Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

This company offers prompt, professional service at a great price.  We had them clean out our septic tank and put extensions on the lid for easier access.   Thanks to the research they did on our lot plan we also found out we had been parking our truck and trailer on the septic tank which could have caused it to cave in.  Thank goodness we called them.

I would call George in a heartbeat if I were planning on putting in a system as he is a very knowledgeable and conscientious!  Deanna in the office is a delight!  This locally owned and operated business gets an A+ in my book!

I am going to give you the FULL story so that you can appreciate the stress this was causing.  

The pipe coming out of the house by my kitchen had a cap that was left off on the ground.  When the landscapers came to clean up the yard in late April, they found it and put the cap back.  The kitchen sink started backing up.  My husband removed the cap and installed a hose so that it would drain further away from the house.

Back in May, we had a cat fence installed, I told the handy dude to only put the posts along the current fence line.  He didn't listen and pounded in stakes next to the house by the kitchen and fireplace.  I got on to him about it and he apologized, said he didn't know what he was thinking.

Fast forward to the first weekend of July, we noticed water coming up through the ground by the stake near the kitchen.

I set up a service call with our home warranty company, they sent a plumber out two weeks ago, he took a look, but couldn't do anything without authorization from the warranty company.  That was received, Thursday last week they returned to put a camera through the line.

The line leads into the Septic Tank and they couldn't see anything because of all the grey water.  They lifted the lid on the septic and said it was full.  They were unable to do anything until the septic was emptied.

I placed a panicked call to the septic company, Mesa Septic.  The owner was at our house at the crack of dawn on Friday.  Gary said there was nothing wrong with the septic tank and offered to come back this week to dig up the line and fix the problem, at no cost to us.

His guys were here at the crack of dawn this morning and started digging.  The stake that fence dude pounded in went right through the pipe.  They cut out that section of pipe and replaced it for us.  They also flushed the line, it was caked with grease, from the previous owner, we knew not to let any grease down the drain when we bought the house.  

We were only charged us $250 to replace the section of pipe, along with the dig and line flush.  We are SO happy with their service.  Gary, the owner, is so humble and polite, he apologized for having to charge us because of the stake.  He gave us a bunch of tips after I explained that this is our first property using septic, so we were completely in the dark.  He was truly a pleasure to work with!!!  I can't recommend Mesa Septic enough!!!

These guys are real pros and did a fabulous job cleaning my tanks for regular maintenance before I left the Quartzsite area. I will definitely use their services again!

We are so happy with the work that Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services did at our house. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we were trying to leave for a trip. Reddi Services sent Ben out on the same day. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also repaired a leaky dishwasher hose and outdoor faucet while he was here. Could not be happier.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

We called Niemeyer a couple of months ago to come out and re-route/move our washer and dryer.  They had to come extend and move the water supply lines, drain line, and gas line.  They came out promptly and finished quickly in one afternoon.  The tech they sent out was great, he was informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  After our good experience with Niemeyer we then referred them to a friend who has had them come out twice, once to install a new water heater and a second time to do a few other things as part of a remodel.  Our friend was also extremely pleased with their timeframe, work quality and their competitive prices.  He had previously had other companies scheduled to install his water heater who did not show up more than once, Niemeyer showed up the first time and got the job done.

I was just looking them up to refer them to my sister as well who is in need of a plumber and saw their Yelp page and wanted to leave them the feedback they deserve.  Good prices, fast service, good all around plumbers.  I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs and continue to refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.  It's hard to find a good trade company and it was awesome to find this great company!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I had used this plumber in the past and was happy. This visit, however consisted of several items. I should have gotten a quote prior to the repairs, but since he had been fair in the past I wasn't concerned. I was charged 480.00 for a small amount of work. This company charges a trip charge for each individual piece of work.  I won't be using them again.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

I was hesitant based on previous reviews but my experience with this company was great. My neighbor had an appointment already booked. I called & they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. I had another appointment booked with a local company but was waiting almost 3 weeks  That's a long time if your septic tank is gurgling. My appointment was between 11am-1pm. Josh showed up right at 11am and they had already completed my neighbors house. Josh was great!! Turns out we needed more than just a clean out, we need a repair. Unfortunately that's not something that this company can do but Josh gave me a lot of great information, wrote a very detailed invoice for the repair company, gave me a referral for repair company and was very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with our system. I will absolutely use them again.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

I hired them to come and pump my septic tank and they tryed to pump my grey water, they had no idea what they were doing. They were extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and appeared that they were on drugs. They were definitely under the influence of something that's for sure. It's a terrible company that I recommended avoiding.

Love Bryan and his employees. He is an honest hardworking man as is his crew. All we need to do is call or message him and he gets right back to us. We will never use anyone else as long as we have Small Beginnings
