Don't waste your time with these clowns ! they will take your money and do a horrible job while doing so.

Called them for an estimate and set up a time for them to come to my house while I was away. I called two times the days following to find out if they showed up and if they could do the work. The nice woman on the phone said she had not heard from the owner about the job, but she would have him call me. It's now been over a week and no call. I've since called another company and have had the work done efficiently AND timely.

If this owner didn't want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me and say so. I wouldn't have argued or had a fit. But at least call me otherwise you're getting the one star review on Yelp for other potential customers to see!

I found my lifetime plumber.   Soro was professional and did an awesome job fixing my plumbing problem.   Best part was he left no trace he was there from the time he walked in until he left.  A plumbing business that you don't have to clean up after.

Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. He was also very reasonably priced. It was evident that he was well versed in the plumbing realm and was honest with the issues and not trying to rip me off. I had a problem for some time with a leak.  Another company spent more than a week checking it out and determined there was no problem.  However the leak continued to the point where I had no salt.  Leak detective diagnosed the leak almost immediately and accurately.  They were able to fix a difficult problem and I am happy to provide a very strong recommendation for their services.  Thanks for your help!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Tommy was extremely helpful at helping us troubleshoot our plumbing issue. We were concerned it was a septic issue but Tommy helped us figure out it was actually a plumbing issue. We will definitely use quality pumping when we need our septic pumped!

They came out as a second opinion and gave us the truth about our ac. The first co was from our home warranty that told us we needed almost 4,000.00 dollars worth of repairs on our ac. So we called Second Opinion and they came out diagnosed our ac and fixed the problem for 600.00. They where quick to come over, honest, and got the repair done. Very thankful

On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

Have used Cooper a number of times, with a recent one being an emergency where I needed someone right away & they came. They are always prompt, pleasant, competent & get the job done right at the right price.

I would not recommend this company to do any work on a septic system.  They worked on our system two years ago and we had to have another company come back this year to actually fix it right.  They didn't even answer the phone number I had for them this year so I'm not even sure they are still in business.  Go elsewhere if you want your septic system to get fixed right.
