Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

Living in a rural area, no one from the city would even come out without charging an extra fee ($50-$100) to pump our septic. Then we were quoted an extra fee for cleaning the leach field filter by others. All told we were looking at a $400-$500 bill...

Then I found Desert Septic...They do no advertise much, I only found them thanks to review sites like this. The owner was very informative, and gave me pointers for avoiding issues again...Best thing? $265 to pump the septic and clean the filter...We could not ask for better. It is good to see there are still companies out there that offer fair prices and excellent service without trying to nickle and dime us to death.

Not the kinda place you think of when you are growing up that will bring you joy... but trust me, it does when you are older and own a rig with a black tank! They did a great job. It was pretty fast and happy to say, painless. Gave me some great tips as well for future good tank health. It was worth having the tanks thoroughly cleaned and I would do it again.

I called up to have a toilet wax ring changed out on my 2nd story townhouse. I have changed out many of these and it is a quick and easy repair.   The office said she didn't think it would be a very expensive repair.  They came out and charged me $230 for 20 minutes worth of work and a $4. part.  Yes, I told him to go ahead and do it because it had to be done. I felt like I was backed into a corner.  That is excessive. What ever happened to plumbers that charge an hourly rate?  I will never use them again or recommend them to my friends.

I Appreciate these guys coming out and explaining the services and what they recommended for my septic system. They did a great thorough job, no surprise charges everything was upfront! I will be using them again and will be recommending them to my family/friends/neighbors.

This review is for the service dept. - I have been using Niemeyer for over a year at my commercial facility. Nate and the crew do good work and can usually accommodate my last-minute needs. They have always solved/fixed any plumbing issue I have had and special requests they can expedite parts and scheduling. They have done simple things for me like changing batteries in electronic faucets to large projects like locating a domestic water main leak and splicing in a new piece of pipe. Good honest guys that provide good service.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I had the pleasure of having Jason come and install a gas line. Very professional and well experienced in his trade. He was very prepared and neat!!! Covered my clothes from the attic entrance to avoid any insulation getting everywhere. He cleaned up afterwards and patched any holes he created through out the process of the installation. He even sent me pictures of the installation up in the attic.
He is very busy, Be patient and you most definitely will be glad you did. He is the real deal plumber. Thanks again for your skilled trade at work!

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

AMAZING! I have to say we got this company through our home warrenty to come check out a leak under the sink.  They were so kind and so customer oriented. They quickly found the issue and got it remedied. The tech who came out (I think it was Igor) even had to run to a supply place to replace the sink hose. I highly recommend vitech!!

I am extremely happy with the service we received, from the scheduling receptionist who made sure I knew what charges could run to the tech Shawn that came out to do the work!  He was prepared with the correct tools and truck to get the job done on the same day and in a timely manner. Our relator brought in Advanced Septic during our sale.  
He did the inspection and repairs when we were out closing on our
new house.  Came back and he had DESTROYED a bunch of our yard.  
He drove up a dirt/stone retaining wall breaking it down.  He destroyed vegetation that had been planted to prevent erroision.  He scooped up and dumped boulders into a huge pile in a drainage ditch.  The amazing part?  There was ZERO reason for him to be on top of the retaining wall other than it was easier for him to dump his dirt there when digging.  The septic he was working on was at the end of a long, wide, open dirt driveway.  Disgusted!  His respose?  It was a hard job.  For which he charged us $6100 instead of the $4700 quoted.  Don't use this guy.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.
