This is a great company to do business with.  They are very honest and professional and treat their customers exceptionally well.  They are very reliable, prompt, and have really good rates.  I would highly recommend them and I personally would never use anyone else.

This is a great company. They were so nice and super knowledgeable about septic. We couldn't turn the water on for the inspection,  so they paid a neighbor $25 to use theirs. They did a thorough job and had the report out to escrow and me the same afternoon. I would highly recommend them!

We received the most amazingly quick and responsive service with Reddi Heroes. Prior to our service, a text confirmation was sent with the name and picture of the technician and he was at our house within an hour. Marco Prieto was professional, friendly, thorough, and explained all of the issues and solutions clearly. I highly recommend this company. We will continue to go back to them.

Nate, the service manager, was absolutely fantastic. He, along with Adam, a tech who was also great, fixed a slab leak in my home with a re-route and installed a new water heater. We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Can't say enough good things about Macho Contracting, from the front office to the crew doing the work, all were exceptional.  Communication was always beyond what one might expect and the work crew was on time and  professional. The work was done on time and as specified in the proposal.  Alfredo diagnosed the problem with our old sceptic system and supervised the work from start to finish.  Thank you for a job well done.

Toilet install: Easy to schedule, fast service, great work

We had them pump the tank today.  The service man had a terrible attitude such that he spoke down to us and spoke over me.  It was disappointing because I would have liked to use them to do additional work being as they had become familiar with the property.   Now, I have to search elsewhere.  

Onto the next bad incident with AAA Ajax...  when I called the office to pay the invoice, (I needed 3-4 minutes to go get the card) the office gal told me that I was holding up the driver's day but yet she couldn't even tell me how much my bill was.  

While this may sound small, it was an overall sentiment of not being able to communicate nicely with the customer.  It breaks my heart that this still exists out there!  Sorry AAA Ajax, you were an epic fail!

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Had an issue with Septic system in Forest Lakes and Michael came out today to take a look. Fixed the issue, even stuck around to make sure it was working properly. Best customer service I've received in years. highly recommend!!
