Used Dave Singletary both plumbing and irrigation services for 20 years in Surprise, Arizona.  Telephone staff is very pleasant and always inquires if this is an emergency call that needs prompt attention.  Concerned about toilet running and possible problem with roots in sewer line from Lantana outside bathroom window (had this issue in previous house also fixed by Singletary).  They sent Joey who as always was on time, well stocked truck equipped to handle needed parts.  He completed the job, cleaned up the area, asked for a reasonable price and mission accomplished.  Joey has come to my house on several calls over the years and its nice to know they have a regular staff.  Joey has always been easy to work with, competent, and organized.

They came out to unclog my washing machine standpipe drain arriving very quickly. When the technician failed to resolve the problem, he told me the company would be sending out a specialist to tackle the problem. First red flag. About an hour and one half later than promised by the dispatcher, Ted, who rebuked me for sending text message as to his whereabouts, the 'specialist', Eddie, pulled up in a regular white pickup truck- no markings. Second red flag. When I started to ask him questions, he fast talked about how he knew what needed to be done, assuring me you have to go through the rooftop vent pipe instead of the clean out in order to clear the clog. I asked him whey the last service tech was able to clear the clog via the clean out. He said ' I don't know anything about that'. At that point, I said 'we're not going to do this' and without a word, pulled the extension cord off the roof and marched out through the gate to his truck and drove off. I later spoke with the owner, Tom Ford, who admitted that Eddie and the plain white truck looked 'horrible' but said that he was THE EXPERT at unclogging drains in the valley and that every big company, including Parker & Sons uses him when they encounter a clogged drain they can't handle. Third red flag. My feeling is that this company might be able to handle very routine plumbing situations and that is all, so be advised in advance! They didn't ask for and I didn't pay them anything.

david at aqua tech plumbing is a genuine nice guy with over 25 years of experience.  came to him to help with a water softener problem.  he spent almost 2 hours with me and was honest and said that the initial install from the builder was horrible and that a fix was virtually impossible.  honesty goes a long way in my book and david was both kind and courteous even though he could not correct the problem.  next plumbing problem he will be my first call.

We are building a house right now and Desert Sky Excavating has been a pleasure to work with . Their work is great and they are always reliable, friendly and fun. When we have a request, they listen and promptly execute. I never thought I would write a review for an excavating business, but I really love their service.

I never write reviews, but this is by far the best service I have ever received.  We had an emergency on Saturday morning at 7:30am, called them and they were at our house in an hour.  They texted me a picture and background for our technician and they emailed an invoice with pictures of the work they completed.  Not to mention how affordable it was for emergency service!  I will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward!

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

I kept getting notices at my home I needed a backflow test for the City of Tempe. I didn't really understand. But this was the second letter so I figured I better call. I got Tyler and he was confused. He explained usually homes don't need these tests, commercial and industry do. He could have taken my money, or hung up. Instead he helped me find someone at the city who could help me. I always respect a company that helps you despite knowing they probably won't see a dime. BTW he was correct now the City of Tempe has to fix their mistake!

Great company that you can trust! A group of people who work together to get the job done right! If you need any fire protection services done, this is the company to choose.

STAY AWAY FROM CHAMPION PLUMBING!!!!! I had a terrible experience with this company. I initially contacted them to clear a sewer line clog on a Sunday which they did and with a 30 day warranty included. Within a day the line was clogged again. I called and they said the technician and camera would be out on Tuesday, but they did not show up. In the mean time my line is backed up. I called again and they said they would be out Wednesday, but they did not show up. I called and they said they would be out Thursday, they showed up and told me I needed clean outs before anything could be done which would cost me $3000. I did not agree to pay and spent the weekend waiting for them to come snake the line again since it was part of my warranty but no show. They finally came on a Monday and agreed on $1600 to install clean outs. When they reached my sewer line they said they could not install it on Orangeburg piping and that it would cost me $5000 to replace 30ft of main sewer line. I mentioned that I wanted to look around for other quotes but they said my 50% deposit for the clean outs installation I had agreed on would be lost. That would mean I would be paying $800 for a hole they made and the hole they punctured on my sewer line pipe. They agreed to do the job for $4000 without giving me much of a choice. Once everything was installed they left my yard looking terrible with mountains of landscaping rock mixed with dirt everywhere. The job was finished at 1 am and the technicians said that if I did not pay them on that moment that they would not get payed, but that they promised to comeback and fixe the yard since it was part of the deal. I payed and of course they never came back. My advice to you is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! This company is not to be trusted!!!! Why take the risk with these guys when you know what they are capable of!!!

They don't see anything wrong with using their extremely loud pump at 4 in the morning next to residents
