We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. My black tank would not drain, I called and waited at the dump station. They came out and pressure washed the inside of my black tank for which I paid a ton of money. They proclaimed it was just a blockage, and the tank should be cleaned out more often.  Now a couple trips later - that mysterios disappearing blockage has returned and the tank will not drain.  I am forced to find out what is actually blocking the tank drain on my own. Seems like they should have a camera or some way of checking the inside of my tank after charging an arm and a leg for simply stuffing a pressure hose up the drain pipe and holding their hand out for a massive payment.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

Nate, the service manager, was absolutely fantastic. He, along with Adam, a tech who was also great, fixed a slab leak in my home with a re-route and installed a new water heater. Nate came highly recommended by a contractor in the family; he and Adam did not disappoint. We'd recommend them to anyone!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I had a pipe bust that was connected to my house and had to shut off the water.  I couldn't get a hold of anyone to come out the same day.  I found Jason's information on Yelp and on Nextdoor with excellent reviews so I contacted Jason, told him what happened and he came out and fixed it right away.  He patched up the wall and painted it the same color as the house.  As he was leaving a board fell off my fence and broke.  Jason came out on Christmas and fixed that also.  Not only did he make himself available to help me out he was completely affordable.  Jason is now my go to plumber going forward!

I had a pipe burst behind my washer in the wall at night, the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the main water supply to the house. Macho came out the next day, gave me a bid, which was very reasonable. They did the repair the following day and also installed a new water heater. They were very professional, on time, and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have somebody that I could depend on to do a good job. Thanks macho!

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I called VITech Mechanical on a holiday and was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what needed to be done. Great professional service. This is my plumber from now on!

I was hesitant based on previous reviews but my experience with this company was great. My neighbor had an appointment already booked. I called & they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. I had another appointment booked with a local company but was waiting almost 3 weeks  That's a long time if your septic tank is gurgling. My appointment was between 11am-1pm. Josh showed up right at 11am and they had already completed my neighbors house. Josh was great!! Turns out we needed more than just a clean out, we need a repair. Unfortunately that's not something that this company can do but Josh gave me a lot of great information, wrote a very detailed invoice for the repair company, gave me a referral for repair company and was very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with our system. I will absolutely use them again.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

They came out on the same day! Assessed our situation and recommended some adjustments to our septic system. They only do service, no repairs. But they recommended a local business that could do the adjustments so that they could service our system. Very helpful. Thanks Little Stinker!

Had an issue with Septic system in Forest Lakes and Michael came out today to take a look. Fixed the issue, even stuck around to make sure it was working properly. Best customer service I've received in years. highly recommend!!
