Called with a plumbing leak that I found after I got home from work - very professional on the phone. Came right out and fixed the job - they were dressed professional - did not have to worry about them dragging dirt thru my house - which was nice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I know that I would use One Call Plumbing again!!!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned. These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots. The free camera inspection was amazing! I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

From a neighbor's referral, I called John the owner at 5pm. He scheduled me for the next morning at 8am. He was early! He took care of all our plumbing issues. I really felt that I could trust was he told me and didn't over charge. I highly recommend AAA Valley Rooter Service and John! Thanks! Rob M

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.
My pool was leaking and several other companies recommended Arizona Leak Detection, so I called them. When they were able come to my property, they were onsite for less than 25 minutes, visually diagnosed my leak - and of course - misdiagnosed it. I didn't know where the leak was, I just knew it eventually stopped just below the tile line. Arizona Leak Detection told me the leak was in the plaster on the bottom of my pool. Red flag: It's a diving pool, they didn't get in it, and therefore, couldn't have possibly tested it. The water level remained the same for 3 weeks, with that so-called leak in the bottom. I called them back several more times to ask how they determined that leak, but no one could tell me how and the last time I tried, I was told someone would call me back. Two months later, I'm still waiting for that return call. I'd like a refund, but I doubt anyone will respond to that request either.
If it weren't for my background in lab science and common sense, I would have called out another repair company - at their INSISTENCE - to fix something that wasn't even the problem. In fact, they weren't even going to warranty their repair work unless I used this other company first!
In the end, I ended up calling someone else out to complete the repair work and diagnostics - someone who listened and intelligently diagnosed the leak and promptly repaired it (for less than what Arizona Leak Detectives quoted me!) - and I saved myself over $2k in additional REQUIRED repairs.
Bottom line: Save your time, save your money, save your pool and call someone else!

Very timely, professional and helpful. Good customer service and communication. My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town. I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday. I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning. I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician. I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too. All for a great price! I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour. Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab. When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse. There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.
I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal. Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain. They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now. The pipe finally sagged enough to break.
The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly. The bad news is that this is costing me $5000. Thanks Roybal!

May this be a warning to all needing plumbing services.
My wife and I called Plumbing Masters to solve a problem we were having with a new water heater. We felt the positive online reviews made them the best choice for a plumber. They politely answered the phone, which we liked. Then, we were told that we would have to pay $49.95 for someone to come out and diagnose our plumbing problem. Then we would be told how much it would cost to actually fix the problem. I asked the youing man to repeat back to us what the $49.95 charge was for. He did so. I asked if that charge could be applied towards the final bill. He said yes. I joked that might simply mean they charge me $49.95 more for the repair. He said they were very professional and would never do such a thing. Because we have had several bad plumbing experiences in the past, I asked him one final time what the $49.95 was for. He repeated it was to come out and determine the plumbing problem, prior to giving me a quote for the cost of repair. We agreed to the terms.
A young man arrived and spent five minutes listening to what was going on with our new water heater. He asked several questions and asked us to turn the main water on and off several times. My next door neighbor was also present during the work. The young man from Plumbing Master made a pnone call to his boss and asked a few questions. He walked into the alley so that I was unable to hear what he was saying. He came back and placed a Plumbing Masters bill in front of me. He had crossed out the $49.95 charge written on it and wrote in $175 just below it. He stated he did not know what the problem was yet but that I would have to write him a check for $175 in order for him to figure out the problem. I told him we agreed to pay $49.95 for him to find the problem, and that I was very specific regarding that fee. He said the $49.95 is merely the cost of him driving to my house and that we must now pay $175 for him to find the problem. I got upset and told him to call his own dispatcher and verify what I had agreed to. He offered to lower the price to $115. My wife was nearly in tears and I was furious at being extorted by this crooked company. We agreed. He was clever because he already knew what the problem was (a temporary plug was left in the new shower rough in and it was blocking proper water flow). He told me it would cost another $275 to fix the problem. We agreed and he removed the plug in the shower rough in. This took less than 30 seconds. He asked to be paid and wanted to leave. I told him just because he said that would solve the problem, he hadn't tested it out to see if hot water would now flow from the water heater. He complained but said he would reattach the lines and test it out. As he attached the first copper line, it snapped and broke. He looked at me and blamed me, saying I had weakened it before he arrived. He toild me he would repalce both the copper lines with new (cheaper non-copper) lines for only $100 more. We had no choice if we wanted hot water.
A couple days later we got a call from Plumbing Masters, asking us if we were satisfied with the service call. I told the woman that Plumbing Masters should give all their technicians handguns so they could more easily rob people, because we felt we were robbed and lied to. Later that day, a manager from Plumbing Masters called me to tell me he felt the technician bent over backwards to satisfy us and that he had given us discounted prices for the work done. Seriously, are you kidding me. What about lying to us and saying the $49.95 service call that we were told was to determine our plumbing issue? The jerk lied and said it was only to pay him for driving to our house. Even the higher ups, the managers of Plumbing Masters are crooks.
We have disputed the final bill with American Express and they are withholding paymeny until the matter is investigated. Our next call will be to the Better Business Bureau, to warn them about illegal business practices by Plumbing Masters. Maybe Fox 10 will do an undercover sting and catch them ripping off others.
Also, the manager made it sound as if he and his staff count heavily on consumer reviews, which he no doubt pads with positive reviews his staff post. Beware, be warned, Find yourself an honest plumber. Warn others that Plumbing Masters is a dishonest company.

This is my 2nd experience with Penguin Air and I continue to be impressed. I have two AC units and one of them was not working. I put in a call to Penguin Air and was again impressed with how courteous they were over the phone. It was understandably an extended wait for service due to the busy summer months and I called to ask for an ETA due to other appointments. I half-expected a very curt or abrasive response from the lady on the phone but what I got was the epitome of courtesy. Upon the arrival of the technician, Jimmy Browne, I could tell that he was tired from previous customers but he did not let that diminish his customer service. I explained my problem and Jimmy sprang into action. I chatted with him while he worked and found him to be a great conversationalist and an overall good man. What really earned this 5 star review was something Jimmy had that is in short supply these days. Integrity. While checking my 2nd unit (the undamaged one) to make it a thorough service call, he accidentally broke a piece of the unit. He could have simply told me the part was worn and needed to be replaced along with charging me for it. Im dumb and wouldnt have known better. Instead, Jimmy laughed and owned the accident. He didnt charge me for the part he broke. Again, I wouldnt have known any better.
Thank you Penguin Air for employing men of integrity like Jimmy
******UPDATE ON 9/19/19*****
I had a problem with my other unit after hours and they offered to send someone out in the middle of the night to look at it. While this was nice, I opted to wait until the next morning. Jimmy showed up again and did a thorough diagnostic before suggesting a fix to my problem. No sales tactics and no shenanigans. Just matter-of-fact solutions.
This is a great company. 24/7 service and customer service oriented. Even the lady who answered the phone at night was nice even though I am sure she wasnt thrilled about answering phones in the middle of the night.
