We took a friend home from the west side of town in the evening only to find out they'd left their keys behind. We called a couple other showing they were closer but didn't get an answer. These folks answered right away and had someone to us within 20 minutes. They opened the door and the evening ended well. Thank you!!

Strange experience! A young lady came out in a Hyundai SUV obviously a personal vehicle. She wasn't wearing a work shirt or anything resembling a company. She was in yoga pants and a tattered shirt. I was quoted $180.00 on the phone, but when she got here she said the price was 500.00. She said I needed a new cylinder. When I told her I wouldn't pay double, she insisted on charging me a trip charge. I asked her to at least open the door on the truck for me but she refused. She was quickly trying to run my credit card but I got it away before she could. She yelled at me then sent me nasty text messages as I was going back to work. I have Cameras on my house so I will see if I can post a good shot of her. After wasting half my day on her, I called Mr. Lockout they came out the same day. They had the truck open and new keys cut in an hour. Best part it was only $125.00. I recommend Mr.Lockout. I asked another friend and he said he thinks they sub the work to a handful of trunk slammers. That would explain the lack of company logo or any company information. Which is actually illegal in Arizona.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I needed a skeleton key for an old desk, and they made me a custom one on the spot when their large collection of skeleton keys didn't fit. Amazing customer service!

Fast and Efficent
Requested a quote and a few days later, he came to change my locks on my front door and rekey my back.  I had bought these expensive locks and the deadbolt ended up being defective. He expressed that the locks I have are extremely great locks and I should just get my money back and not worry about changing them.  I agreed. He repackaged it nicely and I just rekeyed that lock.  He saved me $155 by returning that lock.  I was happy about that.  Very cool guy.  Highly recommend, Ricky

We have been having an increasingly difficult time getting our wi-fi enabled front door lock (Schlage) to open smoothly.  It finally got to the point that the front door became unusable.  We called Anytime Lock and Safe and had Ken come out the next morning.  He was right on time and got the job done quickly.  That lock works as well or better than new and the rate charged was very reasonable.  Anytime is now our Locksmith of choice.

Tried for several hours to get someone out to help me unlock a door. I was told three different times someone would be contacting me within a few minutes but nobody ever contacted me or ever showed up. Nothing like being stranded for several hours with no help.
