Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. I am going to give you the FULL story so that you can appreciate the stress this was causing.  

The pipe coming out of the house by my kitchen had a cap that was left off on the ground.  When the landscapers came to clean up the yard in late April, they found it and put the cap back.  The kitchen sink started backing up.  My husband removed the cap and installed a hose so that it would drain further away from the house.

Back in May, we had a cat fence installed, I told the handy dude to only put the posts along the current fence line.  He didn't listen and pounded in stakes next to the house by the kitchen and fireplace.  I got on to him about it and he apologized, said he didn't know what he was thinking.

Fast forward to the first weekend of July, we noticed water coming up through the ground by the stake near the kitchen.

I set up a service call with our home warranty company, they sent a plumber out two weeks ago, he took a look, but couldn't do anything without authorization from the warranty company.  That was received, Thursday last week they returned to put a camera through the line.

The line leads into the Septic Tank and they couldn't see anything because of all the grey water.  They lifted the lid on the septic and said it was full.  They were unable to do anything until the septic was emptied.

I placed a panicked call to the septic company, Mesa Septic.  The owner was at our house at the crack of dawn on Friday.  Gary said there was nothing wrong with the septic tank and offered to come back this week to dig up the line and fix the problem, at no cost to us.

His guys were here at the crack of dawn this morning and started digging.  The stake that fence dude pounded in went right through the pipe.  They cut out that section of pipe and replaced it for us.  They also flushed the line, it was caked with grease, from the previous owner, we knew not to let any grease down the drain when we bought the house.  

We were only charged us $250 to replace the section of pipe, along with the dig and line flush.  We are SO happy with their service.  Gary, the owner, is so humble and polite, he apologized for having to charge us because of the stake.  He gave us a bunch of tips after I explained that this is our first property using septic, so we were completely in the dark.  He was truly a pleasure to work with!!!  I can't recommend Mesa Septic enough!!!

I am new to the area and needed a repair to my RV toilet. There isn't much available locally in the way of service and RV Proctologist is highly advertised. I looked up the website to get information and saw that they have good reviews. There was a place to request a quote through email, which I did. I got no response. Then the website had a couple of different phone numbers, and the website said that due to back log to text one of the numbers, which I did and again got no response. So on January 31 2023 I called the service number. I spoke to the owner's wife. She took my information, address, phone number etc. and I explained my situation. I already knew that it was probably going to be better to replace rather than repair, which she confirmed. She explained that I would need to purchase the toilet and that the owner would install the new toilet. While I was on the phone, she asked him about it and he quoted a price that I agreed to. She said he would not have availability until the following Tuesday, February 6th. I agreed, as I understand that they are busy and I am in no real hurry. She said he would call with a time. Then...  Ghosted. To this date, I never heard from them at all. I ended up replacing the toilet myself, which is fine in the long run because I learned a lot and saved quite a bit of money. Although being Ghosted turned out to be a positive for me, the fact that there was absolutely no response to email, text and finally to a phone conversation is very poor customer service. I completely understand being busy and backed up...  but the least that a business can do is communicate.

I do not recommend their septic service.  After offering to excavate the buried opening of the septic tank and installing a riser, they were a no show TWICE.

Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We recently bought a new home and are checking off fixes from our inspection. After getting a recommendation from our inspector, we decided to give this company a try! I am so happy we did!! These guys are awesome. They are quick to answer or return calls. Super patient as you attempt to explain to them what's happening. Haha! Prices are awesome! Work is clean, thorough and genuinely done with care! I've had three of them over so far and all three have been super pleasant and professional! I ask a lot of questions and they were all answered while being explained in a way someone outside of the business would understand! Nate's, Adam's and I unfortunately didn't catch the third guys name (I'm sorry!)...their work was amazing! Five stars all around. These are now our guys!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Was referred by a friend had a few other plumbers come out and they could not fix the issue.  Jason came out on a Sunday and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes came prepared with parts explained a few things and was very fair priced I will definitely recommend his company.  I was super impressed.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I called VITech Mechanical on a holiday and was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what needed to be done. Great professional service. This is my plumber from now on!

My neighbor is selling his house and had AAA Ajax come pump his septic tank.  What a stench!  The exhaust vents on either side of the truck spewed out the most nauseous fumes.  We live on a golf course and I'm sure the golfers were not pleased with the smell either.  I just had my septic tank pumped 3 weeks ago by another company and there was no obnoxious smell permeating the entire neighborhood.  Other neighbors have had their systems serviced by other companies and there was no odor.  Will not recommend your company to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received with Advanced Septic. Got  3 previous job estimates from other local companies, and although advanced septic was more expensive than 1 other company I talked to, the service I received was exceptional. I was well educated, kept up to date on all repairs and the men that worked on my property were respectful and sooooo nice!!

If I ever need these services again, Ill DEFINITELY use Advanced Septic.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We just had service at our cabin in Pine.  They arrived within an hour or so after my call, fixed our clogged, line quickly and were super friendly and reasonable!  I would highly recommend Little Stinker!  Also I love the name!
