We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. Customer service of this company was outstanding. Gary was willing to help us when no one else would on a Sunday. They were there first thing Monday morning to fix and gave us great service. We will never use another company and will recommend them to anyone needing help.

While traveling thru the area, we had a black tank mishap and called RV Proctologist. Not only were they honest about what they could do for us, but they actually recommended a quick and easy fix for us so that we could keep traveling.... Instead of charging us for some work and making $$ off of us! As if that wasn't enough, they called back the next day to makes sure it worked....after not making a single cent from us!!! Showed me that they truly care and there are still good people out there! Thanks again!

We had Reddi Services make a same day call to help us with a washing machine drain clean out. Shirley, who helped set the appointment, was very accommodating and professional. Our technician Benjamin Aguilar provided excellent customer service and was able to solve the problem within a very short time. We were very pleased with our experience and would call Reddi Services in the future if needed.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

Nate, the service manager, was absolutely fantastic. He, along with Adam, a tech who was also great, fixed a slab leak in my home with a re-route and installed a new water heater. Nate came highly recommended by a contractor in the family; he and Adam did not disappoint. We'd recommend them to anyone!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

I had a great experience with this company.  We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence.  The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about  1'6 deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete.  On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle.  Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work.  He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

I hired them to come and pump my septic tank and they tryed to pump my grey water, they had no idea what they were doing. They were extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and appeared that they were on drugs. They were definitely under the influence of something that's for sure. It's a terrible company that I recommended avoiding.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!
