I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

The estimate they gave me was of not what I needed I only needed a 40 gallon water heater they were trying to price me at a 50 gallon which would not have fit into where my space was then they tried to tell me I was not up to code then they were trying to sell me extra the two flex lines a ball valve and a drop pan they came up with $1700 for this job which I knew was too much.  Then they went to the truck and lowered it down to 1400 and said they were give me the ball valve for free which I know does not cost $300. Then they kept mentioning financing which I kept telling them know I was not interested. My opinion they were trying to play me as being stupid and being my age they were trying to play a game on me which did not work.  I had another company which was the original company who installed it showed up the next morning and the bill was only $790 big difference. They did put a pan under it no charge they cleaned the lines and even took the old one so beware

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John was here in 3 hours and went right to work. Nice guy and made sure our drain was cleared before he left. Charges were very reasonable.

I had a difficult problem of an under slab leak that caused significant damage through out our house during a remodel.  Our general contractor and his plumbing subcontractor refused to take responsibility or even look into the issue.  We contacted AZ Leak Detection and dealt with Adam who was remarkable.  Not only did they find and repair the problem with minimal disruption to our family, but it was very reasonable and done quickly.  The best part of the experience was how upfront and honest they were at every step of the process, taking time to explain things to us that we were not knowledgeable about.  i would recommend them to my family and friends without a seconds hesitation!  I do not often take the time to review companies, but they were so outstanding they deserve the accolades.  they took a difficult and painful situation for our family and restored us to our home as painlessly as possible and for that no amount of gratitude can be offered!

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. I hired Nelson (owner) shortly after talking to him. I gave him my problem (busted water pipe, main pipe from city to house valve) and he gave me a rounded estimate. Very simple and felt right. The final bill was around the estimate he gave me. I had talk to other companies but did not feel right, one dude wanted money up front. Anyways, I recommend Nelson.

Okay I got a call from Plumbing Master telling me to change my review or they are not going to provide service.

Here is the story, on January I called Pluming Master to give an estimate of one of my property, this is the first time I use them.
I found their price are very expensive, they charge more than $1400 for changing 2 tub drains see attached invoice, but I am on a tight schedule and I don't want to wait.

The technician ask me to sign up for their membership, because I have other properties, so I agreed. But when I called again in February for a different property, they told me one membership per property! how many plumbing job can you have in one property! However since I have already called, I scheduled a appointment for estimate, I also schedule other companies to estimate to compare price.

And then this morning I got a call from Plumbing Master, telling me to change the 1-star review otherwise they are not going to the appointment. Now you know how all the good reviews come from, please go chk facebook, they probably have better reviews. I am considering file a BBB complain

What a waist of my time waiting for the Penguin Air plumber to show up only to attempt to ripe me off for a 2 minute solder job wanting $350.
The supervisor mention do I even know I called a company, what a stupid question.
I've spent over $10K with this company and trying to screw me by charging $350 for a simple solder job, where I supplied the parts.
The tech Vincent ask what would I feel would be reasonable, knowing plumbing with the except I can't solder water lines very good I said $100 for a 2 minute job.
He countered with $200 I told him to leave and closed my garage door with him looking in.
When it comes time to renew my a/c annual service I'll look else where.
