Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

HUGE shout-out to Arizona Comfort Experts, LLC and Airspeed Heating and Air Conditioning (contacted Arizona Comfort Experts, LLC who informed me they merged with Airspeed Mechanical). Recently, my furnace blower went out and I got a quote from another local company to change it out... Price was extremely steep, so I wanted to get a second opinion. They came out and did the SAME work for $800 cheaper than the original quote. Made my weekend bearable. The technicians were very professional and did the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend them.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager (Jerry) at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their warranty period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!

***UPDATE: We tried to contact the service manager (Jessie) at Custom when the water began leaking but were unable to reach him so we hired a different plumber to fix the issue and start the water and mold (yes, mold!) remediation process. The next day we were able to speak with him and basically were told that it was OUR fault for providing our own toilets that included only 1 wax ring each instead of the needed 2. However, the installing tech never said ANYTHING to us about this and just went along his way with the installation using 1 ring for each toilet. So he either didn't know what he was doing (bad) or did know and purposefully did the installation in a way that was totally wrong (even worse). Since Custom has so far refused to compensate us in any way for the costs (almost $1500) incurred as a result of their careless and shoddy work, we decided to submit a complaint to the BBB. During this process we realized that Custom has an F RATING, something that comes as no surprise to us now. We will also be investigating options for submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. These guys are shady as it comes. Don't be fooled into allowing them in to your home or business!

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

From a neighbor's referral, I called John the owner at 5pm. He scheduled me for the next morning at 8am. He was early! He took care of all our plumbing issues. Pool was substantially leaking requiring immediate attention. Only company willing to come following day. Found and fixed leak (main drain) for reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

This company exceeded my expectation. I called them on short notice after realizing that the shower head in one of the bathrooms of newly purchased home does not work at all. Eddy showed up a couple of hours later, made a quick diagnosis and determined that the existing shower head cannot be repaired after several attempts (and save me some money), ran to the nearest Home Depot to pick up a new one and installed it. On top of that, he also fixed a bunch of other plumbing issues. All these were done under a lot of time pressure since mine was a short notice job between two previously scheduled jobs. Cannot praise him and the company enough, will definitely repeat for future plumbing jobs.

So glad this was the business I called for my disposal issues. Max is such a quality individual and I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty. I will be using you guys going forward for all my installs and repairs! New disposal is working phenomenally.

This is the worst experience i ever had with an AC service company. To fix my AC unit they come 3 times and every time they give some fix and change approximately $800+ But the core problem keep coming every 2 months. Today they came to my home asking me to replace whole unit with a price tag of $8k. Greedy company and I had a bad experience with this company.  Worst service.   I won't recommend this to anyone.
