Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. Had an out of state water filtration system, Waterboy 2000 installed by Mike and his assistant from Paar Plumbing.
The initial flow unit for the Waterboy was incorrect and we received a new one before the final install. Unfortunately, the new flow unit was larger and taller than the original and Mike had to spend time and materials to retrofit the plumbing. Final job looked professional, fit and worked as installed. They got the job done without a complaint.  
Would use and recommend Mike from Paar!
BTW- Mike had a great drywall guy, George Rangel, that made a seamless (yep, I said that) transition from our old drywall to the new install.

They say Nothing can stop a Trane!.  For the most part I believe that to be true however, we found out that 5 inches of rain can sure derail one.  I hate spending money.  Especially when it comes to durable goods.  But our 22 year old Trane XE-1000 took a bath during this weeks big rain storm and shorted out.  When I walked into the house after work it was almost 90 degrees and only the air handler was functioning.  No compressor, no fan, no cool air.  

I called ACE because they were first on my list of those who could come immediately to remedy the problem.  Skylar arrived within a half hour of calling.  We walked around the back and looked at the unit.  The fuse panel had warped, a wire had burnt, and the 60 amp breaker was tripped.  We talked for a few minutes about options and the fact that our Trane was 22 years old and had a good life.  It had never required anything but a good cleaning.  It was a 10 SEER unit and I know that AC technology and efficiency has come along way in the past 20+ years.  We could have repaired the ol' dog but I decided that now was as good a time as any to think about an update.  

Skylar and I sat and talked numbers.  I would have been happier not having to spend the money but reality is that stuff just doesn't last forever.  I was initially thinking 13 SEER Bryant (Carrier) but even 13 SEER will become old efficiency standards come January 2015.  I ended up with a 15 SEER Carrier split unit heat pump and have to say I am not disappointed so far.  

Two technicians, Tuan and Lupe, came out on Wednesday with the new stuff and began their day.  I was replacing a water pump on my truck in the driveway while they worked away.  It was humid and hot and I don't know how but Lupe spent almost 2 and a half hours straight in the attic before coming down the first time.  I have no idea how these guys survive the task of removing the old system (mounted between the rafters in the attic space 20 feet away from the attic opening).  All I can say is that the water pump was hard but AC installation has to be grueling!  

These two handled it like experts!  They replaced both the intake and return plenums (which had to be constructed from scratch), somehow managed to get the new air handler up and in place, connected the ground unit, installed a new thermostat and replaced the intake grille (which actually makes the job feel clean all the way around).  I cannot believe the stamina these two have and their work ethic and professionalism never wore out.  

I feel very well taken care of.  In the process of making decisions, I shopped around and for the most part, it was 6 of 1 and a half dozen of the other.  This sale was solely based on Skylar.  I sat last night on the couch in my cool living room and smiled each time I heard the system shut off because, like music to my ears, I knew I was saving money on my electric bill.  At $230 per month (every month) or $2760 per year in electricity, I have already seen my daily usage on srpnet.com drop by 30 percent the past two days without having to change the temp on the thermostat from the previous one.  

Again, as anyone would tell you, shop around.  The real difference isn't really in price.  It is in customer care and the quality of the workmanship.  If you don't care about a warranty, buy online and hire an installer on craigslist to install it.  But if you are looking to develop a professional relationship with a complete home service company, ask for Skylar at ACE for anything relating to air conditioning.  

Incidentally, I was extremely happy with Trane.  Impressed by the longevity and hard work that old machine put out.  I didn't choose a Carrier without knowing what I was getting.  I have a second home in East Texas and it is crazy humid out there.  That house has a Carrier unit which is exceptional in managing the 100+ degrees and high humidity to boot.  Do your research!  Enjoy your experience as best as you can.  You will be living with it for a very long time!

They were suppose to pump my moms septic tank out and he did NOT we had to call another company because after bio-green services came out she was still having flooding  issues had to repay another company would never recommend these guys

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
