Our first experience with AAA. I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought. My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came. At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive. We were placed on a priority list. Sounds good? 6:30 the truck shows up. Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town. Everything closed. Very upset. Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows. One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected. When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date. In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property. He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed. As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows. Both passed with no problem. Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life. Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

I give this company 1 star because their motto is Proving Integrity. They are going to have to train their technicians to reflect that motto if they want others to believe it. Just Plumbing was contracted through my home warranty to come fix a toilet leak. We had an appointment with a 12-4pm window. The technician gave a courtesy call at 2:30 letting me know he was nearby. I told him my child's bus would be coming soon and I would need to step out and pick him up from the bus stop. He replied the company has a 15 minute courtesy wait time at the house in the event that a customer was not answering the door and I should be fine. When I went outside to go to the bus stop, the technician had just driven up. I told him I was off to the bus stop and would be back in a few minutes. I rounded the corner, the bus was there, I picked up my son and made my way the few hundred feet back to the house. As I rounded the corner back to my street, the technician was driving away! ;( I called him back as he drove away and he did not answer. I left a polite voice mail telling him to call back as I had arranged to be available for the plumbing service. I immediately called Just Plumbing to see if he was called off on an emergency or something. he was not. They called him and he did not answer. They called him again. I was told he said he had no clue when I would be back and I didn't sign any paperwork to get him started so he left. I am VERY disappointed about my toilet not being fixed today and even more disappointed that I was treated so inconsiderately. The time between him calling to notify he was on his way to my house and the time I called him as he drove away was 10 minutes. He may have been at my house a total of 3 minutes. He did NOT wait the 15. I will not use this company again and will find a company that will respect my time and opportunity cost.
