Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

I was going about a normal day when I noticed as I was getting ready for a crazy busy day at work that it felt real warm in the house.  It is AZ in August.  But then a few minutes later sitting still in front of a fan I was dying.  I had to go to work and I have dogs in the house.  

I called Airspeed and expressed my concern and problem.  I didn't even finish texting my wife the situation and Toby from airspeed was here!!! less than 5 minutes.  He finished fixing the problem in 15 minutes and now my AC is blowing at 66 degrees!

Couldn't be happier with that level service and speed.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

$$$$$$ Very Expensive... I had a Sewer back up that we couldn't figure out. The house is too new to have such problems. In a panic I went to Home Advisor which gave me a selection of 2 Plumbers. I went with Custom. they arrived the next day for the $69 special.   Great... but to my surprise they said it didn't fix the problem and they would send out another tech. So the Tech arrived and stated we needed to drain the septic, which would mean digging up the septic cap and inspect. The tech handed me a cost of $5,000. WHAT!!
And they would need 65% down. That seemed way too expensive.
Once that was completed they again stated still not fixed and the next charge could be not less than the $5,000 possible to be upwards of $10,000.  I thought the original $5,000 out of pocket was over priced. Now another $5,000 plus maybe up to $10,000 something doesn't feel rite. I must be getting ripped off.
I contacted another septic specialist who again inspected the septic and said nothing was crushed and it was flowing just fine. His charge was $500.
I feel so stupid for being taken advantage of for the $5,000.
After doing some checking I found other companies that would drain septic for $300, clean filter for $150 and inspect for $75.
Lessons learned....

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.
In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is such a knowledgeable and reputable service person.He has helped us several times over the years. The last call we made he said we probably dont need his service that it is another situation and he was correct. The good news was that just by circulating air in our house all the time versus just when heat or cooling comes on the septic smell went away..Yea and yea

I had a difficult problem of an under slab leak that caused significant damage through out our house during a remodel.  Our general contractor and his plumbing subcontractor refused to take responsibility or even look into the issue.  We contacted AZ Leak Detection and dealt with Adam who was remarkable.  Not only did they find and repair the problem with minimal disruption to our family, but it was very reasonable and done quickly.  The best part of the experience was how upfront and honest they were at every step of the process, taking time to explain things to us that we were not knowledgeable about.  i would recommend them to my family and friends without a seconds hesitation!  I do not often take the time to review companies, but they were so outstanding they deserve the accolades.  they took a difficult and painful situation for our family and restored us to our home as painlessly as possible and for that no amount of gratitude can be offered!

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

I am very unhappy  it wasn't even a full day since Amigo plumbing was here and my toilet was plugged up again. They knew what I needed before they arrived as they were given info from another plumber who was handling our other problem and recommended him. I call on Sunday and left a message but no reply. I have already be charged $425.00

All was good from the very beginning from my initial contact with Plumbing masters to Levi the plumbers arrival. So friendly,  professional and honest.  They have our business from now on.

After a no show on first tune-up appt.  Penguin rescheduled a free tune-up, which we appreciated, however Penguin's prices are significantly higher than competitors for the recommended repairs that come from their assessment, despite the system operating without any issue/trouble.  Penguin is charging $320 for two pounds of R-22 refrigerant, with a price discount for preferred customers.  That discount is laughable, since that half-price discount is still higher than competitor regular prices.  Furthermore, the technician insisted that his estimate of 1lb. of refrigerant was only a guesstimate (his words), he suggested that system could need more than two lbs. or perhaps up to 10lbs.  We insisted that a professional should be able to provide a better estimate of how much refrigerant is needed, but he suggested that there was no way to tell.

Not satisfied with service...do not recommend.
