I was going about a normal day when I noticed as I was getting ready for a crazy busy day at work that it felt real warm in the house.  It is AZ in August.  But then a few minutes later sitting still in front of a fan I was dying.  I had to go to work and I have dogs in the house.  

I called Airspeed and expressed my concern and problem.  I didn't even finish texting my wife the situation and Toby from airspeed was here!!! less than 5 minutes.  He finished fixing the problem in 15 minutes and now my AC is blowing at 66 degrees!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

Custom Plumbing of Arizona was exceptionally responsive.  They called within 1 minute of my request for assistance with a clogged irrigation conduit in my yard.

They arranged to have a plumber, Daniel Pyle, at my home before the end of the day to assess the issue and map out a plan for repair.

Daniel was prompt, professional and provided an exceptional assessment of the problem.

He arrange to return the next day with a specialty tool -- water jet -- to address the problem.  He arrived as scheduled and within 1/2 hour had the issue fixed.  He came and went so quickly it was almost like he wasn't there, except that my irrigation pipe was no longer clogged!

It should be noted that my issue was not an immediate emergency. Had it been, there is no doubt that Custom Plumbing of Arizona and Daniel would have addressed it on the same day.

The experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona and particularly Daniel Pyle was five stars across the board.  One added thought for those reading this review, when you have an extraordinary job like a clogged 60 foot irrigation pipe, it requires either an irrigation specialist or a plumbing service with broad skill.  Arizona Custom Plumbing is one such company and is able to tackle just about any issue you may have -- with the possible exception of an alligator in your toilet or boa constrictor in your bathtub!

Unfortunately due to an older home with older pipes and a remodel, we have had to use their services a lot.  With that being said, we could not have had a better experience or service.  They have been honest, accurate with quotes vs. Actual costs and most importantly fast!!  Proud to call them our plumber

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John, the owner is punctual, quick to provide repair and very helpful. He always is able to fit us in on the same day we call, every single time. I don't know why another reviewer would give him a bad review, he doesn't fix plumbing leaks, and will tell you so on the phone when you call!  I recommend him without reservation.

In 2014 our pool had a leak and AZ Leak Detection was recommended.
Long story short, they came out, found the reason for the leak, it was repaired quickly and effectively.  We were impressed.
In late March 2018 we discovered our pool losing water, so based on our previous experience, we contacted them..............A completely different experience this time.
The kid that showed up seem to blow through the pressure test.  I wasn't sure if he knew what he was doing.  I asked a few questions and really didn't get satisfactory answers.  I asked about why he hadn't done a dye test and was told that the water level was too low, but he sure remembered to ask for the $225 service charge.   I filled the pool and had to call back for them to do the dye test.   This time he brought his mommy with him (supposedly the company owner) wasn't impressed with her either.
Early this month because of a really high water bill I found that the pool's autofill had been continually running.  Still had a leak.  So I called and spoke to a rather snarky girl.  She told me the warranty period had passed and it would be another $225 to come out.  When I protested, she said she'd text the owner and I'd be contacted at the end of the day.  3 days later and no call.
I contacted another company.  A polite and knowledgeable young man came out and actually listened to my problem, took his time.  In short he found 2 areas that caused to pool to loose water.  He took the time and effort to find the cause and recommend a fix.
The young lady who answered the phone was also very pleasant and seemed to have empathy for why I called.  These folks have the customer service that Arizona Leak Detectors do not!
I found that since our first contact with AZLD, the company had been sold to the schnooks that came out in March.  IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME DO NOT CALL ARIZONA LEAK DETECTION!

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. As a real estate agent and property manager, I have had the opportunity to use Amigo Plumbing for several jobs. Their rates are not the cheapest, but are fair. They are quick to respond and quality of work is good. I can confidently recommend this company.

Tried Plumbing Masters for a simple job late last year and they were fine. Earlier this year had them out to replace old hose bib and re-do main shutoff to the house. At the time they sold me on their maintenance program. Fine, but here's where the trouble starts. Made an appointment to have them come out and do annual maintenance, including water heater drain.I was given a time frame of 8-1, which for that day was fine since I was going to be home. Lo and behold I get a phone call at 12:15 from some cheery person telling me they were not going to make and needed to reschedule me for the next day. Really, call me after 4+ hours into the time frame and act as though your schedule is more important than mine? This morning I discover water at the site of where they re-did the main shutoff back in January so I called them up to get out here ASAP to fix their crappy work. I was told they would be out between 11-3 today and naturally per this company's MO I just received a call at 2:30 saying they are running behind today and were hoping to get to me soon. When I asked what soon meant, I got a whole bunch of nothing in response.

Bottom line on this company is if it's a revenue-generating call, they'll show. But if it's just to honor their program or fix their work with no income possibility, they will blow you off. Proven it on three different occasions with us.

Update after owner's response:  Brian, you are claiming you refunded our Club Membership, apparently to make yourself look better to the Yelp world?  I not only have not received this refund, you never even addressed my request in your email back to me.

Just recently had my water heater replace by Jimmy Browne an assited in training with JD Belisle,...They were Kind Considerate Friendly Extremely Knowlegable an a Great Work Ethic!!  Jimmy is Truely a Master at what he does an Jd was a sponge an both hard workers an worked well together,...What Fantastic assets to the Penguin Company,..You can be So Proud of them both!!!!   S STAR    Danny
