I believe in the power of reviews and wouldn't hesitate to post a negative review after trying diligently (and reasonably) to get the business to resolve my issue...

That being said, I also believe that a LOT of people just don't want to get ripped off when paying for repairs, so here's MY story of How Classic Guys Plumbing gave me EXCELLENT service and showed HONESTY. I would highly recommend you give em a shot... I tried them based on another recommendation from a FB group for my area!

I had a leaking back hose spigot with only about 3 of pipe sticking out of stucco, I thought it needed replaced and called. I was going to be out of town, discussed my expectations and what I expected to pay (I didn't want to try to sweat the copper myself or risk stucco work if I screwed it up- time to pay a pro). They arranged everything over the phone, refused to accept payment up front, and said to call when I had cell service. They guy found out that the packing nut only needed tightened, NO CHARGE. I'm so glad I went with these guys (I think my guys name was jeff?) He talked me through the whole process so i knew he wasnt trying to upcharge or anything, he was polite and punctual and kept the work area very clean. His work spoke measures for the consideration he seemed to have for his clients. He finished everything quicker than expected too. I even had enough time to run the errands that I had all but canceled because of the arrising issue. I will be using their services again :) 10/10 experience!

I found Mr. Rooter online while searching for a solution to my Master Bathroom drain issues. The drain was emitting a sulphur smell and I called a couple plumbers in the area that had no idea why this could be happening and never heard of this issue before. On top of that, all of them charged a per hour service fee for coming out to diagnose the issue, some even had a minimum of 2 hours to come out. After searching online, I found Mr. Rooter that sited this issue on their website (sulphur smell coming from shower drain) as well as providing a free estimate to come check it out, this was a no-brainer for me. I immediately called and set up an appt.

Eferin came out, prompt and on time with a call 30 min before his ETA. He offered several options, starting first the most inexpensive solution to try, and moving forward with more expensive options if that didn't work. (I am still trying the 1st option).

On his way out, I mentioned that I was having some issues with our water pressure and wanted to test our water softener hardness. He immediately called his colleague Joe Bonomo who came right over and walked us through all the plumbing, a/c, heating, electrical maintenance for our entire house! Because of him we changed our AC filters, realized our water pressure was low, was told to paint our exposed piping and to how to care for our water softener, on top of that, he test our water and it tested above board.

Honestly I have never received this kind of service and thoroughness for something that wasn't even planned and at no charge! Joe then called and texted us to follow up on how to proceed with some of our minor maintenance issues we encountered while going through the house. He again followed up the next week - which was fortuitous b/c I was just about to call them again to have our water pressure valved replaced.

Again appt set up and technician arrival was right on time. This time Daniel efficiently and quickly replaced our water pressure valve.

From end to end Mr. Rooter is a full service company; from prompt arrival, to professional service, to courteous follow up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get dependable service, fair pricing, and amazing customer service!

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

I am very impressed with this company. We had sewage back up into our house and they came the second the order was placed, located the issue, and were digging and repairing pipes that day. They worked on it all day and into the night when the sun was down just to make sure we would not have to go without water. Chris Specht the product manager was professional and extremely nice. He took his time to show me everything and explained it all in depth. I highly recommend them.
