Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.
My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs plumbing services! My sister needed plumbing services and I recommended them to her; she was also very pleased with their service. You will not be disappointed! Their customer service is exceptional!

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. This is the first time in 5 years I have a fully functional septic tank and seepage pit. Thank you JT for fixing some major issues in our backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

We just recently moved into a new house and Mike and Hudson spent almost a week replacing all the piping under the bathroom sinks and also replacing toilets and all bathroom and kitchen faucets. They installed a utility sink in the garage and a new RO system. Their work ethics was top notch as was their workmanship. We have had no issues with any of the different jobs and if I ever have a need for any plumbing work I know he will be my first choice. I recommend Paar plumbing without reservations.

For anyone considering this company! This is a screenshot of me booking the appointment with Scott and then Scott completely blowing our appointment off with no explanation. I hope this saves other people from completely waisting there time with this company.

I became clients of Empire a couple of years ago when I needed my AC tuned up. My husband and I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement which I believe was around $129.00 and includes two free unit (AC in the spring/Heating in the fall) a year. In my honest opinion, the service plan has saved us a TON of money.
For example, today I had an appointment for our free AC checkup. Greg our regular technician, came out and inspected the unit. Of course, with it being as old as it is, things are starting to go wrong with it. Greg suggested that we consider replacing the fan motor, motor capacitor and get a compressor hard start kit to keep things running smoothly. (his inspection turned up some issues with the compressor and motor and it was determined they aren't running up to full capacity.) We had two choices, wait and be at the mercy of the unit (and then fix the problem when it came time) or fix a potential issue now for MUCH less. My husband and I needed to discuss it so I explained I would call him if we chose to proceed. After we talked, it was determined that it would be in our best interest to replace the items Greg suggested. I called to make an appointment for him to return tomorrow.
The numbers for the parts are as follows and have been taken directly off my invoice (remember, I am a service plan member, so these numbers may not apply to everyone): Total cost of repairs before tax if I fixed today $502.75. Total cost of repairs before tax if I wait until something breaks: $951.80. HUGE savings to fix today rather than wait. Plus there is a TWO YEAR warranty on the items he is fixing...most companies only have a 90 day warranty.
In addition to the repairs, it was determined that my indoor thermometer had malfunctioned. It was reading 72 degrees but was actually 78.5 in the house. We will be purchasing a new one at Lowe's this evening (per the suggestion of Greg) and he will install for free when he is out here tomorrow.
As Greg has explained numerous times (he was out a handful of times last year when we had problems with our AC coil and eventually had to drop $2500 on it last summer to get a replacement) they are NOT the least expensive company in the valley but aren't the most expensive either.
We've always been impressed not only with the level of service from Empire but with their costs. Everyone I've dealt with at the company has been a true pleasure to work with. I would highly suggest them to anyone needing AC/Heating service.
***As a side note, about 1.5 years ago, we had their plumbing service come out to give an estimate on two toilets which kept running after being flushed and a leaky faucet in the kitchen. They wanted almost 400.00 to fix these things. I ended up fixing the toilets with these little round rubber bands that I got from my neighbor (she had the same problem) and fixed it for free! (the cost of the bands at Lowe's though are 1.50 a piece) As for the kitchen faucet--it didn't need the extensive work to it that was suggested by their plumber. I fixed the problem by tightening up a screw and it was fine. I would NOT recommend their plumbing department as the prices are WAAAAYYY out of line and I didn't feel they gave me an accurate diagnosis of the problem. ( again, I only had an estimate done though, I didn't have them fix the problem, I did so myself with barely any effort)

Warning, don't use this service. He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment. Worst septic service in the valley.
