Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. This is the first time in 5 years I have a fully functional septic tank and seepage pit. Thank you JT for fixing some major issues in our backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

Had an out of state water filtration system, Waterboy 2000 installed by Mike and his assistant from Paar Plumbing.
The initial flow unit for the Waterboy was incorrect and we received a new one before the final install. Unfortunately, the new flow unit was larger and taller than the original and Mike had to spend time and materials to retrofit the plumbing. Final job looked professional, fit and worked as installed. They got the job done without a complaint.  
Would use and recommend Mike from Paar!
BTW- Mike had a great drywall guy, George Rangel, that made a seamless (yep, I said that) transition from our old drywall to the new install.

I have never had a more horrid experience with a company than I have had with Ace Home Services.  I called them to get a tune up on my AC as it was not working properly.  Sky comes out to do the work and after his careful inspection decides that the whole unit is bad and needs to be replaced.  Well after some negotiating we decide to go ahead and get the unit replaced..it was extremely hot being the beginning of July and with a home business, small kids ETC..we did it.  WORST experience EVER!!  Sky..the most honest rep is how he sold himself to us quoted the job said the installers would be out the next day early and we would not have air for abut 6 hours.  Next day installers show up LATE and clearly not prepared for the job.  Throughout the day we had a supervisor come out to help and more installers..which by the way one of the installers working on the unit outside was either intoxicated or coming off a pretty serious drunk because not only did he wreak of alcohol but acted like he couldn't get his act together.  I had customers coming to my house during this time and they were in disbelief that this installer would be permitted to even be here smelling like alcohol.  Now we are going on 7 hours no air and the new unit is not working..another installer comes out and a supposed supervisor to help with the install. 10 hours they were here!  Thinking that we were going to be freezing cold that night with our brand new unit..we were super happy!  Well, the AC still did not work it started blowing warm air in the middle of the night.  Called Ace and a tech showed up a couple hours later claiming that he fixed the problem..said there was too much Freon in the system and it overheated.  Claims he fixed it.  That night same problem air coming out warm, next day new tech comes out claims he fixed the problem thermostat this time told us that the thermostat that they put in is known for having problems..REALLY???  Says he will be back in three days to see if that fixed the problem.  The thermostat seemed to be the problem, tech says that the company will reimburse for the difference.  Great.  So no check. one month later.  When you call customer service they all play this game of oh this is the first time I have heard of this..over and over and over again..is what these girls tell me.  ZERO communication. Which by the way is not true..I have been in constant contact with customer service Becky, Veronica, Harold ECT..all of course claiming ignorance.  Becky told me over two weeks ago that the check would be issued within two days and I would be receiving it in the mail.  Called yesterday and again very rude, very nasty Becky still claims ignorance on why the check has still not been submitted.  She will personally write one and send it..omg..such an incredible joke over there.  I ask Veronica for the owners name and ask if he has an office there..her exact words were no, he rarely comes in, we never see him.  WOW..NICE KWAN JIN..your company is falling apart..you better get your butt to the office and clean house. I wonder if he knows what is happening!?  Well, I am done.  I am filing complaints all over the place and as of right now..our air is still not right, $7500.00 for a new system and we are going through this.  I am done.  I am calling a whole new company to document the issues before I take this matter to court.. I called the media, the bank we financed our loan through, the BBB, The Attorney Generals Office, The Consumer Protection Agency..and the list goes on.  I am sick of poor customer service and the lack of respect from these companies after the fact.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

NOW AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS..it appears that they use the same exact sales pitch to their victims...I am horrified and now really mad!  ALMOST the SAME EXACT situations..Sky was my sales person and I see he uses the same line on all his victims!  WOW!!!  This just gets worse by the minute.

I have had a friendly and nice chat with Jason while he was working the issues of H2O Concepts plumbing and I consider him a company man, and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with technical skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the very first time.
His technical skills will leave the customer pleasantly pleased to have him working on your property while doing what he knows best:
Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. Jason and co worker proved that again by walking away today knowing that this writer and Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning customer both know that Jason will not have to repeat another service call simply because Jason and co worker both did it right the first time.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
