I had a septic emergency today and guests arriving soon. Jazmine right away coordinated with Abel to get me help asap. Abel was on a call close by and was out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, my septic was full and clean outs clogged. He called his pump guy to come out and then Abel immediately started digging himself to get to my septic tank, to make sure that the problem was solved today before my guests arrived at dark. These guys are real professionals who know what they're doing, they work hard and don't price gouge at all. I highly recommend them for all of your septic needs! 5 Star Service all the way!

I found an abandoned septic tank that caused a sinkhole and I discovered AZ Septic Plumbing on google. Abel did a great job explaining how to fix it and gave me an accurate quote. It was a tight squeeze to get equipment in my backyard but Abel was very careful and attentive. He saved as many pavers as he could and cleaned up before leaving.

Also shout out to Yazmin who was able to answer all my questions over the phone.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and evaluation of the situation.  Able was great at explaining the issue and describing the needed follow up.  He came late in the day although it would have been easy to say he didn't have time.  Reasonably priced. Our hero!  Jasmine from the office was also extremely helpful to get service to us.  Won't use anyone else in the future!

Today was the second time we used AZ Septic.  Their service, quality and pride if workmanship is outstanding.  Our Service Tech, named Able S., was very professional and efficient. He had everything on his truck he needed and was even equipped for a few unexpected fixes. I highly recommend them.

We hired them to take out an old septic and replace with a new one. Sounds simple? We explained to them that the septic services two buildings and one building isn't even functioning at all. For starters they took out the old one and put the new one in the wrong place so it failed inspection. They kept failing inspections and it caused the process to go on for months and months.

When they finally figured out where the septic was supposed to go, they didn't hook it up to our only bathroom??! Communication is terrible and their response to me no longer having a usable bathroom was nobody told us about that bathroom , bull crap Able was told. so now I've paid thousands of dollars for septic that isn't hooked up to anything. We have to pay to have a porta potty put on the property so our employees can go to the bathroom. They blamed us for not knowing where property lines where, but they were working on all the permits.

They offered no resolution to their screw ups and were left us with no working bathrooms! It's costing us more money to have someone else fix their mess.

I'd stay away.

I emailed AZ septic and they responded right away and setup date to pump my septic tank. Showed up on time. I would highly recommend them as they are professional and very nice people. Had contact with Jesus and Jazmin very nice people. This was the first time my septic had been pumped and Jesus found the inlet T was broken. They are coming back to fix. Since no one had been in this tank since house built the installers did a terrible job. I could tell other things this builder did too. Jesus also showed me where the filter was which I knew nothing about. WILL USE THEM AGAIN when needed

These guys are good at what they do. Very Professional and their pricing was quite reasonable. They did everything they said that they would do, on time and on budget.  

Abel is a perfect gentleman and explained the work before hand and shared his expertise for my future construction needs.

I'm looking at an addition to our home and would contact A-Z Septic in a nano-second to drop in a new & larger tank.

Our septic was a little overdue for a check-up, so I called A-Z and they got back to me quickly and we schedule a time. They arrive a little late, but not too bad. No biggie. He got to work quickly and finished the job super fast. He was really friendly, gave me some great advice on things I could do to keep the septic healthy. Schedule their next maintenance visit right then and there. Really happy with the results and my interaction with them.

I can't recommend A-Z Septic Pumping enough as they just flat out get customer service.  Able completed the work quickly, efficiently with great professionalism.  I normally don't post reviews but had to after the service I received.

Abel just left our rental property. He came with his backhoe and of course our tank was deeper than expected and he was deep in the project trying to run a riser to allow for easy emptying moving forward. I can assure you many would have arrived and said no thanks to this job, not this company. He went the extra mile and he will be the only company I use in the future. While his job description doesn't include cutting tree branches or a low bamboo barrier fence in the way of the backhoe... he felt obliged to not leave, and helped me with the branch removal(working outside the box and scope). In all respects he went the extra mile. That is why I took the time to review. Septic company clean out is a dirty hard business and he did this all with respect and a great attitude.

Great company. They showed up on time. Abel the guy who did the work was real nice and friendly. The sewer cap on my riser was cracked and he replaced it free. Recommend highly.

Family owned small business that was able to fit us the very next day!  They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working!  Excellent prices and great customer service.  I highly recommend them.  Service with a smile and it was well over 100 degrees!  I wish everyone was this happy at work especially under the conditions here in  the afternoon in Arizona in the middle of August!  Now I know why they have such excellent reviews!!!!  THEY DESERVE TEN STARS!!!!!

Abel, has worked on our septic system a few times, as the original system was now installed correctly by the original builder. As the system failed from time to time a plumber came and only desired to rip us off.

Abel has all the equipment necessary and the knowledge to fix anything on these systems.

He was fair in his pricing and stayed until the job was done correctly.

We chose A-Z Pumping by researching and reading all the positive reviews (and recommendations) on both yelp and nextdoor.com. It was the smart choice. Abel came to our home and what was supposed to be a 2-3 hr job became a 3 day job.  He (and his co-worker) worked extremely hard in 100 plus degree temperatures, but they kept going and returned each day until the work was completed. They made sure it was completed the right way too. We were pleased with his honesty and hard work ethic.  Lisa (the office manager) kept in touch with us and would call if Abel was running late or was tied up on another job. We highly recommend A-Z Septic Pumping to anyone seeking septic pump services. We have now become loyal customers. Thanks again, great job!

The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a septic issue, and finding someone that will give you both good service as well as an honest assessment is rare. Though we weren't able to schedule them exactly when we wanted them (they were extremely busy), I'm so glad we waited and had Abel come out. He was very thorough, walking me through the process, and charging me what I think is a very reasonable rate.

I would recommend this company if you looking for quality work from a reputable company that is not putting it's interests above those of its customers. I'll definitely be using them for all of my future septic needs.

I was so glad I chose A - Z septic pumping. First rate service and reasonable price.  Abel made an effort to get right over to my house. Our Septic had backed up into our house. Abel quickly found the problem and told me how to avoid any future problems.

We used this company because they are local for our area. They were able to get us in quickly and their rates for septic pumping were competitive. I needed them to come back a couple of days later because something got clogged in the lines after our system was pumped. They came out the same day I called and took care of it in 15 minutes. I would use them again, but hope I don't have to any time soon

Wish I could give them zero as that is all they deserve. I recently moved here from the East Coast and when you buy a home in Az, the owner is responsible to have the septic tank cleaned which they did. It was exactly a year ago that A to Z cleaned the septic. I have had a backup and my plumber told me there was a problem with the tank and that there was some sort of backup. I found the receipt from the previous owner and since it has only been one year and only one person lives here, I called to get them to come and take care f the problem as it should be under warranty. The girl that answered the phone was rude and short with me and literally said, how should i know how much usage, maybe you backed it up. When I explained to her that I have  only been here for a year and that mis is impossible for one person to create such a situation in such a short amount of time she finally agreed to call the owner and have him call me directly, that was over a week ago and HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK!!!!

Glad there are still honest companies out there that care more about servicing their clients and fair pricing than those that only see $ signs. Needed a maintenance clean out and called a couple of companies. We are on a mountain and one company said $650 due to the difficulty. Called A-Z based on yelp reviews and after asking a series of questions, came out and did the work for less than half of what other company quoted. They are reliable and professional. We highly recommend this company for all your septic needs!

I rarely write a review for companies but could not miss an opportunity to praise this organization. I am far from a septic expert and was so thankful my representative could locate and empty my septic tank. I had know idea where it was or how to find it. This group used the internet to find house plans provided by the county to locate my tank. Way above and beyond the call of duty. So thankful and pleased.

I am trying to give a company a 5star review even though I have never used them - how can that be?
I have not actually used  A-Z but would have liked to, after having spoken to the friendly and very helpful owner when I called to book an appointment. Unfortunately, it turned out that I was outside of their service area, but after I was made aware of tha,t the person gave me advice on what were fair prices and what to look out for when contracting with competitors in my area. I had called them because  of the great reviews and must state that these great reviews were definitely justified!
I finished up by calling a more local firm and the person who answered the call was kind of zombie like if you know what I mean, and it was obvious they were just there to take bookings. A computerized program could have done just as well or better. Not having much choice in the matter I made an appointment. On the positive side, they did turn up on the day, but did not call me 30 minutes before as requested to tell me they were running late.  Their operator was almost hostile and very abrasive and told me told me he was following procedure when I asked him a question, and that questions would delay things and cost me more money - nice! I presume they did what they were supposed to do, but I don't know enough about septic tanks to evaluate that.  What I do know is that next time I need septic services I will Z call  A-Z and offer to pay an excess milage charge if they would come out here.
Rather than give the firm I finished up with a 1 star I would rather give  a-Z a 5 star based on their attitude and helpfullness even after they knew I would not be able to use their services.

Called this company July 4 weekend naturally not working the holiday but answered phone and Saturday, July 5  promptly in the morning pumped the septic tank. very efficient, courteous and informative. A single owner operator company which I'd much rather patronize and large company with employees that you never know what you're going to get. recommend them highly.

A-Z Septic Pumping showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, for the price they quoted me.  I couldn't have been more pleased to have such a dirty job done well and for a reasonable cost.  Abel was courteous and efficient and helpful.  I would highly recommend A-Z Septic Pumping and Abel to anyone needing septic service.  You will be a satisfied customer, too.

A-Z Septic Pumping was contracted to service two septic systems on my property, as required, to close on the sale of my home.  They were four hours late each time, causing me to be late for work and causing an inconvenience to my realtor.  For the first septic, they didn't bring the proper equipment, a locator, as they promised, even though we explained that it was needed to do the job.  They couldn't find the manhole for the second septic, so we had to hire an additional crew to find it and dig out the 6 inches of topsoil covering it.  Then they contracted three days to clear that line, but misdiagnosed problem.  They asked for payment in advance, but didn't show up the first day, arrived late the second day, broke the line, repaired it and never showed up the last day to finish the job, as contracted.  In the end, we had to hire another qualified company to do the job.  We were never refunded the money and had to pay additional money for another company to do the job properly.  Beware of this company.  There are other qualified companies out there who can get your job done.

I was very pleased with A-Z service and responsiveness.  I called for a routine service and was scheduled right away on the day I requested.  They acutally came a little earlier than scheduled but called before they came.  Able the service man was very polite and got the job done quickly.  I felt I was charged a resonable and fair amount.  I highly reccomend A-Z Septic Service.

these folks are awesome! theyre a small family run business that has wonderful customer service! we've had two service calls from them so far. the first one was a regular septic visit but during the servicing, they found an obstructed connection in our underground plumbing (gross), and snaked it out on the spot. no charge! we didnt even realize that the obstruction was what was causing our slow plumbing! the other service call happened when we had a serious problem with our riser (the tube that goes from the septic tank to the surface to access the system.) the previous owners had used a metal barrel, cut off both ends, and sunk it into the ground as the riser! on top of that he made a large, heavy concrete lid to access the tank. az septic explained the issue and how the concrete lid was slowly and over time, crushing in the barrel riser. we were freaked out!  (we're not very septic savvy) they fit us in for an appt very quickly and brought in a backhoe and a new (appropriate), riser and had the whole thing replaced in no time. they cleaned up after themselves and charged us a very resonable price. the customer service was great on the phone too. they were very communicative throughout the process. i would highly recommend them. they really seem like they care about thier reputation and want to provide a good service!
