We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. I think this company is great! Based on the experiences I've had with them when they were Jan Ashford and now with the new company, they're like the Jimmy John of plumbing. Practically before I even hung up the phone I got a call back saying what time a plumber was scheduled to be here, and one showed up EXACTLY as scheduled.  First one, I wish I remembered his name such a nice guy, thought he needed a part but after checking was able to provide an easy fix with the tools he had....one other issue I had, with the instant hot water, required a bit more technical work that he felt would best be handled by another technician and true to his word, he arranged for someone to come out the next day who provided the necessary repairs.  Both gentlemen told me ahead of time what the costs would be - and how to try to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.  I'll certainly follow their suggestions but would not hesitate to use them again.

Next day service, fixed problem quickly and charges are reasonable. Even showed me how to fix next time.

Drain completely stopped up two days before Christmas. Niemeyer Brothers came out the same day I called. Plumbers were courteous and professional. My drain was a mess.Very difficult to get to the clog. They took it as a challenge and kept at it until it flowed better than it has in 30 years. It took some time but they were kind enough to bill me less which made me very happy. I also had them replace the faucet and water dispenser too and they did a great job. They took care and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy customer.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I had used this plumber in the past and was happy. This visit, however consisted of several items. I should have gotten a quote prior to the repairs, but since he had been fair in the past I wasn't concerned. I was charged 480.00 for a small amount of work. This company charges a trip charge for each individual piece of work.  I won't be using them again.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

I have been using AAA Ajax Pumping Service to pump our septic tank since I purchased my property 19 years ago. I spoke with Dawn on the phone. She was extremely pleasant and she worked with me to schedule a convenient date/time that worked for us. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Don't believe the negative reviews you see about this company online! We have always been pleased with their service!

Our relator brought in Advanced Septic during our sale.  
He did the inspection and repairs when we were out closing on our
new house.  Came back and he had DESTROYED a bunch of our yard.  
He drove up a dirt/stone retaining wall breaking it down.  He destroyed vegetation that had been planted to prevent erroision.  He scooped up and dumped boulders into a huge pile in a drainage ditch.  The amazing part?  There was ZERO reason for him to be on top of the retaining wall other than it was easier for him to dump his dirt there when digging.  The septic he was working on was at the end of a long, wide, open dirt driveway.  Disgusted!  His respose?  It was a hard job.  For which he charged us $6100 instead of the $4700 quoted.  Don't use this guy.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

We are in escrow with property in Happy Jack, AZ. A septic system inspection was called for prior to close of sale and we met Bobby from Little Stinker at the property yesterday.

We were very pleased with his knowledge, friendliness and hard work. The ground was wet and muddy from melted snow, but he located and dug up all the pipes and hatches needed, inspected them, and then brought in water for the test.
