Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money.  Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped.  They were very nice and did a great job.

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

We called him and he came out in just a couple days when no one else could, he saved us a lot of trouble and did such a great job too, we really appreciate him and will call him with any plumbing or septic needs we ever have again. We just wanted to say thank you and let everybody know.

Our AC stopped working in the heat of the summer!  I called Walker plumbing and HVAC they were able to send technicians out right away.  Everyone was courteous and helpful.  They explained the problem and process each step of the way.  We were able to get our AC back up and running the same day.

Mike really saved me. The water line to my house has broken. I didn't have an appointment, but he made time (late at night) to get me hooked up. Everything was put back neatly into place. Life is good again. Thanks, Mike!

I was hoping they changed. The joke is on me. If you want a company that refuses to stand by their work, sells you used AC claiming its new, then charges you an arm and a leg to fix it, well Ace Air is your place. Our new Trane AC broke down yet again, 4 years old and this is service call #12.... Funny thing now is,  we are trying to sell the damn house and no one has been in the house for a month, AC hasn't been used in three or so and the inspector found a leak in the AC... The cherry on the cake, Ace has fixed 2 leaks in this unit already. This company sucks. They lie and blame Trane about a wiring issue before. I had to find a Trane rep showed him the pictures he laughed said their units aren't like that. Ace Air sucks, charged us 500 to fix a leak which shouldn't be. If I could go back in time I would of used someone else for our AC needs. We warned the people selling our home of the trouble Ace gives. Hope they fold before scamming another person....

BioGreen came recommended from an outdoor mall management team that I know, and they did not disappoint! Heather was so awesome and attentive. She called me back quickly after I left a message and was able to send emergency help within about an hour. Scott was so patient and informative through the process and a much larger issue was avoided thanks to their quick response and thorough work to get our issue handled!  Highly recommend!

OWNER WILL NOT TALK TO CLIENTS ACCORDING TO SERVICE MANAGER ABOUT PROBLEMS !!!!!    RUN  WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!

i was very discouraged with the over priced plumbing that I had done on a rental in Avondale Az. I was charged then I had a time frame scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm for air conditioning check.
They did not show up or call until after 330 pm.
I called back to the office and the secretary stated that the technician had gone out earlier in the day then I told her that she was wrong and she said that yes he did not go out until after 330.
She then said she had emailed me a copy of the air conditioning proposal I looked my email after I got off the phone and she then said that they couldn't send the email until after the $69 service fee had been paid. I told her that I had already given her the credit card number and been charged for the plumbing. She said that they sent it and it was denied.

I then talked with Jason the service manager he said that they had made 'several calls to me.  He then admitted that they had made two calls. He then said that two calls were several to him.

I asked to talk with the owner and he said that the owner Anthony Livermore does not talk with clients.  I asked with question that the owner will not talk with clients and Jason said no he will not.

If the owner will not talk with clients why would any one do business with them?????????

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
