Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! Don't use. After my home warranty company sent them to my home to repair a leaking tub faucet it didn't fix the leak. They sent out a technician a second time and they didn't do a thing other than tell me I was missing parts and I had to go purchase myself and self install! I attempted to call for service technician to come out yet again and I just got the run around. I finally sent the owner an email and a voicemail to return my call. You guessed it the owner didn't even return either of them. If I could give negative stars I would. I am also contacting the issuer of the Business license as this company is fraudulent. Don't use what-so-ever. Shame on you Just Plumbing. Your slogan proving integrity is a joke.
