I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

TERRIBLE service, lack of expertise, caused 2 leaks that weren't leaking before, no-showed, late, have been trying for 2 weeks to contact a manager and he has not returned any calls. I had a tech/plumber to my home 4 times and NONE of my initial issues were fixed, but rather in trying to look into a shower faucet, they caused a leak from my shower after not tightening it. I still never had it fixed after 3 weeks, I hired a handyman who did it and fixed my initial problem in 1 week (took time for parts to be delivered). Only thing Amigo did was snake 2 drains and charged me $110 plus the call fee of $65. I will NEVER allow them to do any work in my home again. The only reason I used them was because my warranty company. Which I recommend if the same happens for you to CANCEL! Get someone else.

no upfront fixed cost, $50 to have someone come out, then $268 to unplug a toilet in 10 minutes = rip-off masters. Don't waste you time or $$$!!!

I called Penguin air for a noisy condenser fan.  The lady I talked with said I should sign up for their $218 yearly service contract.  I was told that gave me emergency same day service, Weekend and holiday service, and 20% off all charges.  I took out the service contract.

The tech came out on Saturday and determined that the bearings in my condenser fan motor were going out.  He then tried to convince me to buy a new system.  I told him to fix the problem.  The tech told me he would charge me $768 for a new condenser fan motor.  I didn't know if this was a reasonable charge or not.  I found out later that the tech works on commission and can charge what ever he feels the client will pay.  In my case, a senior citizen that was afraid of air conditioner failure in 115 degree head.  I told him to replace the fan motor.

It took the tech about 30 minutes to replace the motor.  The replacement motor was a Chinese Mars10468 1/4 HP motor.  There was a bundle of electrical wire protruding from the fan grate.  The tech told me the motor he had turned the wrong way so he had to rewire it.  I was able to find a new Chinese MAR10468 on line for $68.  I paid $1400 an hour for the installation.  (1/2 HR at $700.)

I later called another reputable air condition company and was told that my job should have been $300-$400 at most.  They told me the jury rigged motor was unacceptable by industry standards.
