East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

A-Z Septic Pumping was contracted to service two septic systems on my property, as required, to close on the sale of my home.  They were four hours late each time, causing me to be late for work and causing an inconvenience to my realtor.  For the first septic, they didn't bring the proper equipment, a locator, as they promised, even though we explained that it was needed to do the job.  They couldn't find the manhole for the second septic, so we had to hire an additional crew to find it and dig out the 6 inches of topsoil covering it.  Then they contracted three days to clear that line, but misdiagnosed problem.  They asked for payment in advance, but didn't show up the first day, arrived late the second day, broke the line, repaired it and never showed up the last day to finish the job, as contracted.  In the end, we had to hire another qualified company to do the job.  We were never refunded the money and had to pay additional money for another company to do the job properly.  Beware of this company.  There are other qualified companies out there who can get your job done.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

These guys are great.  I have used them on two different properties, one a rental and another my home, to inspect and pump a septic sewer system.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

They were awesome! Arrived on time and did a great job. New water heater, RO system serviced, and  water pressure to the house adjusted.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

Probably the best service ever. Ron is very responsive & charges exactly what he quotes. He came for a drain clog and provided everything needed. He's amazing, definitely coming back to him if anything happens again!

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. As a new home owner, I know nothing about septic tanks. Mike was courteous and helpful, informing me of the various avenues to keep up with the septic health so to speak, to prevent any further issues. It makes me comfortable that I can trust and rely on a company who can help me fix my problem and make sure I stay on top of the system. With so much going on with the new house it's nice to know they do not care about coming back and gouging money out of me, but rather help me make sure I keep my costs down. When I need it pumped or if I fail to keep up, I will be calling this company again.
