Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

Desert Septic is awesome! The whole team is great. Felt like family like the whole time, kept us informed and all the work was extremely clean. I would recommend this Company to anyone in need of their services.

I am going to give you the FULL story so that you can appreciate the stress this was causing.  

The pipe coming out of the house by my kitchen had a cap that was left off on the ground.  When the landscapers came to clean up the yard in late April, they found it and put the cap back.  The kitchen sink started backing up.  My husband removed the cap and installed a hose so that it would drain further away from the house.

Back in May, we had a cat fence installed, I told the handy dude to only put the posts along the current fence line.  He didn't listen and pounded in stakes next to the house by the kitchen and fireplace.  I got on to him about it and he apologized, said he didn't know what he was thinking.

Fast forward to the first weekend of July, we noticed water coming up through the ground by the stake near the kitchen.

I set up a service call with our home warranty company, they sent a plumber out two weeks ago, he took a look, but couldn't do anything without authorization from the warranty company.  That was received, Thursday last week they returned to put a camera through the line.

The line leads into the Septic Tank and they couldn't see anything because of all the grey water.  They lifted the lid on the septic and said it was full.  They were unable to do anything until the septic was emptied.

I placed a panicked call to the septic company, Mesa Septic.  The owner was at our house at the crack of dawn on Friday.  Gary said there was nothing wrong with the septic tank and offered to come back this week to dig up the line and fix the problem, at no cost to us.

His guys were here at the crack of dawn this morning and started digging.  The stake that fence dude pounded in went right through the pipe.  They cut out that section of pipe and replaced it for us.  They also flushed the line, it was caked with grease, from the previous owner, we knew not to let any grease down the drain when we bought the house.  

We were only charged us $250 to replace the section of pipe, along with the dig and line flush.  We are SO happy with their service.  Gary, the owner, is so humble and polite, he apologized for having to charge us because of the stake.  He gave us a bunch of tips after I explained that this is our first property using septic, so we were completely in the dark.  He was truly a pleasure to work with!!!  I can't recommend Mesa Septic enough!!!

Had my black and grey tank done by them today. What a bunch of nice guys. My husband got so much helpful information on how to maintain our tanks. Lars, Chad and another guy showed up and immediately got started. They texted us that they were running late which was very thoughtful. They are in high demand. We have been camping before these men were born but let me tell you they know more than anyone. Not only did our tanks get nice and clean they taught us a lot of new tricks to keep it that way longer. Plus hilarious stories LOL!!!

I first used Cartright's a couple years ago. They inspected my septic when purchasing my home. They returned to fix my washer and dryer inlets.

Just had them back to the house today to move my shower drain. They are always polite and straight forward. They do great work and at a more than fair price. No B.S. or shady practices, and always on time!

We recently bought a new home and are checking off fixes from our inspection. After getting a recommendation from our inspector, we decided to give this company a try! I am so happy we did!! These guys are awesome. They are quick to answer or return calls. Super patient as you attempt to explain to them what's happening. Haha! Prices are awesome! Work is clean, thorough and genuinely done with care! I've had three of them over so far and all three have been super pleasant and professional! I ask a lot of questions and they were all answered while being explained in a way someone outside of the business would understand! Nate's, Adam's and I unfortunately didn't catch the third guys name (I'm sorry!)...their work was amazing! Five stars all around. These are now our guys!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

We've noticed a very faint gas leak coming from our fireplace key valve for quite some time and my husband finally decided to call the gas company to check it. Well, he called them at 4 PM on a Friday and we quickly learned that may not have been the best idea. They shut off all of our gas and locked us up until the small leak was fixed! Not only is it hard to find a plumber who works on gas lines (about 9/10 plumbers do not do this), it's also tough to get someone out on a weekend

Jason came as a referral from our chimney cleaning company and he was incredible. He came out same day (on a Saturday) to take a look and then was able to fix it on Monday/Tuesday. The best part? He was able to fix it by just removing one block from the wall (our beloved 1960s slump block wall that is one of my favorite walls in the house) and he even repaired the masonry afterwards! He literally went to a local shop and picked out the closest looking thing to slump block and made it look as good as new.

WE ARE THRILLED! We are so grateful that he was able to fix the leak AND patch the work, all-in-one. The gas company came back out and we passed the test! Hooray for hot showers and clean clothes! Thank you, Jason! We'll absolutely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I have been using AAA Ajax Pumping Service to pump our septic tank since I purchased my property 19 years ago. I spoke with Dawn on the phone. She was extremely pleasant and she worked with me to schedule a convenient date/time that worked for us. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Don't believe the negative reviews you see about this company online! We have always been pleased with their service!

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

We asked our neighbors who they used for their septic issues and they recommended Little Stinker.  Although we saw negative reviews from others online, we decided to trust the experiences of our elders and called Little Stinkers.  They came out the same day.  It took about 15 minutes to look at, resolve the issue, and write us a receipt.  Turns out it was a simple clog, and we also found out the tub does not go to grey water which we will have to reroute.  Nice people, quick service, and will recommend.  Thank you!

Had an issue with Septic system in Forest Lakes and Michael came out today to take a look. Fixed the issue, even stuck around to make sure it was working properly. Best customer service I've received in years. highly recommend!!
