Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

This plumber has falsified a sewer scope to the tune of over $10,000.00.  He was hired by a buyer of a home to scope the sewer and stated there were smashed ABS lines 55ft into the line and he couldn't go any further after 120ft because the lines were so bad.  He stated in the same report the repair would be to rip up all of the concrete in the driveway, replace all of the ABS lines and install a salt bed to prevent root intrusion.  We've had a scope completed up to 150 feet twice since then by 2 different plumbers and neither of the plumbers saw anything like that. I usually don't write reviews but I should because I myself read, hire and purchase off of reviews.  I felt in this case it was extremely necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else.  In all cases, just seek another opinion.  Buyer beware of this company!

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Back in January I filed a Home Warranty complaint regarding our main outside shut off valve from the house was leaking. Warranty assigns Just Plumbing to the case. Tech comes out messes with the valve, and completely ruins it. So we have to assist him shutting off main line from street and so on. No water for a couple of hours since now he has to make repairs that weren't necessary. Tech finally finishes job, says I owe like $275.00 plus warranty fee of $60.00 back then. After discussing with home warranty everything that occurred 60 was waived, but I owed the $275.00 for City Code.
Now current time, come to find out, Just Plumbing didn't replace regulator and now I'm out of Code according to City.
In speaking with Jason from the company and trying to see what we can do to make this all be right, he states his tech did what he needed to do and that I'm on my own. Really! Just plumbing was the last to touch anything, his tech did the work, didn't bring me code to where I'm suppose to be, and tells me, I can come out and give you an estimate on what it would take to replace everything to make it right. WOW! What happen to customer service, what happened to making things right, fixing what you should have done right the first time.
Guess next stop in filing complaint with ROC where my wife used to work, so she knows what needs to be done. I will be filing complaint with Home Warranty company also. Don't want them back out to my house if this is the service they give. No problem taking my money, but not standing behind the work is another thing.
