All around great experience with this company, I originally had them in my home to check out my AC Unit around September that was 33 years old that was going in and out, they came out to inspect it and ended up having a custom fit one ready to go the next day to have a crane come and install the new unit; no hassle, quick, and so easy to work with. Steve and the guys are so friendly and walk you through the process so you know what they're doing and understand what you're getting.

I ended up having a toilet leak, and I found out that they also do plumbing! They came out the same day, were able to unmount my toilet and knew immediately what was wrong. Luckily the ring just needed to be replaced, they were in and out in 30 minutes and were very helpful.

It's hard nowadays to find reliable, friendly small businesses that won't screw you over; I actually look forward to needing them in the future for any need I may have that they can assist with and would highly recommend them to all.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

The estimate they gave me was of not what I needed I only needed a 40 gallon water heater they were trying to price me at a 50 gallon which would not have fit into where my space was then they tried to tell me I was not up to code then they were trying to sell me extra the two flex lines a ball valve and a drop pan they came up with $1700 for this job which I knew was too much.  Then they went to the truck and lowered it down to 1400 and said they were give me the ball valve for free which I know does not cost $300. Then they kept mentioning financing which I kept telling them know I was not interested. My opinion they were trying to play me as being stupid and being my age they were trying to play a game on me which did not work.  I had another company which was the original company who installed it showed up the next morning and the bill was only $790 big difference. They did put a pan under it no charge they cleaned the lines and even took the old one so beware

I 1000% percent recommend this team they did a fantastic job clearing my drains in my older home. They hung in there when other guys told me it would cost 4 to 6 thousand to tear up the pipes. They had someone out same day and took care of it. Thanks again guys.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John from AAA has been taking care of our home's rooter needs for more than a decade. He's dependable & fair with his pricing. John will walk you through everything he's doing & will even take the time to make helpful suggestions so you don't have to call him out as often. I usually see him every 2 - 3 years to snake out the occasional drain or our sewer line. Our home is 60+ years old with aging pipes & tree roots so it's often scary when there's a plumbing issue - especially when drains aren't flowing! I know that John will always give me the straight scoop & will do his best to make sure I don't have to pay for more than is needed. I highly recommend AAA!

This company is HORRIBLE.  Stay Away.  We needed a clean out drain located on our property.  We called, explained this to the person who answered phone and they quoted $200.  We scheduled as we were desperate with no toilets or showers working properly.  2 guys showed up, needed to get on our roof (had no ladder), needed to use ours and then found no clean out.  The tech then DROPPED HIS PANTS AND TOOK A LEAK IN OUR BACKYARD!!!! Not exactly the leak detection we were looking for, but that I have on camera.  With children in the house, I could have him prosecuted for indecent exposure.  They then tried to charge us $250 for nothing.  I informed them we were quoted $200 and they said they would discount it for that amount.  I paid and called the manager.  A woman, I don't remember her name answered and said she was the manager.  I informed her of what happened and she did not seem very concerned at all.  I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was credited.  They are so unprofessional.

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

Bait and switch.
Called for a simple clean-out/unclog of a toilet. They quoted $75. When they got out told us oh, that's just for a sink and asked $140. Then offered to do it for $125. A-holes. Stick with someone legitimate.

I had Plumbing Masters come to my home for a leak in one of our closets. They were prompt and very professional. It's not everyday you meet people that are truly service minded and care about their customers so much. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, they're my plumbing company from now on.

Tech showed up for our tune up and gave a hard sell on their maintenance plan. He then inspected our units and found a gas leak in the attic. He told me he hand tightened the pipe as much as possible, but that it would need to be repaired ASAP at a cost of about $400. He also found another repair that needed to be addressed at a cost of $1,400. When I called my husband to discuss, the tech became upset. When my husband said we'd get some estimates, the tech became more upset, grabbed his tools and ladder, and left, telling me what a huge safety hazard this was and being very expressive about his frustrations that we weren't paying him to do the work immediately.
We had another repair company out shortly after this tech left and he discovered that nothing had been tightened as the tech said, one of the parts that the tech said needed to be replaced was working perfectly fine, and that the other repair that needed to take place would be half what the other tech had quoted. He also discovered that the other tech had cut the power to the unit in the attic space, so that we wouldn't be able to do anything to it to verify working status without another tech going into the attic to turn it back on. As an aside, turning the power off to the unit would have zero impact on the safety of the home as it related to the gas leak, so there was no reason to do so.
We will NEVER use Penguin Air's services again after dealing with such a dishonest and unprofessional technician. I genuinely feel that this technician saw that i was a woman without a husband home and tried to take advantage of that. When reporting the issue to the office staff, they didn't seem overly concerned either, which leads me to believe it could be a more systemic issue. I'm disappointed to have to give this company even one star. Please do yourselves a favor and find an honest company to do business with.
