some were good and others could use an upgrade , he had all the equipment he need to make changes right on the spot , we will sleep more soundly knowing we are safer

Contacted these guys for a re key job at a rental property.
They showed up on time, went over my needs determining that
I could have one key work both my door locks.
Made the necessary changes and made four spare keys.
All in, less than $100 including service charge.
I would recommend Shamrock Brothers for your lock & key needs.

My Uhual key broke in the process of me moving. I was scared and unsure on how I would finish the move in time. Bill came out within 30 minutes and had a new key made in no time. I was so appreciative of the amazing work.

Lost my key to my 2007 Nissan Altima Push Start and have no spare. Called these guys to have them come out. Talked to a really nice Tech, Nathan, who said to come out at the time I called (1130pm) would be about $450 because of the time. He said daytime calls would be closer to dealership costs. He was amazing at explaining everything and honest in his pricing. I decided I could wait a day to save money and he referred me to another tech.

The other tech called me, from another locksmith company I had looked into. I asked if he was with West Valley and he said no, gave me attitude and then hung up. Then he called back 30 seconds later and said he got a contract from West Valley too (who he also subcontracts out with) and was wanting to schedule to come to my house. I asked about pricing and he was evasive. He asked what Nathan told me, then he hesitated and asked if Nathan gave me a quote for the next day. I said no, and then he decided to tell me his price point of 400 "give or take." When asked why it was so much, he said West Valley determines his price points and emails him. The whole thing was very shady and I could tell he wasn't being honest about his pricing.

I decided not to go with West Valley because they subcontract out and they don't have standardized pricing, which means you could get screwed once the tech comes out and decides to charge you more for no reason.

Had the most horrible experience with this business if you can even call it a business. First off the owner and operator of this locksmith shop told us the wrong address over the phone for his storefront location. It's actually wrong on yelp too, if you go to this carefree road location, the building is empty and says 'for rent'. Then we called him for the correct address and he said yes just come on down before 5pm. So we drove down there and got there at 4:45 (it's in Scottsdale) and the shop was CLOSED. So I called him and he said he 'left early because he had an appointment with another client'. Needless to say we drove all over and this man didn't even apologize for the runaround. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful over the phone as well. Not sure if this old man is off his meds or what but he honestly shouldn't be running a business if he doesn't even know his own address.

Solid, local, and trustworthy business.  Came here a long time ago to get some duplicate keys made.  At the time, I lived in a 90 year old historic apartment in Encanto-Palmcroft and the door had the original locks.  Trying to find a key blank at any of the normal spots (Home Depot, etc) was impossible which is how I ended up here.  They cut a couple keys for me but when I got home, they didn't work.  Stopped back in and they knew why I had come back even before I could explain.  The key cutting machine was not calibrated/reset for my keys so the cuts were just about a millimeter or so deeper than they should have been.  They realized that right after I left, apologized, and made new working keys for me.  Super friendly, knowledgeable, took ownership of the issue and resolved.  Thanks!

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

Dani saved us! My dog and I got locked out of our house and Dani came to the rescue in 12 minutes. He was prompt and super friendly and he's now my locksmith on speed dial. I'd highly recommend him if ever you are in need of being rescued like us!

Needed an after-market Toyota Prius remote key cut & programmed. They quoted me a fair price via phone after I found them on Yelp.

I drove to their store (which is a rarity with locksmiths) and I met Don. Don was friendly and then later on the owner Patrick also introduced himself.

Let me just plainly say a few things about this superb locksmith:

1) They are extremely honest. They really care. How hard is that to find in a locksmith?
2) They under-promise and over- deliver.
3) They know their stuff. Very knowledgeable

First off, I did not purchase anything from this company, which is actually why I am writing this review!

I reached out via the Yelp request a quote because I just purchased a new house and the sellers didnt leave me a mail key. Anthony first inquired wether the box was owned by the post office and asked me to call him.

During our short call he said it would be $80 to replace the mailbox lock. He also told me that the post office will do it for $50 they just dont do it as timely. This guy really looks our for his customers. He could have never told me about the USPS option to save money and taken my money. It says a lot when a service professional is willing to help you vs taking your money.

If I ever need more lock work I will be coming to Anthony

He came over to the girlfriends house to re-key the rear sliding glass door as well as the front door to the same key as the security door. The locks required different kinds of keys therefore they had to be replaced to be able to use one key for different locks. He had all hardware in truck necessary to complete the job on the spot. I even got to choose the finish of the knob that would match the security door. Being the boyfriend of the homeowner I had a budget that I had to stick too because she was at work and unavailable to change it.The locksmith work with me on price. On top of the great work he did, he was also a very personable guy. I ended up just chatting a bit not even about locks. Would definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.
