Omg I absolutely love this company! It was the first REAL day of summer and everyone was booked! I called on a Saturday day without even realizing that it shows them as closed and no one picked up, but he CALLED ME BACK and was able to come over in 45 minutes to help us with our AC! He was the owner and he was just so nice! Honestly amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

Custom plumbing has the best service and rates that I have found.  They are open weekends at no extra charge. I recently had Danny and he arrived on time was friendly and got the job done.  Highly recommend for all plumbing work.

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

The owner John smalley did not hold our appt time. I am a disabled veteran female and my dad recommended this company. John made an appt time with me and the conversation was recorded, but when I called to confirm the appt he vaguely remembered the conversation. And did not follow thru with the appt. He was very rude and condensending.

I had a difficult problem of an under slab leak that caused significant damage through out our house during a remodel.  Our general contractor and his plumbing subcontractor refused to take responsibility or even look into the issue.  We contacted AZ Leak Detection and dealt with Adam who was remarkable.  Not only did they find and repair the problem with minimal disruption to our family, but it was very reasonable and done quickly.  The best part of the experience was how upfront and honest they were at every step of the process, taking time to explain things to us that we were not knowledgeable about.  i would recommend them to my family and friends without a seconds hesitation!  I do not often take the time to review companies, but they were so outstanding they deserve the accolades.  they took a difficult and painful situation for our family and restored us to our home as painlessly as possible and for that no amount of gratitude can be offered!

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

TERRIBLE service, lack of expertise, caused 2 leaks that weren't leaking before, no-showed, late, have been trying for 2 weeks to contact a manager and he has not returned any calls. I had a tech/plumber to my home 4 times and NONE of my initial issues were fixed, but rather in trying to look into a shower faucet, they caused a leak from my shower after not tightening it. I still never had it fixed after 3 weeks, I hired a handyman who did it and fixed my initial problem in 1 week (took time for parts to be delivered). Only thing Amigo did was snake 2 drains and charged me $110 plus the call fee of $65. I will NEVER allow them to do any work in my home again. The only reason I used them was because my warranty company. Which I recommend if the same happens for you to CANCEL! Get someone else.

Brian did his best to make it right.  The point is not if my husband is a nice guy. ....when 1 hour and 40 minutes into the scheduled time you don't say we are too busy and need to reschedule.  That did not sound like an option where he needed to say no you must honor your commitment.  With that being said Brian said he would use this review as a teaching moment and I appreciate that.  Now if I can just train my husband to be a jerk next time.

I called Penguin Air this weekend and they came within a couple hours of calling. I ended up needing a new unit after my 27 year old AC broke down. Tyler wa the tech that came out and he was very professional, honest and patient. I called around to some other companies for price comparison and Tyler said he would beat any price for a comparable unit that he was offering. He went back ad forth with me all weekend answering any an all questions I had regarding different units and pricing. He was kind enough to offer advice even if we didnt go with his company! :) We ended up going with Penguin Air for the higher quality of unit they offered and because they were very competitive with pricing! Also, they were able to get the AC Installed the Monday after the weekend which was sooner than other companies. Jesse and Jake came and installed our AC and were professional, courteous and thorough. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and would HIGHLY recommend them as they will price match and provide excellent, speedy customer service!
