Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. I emailed AZ septic and they responded right away and setup date to pump my septic tank. Showed up on time. I would highly recommend them as they are professional and very nice people. Had contact with Jesus and Jazmin very nice people. This was the first time my septic had been pumped and Jesus found the inlet T was broken. They are coming back to fix. Since no one had been in this tank since house built the installers did a terrible job. I could tell other things this builder did too. Jesus also showed me where the filter was which I knew nothing about. WILL USE THEM AGAIN when needed

While we were out of town, our neighbor notified us that our main water valve sprang a major leak. My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

There is nothing scarier than a septic back up and the fear of what's to come next!  AAmerican Septic was very responsive and sent someone the same day to evaluate our concerns.  No upsells or taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on septic systems, the gentleman who came out cleaned the filter, coached my husband on unplugging the main pipe causing the problem and gave us a time frame for maintenance to the system in order to avoid future problems.  So grateful for servicing us right away and addressing our concerns.  Will definitely call them back to schedule maintenance.  Cost was reasonable.

I called 6 different companies for quotes, 2 didn't return my call and the other 3 had quotes that were astronomically high. I was asking for a quote on something that was maybe a 30-45 minute job and at max $10 of supplies but was getting quotes in the multiple hundreds of dollars.

Ron answered his phone immediately, was super helpful and before even quoting me he said he likes to come in around half of what the other places charge. When he gave me a price he came in between 50-70% less than the other quotes.

It wasn't an emergency and I have a wide open schedule so I gave him the choice to choose when he could come and he decided to come right away. He was here within 20-30 minutes and got the job done in not much more time. The repair looks better than expected and definitely better than the original installation.

TL:DR - Quick, fair pricing, quality work, and a decent guy to talk to. Definitely keeping his business card for any issues I may have in the future.

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Paradise Septic did Inspection on a residential property Nov 2016.   Inspection listed risers and septic tank was fully drained.  Shortly after moving into property (2 people) all drains, toilets, sinks are backed up.   Johnny Mendiville gave a lecture on septic 101and they did their job, but $3000 later with another company we know they did not.   Not inspection possible down a 4 access tube (these are NOT risers, btw), heavily encrusted solids, and.....wait for it.....NO RECENT PUMP OCCURED.   In calling around town, more than one curious company asked who did the inspection, and they said We just want to see if it Paradise Septic.   Oh sh*t...literally.   Use at your own risk folks.
