Nice little place that has been here forever.  Great service, very good prices and the best part about having a locksmith copy keys over Home Depot is that they actually work!  This place was no exception, just wish they copied auto keys with chips.  This place is on the SW corner of Thunderbird and 19ave and is usually not to busy, think they also do mobile rekeys and stuff.

I am Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales Inc. and I was working on a sale in Ferndale, WA.  There was a large vintage safe that the owner, who died, neglected to leave the combination for.  I was pressed for time and couldn't  figure out what to do, so I looked in the local Yellow Pages for a locksmith and found Alpha Lock Services.

Jonathan answered the phone and came to the rescue!  Not only was he fast, courteous and helpful, but he had been at the house previously and had also helped the Trustee of the Estate install new locks!  

I was very impressed with his knowledge and will not hesitate to call him again!  He found a way to retrieve the original combination from the manufacturer of the safe and not have to drill it open to get in.  He only charged us for the short time he was there and also helped me open another safe that had lost it's key that was full of treasure as well!  Thank You Jonathan!

Tom was incredibly pleasant on the phone and offered a very competitive quote on replacing and rekeying several locks in our new home. He came to the house the same day. His work was excellent and he explained everything to me completely so I knew why he was doing exactly what was needed. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommended!!

My Uhual key broke in the process of me moving. I was scared and unsure on how I would finish the move in time. Bill came out within 30 minutes and had a new key made in no time. I was so appreciative of the amazing work.

Great service with Nathan!  I just needed 2 doors rekeyed being the new owners.  Called and he was out in a couple hours.  2 doors and 3 keys was cheaper then me going to the home improvement store and buying new locks and replacing my self.

I have not dealt with North Valley before. I drove to the shop thinking they were open, but they were closed. I left a brief message. David called back within 3 minutes explaining that he was under the weather (why the shop was closed), asked me what I needed, and proceeded to give me instructions on the likely solution to my problem. He was very pleasant, and helpful.
I returned home, followed his directions, and managed to fix my lock problem.
I am very impressed with David's sense of putting the customer first, without any probable financial return. KUDOS!
North Valley Lockshop will definitely be my go-to place for lock and security issues.

Unbelievable feat of picking the lock on my antique pre 1860 Japanese Tansu lockbox when it was mailed to me with the key accidentally locked inside(!) Wanted everyone to now that they actually managed this unbelievable feat! These guys were so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with- will go to them for all my locksmith needs whatever the century! Very reasonable rates.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job

We bought house previous owners just gave us one key so i called DANI LOCKSMITH he arrived exactly on time witch was perfect to see that walked is side the house and saw how many different locks i had i said lets change all them he could of said yes lets do it and charge me a fortune but he was very honest and gave me excellent idea how to go around it and i said of course lets hear it he said ill make You ONE KEY FOR ALL THE LOCKS IN THE HOUSE how about that I said no way it's impossible how??? His words were just relax no worries ill make it happen less the one hour i was CHOKED he really did what he promised so I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this gentleman for any problems with you're locks weather you're locked out the house car or what ever it is he will come by and take care you're problems with out a doubt

These folks provided EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend them. Called them on a Sunday evening and they were prompt and professional. This is my second time using Az Locksmith. The first time was three years ago, Tom came to my house within an hour of calling and had the correct tools to help with a 75 year old mortise lock on my historic home that I thought was hopeless. A fair price, quick service, and excellent customer service cannot be beat.
