We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. Pepe saved the day! My toilets were backing up and it had been an ongoing problem that I tried to fix myself. He showed me where the problem is (about) and informed me that we will need to get someone out with a camera to see what the exact problem it. He answered all my question and was very very friendly!

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

This review is for the service dept. - I have been using Niemeyer for over a year at my commercial facility. Nate and the crew do good work and can usually accommodate my last-minute needs. They have always solved/fixed any plumbing issue I have had and special requests they can expedite parts and scheduling. They have done simple things for me like changing batteries in electronic faucets to large projects like locating a domestic water main leak and splicing in a new piece of pipe. Good honest guys that provide good service.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

We heard about Jason through a mutual friend.  Not only did we have leaking pipes out in front of our house, but one of the valves there was just about shut and sealed off water from an entire wing of our house.  Jason got right on it and repaired the broken valves we had quick.  He was great to work with and his prices were very fair.  He even gave us a one year warranty on parts and labor.

Before meeting Jason, I called another (apparently highly Yelp rated) plumber about the problem of the water not working in part of the house, and I kept getting advice from them about checking the screens on the faucets or whatever.  Jason didn't give me this BS--he just solved our problem.

Can't say enough good things about Macho Contracting, from the front office to the crew doing the work, all were exceptional.  Communication was always beyond what one might expect and the work crew was on time and  professional. The work was done on time and as specified in the proposal.  Alfredo diagnosed the problem with our old sceptic system and supervised the work from start to finish.  Thank you for a job well done.

My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We are in escrow with property in Happy Jack, AZ. A septic system inspection was called for prior to close of sale and we met Bobby from Little Stinker at the property yesterday.

We were very pleased with his knowledge, friendliness and hard work. The ground was wet and muddy from melted snow, but he located and dug up all the pipes and hatches needed, inspected them, and then brought in water for the test.
