Honest company.  I am an investor and use them form some of my A/C and heating needs.  They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

We we will definitely be using them again.  We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening.  We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way.  Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable.  Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day.  The quoted price was the price we paid.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

After calling about three or four other leak detection contractors and not getting a call back, a web search got me to AZ Leak Detection LLC. I called and spoke with Gail who gave me a quote right there on the phone and said they would be there next day. They showed up on time as promised and in just a couple hours they located the leaks in my pool. Gail and Brandon provided me a full report on paper and after doing exactly as advised, my pool is now leak free! They even gave me a senior discount! Friendly, courteous, and competent. Did exactly what they said they would do with no surprises! What else can you ask for?

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

We had to call Plumbing Masters this week when our garbage disposal broke.  This was not the first time we've called them for various plumbing issues and they've always been awesome.  Mark B. came out to check out our disposal within 24 hours of us calling.  Mark quickly diagnosed the problem (needed a new disposal) and gave us 3 options for the grade of disposal we wanted installed.  He was very upbeat and friendly and loved talking to my curious little dog.  He finished the work very quickly, within 30 minutes.  He then checked the rest of the plumbing in the house and fixed 2 partially clogged sinks as a courtesy.  Plumbing Masters and Mark have been very good to us since we've owned this home (which has been plagued with plumbing problems from day 1) and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Terrible.  They advertise clear any drain $64.  Then they say it is too long a run for their 100 foot snake so it is $219 for another 100 feet which includes a camera.  Then they say they can't clear the blockage and need to install a closer clean out for $6639.    The total run is not 200 feet and there are already 3 clean outs along the way.  They say theirs is a directional clean out.  Installing the entire line originally cost less than $6639.  They tried to hard sell me.

I paid the $219 and go someone else to clear the blockage.
