Alec went out of his way to provide service. Due to an extreme emergency for another customer I had to reschedule. My service need was not an emergency and I expected for Alec and crew to set up another appointment in a couple of days or so. Not Alec, he came over immediately after the emergency call was handles and completed the several jobs awaiting him in a reasonable amount of time. I can't say enough regarding his hospitality, knowledge and integrity. We own several homes and properties and we only use Lykins Plumbing. Thank you Alec.

This company and its sister companies (Mr. Sparky and others) are a rip off. Way overpriced and the techs try to sell you things you don't need. They wanted me to replace a faucet that was only five years old because they said they couldn't fix the leak in the hose in the pull out part of the faucet and charge me over $200 just to install the faucet. I cancelled the appointment and I was able to fix it for $5. And 15 minutes work. The technician also tried to sell me a new tank for a reverse osmosis for $200 plus installation fees. I called the company directly and got the tank for $50. Took me about 5 minutes to put it in.

I had called mr. Sparky and Mr Rooter in the past for some new Construction. They were two to four times more than any of the other bids I received.

Will never do business with either of them.

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

They came fast, with an extra $50 fee, of course.. He was nice and the job was done. They seem to be the best at that. A star is missing as he was unable to honor their Internet coupon of $20 off. I mean the service cost well over $400 and couldn't take the discount unless I printed it? If I had know that was required, as doesn't specify on the coupon, I would've found a way to print. But alas, it's very late now and my patience is gone. Just paid him and let him go about his night...
