Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

My septic backed up and I called East Valley first thing the next morning. He was here by noon and found my tank was not full, I just had a blockage. He cleared it and charged me for one hour labor.
That is exceptional service and honesty.
I highly recommend them.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

I'm a realtor and I need to work with the best vendors possible to make my clients happy.  Top of my list is Septic Technologies!!  I had them do two different houses on the same day and both clients were very pleased with the workmanship and the pricing.  
When I called for an appointment, they were able to tell me the size of the tank and info about the system before they even came out which saved lots of headaches on my part!!

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

We had a major problem with our septic system just two weeks after moving into the house we recently purchased and are so thankful we found Ed and his crew. They are extremely thorough and take the time to answer questions, provided details, and even draw pictures to assist in understanding. We appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and exceptional business practices.

Used these guys twice.  The first time the technician shows up an hour early.  I told him to come back at the arranged time.  Then he comes back and does the job, and gives me a final price.  The price was a flat $325.00.  I asked for a receipt showing the charges.  He never gave me one, or sent me one.  Called them back for another job.  This time the technician calls an hour and a half early; I told him to please stick to the time I arranged.  This job was charged a flat $275.00 Interesting all these flat #'s.  Then I asked for a receipt again.  He promised one but never gave one.  What are they hiding in their pricing??  Will never use this company again.  Random pricing; no receipts.  Makes one stop and think.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

I had a leak into my garage and Flush King was #1 on Yelp. I said, why not. Best choice.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Very professional, on time, thorough and very courteous. The owners, Travis and Tyler, are great to work with. This company was able to come out within a couple days, and seemed to do a good job rootering out the sink. We paid $249. However, the black sludge was left all over the walls, countertops, sinks, and floors.

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I'm a flexible person. Routine septic service, come sometime after lunch. They call me at 5pm (on the day they were supposed to show up) to say they have to reschedule. Hmm. Then, I decide to try them again a few weeks later. This time first thing in am.

Spoke to Bob who told me first thing in am the following Thurs, sometime between 8 and 9, I would get a call. So at 10am, I call the office. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the female receptionist says, Oh, I know I spoke to you, but I just can't find your ticket anywhere. Yeah, I talked to Bob and you guys did this last time. We can be out first thing tmw. My response was a dialtone.
