Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

We have used Desert Septic a couple times now.  They have exceptional customer service. We had a problem just before Christmas.  We called them and they came out and took care of things quickly and efficiently.  There prices are reasonable and the people are friendly and ready to help.

Our realtor Frank Gerola suggested this company to do a septic inspection. They did a great job at our place. The tank was much deeper underground than expected so special services were required and everyone involved was helpful and professional. And on time each visit!  Highly recommend this company.

My black tank would not drain, I called and waited at the dump station. They came out and pressure washed the inside of my black tank for which I paid a ton of money. They proclaimed it was just a blockage, and the tank should be cleaned out more often.  Now a couple trips later - that mysterios disappearing blockage has returned and the tank will not drain.  I am forced to find out what is actually blocking the tank drain on my own. Seems like they should have a camera or some way of checking the inside of my tank after charging an arm and a leg for simply stuffing a pressure hose up the drain pipe and holding their hand out for a massive payment.

ReddiServices took my late afternoon call on Friday, when we realized that our toilets and showers were stopped up, which was something of a problem with all the kids and their friends home.  Pepe arrived after dark, and did what he could to restore our plumbing.  Unable to go on the roof in the dark, he was back right on time on Saturday morning, and fixed everything.  We have a septic tank, with a strange piping system, so it was more difficult than necessary.  Pepe was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything he did clearly.  The pricing was fair, and we appreciate Pepe's great service.

Next day service, fixed problem quickly and charges are reasonable. Even showed me how to fix next time.

This review is for the service dept. - I have been using Niemeyer for over a year at my commercial facility. Nate and the crew do good work and can usually accommodate my last-minute needs. They have always solved/fixed any plumbing issue I have had and special requests they can expedite parts and scheduling. They have done simple things for me like changing batteries in electronic faucets to large projects like locating a domestic water main leak and splicing in a new piece of pipe. Good honest guys that provide good service.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewer waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter's home, but within a short time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with his professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she's found her forever plumber - Jason the Plumber!!

Just had Alfredo come and fix our very difficult and complicated plumbing for our main drain line that ran through two other units.

I have bee in the process of readying my rental home to sell and a few plumbing issues (among others) have come up requiring repair or replacement. A friend recommended Vitaliy at VITech and I have used his services twice in the last couple of months. Both times, Vitaliy was highly responsive by phone and showed up quickly and on time, keeping in contact with me by text regarding arrival time. Once he arrived, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, fair and much lower priced than I expected! I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received with Advanced Septic. Got  3 previous job estimates from other local companies, and although advanced septic was more expensive than 1 other company I talked to, the service I received was exceptional. I was well educated, kept up to date on all repairs and the men that worked on my property were respectful and sooooo nice!!

If I ever need these services again, Ill DEFINITELY use Advanced Septic.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Had an issue with Septic system in Forest Lakes and Michael came out today to take a look. Fixed the issue, even stuck around to make sure it was working properly. Best customer service I've received in years. highly recommend!!
